I have booked a refill cylinder from Rashmi Gas agency on 19th Sept 2009. Till date (14th Oct 2009) i have not received it. On bharat gas wesite they claim that customer comes first and will deliver refill within 24Hrs...Phone numbers of distributor is always busy..sometimes they dont pick the call...after trying to call for 50 times if you are lucky call will go through (Height of testing patience)...even i[censored] r lucky and ur call gos through the receptionist lady will say that they will deliver cylinder today...I am still waiting for Bharat Gas 24Hrs to get over!

Till date we have not even received the acknowledgement fo our complaint from your customer services forget about the action. We think all these are for only show and no action. If ibt is so then why you make the people fool and waste their time.

Dear sir,
i have been shifted from bangalore to belguam recently, and i have tranfered my conection to belguam. at the time of trasfer they told me to take two days to to get new conection at belguam. but dealer telling it will take minimum of 8 days.

Bharat Gas — Refill with oil packet(by force)
Rajahmundry Lakshmi Agency by force they were giving Refill . i.e if you want refill you have to by TEA 1/4 packet,or BULBS, GAS TUBES OIL PACKETS This items in addition to the cylinder you have to purchaselike this we were suffering please control him

these cylinders have as yet not been delivered even after 25 days. this prctice is not unusual with this agency. it is their usual practice

I am residing at Old Washermenpet, Chennai -21, Consumer no: 5396 and the distributor is Sri Balaji Gas Agency, 2, M.S.Koil St, Chennai - 600013.I had booked refill 0n 8/10/09 after the stipulated period of 21 days from the date of supply of last refill and till today refill is not yet supplied to me. When I contacted BPCL office on Phone No:[protected] it was told that refill shud be supplied within a week from the booking date but even after 12 days refill has not been supplied. I was told that the distributor is not procuring loads due to some constraints and thus consumer are put to unnecessary hardships for no fault. It is requested to intervene to and end our woes.

Had a bad experience with the Bharat Gas Agency @ Nigdi. 20-Oct-09: I tried to change the cylinder. Gas started leaking with a hissing sound. Had tried to lodge a complaint for an immediate response, but couldn't get through as they were on holiday. No emergency contact available. Fortunately, i had Mechanic's number. I dialed him up. He asked me to keep the cylinder outside my house. I kept the cylinder outside my house.
I called them up again this morning. They asked me to wait till 12 PM. I insisted them to take quick action. Mechanic had taken his own time & reached my place at around 1PM & replaced the washer.
It proves that they don't care about human lives. Such a nasty service. Your action on this would be much appreciated. If you need further details, please get in touch with me.

Bharat Gas — Non delivery-Delayed delivery
Sir,I am a bharat gas domestic cylinder consumer residing at Sector-17, Rohini, Delhi and my customer number is R-35408. I have booked for a gas cylinder with Vijay Gas Agency by telephone on 05/10/2009 but till date delivery is not given. The officials at Vijay Gas Agency, Badli rarely pick up the phone and in very harsh tone reply that I will recieve the gas cylinder tommorrow but the tommorrow has not come yet. Their numbers, 27854368, 27857383 & 64517496 is always busy. I have tried to contact the customer care number of Bharat Gas i.e. 23324847 which is also busy. I am greatly harrassed. Earlier my distributor was Rohit Gas Agency which is closed now and my customer number is now transferred to Vijay Gas Agency. I have heard of similar nature of complaints with regard to Vijay Gas Agency from other customers also. Please do the needful.

My name is Mangat Ram I have applied for a new connection 9/7/07 then after 6 Month I want Dear Sir,
to talk the distributor but he is not always stay in office, his manager Raman says please wait more than 6 to 8 month than after 6 month I m talking again the manager but he says the waiting no is lots off so now you can wait more 2-3 month his ans is not satisfied .then I m going to the distributor Mr. Vijay he says my company is change the rules now you can apply again, than14/3/09. I was filled the form again but after 6 month he is not giving me the new connection when I want to talk the distributor the manager and his employs is not talking well, they talk roudly he says you can complaint anywhere my approach is everywhere . I m also talking to the sale officer he says I m busy nopw his ans is not satisfied Then I m taking the head office Bathinda Mr. L.N. his office 2430136. He is not in office for last one month. His employee [protected] says, he is going to chandigarh.
So, every one is not getting any responsibility my problem is so big because I have no any connection please gave me a new connection.
