    Dear sir,

I recently brought my Z10 from Blackberry dealer -
    Divine Sales,
    Dr. Yagnik Road,
    Rajkot-360001
    India

    On 12nd March 2013.
    IMEI: [protected]
    PIN: 24CADAD9
    BT MAC: 40 6F 2A 20 B3 58

I had a network problem in it. I was not able to use my BBM fluently. Some messages were sent while some were not. Therefore I complained in Blackberry service station. They told me that after few days I will get a certificate and by that certificate I will get new piece of Z10. But when I visited again they told me that company has rejected to give certificate. They also told me that Blackberry does not give this certificate if -
1 - touch is not working
    2- device is getting hot
    3- BBM is not working

Now they are telling that they will send this device to Bangalore. And this will take 13-14 days. This is very irritating. My 90% of Business is done by BBM and that is not working since a week and this will take even more 15 days,We expect good quality result from Blackberry after paying lot of money. If I do not get a new device or my problem is not solved in 5 working days I will complain in consumer court and publish in news paper.

    what I do?
hi i am the user of blackberry since last 8 month, this was one of dream mobile phone and now when i am facing problem in mobile no service provider are guiding proper way.
I was surprised that famous mobile company like blackberry is not able to give good service, this is 4 day i am without my blackberry cell phone.

can any one from blackberry group help me out or else i should change the brand.

I’m a regular user of Blackberry for the past 10 years. Recently I bought one Blackberry Z10 and was extremely disappointed with the product.

I bought it on 7th July and within 10 days its battery started draining very fast. I took it to the retailer I had bought it from. He sent the device to local service center (Ambala-Haryana) and the device was returned to me in 3-4 days’ time but to my shock with the same problem. I again returned it to the Retailer on 23-July and I was told that it will be first tested at Service Center and if not okay, then will be swapped and I will get a new device within two weeks. After a week when I contacted the retailer I was told that device has gone for swapping and I may get new device within set time.

Now more than one month has passed and I have not received the device after repeated reminders. Today I spoke to retailer and I was told that Company has given them instructions to give me a new device and I can visit their shop and collect a new one. When I reached their shop, the other brother of the retailer told that they can’t give a new device to me from their stock and I will get new one only once they receive it from Blackberry. I was told that if I want a quick solution and wish to accept Z3 in exchange for Z10, I can get that but without any difference in price. I have been told that if I want Z10 then I have to wait for another 60 days minimum.

I’m extremely disappointed with this everyday follow up without any concrete results. May I request your immediate intervention in this matter please? The details of the product and retailer are as below:

Blackberry Z10, IMEI No. [protected], Sr. No. 2397/2012/WRLO, Bill No. 16278, Dt. 7-Jul-14
Retailer: Balaji Communication, Kurukshetra (Haryana), Contact Person: Vivek, Cell:[protected]

Thanks, Krishan Dhawan, Kurukshetra-136118, Haryana, Cell:[protected]

Blackberry — Hindrance to emergency calls

I use a Blackberry phone provided by my company. Company policy requires a password to be used on the phone. Blackberry phones will lock you out if the wrong password is typed a number of times, then you have to type the word "blackberry", in addition to your password, to get back in. I have found this very problematic especially a few times when trying to frantically reach my children - why are we required to entered such a long word (blackberry). It is senseless and iIn an emergency situation it definitely presents a problem!!! Seems like nothing more than a promotional effort on Blackberry's side.

On 27th January, 2013, I have purchased a Blackberry Curve 9220 mobile from authorized dealer of Blackberry at Rohini, Delhi. There are various manufacturing defects in the said mobile handset. Some of the defects/problems are as under:

          1. The battery cover is loose;
          2. Various parts of the mobile are moving inside the mobile and creates unwanted sound.
          3. The voice clarity is very poor and uncomfortable.
          4. The wire of the charges is very hard and can’t be straitened and creates problems.

You are requested to look into this and to get replaced the mobile immediately as I am facing a lot of problems because of the same.

I have been using blackberry phones and tablets since almost 3 years now. Working with a corporate company, i had sacrificed various features that are available in Android phones for a much better value for money deals. The thought was to access mails faster with so called fast data access of Blackberry.
In these 3 years o[censored]sing Blackberry products i have purchased 2 mobile phones and 1 playbook.
call it bad luck or poor quality of products, i have had to visit the blackberry service store more than once for each.
The first phone was i guess 8520 curve. (model no. might be wrong) within few days the battery drained. also the handsfree provided by the company was into pieces.
I had to take it to service station all the way to Bandra without having the knoweledge of taking my bill along with me. which was obviously my fault.
before i could complete 18 months of warranty, the buttons on the side panel, which had a rubber coating on it started giving problem. got it again repaired.

Playbook, which is sparingly being used went blank. Again trip to bandra service centre. Got it repaired after almost a month.

Now i am using 9320. The phone is restarting time and again. This time visited Vashi service centre. The wait time is 7 working days.

I am clueless as to whether i bought these blackberry products to ease my official work or to leave my office work and visit the service centre time and again. Sometimes to deliver it for repair and sometimes to collect.
Blackberry phones are costlier as compare to other phones with the kind of features it has. the data charges are almost 5 times with not much great speed. i pay Rs. 440 every month for BB plan. however the normal data plan requred for other phones is around Rs. 110 for 2 GB usage which is pretty much enough for a normal usage like mine.

i never recommend anyone to purchase a blackberry product. if you still would like to, please make sure you reside close to one of their very few service centres. coz you would have to travel to them for your issues.

Having used the handsets since 1999, today i am totally convinced that the quality of Blackberry handsets are way too low. Thanks to apps like Whatsapp, it has become easy to shift the handset.

Am very dissatisfied with my purchase of Blackberry Bold 9900-a top-of-the-line touch screen phone, that has only given me headaches! From the day it was purchased, 2 years back-it has been to the service centre more often, than it has been of service to me.I have all the Job-reports to prove the same. The last time, it was sent, was in October 2013-when they replaced it for me.But, even on receiving a new set, it was not syncing bbm contacts etc. This was the day before I was leaving for a holiday abroad, and I told the shopkeeper, that I would'nt take a faulty phone, unless I was given a spare phone.Which they obliged. On return from my holiday, I had to take the new handset back to the shop, as it was'nt charging-I was made to learn that-it was irrepairable, as the power outlet had blown up!Do you mean to say, that the life of a Blackberry is only 2 months? In that case, I will take it up as strongly as I possibly can!

This is regarding the Blackberry Curve 9360 I bought on 27th November 2011 with the warranty of 18 months. i started facing so many problems from 1st day.For Which I marked the the mail to Redington in May'12 .Since then I am following with them. And when i went to customer service center in May itself, I complained about the battery Life, they told me that it works only for 1hour max and its required to charge the phone 3times a day, to which i was shocked to listen as when i bought this handset it was told to me that battery life is of 4-5 hours, and they never took the battery to check.

Now, When I went again to customer service in October'12. I complained about the handset and battery also to which they replied that you should have submitted the battery within the 6 months of warranty, as battery warranty is only for 6 month(BUT ITS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE).

Though the kept the handset with them for more than 10 days. But I am still facing the problem, I am just fed-up with the handset. Also I am following up with them, marking mail, but I am not getting revert from them. What kind of customer service is this

Mail attached for your reference. I demand the action to be taken ASAP.

I went to the Noida sector-18 service centre, but as I had an argument with the lady sitting there, I never handed over my handset to them. So, no work order number was generated.

And I never said that I have submitted my handset.

                      Dear Sir,

I am from India, I bought Blackberry Curve 9360 on 27th November 2011 with the warranty of 18 months.

Prior to this, I have always used NOKIA, and I was pretty happy with it. Because everybody in my family was using blackberry-bold so I also shifted to BB.

But ever since I started using this handset, I regret my choice. Would like to draw your attention and also want the resolution for the mentioned problems.
Data is getting deleted automatically, and I was told to get the software up-gradation as a resolution , but it didn't help and its still the same.
Handset Hangs after every 5 seconds, and its actually impossible and irritating to work on it.
And every time I try to click pictures from camera, it says out of memory (even if there is no data saved)
Its hands-free plug point is also not working.
Battery life is pathetic - I always have to carry charger along to charge it every now and then.It takes hours to charge and hardly works for 40 minutes.
Handset gets heated and gets switched off as "battery drained out". even if it has been fully charged.
Now, as my hands-free point was not working, I thought there is some problem with the hands-free.So I got that exchanged, and i received black hands- free in return which is actually not at all comfortable. When I paid extra for the white handset, why should I use the black hands-free.

Anyways, at that time also I complained about the battery life, and I was told that it works for 1hr only (Who would spend Rs.18000 to get the battery life of 1 hr ? )

Request you to please intervene in this and provide the resolution as service center people(Noida) are so rude and not helping in anyways.

                      Handset Details:

                      Model No. - Curve 9360
                      IMEI No. - [protected]
                      Purchase Date - 27/11/2011

I have a blackberry 8520, i have used it for about a year and there are problem in the same.
Keypad is not working, wrong key press happening. Given to repair at blackberry service center after n number of follow ups got a reply that the mother board is damaged as it has been exposed to water. Absolutely nonsense RCA done by Blackberry team. I am a user and i am not aware of this exposure. Now i have asked for Rs 6K for the repair. How do you believe in these people. Suggest people should not buy blackberry from their hard earned money.

I am sure I will not buy any RIM product in future as just keeping THIRD GRADE service providers , RIM do not need any competition and will be wiped out by itself.

if I do not get my Handset repaired in next two days. ie by 28th of the Nov, 2012. I will tale legal action for which RIM INDIA/ RIM CANADA/ Redington India / NEW TECH will be responsible .

                              HI,
THIS IS RAMAN FROM JAMMU. I PURCHASED BLACKBERRY 9790 BOLD ON 30.10.2012 FROM KT RHYTHEMS, JAMMU AT 26K BUCKS. FOR THE LAST TWO THREE DAYS I WAS NOTICING THAT THE BATTERY COVER OF THE CELLPHONE GOT LOOSE AND SLIDES. IT FELT CREAKY AND THAT IT WILL COME OFF OF ITS OWN WHILE USING THE PHONE. I WENT TO THE BLACKBERRY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER AT 22A SHASHTRINAGAR, JAMMU ON 24.11.2012. THEY ALSO ACKNOWLEDGED THE PROBLEM AND TRIED NEW BATTERY COVERS HOWEVER THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. THEY EXPRESSED THEIR HELPLESSNESS CALLING THE PROBLEM AS COSMETIC AND TOLD ME THAT THE BLACKBERRY WON'T CONSIDER THIS PROBLEM TO MY UTTER SURPRISE. TO ME IT APPEARS A DESIGN DEFECT FOR WHICH BLACKBERRY PEOPLE NEED TO HELP ME TO GET THE SAME RECTIFIED OR REPLACED. THE IMEI NO. OF THE PHONE IS 359201.04.608318.5. THIS IS MY SECOND PHONE FROM BLACKBERRY AND THE EXPERIENCE HAS SHAKEN MY FAITH IN BLACKBERRY. IF THE BLACKBERRY IS NOT ABLE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM THAN I SHOULD SERIOUSLY THINK TO SWITCH OVER TO SOME OTHER BRAND. BEING A BUSY EXECUTIVE I CAN HARDLY AFFORD TO PART AWAY WITH MY PHONE. THE PHONE MAY EITHER BE REPLACED OR I MAY BE COMPENSATED FOR THE POOR WORKMANSHIP. MY CELL NO. IS [protected] AND MY ADDRESS IS RAMAN, DY. MANAGER(HR), POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. OB-26, GRID BHAWAN, JAMMU-180012.I HAVE ALSO SUBMITTED MY COMPLAINT WITH http://www.grahakseva.com/complaints/113875/complaint-of-blackberry-9790-battery...

I had purchased Blackberry Curve 8520. My handset is under warranty of 18 months from the date of purchase. There was software and other technical problem in the handset after a few months. So I visited my nearby Blackberry Service Centre- Redington India Ltd, Unit No 2, Sona Villa, 113, Opposite Shamrao Vithal Bank, S V Road, Khar, MUMBAI - 400052. I had given my handset at the said Blackberry Centre for repairs. They assured me that they will revert back to me in 3 working days regarding the developments. I did not receive any message from them even after a week. I then called up the Blackberry Centre but to no avail......since there was no response to the phone call. Then I visited the Blackberry Centre and enquired about my handset where I was said that I would have to wait for the mail. I received a mail from the company that my phone wont be repaired under warranty. I again tried contacting them on the phone but did not get an answer. I went to the Blackberry Centre during their working hours but the door was shut and they were not ready to entertain any customer as their system was not working and I was told to go back. This has been happening for a long time & am not even able to take my phone back. Please address this grievance.

                                  Address: Faridabad, Haryana

Our blackberry playbook 32GB Prd[protected] , IMEI NO.[protected] was purchased on date[protected] ,invoice no.-5759 from ARORA sons , Q-11-A lajpat nagar-II ,new delhi-110024 , phone no.[protected],29847200. Within 5 months of purchase a complete blackout was seen on the screen . We understand that we have been supplied with a second hand/defective piece since blackberry was offering 50% discount on this product. After filing our complaint at a service center in faridabad we got a shocking reply that handset is not under warranty due to liquid damage which we strongly refute and see this as a concoction to avoid repair of defective handset . when we approached them they demanded Rs9000 from to repair the handset. Again we approached them and they further demanded repair charges of Rs 16000 as repair charges which is more than the cost of handset himself. This shows utter disregard of warranty clause and amounts to cheating by selling a defective handset which is irreparable & causing undue harrasment by demanding Rs16000 which is more than the cost of handset. Under these circumstances we request consumer forum to direct M/S blackberry to replace the handset and pay the damages for harrassing us inspite of selling us a defective piece & refusing to repair under warranty.
                                  With regards

This is with regards to the Handset i brought on 1st january 2012.
I brought model 9300 in white color with PIn no. 2787D68C.
The problem is that i have got my handset replaced or repaired 3 times and every time there is a problem they keep my handset for atleast 15 days.
Last i submitted my handset at Lajpat Nagar center on the 27th september 2012. Till now whenever i call them they say that handset have not been dispatched from god knows where and every time they say that call after 2 days.
I have also written a mail to some rohit who is working with the redington organisation.
I really don't how can they have new handsets in the market readily available whereas they keep the customers complaint pending for months and months. I am really pissed off with the services provided by them. Kindly help me...

I have bought bold 4 from blackberry authorize dealers in noida sector 58. Since starting i facing problem in this phone of works very slow.so many times i have have to take out the battery and restart the phone in every one or two days. Secondly the main and other issue is battery backup which even lower than a chinese local mobile phone. I have to charge this phone minimum two times a day and sometimes three times also.now if we contact blackberry service center they need this phone for atleast one week to send it to the company and they are not even able to provide us backup phone also. Third the charger problem as while the phone is getting charges i cannot even touch the phone because if it move bit the charging gets stopped. So now this is the performance of phone worth rs 32000.

i submitted my blackberry playbook on 23rd of august 2012 to the nearest blackberry service center due to some charging related issue, since then i got no confirmation message regarding device status or any email from Blackberry,i called the customer care few times but they would always repeat the same line "Its not arrived yet" blah blah.i called them today also but they told me me that it would gonna take a while, they said that it would take another 2 weeks,i am really loosing my mind now.Blackberry customer care is worst, they don't know how to behave, the customer care guy told me that he could do nothing about the delay and told me to go somewhere else to complain, when i submitted my playbook they confirmed me that it would take max 14 days.i i am complaining about my issues everywhere but nobody cares about it.I use my playbook as ebook reader, and now i can not even read ebooks because of poor blackberry service.

I had a screen problem with my BlackBerry 9780 wherein I used to get a white screen instead of the usual display.

I took it to the Redington India Blackberry authorized service centre in Ahmedabad and they told me that they would need to send it to Bangalore for inspection.

Few days later, I got a response from them stating that the handset did not meet 'warranty criteria' and it was 'irrepairable'. Why is the handset which costed almost Rs. 30,000 and which is less than a year old having screen problems and why is it not repairable when it's in the warranty period?

I would like Blackberry to either fix my handset as it's in the warranty period and/or replace the same as the phone was not damaged by rough handling on my behalf.

                                              Hi Guys

This is for all those who are considering to buy a Blackberry handset. Please think 10 times before you buy one. The after sales stinks. The support is horrible. I bought my handset to SAP Mobile at Dadar, Mumbai on 30th August 2012, today it is 11 Sep 2012 and they dont even know when we will get the handset back neither do they know what the problem is with the handset and what are they doing to resolve it.

When you ask the contact details of people in Blackberry they do not want to share. With great difficulty I got the nos. of Mr. Randhir Krishna [protected] but no response. Then I tried calling up Mr. Chaitanya of Blackberry [protected] but again no response.

Why should Blackberry take so much time in servicing a handset, the probable reasons could be

                                              1. They are getting too many handsets for repairs
                                              2. Not having the right manpower to handle the no. of handsets being received for repairs
                                              3. Planning to close down its operations in India

The above are the only reasons why i can think of.

Guys please think 10 times before you buy a new blackberry.

                                              Best Regards

By this mail i want to take your attention regarding the Poor Services of Blackberry Service Center. I am having a blackberry Curve 9220 which i have purchased in June-2012 itself. From the day one i was receiving the problem of automatically restart of my mobile, but due to busy schedule in office i have given on 14th Aug.2012 to your Jaipur Service Center for tracing the issue, after the deposition they have returned my mobile on 18th Aug. 2012 and confirmed me that now my set is working ok and we have installed the software in the same.
But now again i am receiving the same problem in the same, its again creating me problem and automatically restart is happening in the same.
FYI, still i have not installed back up in my phone (as i was assuming that there may me some virus problem was there)

                                                            Address: Andhra Pradesh

This is mohsin khan, i purchase BLACKBERRY 9300 8month back, now i am facing problem with charger.
I went redington service center at secunderabad. they said first accessories warranty only for 6 months. so you have to change at your cost.

I am agree to take blackberry original charger from authorized sales center, But i was shocked to hear redington India limited will not provide 2nd purchase warranty and guaranty.

That means blackberry(authorized seller in India) wants to sale for once after that you live with you god.

My main concern is, i am ready to pay for original ones but Redington India ltd refuse to give second sales warranty. why?

BLACKBERRY should have to take action against theif people like redington India ltd.

I have written evidence from Redington service center.Hyderabad.
