I recharged my mobile with Rs.5618/- on 25thFeb.2008.I was supposed to get a balance of Rs.7500/- as per the offer .But i got only Rs.6700/- as talktime.I complained thrice .THe complaint numbers are B2500303, B2600071 and C0600193.I have been calling the customer care daily and they are not even responding properly.Until today there was no action taken.

I had a postpaid sim of excel(mobile number is [protected]) den i converted into a prepaid sumo tarriff but now i m unable to send msg any no... i had called costumer care n gave a complain(complain number is 83602) but is no use... m really bugged by dis problem so wat can i do now... i need to resolve soon pls help me out...
i hav a prepaid students power plan. surprisingly my sim gets blocked everyday exactly at 7 pm. wen contacted customer care, dey ask me to fax some number to release the sim. apart from high recharge n call rates, i v been spending for fax dialy. and sometimes twice a day. until today, the number they gave isnt even recieving my fax. BSNL services sucks to the core!!! the worst of al networks. and v r given treatment by the customer care!!
i got a postpaid connection([protected]) on 30th Jan 2009. But from the day1, Iam not able to send messages. i complained to the customer care twice. they just gave me the complaint number(309725 & 330403). Till today nothing has been done.
i hav a prepaid students suprem plan my num [protected] i want know web portal gprs activeat i callead custmer care n gave a compliain and send settings but its not stored i am useing nokia 6030 set ok costmer care guys telling u change ur hand set its ok but same set am useing ait tel and ideya sim card but gprs working how is possiable...? why bsnl web seting is not stored ? plz i neeed to resolve and help me out
I am using BSNL prepaid internet mobile service on my Nokia 6030. But I am not able to use it on my PC. Pls help me. I am living in karnataka
Today 2-1-2011 at 9.30 am i complained to your costuoer care and talked to ms Bhavani and told her in detail that morning at 9.22 am i had called [protected].duration of call was just 22 seconds, and i was charged 90paise for the same .my tariff is 1paise per second. when i told the same ms bhavani told that she had reported it to higher authorities and asked me to call back after 15-20 min. i told her specifically that i can't do that as you people take a very long time to respond ( 8 MIN AND 2 SEC, FOR THIS CONVERSATION )and somebody else will receive the call and i will have to repeat the same story and waste my time, and asked her to call back after she got clarification. Till now i have not received any reply.IS THIS THE WAY YOU GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ? AND IS THIS THE WAY YOU CHEAT THE CUSTOMER ? I USUALLY DO NOT CHECK THE CALL CHARGES REGULARLY AND I NOW FEEL WHERE I HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR RIDE TILL TODAY JUST BECAUSE I HAVE BELIEVED B S N L CELLONE MOBILE SERVICES TILL TODAY.     1. THE COMPLAINT is regarding the outgoing calls barred temporarily.

    As a good customer I listened to the metallic voice on my mobile and dared to call 24365.
    The call was received after about 30 minutes.
    The person identified himself as Shailesh. I was speaking on the language choice of English. I requested the gentleman to restore my out going facility. He probably could not get me. He also told me that I have to go to the payment office and get my mobile reconnected. His approach, attitude was exactly like the BSNL pattern.
    Lastly some one calling himself as the supervisor talked to me and after all details given said that the outgoing facility would be restored in about 24 hours from the time of my call. He gave me the complaint number : 2210339/ dtd 05/03/08

    Now more than 30 hours have passed and I am still holding my mobile like a paperweight.

    Today on 6/03/08 I have been trying for 2 hours but the metallic voice tells me that the agents are busy talking to other customers. God Bless you all!

    2 We do not expect any service from BSNL as we know that this word they do not know.
    3 The call center people are One step ahead and I can already see the great future of Indian telephones.
    4 I do not expect any written answer form you people because I am sure that it is not in your code of conduct.

    If possible and suits your whims and fancy you may do something and get the outgoing facility restored. If you do not do, what can a simple customer do apart from giving ‘bud duwa’.

    iam getting unnecesary calls from this number given below and also he is using abusing words, i tried to stop him no go, plz take necessary actons,

    I convert my two mobile ( [protected], [protected] ) to Dosti Plan on 08.08.09 and sent SMS on 09.08.09 after 9 A.M.
    After quary from Customer Care, they replied several times that they get my SMS on 10.08.09 and processing going on.The call center people are One step ahead and I can already see the great future of Indian telephones.
    I don't know why I am on que during last 26 days ????

On 13/09/09 at 02.10pm, I received the call but not purchased it's any pack & the call ended. But just immidiate after the call ended, I received a message from +1255020 that Rs.20/- has been deducted from my balance for subscribing monthly Islam Devotional service which is totally my harrasment. I tried to unsubscibe it but failed. I consulted to custmer care for help and took action accordingly, but in vein. Again consulted to custmer care for six times & different suggestions were given. I followed all the suggestions such as message to [CAN ISLAM], [CAN ISLAM YES] to 56505, [UNSUB ISLAM] or call to12550, to call many more nos. Money deducted in all calls & messages but till it is not unsubscribed. Lastly I consulted to GM, Dhanbad. The P.S. attented my phone, heard my problems & suggested not to use BSNL mobile. he also gave a no. of SDE Das. I called but he didn't received my call.
    I am using BSNL basic phone since last 12 years no.[protected] with broadband. BSNL mobile no.[protected] & [protected] but due to such type of harrasment I want to discontinue all the nos. at the same time because I am realy fed up with your poor & worst services.
    Please solve my problem & help me to unsubscrive ISLAM pack ithin two days otherwise matter will be send to consumer court - Jayanti Jha M.N. [protected]

      My case detail is as follow:

      Mar-06: I requested for New BSNL Connection with initial deposit of Rs.500/-; which got connected in a month time... (Tel#[protected]; Consumer #[protected]

      May-06: Phone got disconnected because of non-payment of Dues (Phone usage was 0 calls till this period… but I understand it was my fault)

      Jun-07: I paid Rs. 1045/- as outstanding amount (Receipt #BN 0095860) + Rs. 745 as security deposit for reconnection (Receipt # BN 0094484).
      Paid in office by Cash:
      Account Officer-TR
      Office of AM South, No. 123 Prasanna Complex, DVG Road, Bangalore-04

      Aug/Sep/Oct….Dec-07: Constantly following with Padmanabhanagar Customer care for connection and they told me some technical issues they are working on… and then one fine day they told me that my old number is given to some one else… so they are going to assign me new number.

      Jan-08: I finally given my written complaint to
      Area Manager (South), BGTD - BSNL
      Office of AM South, No. 123 Prasanna Complex, DVG Road, Bangalore-04

      Status as of Today (Mar-08):
      -No connection but new number assigned:[protected]
      -Constant Bill since Sep-07 of total outstanding of +Rs.1200/-
      -No action from BSNL on my complaints.

      I requested this connection primarily for BSNL broadband which is possible on after having the connection… but this service and pain by typical government officers needs to address now.

      I have given request for shift of telephone within same exchange to other colony i.e., from kukatpally (hyderabad) to Miyapur (Hyderabad) which are under same exchange but since 3 years no connection. Even though i am personally enquiring them regularly they are giving the same reply cable is not there. But recently i have found that opp. flat of me got connection from same BSNL . I have stunned. Please respond to this mail.
      BSNL BANGALORE NOT SENDING RECEIPT FOR ONLINE TELEPHONE PAYMENTS

      Why BSNL is not sending a receipt for online telephone payment through Bangaloretelecom.com.

      Just to compare, Bangaloreone sends immediate receipt. But direct payment through Bangaloretelecom.com you are not getting a receipt. Why this basic thing is missing with BSNL. Receipt for payments is a must for claiming telephone bills.

      my name is srikantha, my phone is not working from November 1st 2008 to till date, so starting from 3rd November i have been calling them, atleast twice in a day. And am hearing a ready made answer We will come and rectify the issue. and on 6th november i got to know that my complaint itself is not registered!!!.             I have a bsnl landline no.[protected] and i had dropped two cheques against the bills of dec 2007 and jan 2008 . but the outgoing facility has been barred stating that bill payment has not been received.
            similarly i have a cellone postpaid for whch too , i had dropped a cheque for the bill of dec, 2007. but even in that case bill payment has not been reflected in the next bill

            Tata teleservices most of the time don't send telephone bill and inform me on telephone that how much I have to pay for the month. Moreover, there is no facility on landline telephone to make complaints or to talk to consumer care executive.

              Maine BSNL broadband ke liye ONLINE apply kiya tha.Uske 3 din baad Mirzapur ssa se phone aaya ki aapka broadband connection modem ke saath aakar rakha hua hai, aap apne nearest branch mein jaakar form bharkar apna connection le jaayen. lekin jub mein Anpara office mein gaya to form bharke bade Babu ko dene ke liye kaha aur saath mein ye bhi kaha ki hum aapse bad mein contact karenge. Uske baad unka koi jawab nahi aaya. aur jab mein phone karta hoon to kahte hai ki abhi hamare pass modem nahi hai issiliye apka demand note nahin bana rahen hai. jabki wahan par aur logon ko connection diya ja raha hai.mera telephone no[protected] hai.please help me.

              hai i am sudheer my complaint is i did n"nt get the broadband connection yet m, , my neiboures get, i submit a form in kerala - ponnani-my mobile no is [protected] or [protected], my residence nu is [protected], , , , , ,
              I am R.Venketagiri, Working in BHEL, Ranipet, Tamilnadu, presently on Tour at UP state for the past 25 days. On 16/07/2008 I have registered 'on-line' my requirement of broad-band to my residence, 6/274, BHEL Anna Nagar, Seekarajapuram-632515 TN Tamilnadu. But till 09/08/2008, No response from the BSNL/Sipcot, Ranipet towards my request.
              The JE /SIPCOT is telling each reason on each day but the problem is not yet solved.
              Request the concerned to look into this problem and get solution to my Problem., since my Wife is alone in my House, who is very urgently lin need of the Broad band . Please help me.

              I'm from Paravoor, Kerala.For my job, I had to take broadband connection.I preferred BSNL.When I approached for connection, I got a very cool answer that the applications are pending.give the application here.They are not considering the normal people properly.
              Please arrange a facility to get the BB connection as early as possible especially in the remote areas.We rely on BSNL than any other private companies.

                It is to mention that this is now almost a month, that i booked for a broadband connection from whitefield BSNL office, employees are totaly not performing there responsibilities.
                Instead of looking on customer they themselves blame there employees for their own process.
                In following up from Exchange to customer care its almost one month for getting broadband connection at my home.
                The land line connected worked for a week then again missing with dial tone.
                A public sector like BSNL , should be privatised, the most sick kind sector ever one can find out of world.

                Is there any govt taking care such misbehaves from there employee.
                THis is the case of Whitefield Telephone office and exchange is Brookfield, Bangalore - 560037.
                Very shameful service from BSNL.

                BSNL broadband is very large and oldest internet service. People have in mind, that BSNL is a govt organisation which will give a proper service to customer. But BSNL employees are very useless, and they are not giving any attention to a customer. Even if call a customer care people, they are giving answer very rudly and without listening properly they are disconnecting phone. So, this my kind request to the higher management, they people are not taking responsible properly, one day will come when people will not take any connection from BSNL

                  I am not sure whether complaining here will address this issue or mitigate the disappointment at all. I have been using BSNL Broadband service since Feb, '06 and I use it for official purpose while getting connected to my office work. During the whole period, we never know when it will work and when it will sudduenly stop responding. Complaining several times fetches no result but further frustration since the ultimate word stands for it is UNRELIABILITY. In a normal 8 hr office work, the connection can go off as frequent as 50 times and somedays (specially rainy days) it won't be connected at all - resulting into forcing me to take leave if I had planned for a working day from home.
                  I don't know who will be reading this painful expression and whether remedies can be brought on earth to solve this problem, my sincere moto is to get myself avail a consistent service for the smoother working hours.

                  I am using BSNL Broadband UL750 Plan. It gets frequently disconnected. Any solution for this?
                  We have been using the internet connection for the past few months.It is taking much time to connect even if connects immediately after sometime it is disconnecting. From the day one we are having the problem of disconnection of the network immediately after working for sometime.We made complaint several times. One is telling that is the problem of LAN we rectified that. Another suggesting that configuration problem we did that too. But still we are facing the same problem.Even to send this message it took me more than half an hours time Kindly look into that. Hope we can get better service..Thank you

                  We have been using the internet connection for the past few months.It is taking much time to connect even if connects immediately after sometime it is disconnecting.                   The broad band connection is very frequently disconnected from internet.


                  I have Home 500 plan so i put downloading after 2:00 am to 8:00.

                  When i download anything it will be disconnected frequently so i have to awake to check the connection is properly working or not.
                  If the download is half completed and disconnected so i have to download whole thing again.

                  i had changed my bsnl broadband (phone number :[protected], Pondicherry) earlier plan 750 unlimited to 500 c dated[protected]. I think It will commenced on next month billing. but i checked my account usage through my portal id given by bsnl. That account seems to works under that same 750 unlimited plan. so i considered that they havent change my tariff.

                  i checked the chargeable usability it remains 0. So i used net like 750 unlimited plan. but i have noticed may 09 billing amount nearly Rs.5000/-. Im shocked & i check the my usage it still under 750 plan & 0 chargeable usage unit. I check the status with bsnl staff one person say u r using 500 c plan (using phone number) & other person cheeked (using portal ID) it is under 750 unlimited plan. They want me to pay the bill for the two plan?

                  I asked with senior officers. They never give good answer they say u r under 500 c plan. we made billing under that plan. you are responsible to follow us. It is sad to me. They said it is server error. after that i check my account now it is changed.

                  I had lost my last clue. :(
                  i m also having same type of problem, complaint many times but no result.
                  The broad band connection is very frequently disconnected from internet.

                  When i download anything it will be disconnected frequently so i have to awake to check the connection is properly working or not.
                  If the download is half completed and disconnected so i have to download whole thing again.

                  my broadband gets disconnect for every 10 sec, we have been complaining this for 20 days even then no acton is undertaken.
                  Many Complaints:-
                  1. Customer Care is not 24 Hrs
                  2. Only Local Language Guys out there.

                  3. Internet disconnects very frequently, when contacted they said its CROSS Connection. But still they are not able to trace it and find out and solve the issue.

                  BSNL — Broadband very slow and frequently disconnecting

                  Hi friends,

                  I don't know whether my problem will be rectified or not if I post my problem here. But I want to make a suggestion to my friends who may be deceived by BSNL in the name dataone broadband. It's better if we say that it is dial up connection, since my plan is 256 kpbs unlimited and i'm getting speeds of 15 kpbs, that's what there service. I really lost hope on that call center people, since they said me that they can only book complaints and they are the people to solve the issues. I had complained not less than 10 times in the month and even approached the officials at exchange regarding that. Now i tired of that, I left that connection, since the problem is not only to me but to all my area residents.

                  I lost the hope and I again don't believe on this lazy government employees for prompt service.

                        Hi All,

                        I had applied for a landline in BSNL about 2.5 yrs back and the BSNL guys installed a WILL Phone (wireless phone) and said that this is a temp setup and they would replace the WILL Phone with a proper landline wired phone within 6 month. The promises made are not kept and inspite of calling all the Higher ups, Managers etc., the reason provided for the delay was becoz of the elevated flyover construction in Hosur road all the officials are busy attending to the concers in Hosur Main road and ony after the flyover is completed they would be able to take up my concern.

                        This is absolutely redicolous, and that too from a Manager in BSNL. This clearly indicates the non-willingness and irresponsive nature of the customer service. I had been paying to BSNL a monthly rental of INR 250.00 and still unable to use the services for the last 2 yrs.

                        Also to my shock, BSNL officials have provided a landline connection to my neighbour just about 6 months back and when i enquired with my neighbour they said that we need to pay (bribe)to the concern officials and the task would be completed within 3-4 working days.

                        When i called the BSNL - Bommanahalli office regarding this issue they said that its a one-off incident that they had only 1 open slot in the telephone post and ideally that was supposed to be alloted to my house but by kind of mistake it was been given to my neighbour.

                        Was this a mistake or was this the effect of the currency they got as a bribe.

                        When will these guys change their attitude and respect people and provide proper customer service.

                        Will there be any authority who would be able to punish such officials.

                        Yes, This happend to me also.. I have applied for BSNL broad band connection and didnot get any response from them even though I waited for 3 months.
                        They have given me one number through which I can track my status.. Everttime when I called to that number either it will be busy / no one will pick it up... Guys please don't believe this BSNL ---The worst service of all...

                          BSNL, govt sponsored Broadband services are over rated and underserviced. The extremely slow speed o[censored]ploading and downloading is unacceptable. help and complaint lines to BSNL offices either do not answer calls or cut you off after a brief while.
                          No reall attention to complaints.

                          Are they TOO BIG, too important to address customers needs and complaints?

                          Earlier they blamed the broken under sea cables for the slow traffic. Now they have only themselves to blame. But who cares?

                          i signed up for the 750 plan.
                          its supposed to give me 256kbps. or atleast 200kbps.
                          but no i am gettin a very low speed of 26-30kbps.
                          i have never seen the speed go above 36kbps.
                          my broadband connection is very slow, sometimes i have to pay for rentals even Broadband is out of order, local authority do not pay attention.
                          I think Siliguri Broadband service is most hopeless service I have everseen than in India's other cities like Allahabad, Bangalore Delhi etc.
                          MY BSNL BROADBAND IS TOO SLOW NOWADAYS AND SOME TIMES THE WEBSITES ARE NOT OPENING TOO. SO PLEASE HELP ME TO GET RID FROM THIS PROBLEM

                            GPRS proplem which was still not solved by BSNL, I was using prepaid connection and GPRS with 98Rs voucher which was recharged on 09Aug2010. It was working up to 26Aug2010. Suddenly error 734 reported at my PC. Complaint was given to cutomer care some of solution were given, but problem was not solved .After 4 -5 days one customer executive told that there no GPRS facility was activated and suggested to send the message. Message was sent, In revert message error was reported " There is a error to retrieving your data. we regret for your inconvenience." from that day I am making call to customercare and sending the messages gprspre to 53733, same message reverting, but solution is ... My packege has also expired without proper use ( used only 15 Days).

                              I requested a new land line connectionon on 29/01/08 . Till now I have not got the connection, staying in Vadapalni. Couple of times I met the corresponding officer in the Kodambakkam exchange. But poor response from the officer and it is of no use. No proper answer from them. I am afraid till how many days it will take to get the connection. But in other places people get the connection quickly.

                              I am very much disappointed with this.

                              Of late i am frequently facing problem with my broadband connction by way of getting enormous delay in getting connected whenever i login and also after logging in very frequently connection goes off.at very important moments i find lot of difficulties on account of this.any action taken by the authorities is not longlasting.even while typing this complaint same is the experience

                              broadband internet — delay in installation

                              I reside in secretariat colony, Manikonda, rajendranagar mandal, Hyderabad and have BSNL landline connection no:[protected] which comes under Narsinghi sub exchange, Shamshabad main exchange. I have applied for broadband internet connection and paid lumpsum money of Rs.1040/- towards purchase of ADLS modem on[protected]. I was told that the connection will be given in 4 days. I have contacted the junior Engineer of Narsinghi sub exchange many times for installation of the above. every time he says that he will be sending the persons the same day. However he is not sending anybody for giving the internet connection. Almost one month is over still he is not providing the connection. Kindly take necessary action so that I get internet connection.

                                My broadband plan is "bsnl home 500 C" As per plan

                                1 . Night Unlimited[protected] Hrs) Available . But Usage calculate free MB also. So that ,One cannot find proper usage.

                                2. If Internet start 7.00 AM stops 9.00 AM Usage calculate total MB. As per plan usage must show 7.00 to 8.00 AM and 8.00 TO 9.00 AM diffrent. BSNL authoriy give nonsence reply that I had to restart modem at 8.00 AM.

                                  Sir,
                                  I got user ID during installation from bsnl persons that is different from collected from regisdster of BSNL Office.

                                  the installation is made in such a way that no passward and login name were asked for starting service in the begining of firrst two days after the service is not available to me.

                                  I attended the counselling of BSNL office (at Junagadh-362001) they demostrate to install network and login in network as well as portal every where passward is must and this is only proper way to stop others uses
                                  I request my service should resume as early as possible and proper method of installation

                                    Hi,
                                    I've registered with BSNL's Do not call Registry long back (sept 07) for my cell one postpaid connection. However, there's no way to stop unsolicited calls apart from scaring them away.
                                    Worst case is for SMS usually from 58888, TOTAL Mall etc for which you can't obviously call back and scare them away.
                                    When I spoke with BSNL's customer care to complain, they just replied rudely and told me to register. There's no easy way to get rid of these callers by complaining.

                                    Any help/ideas?

                                    Regrating to say that my outgoing call is not working since eleven days. i have complaint many times. Customer care registerd complain and revert that u r problem has been resolved but till now it is not done. Now I am roaming, it is not possible to contect customer care everytimes. I will be out of state at least one months more. therefore it is very problematic to connect my office every time. Please, it is my hearty request to solve my problem as as possible. If not possibel just call me i will change my service operator. Really i am fedup with your response.

                                      I am having BSNL Broadband connection at my residence. There is no provision to track the broad-band usage. Incidentally, my usage was within the broadband rental (Rs.250/month). But for the month of Feb-08, I find broadband usage chargge of Rs.568/- which is highly unjustifiable as there much lesser usage compared to previous month. There is no proper response from BSNL and nobody is owning the responsibility.

                                      Broadband Connection — Delay in getting the Internet Connection.

                                      I have applied for a BSNL Broadband (750 unlimited Package) on 6-May-2008. BSNL advertisements are staking tall claims that within a week or two broadband connections will be given.But it seems like BSNL servers like typical Gov services provider, apply and forget it. Are we still a part o[censored]nder developed country, "Apply and wait for Years to get a connection?" Just stop chaeting public the way you service providers are doing.
                                      You are lucky boss you are not getting broadband. You cannt imagine the frustation when you have broadband paying for it and not getting connection. you are no where near frustated at the moment. It is still time go for something else. Beleive me a dialup of any company is better than BSNL. nobody will listen to your complain they are all same from top to bottom in BSNL. dont waste your time. Hope you can smell the frustation I am having by using BSNL
                                      How can i configured my mail with Out Look Express.
                                      It is realy so painful that government organisations are still taking people for granted even in a senerio like today where there are so much of complitiion. I am writing this with my experience, The way other players like Airtel etc., provide the Customer care, at least if our BSNL customer care people learn and dedicate themselfs people will have some faith in government bodies, otherwise one will get the feeling that I am having today. I have disconnect Airtel Broadband for a BSNL connection after verifing that it will be provided in a couple of days, forget getting it in couple of days, you will get fedup the way you have to followup for getting the informations.

                                        Customer care numbers mentioned are fake as they are not in service.
                                        My tele. bill for the month of Aug 2008 for Phone No[protected] made incorrect, as free calls not adjusted more over charges for broad band usage also made in excess ie. 267.00 in place of 250.00.

                                        It appears that there is none to take customer's care in BSNL specially at Ghaziabad (Rajnagar Exchange)

                                        1500 never functional fully. No executive ever come to the phone to attend. BSNL official should check this no.1500 themselves.

                                        I lodged complaint no.0022 around 22nd Jan 2010 regarding nonfunctioning of my landline no.2888552 at Indirapuram.I even spoke to the SDO Mr.Jeetendra Singh and he promised me to rectify the problem at the earliest but till today the landline is not working.When I complained yesterday again I was told that complaint no.0022 is already lodged against this number.To my utter surprise there is no mechanism to sort out the problems.People keep on complaining and officers just don`t move.This is the plight of system.

                                        I have almost the same problem. There phone disconnects every time after you call them, and this happened to me at least 10 times today. The same thing happened 20 days back.
                                        When you call 1500-(1/2)-(1/2/3/4/5) they attend your phone but it disconnects within 20 seconds.
                                        What a shame on BSNL, is there any other customer care service to complain for this customer care(1500)
