i have my broadband connection in office i.e 250 plan.but i can't login with my portal id & password that given me earlier to see the broadband usage.So pLease give my correct portal id & password so that i can check my braodband ususage.my Telephone no is[protected].

BSNL Broadband — too slow

sir,
we applied for 625 unlimited plan but it is too slow....sometimes the page itself is not opening. and it takes too much time to open one single website and most of the times its not even opening. its just keeps on loading and loading. it is very difficult. what do you say sir? is 750 plan better and faster? or is there any connection or network problem in our connection?

BSNL Broadband — Bill without any usage and installation

6 months back i applied for bsnl internet services, but because of there poor services they could not install the device for 20 days, getting angered and frustrated i opted for some other operator. some days back i saw bills in my letter box.
As, i don't have any instrument through which i can use there services, howcome they can raise bill against my name.
Kindly ask bsnl to stop raising bills against me as i have zero usage and don't have any instrument through which i can use there services.

BSNL Broadband — Staff not responding less educated about what they do they dont know whats Packet loss.

LOL thats all they have fking old knowladge and they cant help people (Consumers)
Replace them or add at least one person with good idea about the Broadband servicing. The MONEY what im Paying for BSNL is NOT WORTH IT totlay insane thats why im starting to hate my own contry now and that sux.

I HAVE 2150 ULD COMBO PLAN OF BSNL BROADBAND UNLIMITED 1MBPS SPEED

BUT I GOT ONLY 5KBPS SPEED WEN I DOWNLOAD ANYTHING FROM WEB SITES.....

BSNL Broadband — No response of Technician

I installed the BSNL broadband plan 750/- plan (giving 256KBps speed) which from the start is a loss to me as the other competitors were providing doble output with only Rs. 40/- difference.. secondly i have been trying to get the technician on the BSNL Broadband local office to get to my house jsut to configure the laptop to the Wifi modem.. which is not more than 10 minutes job... it has been a week and there is no sign of the guy... the official phones which are "not supposed to be switched off" are never available on the network... everyones phone except the BSNL employees phone on duty is connected... i dont understand why dont they provide proper services having such a wide customer base... maybe is because of that wide customer base that they dont find it neeful to give any commendable service to any one of them... THIS HAS TO CHANGE...
