[Resolved]  Birla Sun Life — PREMIUM overdue notice

Hello sir,

This is to bring in your notice that my name is DeviPrasad Pandey. I have taken birla sunlife insurance policy.
My policy number is:[protected]
Premium amount:6250

I became shocked when I got a overdue letter from Birla sunlife and it was also mentioned in the letter that my policy is going to be elapsed. Really horrible.
Current due date was 6th april 2008. I have taken it in quarterly mode.
Now I going to tell u everything what has happened from Bilra side and how irresponsible these people are.
My last due date was 6th Jan 2008. Before January I was paying premium by ICICI EMI card (EMI Smart card) . In December end I requested ICICI to lock my card as I am not going to use it any more. They told me that they will do. So to avoid any elapse in premium I paid Birla sunlife premium in cash because I was in impression if my card has been closed then premium will not be paid by card to Birla Sun life.
Unfortunately the card was not locked so the premium again paid to Birla Sun life by card.
I mean Birla people got two times premium for January month (12500 rs).
I got two sms from birla that premium has been received twice. I have the receipt and card statement both .
I called in Birla customer care and told customer care guy to return my extra money as it has been gone twice . He told that it will be returned in 7 working days.
He gave me this reference no also:[protected]
I followed Birla people and as you know in customer care every time you get new character and no body takes the responsibility. I was waiting for money but I could not get it for 2 months.
So again I called Birla people and told that if you are not ready to return my money Please adjust it for my next premium (6th April)
I gave them my number([protected]) also so they can call me as every time their server is down.
Again Birla customer care told me it will be done sir. But unfortunately as they people are not responsible so nobody did anything. And I was shocked with that overdue premium notice letter.
Every time Birla customer care says SERVER is DOWN Server is down. Is this my fault that their server is down or they people are this much irresponsible?
See, I am a middle class person working hard to earn and 6250 is not small amount for me so I am not going to leave them . And also I have paid premium for more than a year and they people are saying that policy will be elapsed.
I will bring this matter in consumer forum because I am not wrong. I have all the receipts and statement.
So please requesting you, to do something for me o.w these people will take all my money and will return me nothing. I have earned it hard and have saved for my future but see how these people are saying that policy will be elapsed

This is RamNaresh Patel, my uncle(Mr P.K sharma ) has taken unit link policy and she has give roung information about the product . and my money become zero.

This is all Ok i can understand in this kind of policy its depend on the market conditions but the way she has given reply that is to bad .
she told that (we have to make clint fool at end ) and these words are realy hurt me a lot .
I have taken Insurance just because of company name or a brand name .
so mam i m looking for some support from your side .

I am animesh dutta, a policy holder of your company(policy number[protected]on dated- 28/12/2008, want to state that I have given a letter to your durgapur branch(west bengal)for changing the policy term from 20 years to 10 years on free look period.I gave all the relivant doccument along with the original policy paper to the durgapur office(W.B)on the same date.
But till date I didnot get any suitable answer about my policy details and the original changed policy doccument from your end.
Please mail me about of details as quickly as possible .I did not get my c pin/t pin.

My name is VISHAL AGGARWAL and my Birla sunlife insurance policy no is[protected] .. I want to know my premium paid receipts for tax purpose.. I have fiiled the form and i have given my mail id to your Netaji Subash palace, Pitampura, Delhi Branch on January 1st week and they have confirmed at counter that the user id code will be sent to u within a week. But surprisingly the company have so good service that 3 months have been passed, , , but no response at all... Very bad service has been provided by them to 80% Customers, , , ,

This complaint is against Mr. Avnish Joshi and his junior Prakash Padya of Birla Sun Life, Mumbai.

Both of them keep fooling and misguiding customers.

I have a very bad impression. They just make commision and donot guide customers well.
Just now saw on internet that Avnish Joshi has joined Citibank.
