dear sir,
at bandel (West Bengal) Bharat gas distributors "SHYAMA GAS DISTRIBUTION".
last one & half year they totally stopped their home delivery. and people are recive their gas from godown, and the shyama gas distributors do not issue each calender before 30 days of booking. people are totally harrased.
It is my painfully request to you please take some step to SHYAMA GAS DISTRIBUTION.

I, JASWANT SINGH R/O A - 1/2, Bhajan Pura Delhi, Consumer No. 1589 MANVEER GAS AGENCY of Bharat gas CHANDBAG DELHI regret to inform you that i booked the refilling the cylinder on 22.03.11 the cylinder is supplied on 04.04.11, the supply of cylinder if gas took nearly 13 days which is too long time to be supplied the cylinde in the city like Delhi

It is very starng to your above claim if you took 13 days to supply the cylindet in Capital of India after 13 days what will be the position in remote area.
There is another problem on line booking by way of SMS is not accepted by your servor, I would like to know after how much days you register for the fresh booking from the previous booking. and time calculated from which date either from the date of registration or date of delivery, if it is the date of delivery who is held responsible for the delay, it is only you, then why should we suffer for the delay made on behalf of you.

i booked gas on 05/02 which was delivered on 15/02, then i booked my gas on 1/03 which was delivered on 16/03, and now i have gone for booking again and they are saying that booking will take place only after 01/04 . this takes almost one month fifteen days for getting a booking and i am being harrased for the same .
please look into the matter so that availabilty is ensured and your customer is satisfied that even after black etc the consumer is not facing problem

NISHA GASAGENCY Bhandara Road WARTHI.aapse kahna hai ki aap silendar ke ret ko 352.13/- ke jagha 352/- ya 353/- kariye jis karan hme silendar lete samay koye taklif na ho sake. aapke silendar dene wale hamse 353/- lete hai.to 0.72/- paiso ka hisab kiske pas hota hai. 2 din pahle mere dwara silendar liya gaya, mere dwra 352/- diye jane par aapke agency ke ladke unchi aawaj me hame gali dene lage.aur agency malak se bat karne ke bad hi silendar dene ke liye ad gaye.hamari majburi hai ki hame ayse batmij logo ki bat par zukar 253/-dete huye silendar lena pada. chote leval pe kiya gaya kala bajari bada hone me samay nahi lagata.aage aapki marji.

I am Aravind I am a consumer of Bharat Gas . Your agency M/s.Rakki.is our supplier My consumer no is 30236. I booked gas for home delivery on 17.03.81 booking no:2980 but till today 08.04.11 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, she says tomorrow must be delivered. But they didn’t supply the gas till date.

I HAVE A CONNECTION NUMBER 1097 IN THE NAME OF SH. SUDERSHAN SHARMA AND I HAVE BOOKED MY CYLINDER ON 02/04/2011 TO WHICH THE CONCERNED AGENCY RESPONDED THAT THEY WILL SUPPLY IT IN 7 DAYS BUT DESPITE OF NUMBER OF CALLS AND TODAY IT IS 13/04/2011, THERE IS NO SUPPLY OF THE CYLINDER.

WE ARE ALREADY SUFFERING OF SHORTAGE OF THE GAS.

OTHERWISE ALSO THE CYLINDERS ARE NOT PROPERLY AND FULLY FILLED.

KINDLY TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST THE CONCCERNED AGENCY.

I have faced this problem several times. I booked refilling of cylinder with my gas Agency - Venkatesh Gas (Aurangabad Maharashtra.)on 19th march till this date ive not received the same. This time my experience is very much horrendously.my consumer no is 27033(Preeti Ravi Patil).

Bharat Gas / home gas — Non delivery of gas after 13 days of booking

Dear sir, I am a consumer of Bharat Gas, Distributor Premier Gas, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar, Punjab my consumer no. is PG-5684. I booked my cylinder on[protected] but it has not reached till today i.e.[protected]. I have two cylinders, both are now empty, whenever I approached the distributor Premier Gas, Ranjit
Avenue, Amritsar, i get one answer, tomorrow it will reach. It is not the first time it has happened. It is their routine. They don't book before 21 days after delivery. Kindly let me know is there any rule that I cannot book before 21 days from delivery. I have a family of 4 persons one cylinder gets empty after maximum 30 days for second cylinder it takes 21+15=36 days for rfilling. (21-days for booking+ 15 days after booking). Sometime I use induction plate to cook which is very expensive, moreover it consume lot of electricity another national loss of power. Above all you can get same cylinder from the same gas agency on the same day for Rs 750. Please look into this matter

With due respect that I have gas connection no. 4017 with National Gas Service, , Kamary Road, Hisar (Haryana) licence no. HN-57/cgs valid upto 30.09.2016. I have booked the gas on 8.3.2011 for home dilivery under booking no.1438. But the gas cylinder is not supplied by the gas agency till to date.
You are requested to direct the National Gas Service, Kamary Road, Hisar (Haryana) to supply the same today also direct in future the gas cylinder may be supply in time and oblige.

hello sir,
the bharat gas agency near tarawala pul,amritsar,apunjab blacks 70% don't afraid.he says this is govt no body can stop him because many big man will support him bacause he gives them 4 cylinders on support by demand.without booking and others waits more than 4 hours at that place.there is no home supply for villages.only for city.
have any example like this.eg.if he had 80 cylinders then he will give to people only 30 cylinders.other will go home and after month booking he will give cylinder.
