[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Dear sir,
I was booking of gas cylender dated 14.08.2009, In Revathi Gas agency at haffees pet my Cust. ID is 25654, But till date(31.08.2009)gas cylender was not coming, last 4 to 5 days was contacting that agency but every day they saying today will be coming but till date date cylender was coming.

I HAVE A COMPLAIN THAT I WANT TO TAKE A NEW LPG GAS CONNECTION IN YOUR COMPANY AT YOUR DEALER NAMED MANDORE GAS IN JODHPUR RAJASTHAN. THEY DONT GIVE US A SUITABLE REASON FOR NOT GIVING CONNECTION .

dear sir i m ramesh lal & having a consumer number 7213 in delhi & my distributor is M/S.Sham Enterprises in Vasant Kung. Even after booking the gas they do not supply b4 15 days. i hv also approached the concernd manager but he reluctent in answering to any issues apart from this he doesnt even give the booking number which is happening repeatedly month after month.
hence sir/ madam, my request to u is to solve this problem at the earliest.

I received the last delivery of domestic lpg on 01/07/09. Since then i am not getting any delivery even after my booking of the same.
Several times I contacted the distributor, M/s. M.P. Gas Services, Bharat Gas Distributor, Degaulle Avenue, Durgapur-713212, but with no avail.
Thay are saying that i have made no booking. They react rudely when asked for repeatedly.
I am helpless save to lodge my compliant for speedy delivery of cylinder.
My Consumer No. is. 11312. under distributor M/s. M P Gas Services.
Last time I got delivey of domestic LPG cyl on 01/07/09. since then no delivery made to me even after my booking. I forgot the booking number.
They are saying you have no booking. Even they reply very rudely when asked for repeatedly.
Kindly help me to get delivery of cyl.

With Regard to inform you that, I had book our cylinder before one month for home delivery on 03.08.2009 consumer No. 5077 in Blue Flame Agencies, Bharath Gas Distributers, Kalanad Complex, Rly Station Road, Kasaragod of consumer name Abdul Khader but till date delivery has not take place despite our daily reminder and personally contact at agencies and also try in phone No.[protected], 225568, 221788 but no attend the phone. We have very difficult in this Ramazan month so that, please solve my problem immediately and delivery the cylinder at home

this is REVATHI from BANASWADI realy i am very much irritated by this PARTEEK GAS..They are alaways Not attending calls to book the GAS...

Better you guyes try to make a call for all number. They will never pick the phone, Or always busy with whole day... This is very very poor service, Please concern department take steps to slove is issue, Otherwise better you have to cancel the agancies ... Why they have a phone...

i was trying to call these people tp book the gas i tried more than 30 times at last i went to office isaw two girls sitting in the office in front of telephone. standing in front of your offfice i tried to call them for more than 10 time they din't pick the call since they were busy in eatting chicken biriyani at 11 o'clock in morning.step take a step on this or change the agancies

Bharat Gas — Delivery of cylinder 14 days after booking

I booked the cylinder through the distributor at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on the 1st of Sept, the cylinder was delivered on the 14th of Sep, this, inspite of 3 reminders, further, please also note that on each occassion that a reminder call was made I was assured that the cylinder would be delivered the very same day, however, this never materialised, this is the 2nd such instance in the last 6 months.

I also wanna know that as here in my Area Gas Agency i.e.Jai Harsh Bahuguna Sector-22 noida is always saying that new connection is not opened till now. And one have to buy gas stove with the new connection . Is there any policy for thar plz let me know ASAP

Bharat Gas — No delivery with in time

When ever we are booking gas, they are telling with in 15 days it will come, but not delivering it, and telling that door was locked, which is exactly wrong.

I have booked for a BHARAT GAS cylinder exactly 21 days back, and till today i didnt get the cylinder. As they claim that they deliver the cylinder within 7 days of booking, i keep on calling them from 8th day onwards (calling for the last 14 days) and i listen the same answer. I didnt understand the problem is with Bharat Gas or only Madiwala branch. HP and INDANE are delivering the cylinder within the time given by them without even a single reminder call to them.
Fed up with their worssssssssstttttttttttt service and getting frustrrrrrtion.

I am residing at Trivandrum, Kerala, a customer of Bharat Gas through Sandhya Gas Agencies for the last two years. I am facing the following two issues,

1. Delivery happens only after 2-3 weeks of booking date
2. I have got only one cylinder and they are not issuing the second one.
I am a harasses customer of bharat Gas. My gas No: is B W I 662 .THIS CONNECTION WAS registered with Jawala Agency in Uday Park.Without giving us any prior information my Gas connection was shifted to Ruchika Agency which is noe in LAXAMI BAI MARKET.Their behavior is rude and impertinant.
today morning I called them up to book my cylinder and someone at their end shouted at me saying that your Gas connection Number is changed and he banged the phone down.Again I called them up and was told rudely that my gas number has been changed. It is now J 40662 Why should a customer be not informed if there is any change at your end.Since I have only one cylinder I requested them to send me the same day and again when I call them up in the evening at 5 P.M they say My gas has not been booked yet.
Pl. let me know as to what should I do. Pl. help me.pL DO SOMETHING TO MAKE THEM MORE HUMAN.

Bharat Gas — DELAY OF DELIVERING THE CYLINDER

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I booked gas cylinder on 16th sept 2009 on phone with the Ajinkya Gas service a/c 371702 .Consumer no.18333. I was told that the gas will be delivered after 5 days.I want 2 ask you as an organisation working for customers, is it possible for any family with only one gas connection to remain without gas cylinder for five days and just 3 litre kerosene in Festivle days?If you say" yes" that means you are in favour of these agencies?
