BSNL Broadband — NON RECEIPT OF BILLS, DECLINING TO GIVE BILLS and DISCONNECTION
we have not received the Telephone ( with Broad band) bill for the number [protected].from BSNL at YELWALA.- MYSORE ,Our company representative Mr. Wahid personally went to BSNL office and requested for the bill, which was denied on the grounds that up gradation of the exchange is in progress.
Now all of a sudden intimation has come to pay Rs 8261 as past dues from Nov 2010 to Feb 2011 as verbal communication.
We are a PVT LTD company and hence NO Bills can be paid on Verbal Communications. We need printed bills for accounting, taxation and validation as a process.
We need consumer care and Indian consumer form to help in resolving the issue also bills are high , due to non clarity on the type o[censored]sage . If we had got intimation earlier about the usage and bills we would have changed the scheme.

Although i am paying regularly for broadband connection unlimited. The connection does not appear to stay more than 4minutes at a stretch. On rear occasions do i get a total of one hour connectivity.

BSNL Broadband — Deactivate games
My BSNL no is[protected]. I received a fake call yesterday (07.07.11) that BSNL offering a free promotion of games and at last they said it requires a subscription of Rs 200/-.This is totally ridiculous and someone should not spoil the name of BSNL.Kindly do the needfull to deactivate. I am also getting fake usage details.

I am worried about your service against your docate system. My ADSL unstable from[protected]and I docate on 20/4/11, 2/6/11, 29/6/11, 16/7/11, 27/7/11 and 27/8/11. But unfortunately I did not get any positive result on your sight. I paid Telephone bill in every month against unlimited broadband facility. I don't know how it possible that a company take money without given any service month after month and no one can take any step against my complain of the last docate no. B7486 dated on 27/8/11. I think as per your goodwill you are the right person who take the necessary acctions. Thank you.
