Hello, I have a blackberry Z30 smartphone and I am facing issue(Power button was not working). Phone is in warranty period so I had given the phone in blackberry service center (PC Support, G33 &34, Ashoka mall, Opp to Sun & sand Hotel, Band Garden road, Pune) on[protected]. I was visited the service center 4 times to submit my phone from 26th Dec 2014, but due to their internal problem they have accepted phone on 2nd Jan 2015. Today around 1 month completed but still I have not received my phone nor any response from your service center . I had also try to contact to service center on these numbers [protected] [protected] I am calling these numbers from past 3/4 days but nobody is responding. I have used Nokia, Sony phones in past but not seen this type of pathetic service. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Work order No:AQP/BB/14/01041

    Block IMEI Number and Kindly trace my lost mobile BlackBerry 8520
    I would like to make a complaint regarding my lost mobile phone.

    I lost my mobile phone in a hospital at Rajahmundry A.P. on Jan 22, 2015. I have missed the phone after coming out of the chamber of Dr and after realising I tried to call but got switched off one of the patients after me might have found it. Please find the details of the mobile phone below.

        Dear Team, I Anil Anthony have smart phone curve 8520, i have taken the phone on August, 2010 and there was no problem until my complete phone was black out on[protected] and i have given my mobile to the service centre on[protected] @ 1.30 pm with receipt no.hyd/bb/13/06360 amt .rs.220/- and informed to confirm what was the problem and rectify the same. I received the call from the technical staff mr.anand cse at 1.45 pm to 2.00 pm stating that the phone cannot be rectified and the amount will be refunded back to me and stated that if at all i have to give for repair it will take rs.10, 000/- for the same. I went to your service station today @ 1.30 pm to 2.00 pm and was informed that the phone cannot be service and asked to give at any of the local service center in order to rectify the mobile and on top of it i was informed that i will be not given any refund for the same.As the charge were taken for checking the mobile and the same cannot be refunded for which we had an heated arugment with your cse mr.anand and he started raising is voice and was not at all customer friendly not customer oriented, neverthless to say was not having the proficieny to iform the customer about the issue and resolve rather asking me to visit any of the local service center and get it rectified.My first question why is the BB service center is given when the technical staff are not equiped to service customer issue Second question why the staff are guiding the customer to the local service center rather to the renowed bb service centerThird i have been charge without any service and on top of it the technical staff was not customer proficiency Fourth, i had a very bad experience on my holiday day visiting the center without any solution and bad customer orientation from the technical staff Fifth i would like to recieve solution for my problemm, if so please call me on my mobile no.[protected] Regards, Anil Anthony

          Sir I bought blackberry phone 4 months ago and it got unfavourable for from its 2nd month and i am continuously going to the service centre and every time they were taking my phone for 1 day and return to next day but the problem is yet not resolved.It leads to the loss of time and money both.The service center is very far from my residence so i am very frustated with the phone.Sir please kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible.             HYD/BB/14/12876 -> Several times I have telephoically followed up and in person follow-up. But I am shocked at the apathy of redington servicing staff at the Hyderabad service centre. It's already close to 18 days since I gave my phone for repair. They are just not progressing the repair, there are no updates and every time a different excuse is given to me. The servicing manager is not willing to talk citing excuses. When I asked for a interim phone for use, they are not providing with that. I don't have a choice but to escalate this.               Dis is a complaint of blackberry z3 which is mostly used for the high court purpose afer charging it becomes hot and its pasting is leaking on d screen providing a defect and touch is insensentive when reported to the blackberry respective cente shop no 106 kautaliya estate patna they responded dat we have no other set to give in place of it nd it will be replaced after 1mnth so i kindly reqest you to Look into d matter deeply if appropriate action is not taken den the court will have to take action on dis what will be ur reputation on dis world class company if you provide dis type of service nd cell phones nirmal kumar advocate patna high court ph[protected] email [protected]@gmail.com

                Dear Sir / Mam, 1.I've purchased a Blackberry Z10 (IMEI : [protected]) on 16/3/2014 with proper bill from propriter Dharmendra Electronics (Naudara Bridge Jabalpur). After ( 20th August, 2014) I saw that my batter is not working properly so I went to the Blackberry service point for the solution (in front of Mata Gujri Hostel, Near Sahil Honda, Napier Town). 2. After tracing the phone, it is said by the Blackberry service station that this phone sold by propriter Dharmendra Electronics (Naudra Bridge Jabalpur) is not an Indian Market handset but its an grey market (foriegn maket) handset so we can't provide services under warranty policies. 3. When I told this to propriter Dharmendra Electronics (Naudara Bridge Jabalpur) they said that this mobile is 100% Genuine and Indian. If it so then why service point is not providing services to me 4. I want to change my phone or return my money back because if any technical problem will occur in future than how will I get the solution. Please help me... What to do? With Regards, Harjot Singh

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I bought Blackberry Z3 through Flipkart on September-20-2014, Within this one month of time I've faced the following issue two times. The issue is, Touch screen is not responding. First time it occurs within 10 days of purchase and after few minutes it was working fine after switch off & Switching on the handset, the same issue arises now, I am able to switch off, Switch in the Set also I am able to increase and decrease volume with the buttons available. But I could not work through Touch screen. Please help me.! Thanks!

                    I had given my BlackBerry z10 to service center on 13-09-14 Work order no : HFE/BB/14/00443 1.My phone OS was not stable and had many problems, so gave it to service center . The person there said it will take minimum 25 days to service the phone, but today after 25 days I went to the service center to ask my phone, the person there said it will take more 30 days to service my phone. 2. so i tried to call the blackberry customer care, number provided by the company website [[protected] ], which is not an Indian customer care number but an Canadian customer care number, the problem of the customer care representative was, he was unable to understand my Indian English and i was unable to understand his English but i somehow managed to talk .and ask them to register a complaint of service center in India but they replied that they are not responsible for service center in India due to some government rule, so they said i cannot register a complaint and i have to speak to service center person i told all the things to the service center person and he said that he is not responsible for all this and the company is and he also advised me for going to consumer court, so please advise me or give me a solution to it.
