I have purchased BB9300 two months ago in which trackball,camera zooming is showing error after which i visited authorised service centre Varad Electronics in Vashi.hey have replaced new cell but still given same error.
I have lost trust on BB and i want all my money back.

    Redington service centres are useless and cheats.Very recently I had a problem with my trackpad and one more key of my blackberry 9700.Except that everything was fine till than.Now I received mail from them stating that there is a water damage.Now they are giving me back phone which is not at all in a working condition.And I am not able to start it as well.I could have repaired it outside the street side repair shops are much more genuine than these guys.But now they have in the name of servicing have damaged my handset. I have not taken it back and have told them to give it back in the same condition I have submitted. But they have denied. I am now taking route of consumer forum and other social networks and blackberry office to complaint against them till I get my handset back in the same condition or compensation for the same.
    Kindly help me if anyone have some other better option to sort this out.
    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I was using this hand set(blackberry 8520) very carefully. The handset not wet or fell down so that there is no point of liquid damage. Fist time I submitted the handset them. They said that the software problem, there is virus in software and no date record then they take 4 days and after four days they hand over the hand set. When we start the hand set was showing the same problem then we submitted again they said that it will come after 15 days, when we contacted the service centre. They said that it is liquid damage. I am not able to understand that how will the possible that liquid damage. Please Clarified the mater the hand set is under warranty / guaranty period. Please take necessarily action.

      FIRSTLY I SORRY TO TELL THAT SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE IS NOT EXPECTED FROM BLACKBERRY. I have purchased new white bold 2 9700 with pin no 25DAD69E on 26/01/2011n IME NO [protected] from mumbai n i have given my handset thrice to service center at borivali (west) for various problem as follows 1) volume button problem 2)handset hanging problem n many times i have updates OS5 as ur representative told software problem 3) i had submitted my handset on 29 th december 2011 for ear piece sound was cracking and it was burst latter i had informed n aslo dat problem got solved and i got my handset on 8 th january 2012 4) again on 12 th i submitted my handset for track pad problem and i told ur representative to get replaced my handset ad its defective and on 19 th i got handset replaced and new pin no 26E57DAC and IME NO [protected] and in that handset again same problem persist and also other problem of vibrator of handset is not proper working. so my question is that getting replaced handset n with new handset how anyone face any problem.again i have to submit my handset.
      again on 21/01/2012 i submitted my handset to service center of borivali west for handset which replaced by ur company in that same fault arise my respone no is ZRV/BB/11/06478 IME NO [protected].i have also mailed my problem detail to mr.chaitanya excelation department.but no respone.THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS NOT EXPECTED FROM BLACKBERRY.I M WITHOUT MY CELL FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH.

      I recently had sent my blackberry phone which was bought on June 13 2012, I had sent to redington service centre on cunnigham road Bangalore India (5th July WO no. 03505), I really doubt if they had sent the phone for service to the company or not, because the issue what I had told them “ keypad not getting unlocked” is still happening and once again I have given the phone for service for 10 more days, we need to wait for a half day for our turn to come and everything in vain, kindly ensure atleast this time the service is done properly.

        I had purchased after lot of research & as per my need the Blackberry Bold4(9900) on 20th Oct,2011. after few days o[censored]sage i learned to operate & Handle it.
        The Problem with Blackberry is that it is very Sensitive to Software if any issue arises the operating system needs to be reinstalled. which i had to do 3-4 times. Secondly Camera Was Showing the Refreshing lines while taking the pics & images were blurred.
        After using it for 3 month one fine day it just got Dead with Red light Blinking( one thing was sure it was a major hardware issue which was later confirmed). I took this Handset to Service center- Redington India Ltd.-Jaipur office (they have outsourced it-The Blackberry). Now Submitting on 9th jan,2012, they said they will call & confirm whether it will be repaired by Software instillation or it will be sent to Delhi Office ( They never called me up, i was only following them, service centers numbers is also busy). Now i visited them at 16 they told me come on 21st as they have norm of 10 Working Days. when i visited them on 21 Jan,2012 , they told me they are not sure when my mobile will be dispatched from delhi nor they confirmed me that whether it will repleced by new one or the refurbished. I called on their helpline also [protected], where i was given 3 ids: [protected]@redington.co.in,ahsish.[protected]@redington.co.in & karun.[protected]@redington.co.in i mailed them Jan 23rd, but still no Response from the Company & i fell Disgusted to Spend the 32000 rs. on Such hand set & Company. Still Awaiting the Company's Response Blackberry or Redington.
        These third party Service Centers are never Customer Centric. Bad Company & Bad Services Blackberry...!

          M using curve9300.just have used for around four to five months i got a problem with my track pad and display.Tough i've visited to the nearest blackberry service center which is located in Thane at eternity mall the problem was not solved.Moreover they used my phone took a long period of 15 to 20days and did damage to my handset.I request u 2please look in this matter.you can contact me mob. no.[protected].

            We have purchased 4 Blackberry 9360 handsets on the name of Dehn and were also planning to buy some more. But as the services we received from your dealer seems to be disgusting.

            There is one box of handset which did not include battery. Same was reported to dealer's representative (Sonu - [protected]) who told us to contact blackberry helpline wherein I was guided back to dealer to contact their RRLC team which this dealer is not aware of. I gave him the e-mail ID of blackberry support as well which was given to me by CSR when I called the helpline.

            When I called him again after 2 days to know the status, he is telling me that it's been 2 weeks you purchased these handset and company is declining to do anything about it. When I asked him the contact number of concerned person at company's end; he told me call after sometime. When I tried calling again he did not answer; then I tried from some other number, he picked up as soon as he came to know that its me, he disconnected the call and switched off his phone. We do not have any other contact number of dealer where we can call.

            Then I wrote a mail to blackberry support; in response they asked for IMEI no. of the handset. And it's been two week their is no response from them in-spite of daily reminder. And if I call customer care they either disconnect the call or put the call on hold without even greeting and never come back to respond.

              I have purchased my blackberry smartphone torch 9860 1 month ago but I am finding many issue in handset. Some issue are given below-



              Ø Battery Backup.

              Ø Voice is not clear to opposite party.

              Ø Hang Issue 8-10 times in a day.

              Ø Auto speaker on while call is on.

              Ø Issue in landscape mode vice versa to potrait mode.

              I have purchased Blackberry smart phone-9380 from “ M/s Anil Communications”(Bahu plaza, Jammu), vide bill no.261 dated 10/8/12.On the very second day my handset started heating from backside without using it and resulting immediate discharge of battery. On the same day I made a contact with said dealer and your BB sales boy told me that this mobile has to be sent to service station for minor settings, but further he told me to keep an observation eye on your handset for few days. But this problem was continuously faced by me.As I was out of station from jammu for last few days & Now today when I reached jammu, I went to same dealer and told briefly about same problem, as your BB sales boy was absent. I was surprised to know dealer’s comments that, ”If you came with this complaint within 15 days from purchase date we would have immediately replaced your handset with the new one”, rather I have already complaint on very second day and your BB sales boy did’nt told me about replacement within 15 days neither at the time of purchase.
              However today I contacted to your BB service station and they told me to deposit your handset tomorrow for further sending it to company for repair, after taking backup your valuable data.
              Considering all the above facts I request you to replace my handset because I am not knowing the terms and conditions as these were not clearly stated by your BB sales boy.
              Being a reputed company I am confident that you will consider my case and replace me handset with new one.

                Blackberry will go down in History Soon. The Indian Outsourced service center has started fleecing customers at their will. As usual this is was my third blackberry whose charging plug got ripped from the PCB and when went for repair the support center bluffed that water has seeped in and they will charge 12000 Indian rupee or 220 US$ for a phone which is available in the open market for 10,000 Rupee. and I went to local shop and repaired the same for just 10 US$ that is 500 rupees. Such non monitored outsourced support center will help blackberry had to its woo's of massive customer dissatisfaction they are facing for last one year... God Bless Blackberry... or Badberry
                Blackberry People did not contact me saying they will resolve my problem.

                There was a call from Canada too. The gentleman said he will take of the problem with redington and arrange for change of PCB board.

                But yet we have not seen any real response.

                This is more misleading than the their Indian Service Provider.

                I am expecting quickly reply or else I will be forced to Consumer forum and claim damages too.

                Blackberry Support Awake soon before it is too late.

                  With immense frustration I am posting the complaint for the second time for a faukty handset!!!

                  I had got a new handset after going through the below mentioned harassment in the first week of oct and now again on 18 nov 2011 I have faced the same display issue and the handset has been returned for repair. The work order no is DEL/BB/11/18320. This is my fifth visit to the service center within 9 months of buying the phone.I have serious doubts on the quality of blackberry handsets.I am going to take it further to consumer court if I don’t get an upgraded model as promised the last time.

                  Background is as below:
                  While buying a high end mobile handset, I had no second thoughts but just chose to buying Blackberry.

                  But now, I repent! I happen to be a sad owner of Blackberry Bold 9700 Mobile.I had bought the warranty handset from a Croma,south ex part 2,New Delhi (PIN :25ED2196, IMEI: [protected]) on 03 February, 2011 paying a total of 22890 Rupees but to my surprise within the first 6 months the handset has gone for repair thrice at Redington,Lajpat Nagar,New Delhi that too for the same problem of display.
                  After submitting the phone for the third time for repair I got a new handset on 24th aug 2011 (PIN: 21E74634, IMEI :[protected]). The job order no is DEL/BB/09893. This time they had given me an assurance that it will not give any more trouble as they have changed the handset. But to my utter surprise yesterday again the display again went off.I again visited the Redington Center in Lajpat Nagar and got to know that it’s the same problem again and I will have to give it for repair.

                  I fail to understand that how can a new handset within a month turn out to be faulty. After all the mental harassment that I have gone through in the first 6 months of getting the phone repaired thrice and getting a new handset I thought the issues will cease. But now its the fourth time and the same issue has happened with a new handset. I would also like to bring to your notice that the services of the Redington Center at Lajpat Nagar are pathetic as one has to wait for an hour everytime you visit this center.Its highly mismanaged.

                  Owning a blackberry has turned out to be the worst experience ever.

                  Myself Pratik Parashar bought a handset of blackberry model 8520 curve ...as soon as i opened on the very first day as i opened it there was a hardware problem.i went to the shop from where i brought he told me the procedure which was 10 days long..after 10 days i got new handset which has same problem as the old one as soon as i opened it i found it has same problem..i am staying far away from where i bought my handset because i am doing engineering far awy..so it is too difficult for me to go again and again there to file a complain against my handset..how many times new handset would have same problem..???i would have too wait for 15-15 days again and again..even then they r not giving the right information and handset....i would not tolerate this why would i wait for so long and still not getting my handset..again in new handset they r giving same problem..i want you to take strict action and issue me a new handset very soon..i would not wait 15 days again and again..

My handset is 9860 and now it is lying with HCL for repair from many days. their system alsways shows that it is under process without any firm response whether my phoen is repairable...or not...i am really really tired and my business is suffering like anything. i had been a BB user from last 7 years but this experience has really shaken me and have decided to discontiue BB usage handset specially.

                    I have purchased a blackberry phone 9300 from a stupid store called mobile point in vile parle and at the time of purchase they said that if there is any problem then you can come to this store back and we will send it to the store.

                    But now when there i a problem they completely refuse to accept the fact. This is shear cheating. We have bought so many phones frm them and nw wen there is a prob they fail to help us

                    Also this is the 1st phone of mine that is giving me so many problems. I purchased it on 16 july and frm oct it started giving me prob.

                    I feel i m robbed by the mobile POINT STORE and BLACKBERRY.

                      I have purchased a Blackberry curve 8520 on 9 July 2011 from The Mobile King in Agra (India) From 20 Oct'11 however it started giving problem wherein I was not able to dial any number & the key pad was behaving erratically. however soon i noticed that it worked properly automatically but then faced that same issue after 5-6hours randomly... Then I visited the Vashi (Navi Mumbai - India) service centre of Blackberry on 8 Nov & deposited my handset for repair. They asked me to collect the phone within 7days. Anyway, I was informed that as water has gone inside, the phone can't b repaired. Instead they charged Rs.200 for inspection and said that if you want repair for handset then you have to pay Rs.8000 for it. The same is a manufacturing defect from Blackberry and also as i have checked in the consumer forum i have seen many of the individuals complaining for the same reason and i hope this need to be considered and provide a resolution for the same to all the consumer facing these kind of issues. Its very much disappointing to feel such a bad service from a company like BLACKBERRY...

                      I am surprised that a company like Blackberry maked such inferior quality product which does not last even for six months & for a device under warranty they ask for inspection fee.

                      I would request all other customers to make a note of this & think twice before making a choice.

When i was purchasing the handset there was a person from blackberry he informed me that i dont have to carry the invoice with me when ever i travell, so i sent one of my office person to take the handset to service center at A-106, UGF, Mall Manhattan, Old Faridabad - 121002, she checked with her system and was not able to trace it also she told there is no such kind of online bill servic by blackberry her name is Poonam thats what she told me over phone, today 14-Oct-11, i went to their service center with orginal copy of invoice to the same service center mentioned above. i told them about the issue with the handset (batter getting drained very soon & handset is getting heated without charging) she told me that i have to submit my handset and it will take atleast 12 working day to get resolved as they have to courier the handset to chennai office, so i asked them to give me a spare handset for the time being, they said that they have only 3 spare handset and all the handset they have given it to other customers, same time there were other 4 customers having problem with blackberry handset, tell me where those customers will go / or who is going to bear the loss. then i asked her how can i get in touch with blackberry customer care she gave me the no ([protected]) i called so many times and there was no response, so finally i called Mr. Ajay ([protected]) M/s Ajay Sky Communications to help me out with it he asked me to speak to Mr. Gagan in the service center and he was on leave, So there was Mr. Sunil ([protected] / [protected]) he told me that they dont have any spare handset and and i asked if they have any email id of blackberry they said they dont have any information, Now again i called Mr. Ajay M/s Ajay Sky Communications, he to told me that you handover the handset to them i will give you my handset, now tell me whose responsibility is to replace the handset, is this is what blackeberry is famous for, now i asked atleast you change the battery so that i can use my handset till i can arrange any other blackberry handset, for that too she told me that they dont have any battery with them so they have get it from their head office which will take atleast 20 to 22 days to get a new batterry, This is my season time where i cannot go anywhere without my mail, WHY DO YOU GUYS NEED SO MANY DAYS TO RESOLVE A SMALL PROBLEM & YOU HAVE ONLY 3 SPARE HANDSET FOR 1 SERVICE CENTER.

                          Please read each and every bit of my mail, and revert back to me ASAP, or my last step will be the consumer court.

                          Blackberry — no proper response from

                          Reference: Connection # +[protected] in the name of Mr. PV Prasanna Reddy,

                          I had enquired from the Airtel outlet (Mr. Mohit) at Rajpur Road in Dehradun, Uttarakhand regarding blackberry handset and activation of the blackberry services on the above reffered connection.

                          They assured me about everything i had enquired about therefore i paid the money to the tune of Rs 21, 990/- in advance vide receipt no 9113 dtd 9-July-2009.

                          After receiving the amount Mr. Mohit from the Airtel office stopped responding properly and inspite of my vigorous followup the handset was delivered to me after 15 days.

                          Now they are not responding over the activation of blackberry services. I had requested for Rs 899/- plan but have not received the services activation response.

                          I regretfully submit that the quality of services at the Dehradun Rajpur Road outlet does not match the big promises that Airtel makes.

                          I strongly suggest that some action must be taken on such workers in Airtle who are hired for customer services but fail to do the same and cause suffocation to the customers.

                          i bought a new blackberry pearl flip (8220) from mobile store kolkata in the starting of nov. and just within 3 week it went dead, after which i gave it to redington service centre, lansdown place n it's been over a month they r nt handing me the set . i feel like asking blackberry to return my money, as if this is the scenario of service, then i'll be facing problems everytime.
                          can someone help me with it.

                          Yes I too fully agree. Purchase only from Airtel/Vodafone - never buy from a retailer (Redington). They dont listen at all after sale. If you buy fom any retailer (that means except directly from Airtel/Vodafone) - that means u are buying from Redington - as they import blackberry in India. Redington is the most pathetic blackberry sellers. After sale, they dont respond at all. My personal experience - I kept writing emails, but noone even responded from Redington. I can assure that buying from Airtel/Vodafone is advisable - as they support you in case of support needed later.

                            I purchased a blackberry mobile handset (Model 8320) from Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt. Ltd. On 1st June 2011. Only after few days around 40 days charging of the phone automatically stopped working. jack of the mobile stop working. Therefore I visited to your service centre in Sahara Mall, Gurgaon and got to know from the service station incharge that charging jack of the handset is not working. The service centre guys told me that this part is not cover under warranty and charged me INR 1,800/- for jack replacement. Though I was surprised for not covered under warranty but I have to believe as it was a authorized service centre. After few days again charging system of the mobile stop working. Again I have visited same service centre and come to know that by there is a problem in my battery and I need to purchase a new battery as again it is not covered.

                            Can you please check the issue here. Let me know a way out ASAP.

                              Its with utmost regret and pain that am writing this note to you....I am using Blackberry handset since last 6 years but this time I had made an unfortunate decision of
                              buying a Blackberry 9105 bearing your brand....

                              The problem are :-
                              1. Charging port is not working- I have to adjust properly for getting the BB charged.
                              2. Keywords are clicked twice- If i click enter once then it automatically work twice.
                              3. Battery drained up after 1 to 2hrs talk time- after charging full it last for 2 hours of talktime.

                              With a heavy heart I must say that my last conversations with all employees @ BB Service have painted a very bad picture of Blackberry's customer sensitivity and
                              concern towards its customer.I'm working with Airtel and have been using BB for the last 6-7 years, all the employees at our organisation are also using BB.

                              The service guys at BB are now giving me the that my new BB handheld have been serviced before somewhere outside,The handset is irreparable due to
                              Incoming USB reworked and pad damaged. I must say that it doesn't hold good and absolutely incorrect. I'm the only only person who had been using this device
                              for the last 6 months and have given this for service for the first time to you. It seems some goo[censored]p has happened @ your Service Station and I've been made the prey.

                              Now, I'm being asked to pay another 10 K to get the Handset replaced. I'm totally confused either people are making me fool or it is somebody's vested interest.
                              Since, BB is a big brand and always put Customer First, I'm expecting a solution and right direction from you.

                              An early reply on this is much awaited.

                              Blackberry 9105 — Horrible handset

                              I bought blackberry 9105 around 9 months back. being a blackberry i was kind of confident about the quality of handset and did not mind payin a bit more to get one. but within 2 months o[censored]sing blackberry the handset started showing probs. initially it started by just hanging a bit, but later the time started to by itself every now and then. still being under warranty period i gave my mobile for servicing. the shopkeepers claimed that many people are having probs with this handset and we can try upgrading the software which might solve the problem, but after getting back from servicing the problem continued and various other probs too started surfacing. Like:
                              Time changes by itself
                              It started hanging too much
                              Phone stopped charging
                              Keypads don’t work well. Various alphabets appear if i press a single key pad slightly.

                              I complained again at the shop and they once again said bring back the handset we will check. They themselves dint seem confident that the probs with handset can be completely solved. I seem to have wasted 19000rs on a useless phone. My phone is still under warranty period and i want a replacement. My shopkeepers are of no help.
                              Please advice wht can be done. I have put a lot of money on this phone and it feels bad to see money go wasted.

I have given it to Service Center but they say I have to pay for it even if its covered under warranty until company certifies that this is within warranty.                                   Handset looses its voice means when any call comes the phone doesn't ring & if i pick up the call i cant able to listen any voice & the other person on the other side also can't hear me & when i restart the phone with removing the battery then it works for some time & then same problem comes again.

I purchased the handset last year in the month of July with 18 months warranty but my handset started giving me trouble in the month of May then I visited to the Blackberry Service Center Lajpat Nagar [ B-32, Ist floor ] they took my handset for 10 days and after that giving me the status that my handset is out of warranty bcoz unauthroised work done on PCB.Who has done unauthorised work on the PCB, and why they has rejected the warranty.

                                    If consumer will not avail the benefit of warranty then what is the use of it? Why such a Branded company is doing Farud.

                                    I'l sue the company if i'll not get the replacement.

When i had given service center they had told me that will it will be rectified in 15 days time post completion of one month when my Sister visited at service center they had told me that you have to pay additional approx 8000rs, i lost my attention that again i have to pay 8k for this issue and additional 2100 for batteries as it was giving poor back up post usage oof one month of purchase. As i am user of Smart phone since 4 years got shocked to get serve one little issue in one and half month and still rectified phone i haven't received yett due to unavailability of smart phone had bought I Phone 5.

                                      As per latest list same model is costing in India approx 16-17 k and phone was in good condition and have to pay 10k for rectified phone. Please let me know where i had did mistake to purchase BB phone or un willingly some sort of moisture gone and for poor battery of this phone.

                                      Please be in my place what will right and do the needfull asap as i am travelling most of the time and do some correction of rates for rectification of mobile along with my spoiled battery so that we as a consumer will give positive feedback to the market as i am corporate banker.

                                        I am very much embarrassed to again inform you about the problem existing in ma handset, Blackberry 8530 CDMA.
                                        I purchased this phone in the month of April from a Blackberry store. After 2 months there existed a battery back up problem in this phone. The handheld frequently got heated up in while charging within an hour and the time it was on charge it showed complete battery with 100 %. After the removal of the charging the battery backup worked for only 4-5 hours.

                                        I submitted my handheld at Lajpat nagar service station where they kept it for 15 days. After the agreed days of submission they returned back my phone by saying that the problem has been resolved. I started using this phone and the same problem occurred again. Again the phone was submitted for 5 days. Now I have the handset with me with the same problem again. They said they have changed the battery but that too has not solved the problem again on this set.

                                        I request you to please look into the matter and solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I would be forced to take some legal actions against this. Reference no. and details are as below.

                                        I hv purchase one BB curve 9300 from manpreet telecom located on main visas margh on 15 may,2012. The day I bought the handset there was problem of phone hanging and automatically shut down, I had taken the phone to dealer from whom I had purchased and every time he do something and phone works for 2-3 days. Yesterday ,dealer told me to go to one service centre and get the do in order to replace the handset, when I went to service station they told me that they can,t issue the do and I should contact dealer for the same.

                                          I have Purchased a Blackberry Curve 8900 some 14 months back, I am very happy with the blackberry handset because performance is also good. One day when i woke up early in the morning and see that my blackberry screen has gone white & i am unable to see anything in it. I went to Blackberry service centre, they submit my mobile and says this is in warrenty & we will return after 7 days. But after 4 days hey called me and said that it can't repair in warrenty because some fluid goes inside the mobile. But actually NO SUCH FLUID GOES INSIDE THE MOBILE, then i ask them to repair it on chargeable basis, after this sentence they give me a very shocking reply," IT WILL COST THE 80% OF the CURRENT VALUE OF HANDSET MEANS Rs. 12000/-.
                                          This is the model of blackberry service. Because I hear the same sentence to other customer in the blackberry centre also. This means if the screen goes white then it is the death of Rs. 17000/- Blackberry handset.If anyone can help pls reply on [protected]@gmail.com

                                              I am here to say bad about the experience that I am getting from BlackBerry service center. I bought BB curve 8520 2 months back and now I am facing trackpad problem (known problem with BB) as it continuously scrolling up. I went to Vijay Sales Chinchwad from where I bought my phone they gave me address of BB service center which is Pimpri ( Galaxy Services). I asked them to get my phone repaired but they said it will take 15 days to get that fix. I asked them why u need so much of time and their answer was they have to get this fix from Mumbai. But as I was suppose to travell to Mumbai on next day I asked them about details of same location but they said we can't give you. As I was travelling to US in next 3 days I can't afford to give mobile for 15 days, I asked them to give me DOA letter to so that I can get it replaced from VS. But they denied to give as per policy. I told them severity of problem as I am not able to write single word in mail of SMS but they didn't agree.

                                              I told them BB is well known business phone and if some director company is using BB then how can he afford to give his phone for 15 days and keep using standby some Nokia phone. But they didn't agree. I scratch their head for whole day but its useless.

                                              Guys please do not buy BB in any case as you will suffer due to poor service. I have given my phone to my kid 3 years old to play and I bought iPhone just because of poor response from Service Center.

                                              I just Hate BlackBerry and I will tell this to everyone whom I know so that they will not even think about BlackBerry.

                                                I (archit mehra) had recently bough a bb 9900, thinking that after paying almost 32000r.s i will get to use the handset. After buying the handset after 3 days it suddenly started to crash every 10 min, both the speakers just refuse to go on. I sent it to a near by bb service center Redington India Ltd. They said i will get a replacement certificate within 24hrs, which i did. i took the certificate to the dealer and he gave me a replacement within 7 day. I was so happy with the service by bb. After getting the new phone i thought that now at least there would be no issue, but i was wrong, again after 5 days half the key pad stopped working and again the speakers did not respond. So again i sent the phone to the same service center. Again i got the same response that i will get the replacement do certificate in 24 hrs. So the next day i went to the service center.On going there started a complete turn around. The lady at the desk said that today the approval has not come please come tomorrow, i said ok and left. The next day i called them and inquired and got a response that it will come by the evening. Next day again i called, the said sir the xerox of your phone bill is not clear so you need to send us the original. The next day i sent them the original bill. The lady at the desk told me to come back after a day. I did the same, i again went and got to know that the approval had still not come and now they are having problems getting the approval because my new phone was issued on the same bill. Even after being sick of their service and inefficiency, and not letting the customer know about the problem day 1, i still said yes to get it and went ahead and got the same endorsed and gave it to them. Now the lady at the desk said to call and come in a day or two (the service center hardly take calls as they are sooooo busy providing the poor service). So now i called them after 2 days and got to know that they are still working on it and require another day. I felt so cheated and helpless but could not do anything paying 32000rs. and keeping the phone with blackberry was hurting a lot. So i did not call them the next day thing they would get back, but i was wrong they don't have time to call. So again after ! day i called them up around 2 p.m, they lady took the call and said the approval had come. I was so happy that finally the struggle was over knowing little of what is left in store. I reached the service center around 5.30p.m. As i asked the lady for the DO, suddenly i got the shock of my life she said i am sorry the approval has yet not come. This really put me off that after almost 10 days and after receiving a confermation that the approval had come you get to hear this. The best part was that they were still justifying and asking me to come back gain tomorrow. I was really not aware that buying a blackberry was like working for them, you had to compile by their orders. bring more than 50 times on their managers phone no. it just went out of reach. They made me wait till 7 in the evening just taking and telling me they can't do anything and to come back again. So i took my phone back, today morning i got a call from the same lady again stating that the approval had come, so i demanded that now at least you should arrange a delivery at my office, to which i got a response that sorry we don't do that, you can see if you want to pick it up or not. I really wanted to let blackberry and all of you know that this service center is the worst ever possible, they think that the customer is their servant because they know that he has no where to go. Now am considering putting the matter up in the consumer forum. the service center details are below.

                                                      I had brought a Blackberry Curve 9300 Phone on 25th July 2011 from Papilon Digitek, Thane, Maharashtra Tax Invoice No. 11296.

                                                      From the 18-19th day the blackberry device has started to get automatically shut down. It may go in for a Nap when some one calls, or when u are typing a message or when it is in idle condition....

                                                      And then we have to take out the battery and refit the same only after that it restarts.

                                                      I have been through the site of Blackberry to find the details of the technical guys to whom to speak but they have no phone lines.

                                                      Then I wanted to send a mail to Blackberry support team!!!!!!!!! But No Mail id.
                                                      Great to see that the world famous internet company does not have mail........

                                                      Now whom do we contact.... for our problem..... or do we just forget that we invested Rs. 15000 for an item which will shut down when it wants to take a nap.........

                                                        I have submitted my Blackberry for Warranty repair and they denied saying that there is liquid damage which I strongly oppose. I advised to return the unit without repairing. When I go to collect the unit I find the a panel missing on the unit. I had advised them to give me in the condition I had given. The service center continiously makes excuses and have not returned the unit until now.

                                                        hi this to infome u that i was shocked to get bad experience with blackberry service center employe as i visited there service centreat laxmi nager delhi and was charged for services twice and still cant use it i visited there center twice no one infomed me about fault and was told will take 10 bussiness days to repair it. i dont know why ? first of all i was told my phones battery is dead needs to b replaced i paid more the rs1000 but still same issue phone was rebooting it self, then i was told softwere needs to b replaced i paid for that RS 650 nothing happend same issue. i visited same location laxmi nager delhi service center again but this time employe there was very rude to me sd u have waisted ur money and this phone will b sent to gurgaon center will b returned after 10 days no one knows why? will i get infometion what happend to it ?how much i need to pay and will i get refund of the amount i have already paid?.i tryed to get info but no one cares. i asked for job sheet i was offerd a visiting card some thing was written at back side. employe sd this it what he can do i told them i will file complaint then i got th job sheet . its been more then 4 days done have info what needs to b done the no given on job sheet is a land line no.[protected] no one answering that no some time it gives busy tone. i m feeling cheated while dealing with this kind of (customer care service center)where no one cares for consumers. it seems thay r making some kind of fraud there so guide me whats needs to b done

                                                          Greetings

                                                          My name is Prabhjot Singh. My cell no. is [protected] and I am from Chandigarh - PUNJAB. I activated blackberry services(Rs.399 Plan) on my BB 9800 on July 27,2011 at 7.30am. Till yet I am unable to have edge in capital letters means I am unable to use BB services. I called BB idea helpline ([protected]) no. of times but every time i got a diff. answer and suggestion as below:-

                                                          1. In starting calls they told me to change internal settings and pull battery and SIM card without switching off my phone. I did same at least 3-4 times.

                                                          2. As solution was not there then they told me other way that make off your network service and then pull out your battery and make network on. I did. NO solution

                                                          3. Again when i called they told me they are mailing this problem to RIM and it will be resolved ASAP. it happened 2-3 times. I waited.

                                                          4. When answer was not there they told me to call from other IDEA no. and have PIN message.

                                                          5. When i called they said this is not problem you need to approach nearest IDEA CARE center. there is problem with your SIM card.

                                                          6. Today i went there some how (as I am working with some Company). When i called they told me as you are calling from PUNJAB you need to call at[protected]. When i asked why did not you tell me before then they said sorry. I do not know- Was they sleeping before. They had not told me before about this. In every call I use to tell them about my city i.e. Chandigarh- PUNJAB.

                                                          7. Even then i called on[protected] but there was no any response.

                                                          I request you to help me out. Otherwise I feel I would forced to change my Service provider from IDEA to any other.
                                                          I have already wasted my lot of time. Might be you do not know value of time but its there for me. Again I am typing a long mail for you.
                                                          HELP me. I do not want to leave idea family but i would be forced.

                                                            Hi All,

                                                            I want to keep it short, this is regarding the Blackberry Service Center, Gurgaon in City Court, Mehrauli Gurgaon Road, "Redington India Limited" through which Blackberry provides services in India. I gave my blackberry phone two months after purchasing with ' Enter Key & Handsfree Jack problem", they kept the phone for more than one week after returned me the phone with no change in status rather they damaged the boby by while replacing the panel. While questioned they had no answer. The fact is Blackberry is selling its phones in India with ease however when it comes to service. It is pathetic. So don't buy an expensive Blackberry Model because it is our hard earned money which doesn't get enough worh in India post sales.

                                                            Swaziland blackebrry service is a ripe off, there are some issues that need to be looked in to. The cost of the monthly services is 90rand, this should entitle you to your internet serices and balckberry services but this is not the case, if you run out of calling credit the blackberry service does not work . Please look into this. If any internet site is visited your phone credit gets debited such that over and above the R 90.00 service fee you can easily spend another R 90.00 on just visiting the net.
                                                            If this is the agreement with MTN Swailand I really find it way to expensive to maintain a Blackberry.
