[Resolved] Blackberry — Keyboard not working | |
The problem with Blackberry in India is that you are at the mercy of the service providers for everything. More importantly the build quality of the mobiles landing in India leaves much to be desired. My phone worked for a year, and when it just stepped out of warranty, the keypad stopped working. Airtel, from whom I bought the phone says its out of warranty, and without even looking at the phone, said it will cost close to Rs.8, 000 to fix! I can buy another one for just a little more. And that when they are trying to desperately sell Blackberrys buy 2 get 1 free etc. My advice, ditch Airtel and think twice about buying Blackberry in India (they dont even have a customer support center in India). i have bb bold set its keyboard not working . iam living in faridabad in delhi ncr and no one is helping by this problem plz do the needfull and get me repair this set under waranty

I have bought one balckberry mobile in the month of February 2009. The problem with the set is that its keyboard doenot function properly.
I am putting up in Dwarka, New Delhi and willing to know the address and telephone no. of service centre in Delhi where the problem can be resolved.

Hay blackberry users becareful the blackberry support sevices in South Africa must be the worst in the world and the freezing up of the keypad is just pissed me off again. Im on my 2nd hanset an still no help from them!!!
