i have my broadband connection in office i.e 250 plan.but i can't login with my portal id & password that given me earlier to see the broadband usage.So pLease give my correct portal id & password so that i can check my braodband ususage.my Telephone no is[protected].

BSNL Broadband — Delay in connection and poor response

I had applied for a broadband connection to be added to my existing BSNL landline connection on 5th of Nov'2011. I was told that the connection will be up and running within 3 working days. The equipment was put and installed by the engineer on 10th Nov, but it didn't start because of a poor reception of DSL network, I was told. I kept on speaking with the BSNL operators and local service areas, but they kept saying "dekh rahe h, sahi ho jayega".
Even after complaining numerous times, there is no response other than hearing "198 pe complaint book kara do".
Don't know what the future experience with BSNL will be like, if they are not even able to start thoe connection smoothly.
May be I need to drop the plan o[censored]sing BSNL service itself, no need of it.

I don't know how this government organisation is alive, even with such worse costumer complaint handling.
The BSNL response has been always like this. It gives a clear indication how tho government organisations work.

BSNL Broadband — MODE IS NOT INSTALLED

my name is anil verma I am new customer of bsnl. On 1/11/11 i deposit the fee of broadband rs 1100. I have called the bsnl office to instal the modem. But they did not give me any responce. Please start my broadband. As soon as possible. My BSNL phone no is[protected] & my mobile no is[protected].

TWO DAYS HAVE BEEN PASSED BUT THEIR IS NO RESPONSE FROM BSNL BROADBAND. EVEN THEY DID, T CALL ME. PLEASE TAKE SOME IMMIDIATE ACTION AGAINST BSNL.
i dont know my portal user id and password, so i cant check my broadband usage.my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, please send my portal user id and password through email.
l DIDN'T GET MY BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION FOR THE LAST 6 DAY... AND THERE IS A POOR RESPONSE FROM TELEPHONE EXCHANGE SINGANALLUR, COIMBATORE, TAMIL NADU.

BSNL Broadband — Not working not responding to complaints

My Phone NO is [protected]. I have registered for 750 unlimited plan. The service is not working for past 3 weeks. We had called them several times but all is of no use. The way the officials respond is really tedious. This had been the regular practice by them. This had led to frustration and mental pressure. I dont know wat should be the next move. Please help me out.

I am facing problems with my broadband speed from past 4 months. I have made several complaints to customer care number, but no one is take care of it. They will lodge a complaint and after 1 day, I will get a message on my mobile that your complaint is closed. I don't know what they are doing. After several attempts also, I did not got the problem resolved then I called the GTO, he said the problem will be resolved by today evening (March 10, 2012), but still the problem is same... Whom should I contact for my problem, please let me know. Or if BSNL is not able to provide the service, then please tell me I wil change my service provider.

BSNL — Network Connectivity

My BSNL postpaid mobile number is [protected]. I donot get any calls fro any Airtel Network Number from 7th of March 2012 onwards. Complained several times about the problem to respective Airtel and BSNL customer care. How ever no action has been taken till date for the same. Please resolve the problem to the earliest.

BSNL Broadband — to get increased speed

I am using BSNL BROADBAND PLAN 750UL HOME for last 2yrs....I heard from someone that BSNL increased speed for my plam from 512Kbps TO 1Mbps and also i confirmed that from bsnl website.....BUT I AM NOT GETTING INCREASED SPEED...I only get 40-50KBPS download speed
PLZ HELP ME WITH THIS

BSNL — Modem Problem

I have recently taken a broadband connection from BSNL in my fixed land line (number[protected]. The Department was very active at the time of installing the connection. After installation it was found that the modem was not functioning due to some problem in the same. When they were approached, complaints were lodged on various dates. However same were closed without any redressel. When we visited the exchange we were asked to approach the nearest franchise of BSNL to purchase a new modem. Our Billing has already started but we are not availing the service. Kindly look into the matter.

BSNL Broadband — Broadband and landline phone is dead.

My landline Telephone no. is[protected]. It has broadband connection also. Since last 2 days i.e.[protected], my phone is out of order and it is dead. Therefore, i am not able to use BROADBAND facility as well as landline phone. Kindly do the needful in the matter urgently.
