[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Bharat Gas — giving compulsory products

The complaint is about the dealer of the bharat gas.
The authority gives product to buy it compulsory (eg:-tea,oil etc) if not they block cylinder.
The behaviour is bad.

My consumer no is 7633 from raka gas agency . I have booked cylinder on 7/9/2009 . As on 22/09/2009 i have not recived cylinder and same problem i am facing for every booking .

I was really dissatisfied with the service .

PLZ LET US KNOW, HOW CAN WE CONTINUE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU IF WE ARE NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE FROM YOUR SIDE AND NOT EVEN PROPER REPLY ON PHONES. THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH US IS WORST.

We booked cylender on 5.09.09 still we did not get it 22.09.09.those who bringing the cylender that gyu is forcing to buy some house holding things and illeagl profduct (Ex Brown Sugur), If we did't buy those things they will not supply the gas in right time.i complint to the manager but he also getting commission from the sales of illegal product, Please take some action immeditally.otherwise one day they will make sales of Pistol, Gun, Bomm ect..
Shri, Nand Kishor Sharma was booked a new gas connection befor 10 to 12 Month's ago but your Mathura Distributor M/S Deep Gas Sirvish are not given the new gas connection, he compal him to buy a new Gas Stove of above Rs.3000/-

Bharat Gas — Not giving door delivery

My C No: 9480 in Bellary. Company says they give door delivery. But the delivery boy says he
cannot come to my house though it is in municipal limits in ward No:31 Hardly it is 2 furlongs
from where he delivers to other area ie. vidya nagar 4th cross west. He denays to deliver to my house.
saying there are no other connections in my area K.C.Kondaiah Nagar. Please see that they deliver
to home.

bharat gas, ashwani gas agency — single cylinder connection

I have an bharat gas connection since last 1 year. the company give me 1 gas cylender only. whenever i ask for 2nd cylendor they alwaz told the second cylonder booking is not opened yet. it is very difficult with manage with 1 cylender. even they take 1 week for supply the refill cylnder. it is very difficult to face the 1 week without any cylendor. kindly do the needful.

Bharat Gas — not proper supply of LPG Cylinder on time

Dear sir
I have Bharat Gas cylinder, Which connection No. Is 28909, issued from Jaipur (Raj), supplier is Sunny Gas Agency, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.
I have booked a LPG Cylinder for refilling before 20 days , but till date( 25 sept. 2009) I did not receive after 8 times reminder in the agency. The responce from agency was very poor.

Kindly look into the matter and allow to the agency (Sunny Gas Agency, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.)for providing the refilling gas cylinder

For refill the gas cylender I phoned the bharat gas agency on given 5 numbers . I have called more than 50 times in a days, but all time Phone got engaged, I called in free time till phones was engaged, lastly I visited the place found that 7-8 girls employee busy on phone with personal talking.They don't care for customers.Bharat gas agency in kalewadi fata pimpri pune. phones nos. are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]
My consumer no is 52463 from Mahalakshmi gas agency. I have booked cylinder on 3/9/2009 . As on 26/09/2009 i have not recived cylinder. My complaint No .1756.

I was really dissatisfied with the service .

madhavi gas agency — non deliver of gas cylinder even after 15 days when booked through easy refill booking

Sir,

I, Meka prabhakar rao, Consumer no. 16037 of Madhavi gas agency, hyderabad 500 008 bokked on14/09/09 at 1036 hrs through easy refill booking ( dial 1260). Serial no. 3 was informd to me. On 29/09/09 i approached the dealer and asked him why the gas cylinder was not delivered yet. Mr Ramjaneyulu, the propertier of the agency, informed me that they did not receive any information about booking. I checked the booking around 24/09/09 by dialing 1260 and found that the booking was registered. It seems that the dealer or the supply boy is playing mischeif.
Why don't you have a acknowledgement mechanism from the distributor whne the information is passed about the booking.

I want to convey and request the authoritie for favour. The area of the distrinutor is very wide. my residence is at a distance of 12 kms from the distributor. it seems that the consumers are very large in number and cover very wide are. we find it difficult to go there and personally book for want of time. The distributor never responds on telephone[protected] &[protected]. one can very well check it by dialing. either it is engaged always or no response comes from them ( only ringing sound).
you have to depute some responsible officer to look into the matter and if you open a counter (consumer redressel) at the distributor for couple of days you will come to know the real problem and see inumerable people gathering there and virtually fighting with the distributor.

you consider the proposal of opening another distributor either in Langar house area or Kakatiya nagar whcih fall under the same pin no 500 008.

you please mention the way to check booking made through easy refill booking whether it was conveyed to the ditributor.

Retail Outlet Of Petrol, Bharat Petroleum Phase - 9 Mohali — delivering the petrol of bad quality

today at 2 pm i went to the pump for filling petrol in my scooty i asked him to fill the petrol of 100 rs
by may be some petrol was there in the scooty without noting that the boy working on the pump fills it he keep on filling the the petrol even after the tank was full in 50 Rs he ourflow the petrol on floor and changed me 100 rs by provining the petrol of rs 50.evan they are not giving the mobil oil of right quantity
I am a consumer of Bharat Gas, Vishnu Jyoti Gas Services, Surya Nagar Ghaziabad U.P. My LPG Customer No :- 15270. My Cylinder is being leakage from 17th September. we have already complaint to the gas agency. But anyone is not responding. So plz take Immediate action or change the Cylinder.

in my case also, they take average nine to ten days to deliver cylinder even after daily reminder. they do not even reply with responsibility and disconnect the phone.

Bharat Gas — Request for delivery date for my booking No. 353169 dated 14th Sept 09

In my previous gas booking (Booking No. 342451 dated 27th Aug 09), I have received the gas on 28th Sept 09, after number of telephones to agency and customer care and wasting 9 days, costing me around Rs. 2700.00 ( as the agency keep on postponing the delivery dates).(The history is attached).

My request is to give me a date (I have requested the delivery on Saturdays) for the delivery of gas, as my family members are office going/school going. Nowadays some one has to take leave or I have to engage a labor especially for receiving the gas cylinder. (I used to collect gas from the go down, when cylinder goes empty. which is not permitted now by the agency).

the distributor always doing illegal acts while dealing with the delivery of gas cylinder.
as a genuine customer i want to know what are the reasons for the delay in supplying gas while other distributors supplying the same in time.
