Not working for past 3 weeks

Hi

I am residing at Rammurthy Nagar Bangalore.
For past 3 weeks the broad band connection is not working.
Already we tried giving complaint to BSNL Rammurthy nagar branch but all in vain.
Yesterday we got the telephone bill and the complete broad band charge is levied.

Why should we pay when the service is not provided?
At least there should be some discounts when the service is not...

Not able to activate

10 days before the BSNL authority came with Modem for installation. DUe to system problem, they are not able to attend the same. But for the past two days, we are trying to contact them through phone. They simply said, just connect it and get the line. But we are not able to get it activate. Who will take this responsibility in Govt. sector organization. Pl. help us for speedy service.

Is it possible to take the modem...

Phone not working

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of BSNL Kolkata Telephone. My phone number is 2460 1473.


Since the last 12 days my phone is dead. I have registered a complaint on 1st October 2007 (Docket No: C-4033). I was told it would be functional from October 3rd 2007, since October 2nd was a public holiday. On 5th October,when the phone was still
not functional I again registered a complaint (Docket No: C-6218)....

BSNL is not do active my sim till now.

I beg to say that i am pankaj bharti from agra.
i purchase BSNL sim ([protected])of student power on date[protected].
The officer of the BSNL said to me that i will active within 72 hours
but i is not active till date[protected].
So, i am very disspointed .
I have complain against this resion but there is no action taken by BSNL.
So, therefore, considered my complaint and take action...

I am runing Net cafe becasue suddenlty disconected BSNL Brodband i was not face that type of problem BSNL Employees said Line is well i was checked my modem and spilter and other acceseries but properly not connected. Please give me apportunity...

unauthorized charges of landline

although i have one-way connection of my landline connection alongwith bsnl's dataone,still i have got a bill of RS 1071.i should have got the bill of somewhat RS 850 according to the charges of the company as RS 160 for one-way connection and RS 250 of dataone for one month,so it should be around RS 850 for 2 months.plz check what d problem is with it....

User Id

I am a working woman staying in Kolkata (Salt Lake) and 1month ago I had applied for the Data One Broadband Connection. The concerned people said that within 3-4 days I will get the User ID and The pass word, but its a month now one one bothers to pick up the phone. Either they disconnect the line or its switched off or its mob nos keep ringing. The connection is required urgently but there is no one I can talk to....

network problem

the network of the bsnl cellone is very bad.

if it rains the network problem araises.
if we talk with others after every minute the signal cuts and network problem araises.
solve this probelm.

don't make inconvenience to customers...
