Dear Sir, We wish to inform you that ,I am customer No.V-13541 of Bharet gas since last 12 years .I have 2 gas cylinder gas connection . we have change the residence since last 6 year & take over the our gas agency M/s Eminent Computer ,LBlock ,Sangam Vihar,New Delhi -110062 always booked our gas after 21 days & delivered cylinder within after 27 days. Sir, I have no any cylinder in stock. You are therfore request you to we have faced the lot of harreshment fromside of gas agency we have not issued any cylinder for stock. One month issued one cylinder. Our gas cylinder 0ne is always empty. sir i m ca deepak garg.i m resident of fatehabad haryana.i went to bhart gas dealer(sukhmani gas agency fatehabad)for new connection . they treated me very rudly .thier behavior is so wild i can not expain.they abused me .their behaviou is inappropriate to what is expected from a company like u .your staff behaves in such a manner like wild animals..............

i want to inform u about the rude behavior of bhart gas center sukhmani bhart gas fatehabad.I went their for the new coonection but they mis behave with me .i am waiting for new conection from since last year but their response is very irritating.so i m fully disatisfied from company like you.they behave like wildly and rudly.they abuse me so thir behabior is absolutly wrong .i never expexted this type of behabiour from your company.if you cant do costmer service then why r u doing .

Bharat Gas Ltd. — Very Poor Response from distributor & Delay in Delivery of domestic gas

Sir,
From your distributer Super Gas Services, Malad (West), Mumbai400064. We had booked our cylender for home delivery on 22 April 2008.The couple of staff members who book the cylender over phone was started using loose words & shouting when I was enquired about the gas cylender.
From last 25 days we were calling to agency person's but they are not giving proper information about delivering cylender. But from last 2 days there langauge changed (using loose word & shouting on phone ).
As they commited delivery within 8 days after booking. After 25 days we are still waiting for gas cylender.
Waiting for your appropiate action.

Bharat Gas — Very Poor Supply

Good Evening Sir,

we are using your Bharath gas since last 10 years in various locations. Now we are in Chennai(Poonamallee) with KJ Agency since last 2 years. Every time we got the cylinder very dificult. We can't get cylinder at home delivery even in single time. The distributer service very poor. No home delivery. No customer srevice.

it is beg to inform you that there is inadequate supply and marketing of LPG gas in deoria district of
uttar pradesh. the gas service couldnt deliver the gas at time due to which customer has to face a lot of problems. more over, time taken for one delievery is delievered after 15 days later.. also when we call
and told about the problem they doesnt respond and take the service and consumer complaint as grant.
so i request u to plz look upon this matter and as soon as possible plz solve this mater

please kind attention sir i am vishal i live in badarpur.

sir our colony in gas cylinder supply(bharat) is very bad as here cylinder is not reach in stipulated time due to we are not satisfied for it.

i have already book gas for two week which i have no delivered from Meethapur Bharat Gas Agency.

so i request you please just attention above mention. i hope you that you will be faithful for me.
