my pcs internet is automatically disconnected, and every 3minutes its asked redial, our nearest telephone exchange is pithapuram- 533450 e.g.dt, andhrapradesh.
when i asked the bsnl employees they tell me un believable reasons.
kindly slove this problem.

    i have bsnl postpaid connection n facing lot of difficulties
    the customercare is totally useless also staff of bsnl csu helpless
    I am Chadarmohan V from chennai, BSNL/Cellone costomber my mobile no is [protected], past one week I am received incoming SMS messages from past one week, my self sending SMS with other phone to my number also not receiving, in this regards today in the morning 5.35am[protected] i have make the complient through [protected]. i have trying from 4.30am, no one resoponce after one hour one man picked the phone, he also immediately disconnected the line, again i am trying trying so many times finaly pick the phone and he speak with bad words, i am also fight with him. after all those this things, he had taken the complient and compliant and he gave compliant no is 78421.
    I don't know wether compliant is correct ?
    So please check at your end and sort out my problems

    Notice to BSNL-Chennai for abuse billing and for disconnection.

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I am using BSNL with Broadband – Home 500(from September 07) for the last 1.5 year and have paid the bill on time as I believed BSNL does correct and genuine billing. In general I used to pay RS 850 to 1000 per month. But Dec’07 was billed around RS3000 and I have checked the dataone.in site for my traffic usage. There they have not changed to Home-500 and the meter reading is computed to Home-250 Plan. So the computation is missed the night unlimited surfing (002-008 hrs) traffic exclusion which is more than 3GB(3096MB). I don’t know whether I have the rights to assign the task to BSNL staff to make the plan change every where applicable other than giving plan change request to BSNL office. Its too weird, the billing is charged for home-500 Plan from Sep’07 and the data usage still computed as Home-250 Plan.


    Sir, I have given too many complaints both in verbal, written statement and got tired of making correction. For your information, I have already sent a notice to GM(BSNL), Nungambakkam, Guindy and DE(Broadband)-Nungambakkam and my Account officer, Guindy and couldn’t get any response. So I am sending this letter as a request for disconnection of my phone number[protected] and remove me from BSNL customer.

    I can not pay the wrong amount which is not relevant for me. Please consider this application for bill correction and surrender form for my Telephone connection details given. If I not get further response from BSNL and the Dec’07 bill, if corrected (approx 1000 RS) is adjusted from my advance I have paid for my connection and my surrender form is accepted by BSNL.

    I am using Cellone for only 2 months now and i found the customer care is 'useless', worst in my view.I experience about an hour of waiting every time to talk to an executive.And they fail everytime to fulfil my request and directs me to contact the local CCN.

    I have Bought a Topup recharge card for RS.225/- from BSNL Franchisee located near Ayodhya Mandapam in West Mambalam on 28th Feb'2009. When I tried the nos. given for recharging my cell it says it is not possible. When I enquired about it the person in the franchisee told me that he has instructed the Girl in the showroom not to issue RS.225/- card and issue only Rs.220/- Card as value has been changed, but the bloody idiotic Girl/Lady in the show room has issued the Rs.225 Card. He added that since BSNl is updating the software it will get charged on 1st march 2009, but in vain even after several attempts.

    It is very clear that Most of the Cheats are bloody Girls/Ladies.

    The bloody thing is that they do not even give a receipt for that. One has to very careful with BSNL.

      I had not recieved my Monthly Bill for for over 1 year. I equire at BSNL situated near Sagar Public School Bagmgalia they told there is nothing pending. We had paid all the pending in Feb 2007 of Rs 2100/- We had paid excess payment so they are not sending bill from last Feb 07. We had incoming facility only .Yesterday we received a bill of amount Rs. 5200/- Kindly solve our problem regarding telephone no[protected].Why your employees are not doing there job properly creating so many problem. I am waithing for reply soon.

          we have sent a document by speed post no EK[protected] from Mysore Karnataka state to
          New choudary enterprises, kalyan circle, silver jubilee road, SIKAR 332001 Rajasthan on 16/06/09.
          but it was not delivered to the party. please send me the delivery report of the above said speed post at the earliest.
          Hi im using 500 monthly plan which is a speed of 256 kps but all i get is 50 to 150 kps even after using all of the best hardware including wires to . as call up the coustomer care he doest have a manner even to speak properly most of the time its only ringing num - 0251.[protected] hope things will get better ...

            We are having six connections (Land line) and one broad band connection in our warehouse situated in Sy.No.459/3A, Sembium Red Hills Road, Puzhal Village, Chennai – 600 066 . For the past twenty days all BSNL lines are totally down in our warehouse, so we have registered the complaint to your local exchange AE but till date no action has been taken from your end, without Tele communication we are finding it very difficult to run our business process kindly look in to this and do the needful.

              Sub:- Complaint for Broad Band for Phone No.24178138 with Customer I.D[protected] installed since 15/08/2007.

              Dear Sir,
              This let you know that the above-mentioned Phone No. broad band service was applied for in month of 10/04/2007 with Case Mark No.C/LGR/07-08/0016 and application Form No. – MS/0112792 at Office of the Area Manager, Jadavpur, which was ultimately after much inquiries and follow up at Menkon Towers, Branch Office (Mr. A. Roychowdhury) was installed ultimately in the month of August, 2007 with Work Order No – H/NC/H1/07-08/0015.
              After all this pain and long wait for acquiring a connection of your companies Broad band service the connection came till our doors but with no installation technical assistance only a lines man came to let the wire for the connection in our flat but there was no service (no internet connectivity). Then after several complaints at your customer care only a lines man was sent to our residence who not at all adept to help for technical problems and no computer knowledge which resulted to any help for connection non-availability. After this incidence I also tried contacting your customer care for the second time and explain them the problem but resulting to same lines man visit which did not helped. Ultimately now there was no help from your customer care as they started taking the complaints but no one visited so I started calling Mr. A. Roychowdhry of Menkon Towers, but all in vain. I am sorry I cannot provide you the complaint Nos. because I lost track since it was a lot and thought unnecessary to keep track of since of I believed in your system.
              All this resulted basically in no internet connection and till date I have paid from August 2007 till November 2007 (Rs.500/- per month) but with no service and also one-time modem charges (Rs.1800/-).
              Now out of frustration I would like to discontinue this service and like a refund of my unnecessary payment of services I never received. Please do the needful and oblige.

              BSNL — paying for no service

              I had already cut my internet and phone services even after that I am being charged for the same. I havnt used the internet and the phone since 5 months but they are sending me the bill on regular intervals.

                Hi,

                I am having a BSNL Broad band connection for last 2 months. The broadband often goes down for hours and hours. The customer support lines never works or always engaged.For last 5 days the connection is down. Every time when we contact the customer service they give new complaint Number, i have 3 complaint number, but no repair is done. The customer center people many time take the phone and keep it in floor and not attends it. They give one word answers Like " server Down" and closes the call. Getting the line with Customer center itself is a big achievement!
                NO professionalism, no Business ethics and dead customer service. They are not living in this competitive , customer oriented era.
                This is to bring it to your kind notice that I have contantly faceing problem with my telepnone bearing No. 25451707.                 I am frustrated to the core, please request to resolve the issue once for all.

I was directed to contact BSNL Khadak Pada office for further enquiries. I was told that I need to give willingness for WLL connection due to non availability of DP at sight. Accordingly, I have tendered my willingness for WLL connection on 04 JAN 2008 but I have not received neither the WLL phone nor any feedback. Everytime I visit this office, I get same reply that is Instruments nahin hain...

                  It is really surprising to know the fact that it's taking almost 5 month for making availability of telephone instruments. I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest.

All the cable lines are cut /destroyed miserably. BSNL, DLF Phase II authorities are not sure how much time will it take to restore the connection.

                    my name is hemant pratap singh, a student of civil engineering ITBHU Varanasi. i have bsnl prepaid connection. i bought a magic voucher on 29/12/2007 with expiry date of 30/10/2008. after some days near 04/01/2008 i tried to recharge the voucher but the response was that the voucher is expired voucher. i called customer care but all vain. they told me that the scheme is all ready stop by the BSNL and they don't have further information about the voucher. so my rs 226 voucher is going to waste. please help me

                    I have bought one top up voucher of Rs. 562/- from one Genaral Store. But when i was about to scratch the voucher for 16 digit number the voucher was not getting scratched.                     I have a bsnl mobile prepaid regular connectio with power voucher. Accordingly I have to pay only Rs. 0.25 for local BSNL and Rs. 0.75 to other network calling. But most surprisingly when I used to call any Hutch no. containing 97 starting the charge is being deducted @ Rs. 2.40/minute. I have lodged several complaints to the Customer Care but no action has taken from the Company. Not only this in case of any IST call charges are being deducted for no reply calls also. How I can get the redress?

                      BSNL appears to have entered into some agreement to sell Games On Demand of indiagames.com through their broadband. Now suddenly I am seeing a charge of Rs. 200/- p.m. from March 2011 in every month's bill for Games on Demand! And to cap it, it is being mentioned simply as One Time Charge! Therefore I advise you to Be Careful and check your bills thoroughly every month! I never imagined that a Public Sector Company like BSNL would resort to such arrangements.

                      I strongly protest to BSNL for arranging such marketing techniques through their company and request them to refund the moneys already made to the gullible customers.

It was done only in sept. 2012. I had deposited the telephone instrument in Aug.2012 itself and obtained receipt. Now I have received a Bill for rs.472/-. I was about to deposit it on 23.11.2012 when i rceievd an SMS from BPBSNL Care stating that i have been billed for -Rs. 1688.56. This means i need not deposit the bill now as Rs.472/- has been deducted from the Security deposit of rs.2160/-.
                      I WUD REQUEST BSNL ACCOUNTS DEPTT. TO PLEASE REFUND ME RS.1688.56 as early as possible on the billing address. The person who acknowledged me for my surrender in chennai Kodambakkam office said to me that within 2 months I will get back my deposit money.                         I am a regualar customer of BSNL and my telephone no[protected]Mahua, Bihar) is not working since 05th. March.2008. I had logged a complaint in BSNL office, Kanhauli, mahua (Bihar) but still no any action has taken by BSNL people. I am facing lots of problem from last five monts. Everytime BSNL engineer tell that your phone will work and your complaint will rectify soon but still problem is same. I want to cancel my connection if this type of service provide by BSNL. Please look into this matter. I am not satisfied with BSNL services.

                        we are having bsnl connection in our home. our phone number is[protected], We have done late payment fee, as we were not in the station. but we have cleared all our outstanding bills on 10th October 2008, but till to date our telephone number is not working completely disconnected. i have given several complaints regarding this and my complaint number is 21100418. please do the needful.

                        BSNL — Non-connection inspite of several reminders

                        Dear Sir,
                        I live in SKC-701, Shipra Krishna Vista, Indirapuram. On 02.02.09, bsnl personnel had put up a kiosk within our society where they were accepting applications for new connections which were promised within one week. I applied for a bsnl line (application no.N237240 dated 02.02.09) by paying Rs. 100.00 and got a receipt for it. At the end of the first week, I contacted the Sdo of this area at [protected] and was informed that their was some problem with installing cable to "C" block and it would be rectified in another week's time. After another week, when I rang up the Sdo, he said that a phone no. has been allotted[protected] and to contact Mr Shripal, the linesman at[protected]. Mr. SHripal on cantacting told me that no order has been received by him, but he was willing to give a connection (presumably for monetary cosideration) if I want him to. I contacted the Sdo again, who wanted to know the N No.(237240) which was duly given to him. Again he confirmed that the order has been passed and the linesman should be contacted. Mr Shripal was again contacted and his excuse this time was that no line has been provided to "C" block and so he cannot provide a phone connection.
                        It finally dawned on me that I am running in circles and unless there is a godfather who can pressurize these "Government servants" or I am willing to part with Ghoos, I am unlikely to get a bsnl line. I therefore request the company to stop showing rosy ads on TV etc. and just let us law-abiding citizens continue with our lives. I will be happy if Rs. 100.00 can be refunded or else I will think it is a donation to welfare of our govt. servants.

                        House — My Phone is disconnected for more thatn 10 days and inspite of complaing still no action

We had also paid deposit of 500 Rs/- and 1324 Rs/- annual charge on same date but till now we havent got our landline phone device or line activated. We talked to a member of BSNL company but he did not take any action and didnt even reply properly. They advertise that u will get quickly BSNL landline device but actually it doesnt happen.

                        I think this is the BSNL which is india's no 1 Telecom leader but the leaders in BSNL are not really leaders. They are not really working what they have to do in the sack of customers interest.
                        From March 15th 2008 I have been waiting for a land line connection and also I had moved here and there in BSNL office (Jalahalli Office)several times and called up many times but no response.

                        What is this? If BSNL is not interest to offer good service to customer then BSNL should tell this at the beginning means during of the applying time. After visiting BSNL office 5-6 times I got WLL set (Phone no[protected] last May and it hardly works. I had called up and visited BSNL office many times and got the response that they will replace the set. They are neither providing wired proper connection nor replacing the WLL set.                         BSNL — Requesting proper cabling for our telephone

                        We were requesting several occations to remove the existing overhead wire connection and replace with underground cable connetion for my house connection. Maximum of the period the phone was dead due to this problem. Still we are making the payment as per the bill plan.
                        Even I am suffering from the same problem. Since 30th May 2009 I have been facing problems with my landline connection. I lodged complaints several time, also went to the SDO office, personally gave him a letter about the problem I am facing with the landline but to no avail. Till date the problem has not been resolved but every month I do get an sms from BSNL stating about the bill details that is generated every month. Why the hell should I pay this amount when I am not using the service?
                        BSNL landline service is the worst in India. I just don;t understand when we are paying money for the service why the hell the service providers do not keep up to their commitment of quality service and how can they just ask us to pay the bill amount without proving proper service?

                        I have been a serious customer of BSNL. But the kind of service I have been getting for the past 5 months for my complaints have left me in state of shock, to say the least. My Land Line No is[protected]. My landline connection had gone dead for the past 5 months and I don’t have a responsible reply from any authority for the frequent requests that I have been making.
                        Here is the history:
                        1. First week of the Nov-2009: My phone line connection went dead and I lodged a complaint (Complaint number 198 /[protected].
                        >>> We did not here from your staff – no response
                        2. 15th march 2010 I called the Raipur (Pali). They said to send a reminder to the appropriate authorities.
                        4. 17th march 2010 I called Mr Prajapat (BSNL Officer at Raipur)(Mobile no is [protected]).
                        He replied that he will look in the matter.
                        5. 22nd March 2010 and 26th March 2010 I called to Mr Garg. (Who is an officer sitting in SOJAT Office; His no is[protected].
                        He confirmed that he will solve the problem before next Monday (According to his statement my no should be repaired before 29th March 2010)
                        6. Finally I contacted GM Office Pali Two times[protected]rd march 2010 and 31st march 2010) .
                        There was no action taken by the bsnl officers in last 5 months.
                        This disconnection is putting me through a lot of difficulties, as I have gone without phone at home for over 5 months.
                        I don’t understand why they did not repair my Landline no from last 5 months which doesn’t speak high of the quality of Service that I have been getting. I request you to take appropriate action.
                        Unfortunately your services have been pathetic and horrible.

                        Since the phone is dead, we are paying for the bill from 5 months without any use.

                        BSNL — LANDLINE NOT WORKING FROM MARCH 2010

                        My landline[protected] and the broadband connection through it have not been working from 25th March 2010. After repeated complaints to BSNL staff and A letter to the Editor of a newspaper, I have been provided a wireless connection . But its performance as a telephone and interconnection through it hve been extremely erratic, slow and undependable. Even after 4 months my regular landline is not functioning.
                        On 29th July one BSNL staff visited my home , looked at the instrument, asked us where the connection is coming from outside and left without doing anything.
                        Next day (30/7/2010) two persons from BSNL come at 2p.m, look at the site where the external connection comes in, again leaves without doing anything, saying that they have not had lunch and will come back the next day.
                        After that nobody has come at all and our phone remains dysfunctional.
                        Yet on 30/7/2010 I receive a message on my cell phone, from BSNL Portal, saying that my telephone has been repaired 0n 29th July 2010 !!!

                        My repeated attemts to contact the Engineer or the Lineman from the local exchange have not been successful, because neither of them attends the calls.

                        So here am I still stuck with a BSNL phone and broadband connection not working at all even AFTER 4 MONTHS AND 1 WEEK.

                        My name is K.A.Janardhanan - BSNL fixed new Landline[protected] and Broadband connection in my house during 2008. While fixing new connection they told me that no separte junction box available, so they are taking the line from the next house junction box with a cable and connected to my house.The fixed cable was on the Electric main wires from the electricity dept post.many times it was touching the electric line and the spark and the connection cut. many tiems I have complaint the BSNL after few days one of the technican from BSNL WILL come and fix the same wire and tell me the junction box not available and the quatation not approved etc. THIS IS THE 4 TH YEAR LAST WEEK I HAVE COMPLAINED AGAIN THE SAME DIALOGUE, IF ANY SHORT CRCUIT HAPPENED AND LOSS OF LIFE ETC THE BSNL IS ONLY RESPONSIBLE .                         BSNL — No action against complaint

                        i lodged a complaint in BSNL that my phone line was dead on 3/12/11 but no action had been taken till 8/12/11. when i went to the telephone office to complain about it they told me that i had not lodged a complaint. I was also unable to produce the docket number as i forgot to do so. i had to lodged a new complaint and for their fault i had to suffer. It is all because of their insincerity and laziness i had to bear such discomfort.

No body from BSNL came to solve my problem till today. It is matter of great regret that BSNL is failing to attend omplaints in time this leads to encourage tha the customer to switch towards another tele compny.                         BSNL — In Spite of complaining several times, issue is not resolved

                        My BSNL Broadband connection is not working for more than last 15 days, and I have complaint for more then 5 times. One response I always get from the BSNL is that it will be fine tomorrow..and so on!!. I use my connection just for internet purpose only then why should I pay for the full month when I havn't used it for more than a month. Am I wrong?

                        Also at the time of taking the connection in Jan'12, the person who came from BSNL for setup and installation didn't did his job correctly and just installed it so and so. I was not able to use my wifi modem with any other computer but only with the system he used for installation. That also I have complained many times to correct it but it is not resolved till yet. I am really pissed off..!!

                        I had booked for BSNL Landline on 17-Mar-2012 (Application No:A1296294, Work Order (OB) No:[protected] in Bangalore. After six months when I contacted, field officer informs that - new cable is to be laid to your residence (in Nyanappanahalli)and that may not be possible now and so landline connection can not be given now. After waiting for 6 more months and getting same reply, on 9-Feb-2013, I applied for cancelling the booking and refund for deposit. So far I did not get refund of deposit. I have visited BSNL office in JP Nagar several times, ran post to pillar, tried to contact accounts officer over phone several times. The staff of accounts department keeps saying that the refund will be sent in a week. So far I did not receive the refund. Now I might have spent more money than the deposit amount due to me.                           I am using the bsnl broadband service for the last 2 months. today is 03.01.2010 i checked the usage of my broadband it looks strange that it shows the usage of the broad band on dated 22.01.2010 from 03:53am to 08:00am and usage of 47053KB. can anyone tell that the date i.e. 22.01.2010. came after 20 days how it shows the usage today. It only shows the deficiency in service by the BSNL

                            i have registered for a fresh connection in BSN Barmer office in the second week of January for a domestic home connection in Utarlai Air force station. Even after 1 month Bsnl Barmer failed to instal telephone in my home,even after the whole of the admin formalities is being over. This i find a serious lapse from the bsnl authority in this highly competative telecommunication era, because of this everybody is running behind private providers, what i feel. kindly let not me go behind those private providers, as a true desi man,i don't want to. Shall i precive that u r not doing delebrately for helping others?

                            BSNL — installation of broadband

                            From one of the BSNL stalls we applied for broadband connection and the executive there spoke to the area exchange and confirmed that it is on demand so within 2 days we will get the phone line and the broadband connection. Since then its 25 days and we havent heard anything from them and whenever we try contacting the concerned person he simply disconnects our call. we went to the area bsnl office and spoke to the DE there who assured us that within 2 days it will be done and they did give the phone connection but we are still waiting for the broadband now if we try contacting the DE either he is out of office or says it will take a few more days dont worry. now i am feeling why did i even bother getting into the mess knowing that it is a govt owned company i should have known better looks like i should have opted for a pvt connection. i hope something serious is done about this lethargic approach of the employees.

                            BSNL — BROADBAND INSTALLATION

                            On 12/6/2008 i applied for broadband connection of 500c plan to bsnl even after 1 month they did not install connection then i contact my neighboure who is employee of bsnl about it then he install modem and connections but internet connection did not start due to no adsl link available.

                            i have submit full payment oon dated 27/dec/2008.with stamped and reciving date.

                              I never receive my landline bills. I have not received a single bill since Nov 06. My number is[protected]. I called up customer service and received an irresponsible reply saying that postal department is not delivering because BSNLis paying 2Rs per bill whereas postal dept is demanding 5Rs. I complained to a higher official whose mail id was mentionedin BSNL site and then received bills through courier for 2 months, but after that no sign of the bill. I wrote a letter in Times of India and then received some calls from BSNL officials asking me to go to phone office and ask for duplicate bill, but is this the solution? I will have to go every month and waste my time. They are not sending the bills on purpose. I have seen several people in my building receiving bills, but I never receive. So this cannot be a mistake of a single missed bill. I have no idea what to do. Please help.

                              I'm a doing my business with BSNL LAND LINE CONNECTION[protected].My business firm is in Kumbazha, Pathanamthitta.I'm not satisfied to your service.When customers call to my firm, bell rings, but after taking the reciever, I will not able to hear anything.After dialling 2-3 times, phone will work.Because of your poor service, I'm facing big loss to my business.

                              As we know that bsnl is india's no. one telecom company, but i have never recieved my orginal telephone bill of number[protected] from last ten years.
                              i hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.
                              I have the same problem too. And each time i need to get the duplicate bill there will be a really big queue at the customer service center; which is doubtlessly indicative of the many others who face similar problem.
                              So i tried to get bills online on Internet. I was told to goto the bsnl.co.in website. But the Bangalore Telecom's (banagloretelecom.com) "View & Pay Phone bills online" does not work either !!!

                              I have been trying to lodge a complain as per your specification {your exchange code} followed by 2198. But every time, the computerised message is telling that "this number does not exist". My No. is 2402 0480, which is not working properly. Specially, when an incoming call is coming. As soon as the incoming call comes, on holding the handset, the line is getting disconnected autometically.

                                  iam the resident of 114,scheme no. 71/d sector-d in indore & having the cell no.-[protected]. i need your broadband connection for that i have applied at least 5-6 times but ur service provider says that their is o line in your area but according to my information there is the airtel lines there for about 100 metere.i need at least 3 connections (for my neigbours also).
                                  I hope that you will hear my problem as early as possible bcz i need this very much for my further studies.

                                    my internet is not getting connected at all. The modem DSL light keep on blinking.. I have complaints many times in the call center and took the modem in the telephone exchange to still the problem is not fixed. All the time they will reset the modem and ask me to check whether it is working still no use. And on other day man came to home and checked the line and he requested to change the modem still not working... BSNL should has some trained professional so that they can assist the users. MY COMPLAINTS number are 202454, 204008 and[protected]/03/08)... Need assistance to fix this issue..
                                    Broadband connection is not working. It is down.
                                    I have applied for bsnl brand band in our area at bolinj (virar) i.e. 16/06/2009. There I have informed that we can supply it in one month.

                                    BSNL — Not Getting Connection

                                    I have applied for the Broad Band Connection from BSNL and deposited 500 rupees and he told me that you will get connection in 10 days after getting the Work Order no. I got Work Order no and that is 65044561. He provided the tech no to call and tell him to set connection. I called so much time to tech no to establish my connection but he didnt did and now he is telling me not to call further to this no and the no is [protected]. The person to whom i paid money for the connection is not receiving my call and most of the time it is switched off. I am not getting what to do next so can you please help me to overcome from this situation.

                                      sir,
                                      Iam sriharsha a resident of Ghatkesar,Hyderabad have applied for a BSNL broadband connection 2months earlier after i gave the letter i finally got the connection 15days after the submission of the letter. I took the connection in H250 plan
                                      to myhorrour the bill for the first month is RS 2895/- for the month of DECEMBER i got the connection on 15th dec.2007 but the bill was counted from 1st dec.2007 .I contacted the BSNL officials for asking abot this matter and de-activate the broad bandconnection they are replying me in a bad manner asking me to paythe biil and then talk to them.TO my horrour again the bill for the month of JAN2008 has come which is of several thousand rupees as iam a student iam unable to pay the bill and asked them to disconnect but they are replying that i must definately pay the bill otherwise they(BSNL)will send a lawyer notice to me in few months. IAm one of the many who have suffered with this bill problem.many got excess amount of bill for which they haven't used.Actually if we use the net 24 hours aday also we wouldnot get that much bill. SO,please kindly register my complaint and solve this problem as early as possible.

                                      Sir, I have been given a BSNL Broadband connecion along with modem (Nokia -C-2110) against my landline no[protected].in the month of march/april under plan-250/-unlimited usages, how you can raise a bill amounting to Rs 8749/- for the month of may 2008. but the service & connection was started in april after several complaint to your office on-toll free NO:[protected]/55. after 15-22days, again after using 10-15 days.there was an error showing messege every time. I made a complaint over phone 4-5 times that my broad band is not working.they said that they will sent the technician but since 15-20 days passed no one came from your side to see the problem.then we called our computer engineer he checked the problem and said that the modem is defective, again i called at your above mentioned tel no but failed to get the response from your office.then i called at kallindi exchange/salt lake com office to change the modem and i got the modem replaced after 8 day personally from kallndi Exchange. after so many probelems and i was adviced by by your agent at the time of applying for the connection that go for the 250/- you can use unlimited.so i am unable to pay the bill. please rectify the bill or disconnect the line.(No Option for me)

                                        There is no balance enquiry fecility for bsnl landline. Due to this a customer cant assess his bill at the middle of the month. Customer can not utilise his given total freecals.I suggest there must be a balance enquiry (like Tataindicom,Airtel,..etc)system and the balance must be in Rupees but not in metered units. Then one can assess and take care of his bill in the middle of the month.

                                        I heard BSNL is got superb network in India and is developing rapidly more than private telecome networks. I have recetly applied for Land line connection in GHMC Hyderabad Local area. I got surprised that those people of Miyapur are rejected to take my application as there is no cable line . You know it is happening since 3 years. Really fast developing means it is not at all true. I think all relative officers are to discuss in this regard and should respond soon. Because it is the capital of Andhra Pradesh where telecom people unable to provide cable means . one can understand their works in the villages. I hope u will respond soon.
                                        i havebeen trying the customer care service it doesnot inform about the bill in the middle of the month that is a kind of information hack which should not be done middle month enquiry should be possible
                                        i wish there are steps taken towards it

                                        for this plan u can take a minimum rental of 300 rupees.this service is already giving by airtel and tata also then why don't u go for this.
                                        by doing this land line will become more strong and profit to our country.there will be no more ear problem listening problem .

                                        one more important suggestion to u is for plz get a special instrument for landline in which we will get the features like mobile.
