[Resolved]  BharatPe — Not issued the Petrobonus card

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have received a letter from Petrobonus dated 15th December, 2008 saying that I have a card of 46124 petromiles. I want to tell you that I couldn't receive my Petrobonus card till now. I have a request to them to send me the card as soon as possible to my home address so that I can use my Petromiles by shopping and also to increase the Petromiles. Otherwise there is no issue to have these much Petromiles on paper only. I am attaching the details of the PetroBonus card with these mail.

Complaint No 2750109 Dt 18/5/2010

This has ref to the above captioned complaint no given by one of your Customer Care executive named Mr Able.
I have been calling up frequently to your no[protected] & speaking to several executives from 23/4/2010 but i am surprised that nothing has been done till date.
I had a old Petro card (No [protected])which was lost & i got a new replaced card (No [protected]).The old points that were in the old card is yet to be transferred to the new card.For this i must have called more than 4 times(Few dates i remember like 23/4/10;18/5/10)& after explaining the entire episode i am told that the old balance will be transferred to my new card within the next 7 days but it never happpens.

Kindly let me know when this will be done.Instead, if In-Out vouchers can be send it can be send to my mailing address with an intimation.
Pls confirm.

I D.Raghushekhar request your goodself to kindly issue a duplicate petrocard
as the card has been misplaced. The recent transaction was on 1st April, 2011
at Anuradha Service Station, Visakhapatnam. I also request you to block the card
at the earliest. Kindly intimate the issuance of duplicate card to my e-mail add:

sir, I have applied for petro card on 2mar 11. i have not yet received my card. I have mailed and connected costumer care fmany time regarding this . they give me complain id-3404397, 348448 but nothing done.my form no-6673592.dob-25/02/1984.mob-[protected].[protected]@gmail.com.
