Did not receive policy papers

I purchased policy- Saral Jeevan Life Cvg/ Birla Sun Life, Issue date: 28/Oct/2008. Till date I have not recieved any policy papers. I have been told by Mumbai HQ of Birla Sun Life that the papers have been sent to my address through courier.

Non receipt of my EPF

Dear Sir/Madam,

I submitted my PF withdrawal form for Birla Sun Life Distribution Company Ltd. Mumbai on 7th May 2009 and the amount is not credited to my ICICI Bank account yet. I have written mails to their HR head and concerned account person several times but of no use .Its already five months now.Can you please let me know the status of my claim and also process the Refund at the earliest possible.

dear sir,
i was an agency manager(rural) at azamgarh (u.p.)branch.my employee code was 30579 and date of joining is 16/03/09 and date of resignation is 30/06/09.sir i've not received a single month salary from the date of joining because of that i've resigned.branch manager is saying that the total salary will be released with full & final settelment, sir when i'll get my f&f settlement.

SIP Stop Request given 2 times but not yet Stopped

As per mail below I am facing the problem with Birla Sun Life Mutual Funds. As I have given request for discontinue my SIP and received the letter (dated 18.05.09) from the Birla Sun life with conformation of the no deduction in future (as letter scan copy attached) but still the amount is debited in month of June09 and July09 also from account.

deficiency of servicethe

The birla sunlife insurance company collected cheques for reinstatement of policy but cheques were not encashed for 6 months and took another cheques after 30 days were encashed by the company. This resulted in lapsation of policies as this was submitted by the company before the insaurance ombudsmen and showed their willingness to reinstate the policies which were refused/agreed by me.

calculation of no. of unit in ULIP plan

i had purchased a platinum plus II policy on 31-3-09 by paying Rs. 1 lac as premium. life assured was of my son whose medical report was submitted by their branch office on 7-4-09. however, policy was issued only on 24-4-09 and hence nav of 15-5-09 was considered and thus i am loosing approximately 6.5 % which is likely to be huge sum at the end of 10 years. a letter written to the company is reproduced below:

A mafia is working in Birla Sun Life Insurance, J.K. Millemium Building, Kolkata. They buy insurance policy in your name using your credit card details with the help of fake signature. If you are smart enough to find the office and person concerned, they refund the money through freelook. You have to tackle with your credit card company for interest charged by the company. Sir,
i took one plan frm Birla Sunlife insurance(Saral Jeevan) plan.
bt everyone they bult me extra fr Rs799.Whn i chkd wit agent abt the same.He told me tats could be a Bank fault, contact your bank and stop the payments.
but when called my bank and checked abt same, they told me i have 2 policies which i whn checked at my native place they delivered the incomplete paper
one policy has almost a payment of Rs2400...
