I purchased policy- Saral Jeevan Life Cvg/ Birla Sun Life, Issue date: 28/Oct/2008. Till date I have not recieved any policy papers. I have been told by Mumbai HQ of Birla Sun Life that the papers have been sent to my address through courier.
My policy no is[protected].
I request you to kindly help me in getting the papers of my policy.

I purchased policy- Saral Jeevan Life Cvg/ Birla Sun Life, from the office of the company in Feroz Gandhi Market Ludhiana (Punjab). the premium of the policy is paid through my bank account regularly on quartly basis. Till date I did not recieve any policy papers. I had sent application to their office in Bombay and also contacted through their costumer care no. I have come to know that the papers have been sent to the office of the company in Feroz Gandhi Market Ludhiana (Punjab). These papers have been recieved by someone but not dilivered to me. Even after repeated requests I have not yet got any satisfying reply. My policy no is[protected]
I request you to kindly help me in getting the papers of my policy.

    Sub: Birla Sunlife life ins.Policy cancellation & Premium amount refund

    Myself Suraj Kumar resident of H.no-1073, Type-6, NH-4, NIT Faridabad, Haryana. I was sourced a life insurance policy by one of Birla Sunlife ins. agent from Crown Plaza branch, Faridabad, its Policy no. is[protected]. I took this policy in Dec 2008 but I didn’t received any policy papers till Aug 2009,meanwhile I called up at the same branch to cancel the policy but it was not cancelled & the ins agaent was also not available. I got to know from customer services that my policy papers are already received by some Mr.Daya but I don’t know anybody with this name. I was advised to forward the request for second copy on a 200/- Rs. Stamp paper. I forwarded the same on 10/08/09, I personally collected second copy on 29/08/09 from Crown Plaza branch 3rd floor. On the vary same day I forwarded the policy cancellation request once again then & there & I took the acknowledgment also of cancellation receiving letter. I was promised that I will be receiving the refund of the premium amount chq in next 10 to 15 working days but the policy is not cancelled yet. I am highly surprised to get this kind of response from a reputed organization. I want this policy to be cancelled & my money back. I am requesting you to please look into this matter personally & give me response as soon as possible or I have to put in this compalint to Consumer Forum. Looking ahead for your kind help & response

    Dear Sir,

    Myself Saranjeet Singh resident of H.no-201, Ranchi colony, village Tharike, Ludhiana. I was sourced a life insurance policy by one of Birla Sunlife ins. agent from Ludhiana, its Policy no. is[protected]. I took this policy in September 2009, but due to some personal problems i want to cancel this policy.I received the policy papers just a week before, i sent them back for policy cancellation on 12th october, 09 . Please Cancel my policy and refund the policy amount i.e Rs.10002.29 ASAP. I want this policy to be cancelled & my money back. I am requesting you to please look into this matter ASAP.

    I also faced such type of irresponsible behaviour from the employees of BIRLA SUNLIFE. Such a fraud company, i will never suggest anyone to get policy from dis company.
    Don't do any insurance. These people are sitting to cheat only. I am also facing more difficult situation as stated hear. No consistent response is being given.

      25-11-08, but till date i have not yet received any information form the
      company. but yesterday one representative told me that your policy came
      back for shortage of some documents,
      But personally the Agency Manager mr.Prabhat taken all the related
      documents form me. and after that three times I had deposited it to Mr.
      Prabhat against after his requestes. If policy not done, then the payment
      of Rs.25000/- should be return back to me with in 15 days, but nearly after
      3.5 months passed, but i had not received any information or my payment.

      Yesterday I personally visited your gurgaon branch and after verify all the
      records it was came to notice that :

      1) Since beginning no commission paid to AGENCY CODE NO. 621014
      2) No Renewal Commission paid of TRANSFER OF VAISHNAVI INTERNATIONAL,
      Agency Code 620435 in new Agency code no. 621014

      3) I had taken a policy No.[protected] against application id. A10988397 on
      25-11-08, but till date i have not yet received any information form the

      5) I had taken one policy no.[protected] and[protected] on 16/7/8 & 22/11/08
      respectively but same was shown as rejected due to non completion of
      documents, Sir after about 8-9 months yesterday i came to know that the
      policy returned, but i had no information of the same.

      Your goodself is requested to kindly do the needful and continue/
      regularise all the policy without any delay................AND also send
      me my COMMISSION since beginning.

      lots of personnal visits and also written complaints on the same. Your

      One year time is too much long for paying the commission to an Agent.

      this is my complaint that i have taken BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE POLICY and my policy no. is[protected] which has been taken through an agent. The premium amount is being deducted from my bank account every month i.e Rs.1603 but unfortunately i havent received any papers regarding this insurance policy further asking from the agent he says that my papers has been sent to my address but in reality i havent got any papers regarding my insurance policy.

        As per your advice I personnaly visit Gurgaon Branch on[protected]................THE 15TH DAY AGAIN TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE :-

        NO BODY IS READY TO GIVE ME A CUT DATE THAT THEY WILL GIVE MY COMMISSION FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS, WRONGLY DEDUCTED BY BIRLA SUN LIFE.

        NOW FORCEFULLY EVERY TIME WHEN I VISITED THE BRANCH THEY SHOW ME DIFFERENT-DIFFERENT REPORT/WHICH HAD NO INTERLINK WITH THEM.....

        THIS TIME THEY AGREE THAT THEY HAD WRONGLY DEDUCTED THE COMMISSION BUT ON THAT THE TDS AND SERVICE TAX WHICH THEY HAD SHOWN IN THEIR BOOKS WILL BE BORNE BY ME..................SIR, WHEN I HAD NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMISSION / BONUS.......FROM BSLI........HOW I CAN CLAIM THE SAME TDS FROM TAX AUTHORITIES......... I HAD FILE MY RETURN ACCORDING TO MY INCOME...........
        VERY STRANGE.....................I DON'T KNOW WHO RECRUITT SUCH TYPE OF ACCOUNTS PERSONNAL IN BSLI..

        1) FIRSTLY THEY PREPARE CHEQUE OF COMMISSION, AND KEEP IT WITH THEM;
        AND SHOWS THEY PAY IT TO AGENT;

        2) SECONDLY AFTER FEW MONTHS (ACCORDINGLY TO THIS VISIT) THEY SHOWS THAT BONUS IS ALSO PAID TO AGENT;
        BUT ONLY SHOWS IN THEIR ACCOUNTS ONLY, NO PAYMENT MADE TO AGENT TILL DATE;

        3) THIRDLY THEY ARE WRONGLY DEDUCTING COMMISSION AND HARRASHMENT TO THE CONCERNED AGENT FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS;

        EVENTHOUGH NOW AFTER KNOWING ALL THE THINGS BY ALL THEIR SENIORS AND CONCERNED ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT, THAT MISTAKE IS AT THE PART OF BSLI THEY ARE NOT PAYING THE COMMISSION TO THE AGENT.

        AGAIN REQUESTED TO KINDLY PAY THE COMMISSSION WRONGLY DEDECTED FROM THE AGENCY CODE.
        WITH INTEREST ON IT.

        The mentioned advisor given two policies of Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain of Rs- 50
        lacs and 25 lacs in July 2006. Policy numbers[protected] and[protected]. As
        per him a commission cheq of Rs- 7, 50,000/- was sent to branch for handing
        over, but due to some reason it was asked by HO not to hand over the cheq
        to him. Advisor is confirming that he has not received his cheq. Branch is
        not having any record for this.

        Now what ever commission he is eligible to get, is deducting from this
        amount as the commission statement is showing Rs- 750000/- is as negative.
        Kindly arrange to check the status of this cheq whether the same is debited
        from the account.

          Dear Sir

          I would like to inform you that I was explained about the policy of BIRLA SUN LIFE CHILDREN DREAM PLAN & no brochures are given even after demanding many times from insurance advisor,
          and when I received the policy I was surprised that I was alloted FLEXY SAVE PLUS PLAN which have very high premium allocation charges & other charges which was not told by insurance advisor, so I requested to cancell my policy alongwith required original policy & in required proforma during FREE LOOK PERIOD as mentioned in the policy at BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE BRANCH, NERUL, NAVIMUMBAI.But even after reminding many times at call center on 22.07.09 to Ms.Reshma(ref no.[protected], on 21.08.09 to Mr.Anil, and requested to stop ECS payment(first installment from my Bank), no action is taken by company & installment deducted from my bank on 27.08.09.Such type of behavior of insurance advisor & so long time taken by company for cancellation process affects reputation of the so big company.Therefore company should resolve my problem as soon as possible.

            I worked with a Birla sun Life Distribution Co. Ltd in Kolkata, I left that company in december 07 and couriered my form and documents to head office in May 09.

            I was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone or mail (now the concerned person is not responding to phone )

            I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.

            Please look into matter.

              I submitted my PF withdrawal form for Birla Sun Life Distribution Company Ltd. Mumbai on 7th May 2009 and the amount is not credited to my ICICI Bank account yet. I have written mails to their HR head and concerned account person several times but of no use .Its already five months now.Can you please let me know the status of my claim and also process the Refund at the earliest possible.

                I woud like to inform you that I was explained about the Children Dream Plan Policy & no brochure about the policy is given even demanding many times from insurance adviser, and when I
                received the policy & read the policy features, I surprised that I have got Flexi Save Plus Policy, which have very high premium allocation charges about which I was not aware and not told by advisor .
                Therefore I submitted written request for cancellaion of policy during FREE LOOK PERIOD on 09-07-09 & also request to cancel further ECS payment through my Bank, when I have not got any response, I again reminded on 22-07-09 at Call-Center, (ref no[protected].Again till now I have not got any Correspondence regarding cancellation of policy, but today I have got SMS that my installment will be paid from my Bank on[protected] for Rs 1499.68 for above policy, when again I contacted at customer care center I was told that my cancellation request is under process, & again my complaint again forwarded to concern authority on priority basis, But I am worried if action is not taken immediately, my
                first installment will be paid from my Bank on 27-08-09 even after cancellation the policy.I have already
                paid Rs3000 +Rs259 by cheque no114004 dated 27-05-09 drawn on State Bank of India.
                Pl consider my case & action shoud be prompt.

                  My policy no 10582881, i have been paying 3000/- every month from my salary through ECS scheme to HDFC STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE but unfortunately i cant able to pay the last installment but when i went to one of their chennai branch R. K. SALAI, they informed me that i have to pay 2 months ECS then only i can surrender the policy and also the allocation charges are 30% for the first 2 years. Their Representative never informed me this high allocation charges other wise i would have not taken the policy. since i am in IT Field i have decided to inform all my friends to inform about this company through mail and chain the mail to their concern which will impact a lot to the company reputation. Now i am need of money but they are informing me since the market value is down hence i will get less amount but for the last 2 years profit they are not sharing with me. Kindly advice me what to take the step against them to protect others from this FRAUD concern.

I invested 100k in the year 2007 (for 10 years) and they have taken 70k allocation charges balnce 30k depreciated to 18k in year 2008 and hence i discontinued the policy.I was not informed these charges at the time of entry.
                  This is quite common in every indian banks they are not informing coustomers about charges in such policies.All this sale of policies manufacturing is on lies.after you have signed it you never get back money upto 5 to 10 years time.there is no growth in such polices up to 5 years thereafter growth is veary slow.risk of all investment is oc coustomer so dont sign this polices you can better have money in normal accounts.

                  The worst of them all is Birla Sunlife perhaps..
                  To add to the woes, you cannot withdraw your investment before the lock in period (usually 3 years or more) and are bound to keep paying the premium - otherwise you are bound to loose you past paid premiums.
                  Trust me, if you want to go for ULIPs for their tax saving benefits, then you are much better off avoiding them and paying the taxes instead.

                    I RECEIVED ALL DEVIDEND EXCEPT DECLARED ON 08/12/06 DECLARED AT @25 PER UNIT WHICH AMT IS Rs.25214.33. which is balance till today.

                    I REGISTERED COMPLAIN AT birla sunlife mutual fund CUSTOMER CARE NO AT LEAST FOR 5 TIMES TILL NOW, BUT TILL NOW I DID NOT RECDIVED ANY DEVIDEND or any call as promised many times till today.
                    I ALSO SENT WRITTEN COMPLAINTS more than 3 TIMES TILL NOW, BUT STILL ITS UNUSEFULL.
                    EVERYTIME I CALLED CUST.CARE I WAS TOLD THAT MY ADDRESS WITH YOU IS INCORRECT, SO I SENT WRIITEN COMPAINT WITH detail ADDRESS again to companys office in mumbai..
                    BUT IF MY ADDRESS REGISTERED WITH company IS INCORRECT HOW I RECEIVED YOUR OTHER DECLARED DEVIDENDS and mailars.
                    EVERYTIMES I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CALL FROM UR CUST CARE/COMPANY IN NEXT 3 DAYS.
                    BUT I STILL WAITING FOR CALL. and money.


                    I ALSO RECEIVED OTHER MAILURE LIKE STATEMENTS ETC ON THE SAME ADDRESS BUT WHY CANT I RECEIVE UR DEVEDEND CHEQUES.
                    EVERY TIME THEY SAY DIFFERENT REASONS, ONE TIME THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD SENT CHEQUE AT HOME BUT AS THERE WERE NO ONE AT HOME SO THE CHEQUE WAS RETUTRNED/
                    ITS ALL RUBBISH.

                    I HAVE BEEN REGULAR INVESTER, AND I have not received such problem ever from any company.


                    WHY DON’T they PAY DEVIDENDS EVEN AFTER CUSTOMER FOLLOWS them SINCE LAST 3 MONTS OR SO.
                    EVERY TIME I CALL CUSTOMER CARE I ONLY GET NEW COMMITMENTS.

                      I would like to inform that these telemarketing calls should be banned, if they are then it should
                      be done by the company not by third party as their language is weired.

                      An incident occured on 4th Aug at 15:22 Hrs where a person from reffering from Birla Sun life called
                      from # [protected] he was explaining me about a plan saral jeevan inspite of telling him that i am
                      not inetersted in your plan if in future i need i will refer the website & do it there he started using
                      abusive language . My question to Birla Sun Life if some body is not intereset with their plan
                      do you all train your people to hang the phone with abusive language . If your calls are recorded you
                      can listen to it.

                      The same incident happened with me as well today. When I told that I am not interested in the product, the advisor told me to "shut my mouth up". This call was from the number[protected]

                      What kind of customer service it this? I am really shocked that the good image of the company is defamed by these foolish and ill-mannered advisors.

                      If the company can do something about it within the expected time frame, it will be highly appreciated otherwise at one point of time it will be too late to react.

                        I am Anil Kumar Patel, I have taken Insurance policy from Birla sunlife in the march-2009 Policy no. is[protected]. When I have received the policy then I have seen there are some discrepancy on the policy regarding nominee name & term year after that I had submitted that policy to free-look changes for nominee name spell & term from 20 year to 25 year but company had not changed the term and return the policy document by 25-jun-2009 and giving a reason that I don't have submitted the Illustration for 25 year.

                        After above thing happened I have submitted my documents to free-look policy cancellation. As per my last discussion with customer care that they are saying that my documents will not consider to free-look cancellation while I has been receiving the policy document since 25-jun-2009 through my adviser and I have submitted the cancellation form 3-July-2009 which is free-look period. If I have received policy delay then It is company responsibility that they will send the document to policy holder address & will take proper signature which can proof that policy holder have received the policy. If you have my signature then plz show me & proof it.

                        So I would request you to kindly accept my request and consider my policy to free-look cancellation otherwise I will file complaint against you to IRDA & CONSUMER FORUM.

                        Plz do the needful and confirm.

                          I have purchased a policy with you vide No.[protected] dt:- 19.02.2008.For which i have paid Rs.14983.00 as an advance EMI of 3 months.I have applied the policy in Monthly ECS mode, but after three months of issue of policy, instead of deducting the premium from my bank A/c, I received a latter demanding premium for a Quarter which I am unable to pay . I informed about the matter in your branch and to your advisor also .They assured me of solving the matter immediately. but, now i came to know that my policy have been lapsed ..I, have also repeatedly contacted your Customer Care, and they asked me to send a letter mentioning the whole case.
                          I am sending the same and request to cancel the policy and refund me money i have paid at earliest. I have been cheated and i now don't want to continue the policy.

                          But till date i didn't receive any solution.

                            I wanna tell you something about your jalandhar branch that there are
                            So many agency managers are working in your company as employee of Birla Sun LIC
                            But there are really spoiling the name and the fame of the company. Because some conflicting things are going on in your company like agency managers are doing job with duplicate degrees and certificate as they are doing these all shameful things and inspiring others to do as well they tell them that we are doing job like that we given duplicate graduation or id docs, you can also give and join with us because Territory
                            Managers and Branch head and all the senior management, they all are aware of all the things what’s wrong going on in front or behind them but they have closed there eyes and doing nothing .They never stop them to do all these things .

                            You are getting the business from the company even that is been done with the positive effort because if customer has incomplete documents or wrong document then they rather than guiding to complete there documents and or asking them to create genuine documents .They are making duplicate documents by themselves. They tell the customers it will be done and without telling them that they are going to use duplicate documents for it .Even it can be checked by audit that in all the agency managers and the senior managers drawers lockers and cabin as well that how they are doing there work so smartly because you ‘ill find cutter, glue stick and whitener, duplicate wrong copies, duplicate licenses, passport copies and all the duplicate certificate copies .

                            The advisors which are being recruited for the companies’ best performance as for agency managers even they are not genuine and they are being trained by giving Rs.500/- in café and providing wrong document just to complete and to get the best scoring among all the Agency Manager.

                            Sir, I request you give a look upon it. Because this is something really creating bad perception in the market so kindly do audits to keep your company good perception
                            But I have a request for this that do not escalate it about this mail before verifying and appropriate investigations with any of your jalandhar branch officers because other wise they normally hide there duplicate document at there friends residence and at the safer places Because earlier escalated the same thing to you but it was leaked out from your side so kindly do the needful

                                As per mail below I am facing the problem with Birla Sun Life Mutual Funds. As I have given request for discontinue my SIP and received the letter (dated 18.05.09) from the Birla Sun life with conformation of the no deduction in future (as letter scan copy attached) but still the amount is debited in month of June09 and July09 also from account.

                                When I raise the query to the company they have reverted that my banker has rejected the request (as mail below) but my banker (ICICI Bank) tele-Banking Officer is saying that we have not received any request and not rejected the same and they have no issue to stop that ECS. I sent a mail to Birla Sun life again regarding sending the rejection letter from Bank on 27.05.09 but till today I have not received any revert (on this topic) from them.

                                Earlier also when I gave the request for redemption of amount, I gave request on 20.04.09 but received my payment on 30.06.09 (after 40 days of request) due to their mistake in system (wrong account no updated in their system).

                                Pls help me out if you can in this matter as I am facing so much problem due to this. I am working with a Private Insurance co so I could not get time to go to the Consumer court but if the problem would not be sorted out within 2-3 days I have to take leave from my office and go to the court. I have arrange to send the Notice to them but till today they have not reverted also.

                                birla sunlife — Problems in SIP termination and redemption

                                Dear Team,

                                As per mail below I am facing the problem with "Birla Sun Life Mutual Funds". As I have given request for discontinue my SIP and received the letter (dated 18.05.09) from the Birla Sun life with conformation of the no deduction in future (as letter scan copy attached) but still this month also amount debited from account.

                                  The birla sunlife insurance company collected cheques for reinstatement of policy but cheques were not encashed for 6 months and took another cheques after 30 days were encashed by the company. This resulted in lapsation of policies as this was submitted by the company before the insaurance ombudsmen and showed their willingness to reinstate the policies which were refused/agreed by me.
                                  The presiding officer in his judgement clearly agreed upon the deficiency of service.This episode gave me unnecessary mental agony and tention caused by the company.

                                  Birlasunlife insurance company is really a blood sucker's company.
                                  I had the policy lapsation issue with this company and lost my hard earned money. Pls never insure under this company.

                                    i had purchased a platinum plus II policy on 31-3-09 by paying Rs. 1 lac as premium. life assured was of my son whose medical report was submitted by their branch office on 7-4-09. however, policy was issued only on 24-4-09 and hence nav of 15-5-09 was considered and thus i am loosing approximately 6.5 % which is likely to be huge sum at the end of 10 years. a letter written to the company is reproduced below:

                                    I am sorry to encroach upon your valuable time but since my efforts to get the due justice to my reasonable demand I had no choice but to approach you.

                                    I had paid Rs. 1, 00, 000/- by cheque for my above mentioned policy and a receipt to that effect was issued to me on 31-3-09. further it was confirmed by your customer service cell that the cheque was encashed on 31-3-09.

                                    All the medical reports was cleared on 7-4-09 and receipt to that effect is also sent to me with my policy documents dated 24-4-09.

                                    The policy amount which I had paid was to be invested in Assure funds till 15th of calendar month. Accordingly the money was to be invested in Assure fund on 31-3-09 or say by latest on 7-4-09 after the medical test. However, I have been informed that the money was not invested till 24-4-09. Please note that the NAV difference of 8-4-09 and 24-4-09 is 14.3364-14.1518=0.1822 [=1.3%]







                                    Further the switching from Assure plan to platinum plus II plan was also done on
                                    15-5-09 instead of 15-4-09. NAV difference in this case is 10.8754-10.2544=Rs.0.621[=6.05%] and thus I was allotted 8149.8760 units instead of 8681.9157 units. Thus I am at loss of 6.5% no. o[censored]nits and which will be sizeable amount after 10 years.

                                    I hope I have been able to explain you the details of loss and request you to advise your subordinates to issue necessary correction without further delay to avoid unnecessary correspondence and complications.

                                    So many agency managers are working in your company as employee of Birla Sun LIC
                                    But there are really spoiling the name and the fame of the company. Because some conflicting things are going on in your company like agency managers are doing job with duplicate degrees and certificate as they are doing these all shameful things and inspiring others to do as well they tell them that we are doing job like that we given duplicate graduation or id docs, you can also give and join with us because Territory
                                    Managers and Branch head and all the senior management, they all are aware of all the things what’s wrong going on in front or behind them but they have closed there eyes and doing nothing .They never stop them to do all these things .

                                    You are getting the business from the company even that is been done with the positive effort because if customer has incomplete documents or wrong document then they rather than guiding to complete there documents and or asking them to create genuine documents .They are making duplicate documents by themselves. They tell the customers it will be done and without telling them that they are going to use duplicate documents for it .Even it can be checked by audit that in all the agency managers and the senior managers drawers lockers and cabin as well that how they are doing there work so smartly because you ‘ill find cutter, glue stick and whitener, duplicate wrong copies, duplicate licenses, passport copies and all the duplicate certificate copies .

                                    The advisors which are being recruited for the companies’ best performance as for agency managers even they are not genuine and they are being trained by giving Rs.500/- in café and providing wrong document just to complete and to get the best scoring among all the Agency Manager.

                                    Sir, I request you give a look upon it. Because this is something really creating bad perception in the market so kindly do audits to keep your company good perception
                                    But I have a request for this that do not escalate it about this mail before verifying and appropriate investigations with any of your jalandhar branch officers because other wise they normally hide there duplicate document at there friends residence and at the safer places Because earlier escalated the same thing to you but it was leaked out from your side so kindly do the needful

They buy insurance policy in your name using your credit card details with the help of fake signature. If you are smart enough to find the office and person concerned, they refund the money through freelook. You have to tackle with your credit card company for interest charged by the company. I have experienced the same. My policy no. is[protected]. This has been bought by advisor Suvajit Rakshit and approved by their Manager, Babul Haldar.
                                      So, be careful with these mafia.

                                        i took one plan frm Birla Sunlife insurance(Saral Jeevan) plan.
                                        bt everyone they bult me extra fr Rs799.Whn i chkd wit agent abt the same.He told me tats could be a Bank fault, contact your bank and stop the payments.
                                        but when called my bank and checked abt same, they told me i have 2 policies which i whn checked at my native place they delivered the incomplete paper
                                        one policy has almost a payment of Rs2400 approx(policy number[protected]
                                        and second which i never ever asked fr rs.799 (policy number[protected]
                                        and plus papers which they sent have so much of over writing and they are incomplete
                                        also i tried to contacted customer service about same, bt they were never cooperative.
                                        and told me tat i authorized it

                                        *Also agent asked me for 2 cheques on canceled n one fr payment which i gave them.
                                        nad customer service is telling me that i gave 2 cancelled cheques which i never did.

                                        plz sir, plz look into the matter..

                                        And also i want to knw
                                        that i will stop my policy, will i get the money back which i paid till date.
