i have three number, [protected]---[protected]--[protected], i want all number miss, receive, and dial call list, when i had gone your office at himmatnagar, they not responce me. but i want march to june, i want receive all ditails, plz contact me on my number ----[protected]. o.k thank u

my mobile no is [protected]. from this mobile i cannot make a call to [protected] this bsnl land line also cannot make a call to the any phone in this (03212) exchange.

I am a subscriber of BSNL prepaid services and wish to avail the facility of GPRS as provided by BSNL. I have applied for the services through SMS to 53733 more than three months earlier. PRS) but till now the services has not been activated. When I contacted with customer care([protected]), they say just send the SMS repeatedly. No one of BSNL even care to entertain the matter
This is also not good for the BSNL as if such poor services are provided by them, then peoples will prefer to switch over to other Service provider who are in the competitive market these days.If they can't do anything, please should not announce such schemes which they can not provide to the general public.
My mobile no is [protected].Request you not to blocked other service after getting the complain.

i am using this bsnl simno( [protected]) i never got any problem, suddenly outgoing calls are barred.what is this .plz give solution for this.

BSNL is best only in words, not in works...i tried to gift a caller tune to my fren on 22 feb. 2008, the tunes downloading charges and monthly charges has been deducted from my account...but till today it is not activated...i lodge the complaint on customer care, no.2485129. till the date it is pending...again, i activate my caller tune no. 103553 on 16 june 2008, charges deducted as same as previous...but tunes not activated till date...customer care says it will rectify soon, but when? shall it takes 10 years-20 years? or a whole century? BSNL have to think over these kind of problem to hold its customer...otherwise, one day bsnl have to serve a single customer...or even zero...also, you have maximize the local call & sms rate and saying STD has minimize...if you surely wants to minimize the call rate...start it from local call rate...

I was the user of bsnl prepaid (Excel Ananth) no. [protected].
I was facing the problem with network since many days. Some time server said ur call has been diverted, or show me a miss call alert after an hour or two.Some times it shows: CALL END CONJESTION, RADIO PATH UNAVAILABLE. Sometimes both the mobiles are side by side but the phone wll not ring NETWORK BUSY. The Above Said Problem is not Some times, I say MANYTIMES
This some times creates misunderstanding among the callers, that I was not interested in the call
so please check this problem as soon as possible

I have ine bsnl sim .but now there is not outgoing and not incoming calls facility. I have recharged 169 rupees also.so please check the problem.

bsnl service is very poor.

I have failed to get full GPRS settings for my handset which is a Motorola E6 model inspite of sending the sms GPRS E to 53733 on 17.06.08 and 20.06.08.I have also spoken to the personnel at the BSNL customercare service umpteenth time but they seem to be inept in providing me this service of yours.I have an excel prepaid connection of the Bengal circle and my mobile no. is [protected].Hope I will get some help this time round.

Registering a new number with FFE (friends family circle Rs 0.1)
plan is not working

BSNL service reminded me with an sms saying that I can register two new numbers in FF plan . But When I try to send SMS to 3733 it says Message not send.

what's ur problem bsnl your network is very bad in ratlam (m.p.) i don't whenever i call in night to bsnl mobile the network is not connecting. tell me u guy's don't know to work or what or u trying to robbed the goverment. bsnl

My mobile no is [protected] (rajasthan circle). some days back i noticed the talk time on my phone is in negative. the last recharge that i have done was a top up 0f 224 in which i got 200. my validity is till 2017. i used the phone for few calls and then as i was on roaming i chgd the sim to a different user (as i have only one mobile) when i return back to rajasthan the talk time is in negative (Rs -30/-)
I soon gave a call to customer care, but no body to listen to teh query. some how i managed to register a complaint and was told that i will be given a call back with in 48 hrs but till date no body called me. I am very sorry to say that BSNL has got a very pathetic customer service (purposely not mentioning the name of the agents and supervisiors )
