[Resolved] BPTP Park Elite Floors Faridabad — FRAUD BY BPTP

I HAVE BOOKED ONE FLOOR IN BPTP PARK ELITE FLOORS, NEHAR PAR AREA, FARIDABAD, HARYANA AT A COST OF RS.16.08 LAKHS WHICH IS TO BE PAID IN INSTALLMENTS. THIS IS A CONSTRUCTION LINKED PAYMENT PLAN. I WAS TOLD BY THE DEALER THAT I JUST HAVE TO PAY THE BOOKING AMOUNT (RS.2 LAKHS, NON REFUNDABLE) AND THAT REST OF THE AMOUNT IS TO BE PAID IN INSTALLMENTS WHICH WILL BE EASILY FINANCED BY BANKS. NOW THE PROBLEM IS THAT NONE OF THE BANKS OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ARE GOING TO ADVANCE ANY HOME LOAN ON THE PROJECT BCOZ THE PROJECT HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED BY THE HARYANA GOVT. THE COMPANY HAS OVERSUBSCRIBED ITS BOOKING BY ABOUT 10-20 TIMES, A ROUGH ESTIMATE IS THAT FOR ONLY 800 ODD FLATS, THE COMPANY HAS BOOKED ABOUT 4000+ APPLICATIONS AND IS ASKING FOR PAYMENTS AS SCHEDULED. EVEN I HAVE PAID THE 1ST INSTALLMENT OF RS.2.02 LAKHS FROM MY OWN POCKET. NOW THE BANKS ARE NOT FINANCING THIS PROJECT AS IT IS NOT APPROVED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE THE LICENCE FOR ITS CONSTRUCTION. IF I DON'T PAY THE NEXT INSTALLMENT WHICH WILL BE DUE IN ANOTHER 60 DAYS. THE COMPANY WILL CANCEL MY BOOKING AND WILL GIVE ME BACK THE AMOUNT OF ISNTALMENT PAID MINUS THE BOOKING AMOUNT. IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE COMPANY TO THE CONSUMER COURT AND GET MY MONEY BACK. Dear All,

Had a word with my dealer. He said that Elite Floor allotments will happen within next few days and after BPTP is finished with allotment they will start the allotment for Elite Premium Appartments.

I would suggest all we buyers should be on a common platform which will always be helpful for each one o[censored]s.

Now 10th Dec. has also gone(date of allotment). Still the staff at BPTP says same story again that allotment will be done within 10 days. Does anybody had any update or had talked to any senior executives of the BPTP ???

I also talk the staff of BPTP office, they says allotment will be done by 15th of Dec.'09. If you do not have allotment letter then talk to us after 15th.

Regarding BPTP Park Elite Floor...The dates of allotment from BPTP are not going to be over... Tarique pe tarique...tarique pe tarique...dete ja rahe hain BPTP wale...i do not see why BPTP customer care people give dates of allotment one after another...they can straight away told customers that map approval and all is a lengthy process and takes time may be several month or years.

Just got to know that the allotment process is on & will be completed in 2-3 days time . i dont know how relieable is the info but lets hope for the best & await for the same .

just got the news from my broker that the allotment of PARK ELITE PREMIUM has been completed, but I am not sure about the same. Can anybody confirm the same ?

I have also booked a floor in Park Elite, I am facing the same problem, Showing the carrot of 5% discount before the due date they extracted 3 times the booking amount and as promised in last demamd letter that the allotment will be done in November and it will be done for only those individuals who pay 35% of the basic cost, today is 13th December and no allotment has happened till date, If this is the pace the project is moving, one can understand when will it complete, It might be a strategy by the developer to extract the money on zero interest from the 4000+buyers of park elite floors and use it to complete his ongoing projects without any debt.An individual can't pressurize them to work as per the deadlines only a group can do.Even if half of the people who booked in park elite floor approach this man kabul chawla, He has to start working on the project on time. I HAVE BOOKED A FLAT OF 20 LAKHS FLOOR IN BPTP PARK ELITE FLOORS, NEHAR PAR AREA, FARIDABAD, HARYANA, AND ME ALSO WAITING FOR THE ALLOTMENT BECOUSE THE BANK WHICH IS READY TO FINANCE IS ASKING FOR THE FLAT ALOTMENT THEN ONLY THEY FINANCE AND I DONT KNOW WHY BPTP IS NOT ALLOTING THE FLAT AND MAKE EVERYONE WORRIES TO REACH AS HIGH AS SKY..

On last Friday allotment process is over now they are informing every one thru mails n letters call your brokers for confirmation this is confirmed news I got the confirmation of allotted flat.

I also came to know thru my broker that BPTP has done allotment. and sending details thru email.. But i did not recievd any email from bptp yet. Even i called 2-3 times at BPTP office today.. but all phone was busy. :(. So no confirmation yet...

ON 15/12/09 I KNOW MY FLAT DETAIL BY BORKER ( DRIECT INFO TECH).
THEY SAID THAT, I HAVE PAY 1 LAC RUPEES ADDTIONALLY. THEN AFTER THEY GIVE GONUND FLOOR. OTHERWISE THEY GIVE 1ST OR 2ND..
WHAT IS THIS.

HEARD SOMETHING NEW. THE ALLOTMENT HAS BEEN DONE ON FRIDAY. THE UNOFFICIAL LIST IS WITH THE DEALERS. NOW THE DEALERS ARE ASKING PEOPLE WHO HAD APPLIED FOR GROUND FLOOR TO SHELL OUT RS.1 LAKH-2LAKH FOR CONFIRMING THEIR ALLOTMENT OF GROUND FLOOR. THIS IS JUST BLOODY EXTORTION AND THE COMPANY SEEMS TO BE AWARE OF IT. WELL THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION IS TO GO AND LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE POLICE ANTI EXTORTION CELL AND GET THE DEALERS ARRESTED. THIS WILL BE THE RIGHT THING TO DO FOR SURE.

Yes that’s correct they had allotted thru lottery and now BPTP people helping brokers by changing allotted flats with ground floor as one of my friends changes his f/f/ with g/f my broker told me I got ground floor in M Block but nothing is confirmed yet because results are not sealed yet changes are going thru it we must go for stay order against this lottery system as results has been out to brokers first than individuals those booked the property.

I called up the BPTP customer care today(16/12/09) and they said that yes allotment is over but they have not recieved the final list and they will SMS me by friday. I am 100% sure its all cooked up and aam janta will get the left over once the influential people(read Dealers here)get the cream of the bunch, If they would have been fair on their part they would have announced a date of computer lottery and done it in front of the people who have booked the flat.now its all over we have no option but to accept what ever they give.
