I have received a replace sim after my sim is black from BSNL sangamner dt. 26.11.2007. But till date my SIM not activate. Message appears on mobile Registration failed. Several contacts of Sangamners BSNL offices no response their side

I was told that on my submission of all documemnts
for a duplicate sim . the activation will take 4- 24hrs commited by them .
but nothing has happened yet its been three days..

my no is[protected] of (bihar) .i ve send message for activation of gprs on 7/4/9 and i recieved that my gprs had been activated shortly call customer care .i have done so. but they are failed to do so. and asking that send message again and again. by doing this many times my account had been deducted but i did not got any message.i ve asked customer care if you are not capable of solving my problem please transfer the call to the executive related to this department.but they also don't and after that i am not able to call customer care because line makes drop.
so, i request the concern authorities that please take a aciton.

Dear Sir,
My prepaid bsnl no is [protected].Last 7 days before i have acticated monthly plan of Rs.300/- recharge voucher.After that my account is going to be deduction even after i have added Rs50 + Rs 20 voucher.Last time i have taken monthly free plan but ther was no problem. But now why this is going on I dont know.
2.The network of BSNL at lanjigarh is not o.k showing Lanjigarh -c . But in room no net work.

No incoming and outgoing.

i cant call to customer care. so i dial from my another number ([protected]).
I dialed customer service center and told my problem. A customer care executive asked to hold. After a long time he replied that he's not responsible for this and wait until this complaint will be solved or "if you are in hurry you can take another connection". I asked his number he transferred call to Senior. He also misbehaved .He said to wait more than 2 hours and " you are not only our customer all are waiting why can't you . I never said to take BSNL connection". He said he can cut my connection if he wants. And he threatened me saying he can find my address and will show me.
If he cuts my connection what should i do?

    With reference to the above subject matter I hereby bring to your notice that I had applied new Sulabh Incoming only telephone connection vide consumer # [protected] dt.[protected].

    Inspite of repeated follow up and my personal visit to your BSNL Nalasopara office I have being told to wait. I am waiting for almost a year now. However my mother is a brain tumer patient whose condition is not stable. I need telephone to call in emergency to the doctor and my family members.

    Hope you could understand that how necessary this telephone connection is for me.

    Awaiting for your prompt action.

    I am very angry about bsnl. There is a site www.dataone.co.in of bsnl. I have no password and user of that site. When i call to customer care i.e, "[protected]" , there is not respond . I have complained about it before five months and still no respond. Very poor service!
    We have a problem in our telephone and internet connections because of the telephone wire which is connected to the telephone pole away from us. We are unable to access our internet because of the wire which gets detached from the pole by the blowing wind. We cannot even freely talk on our telephone and complete our talk. We cannot here clear voice of the person to whom we are talking to and nor he can here it.
    My telephone Complaint No. 174 booked on 13.03.2007 at 10.30 a.m. at my Exchange Vasai – Manickpur Exch.

    Sub: Non receipt of Telephone Activity – No. 2381964

    With reference to the above subject matter I hereby bring to your notice that I had booked a complaint on 13.03.2007 at Vasai – Manickpur Exchange vide complaint # 174.

    Inspite of repeated follow up and my personal visit to the above said Exchange till today my telephone is not working. It is completely dead.

    I registered for new connection on 22nd March 2007 for new connection. At that time they the administration told they will give connection within 3days. But I did not get connection even up to now (27th April 2007). There is no person to give correct information about when they are going to give connection.
    I've booked for a land line connection,where they promised that i would get within two days and i waited for more than that and when i inquired they routed me to different people and was given different numbers to contact and still i haven't got the connection... And more ever when i personally went to a commercial 0ffice i was informed to meet a line man where he too reluctant and gave no answers or assurance on the connection. I don't know whom to contact to get this done ASAP.

    My request is that please do something about this corruption.And give us a true BSNL service.

THE ADD SAYS THAT ANY BODY CAN DOWNLOAD THE SPY SOFTWARE THROUGH THEIR INTERNET SYSTEM WHICH HAS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THEIR MOBILE PHONES. BY THIS, AS THEY CLAIM THE MOBILE PHONE USER CAN TAP THE CONVERSATION BING MADE ON THE OTHER PHONES, GET THE SMS RECEIVED IN THE OTHER PHONES, AND EVEN MAKE CALLS THOROUGH OTHER PHONES WITHOUT BEING NOTICED BY THE OTHER PHONE OWNER. THEY ALSO SAY IT IS LEGAL. .

    IS THIS TRUE OR ONLY A FALSE AND CHEATING BUSINESS BING MADE THROUGH INTERNET THIEVES.

I also want to apply for broadband and i was told that after you get your new connection of landline then only you will be eligible to apply for broadband connection.

      Since April/May 2006, I discontinued the outgoing facility from my landline phone number[protected]. But, since April 2007, call charges have been added to my bills. I immediately sent a complaint to the Commercial Officer (South), Saket Nagar, Kanpur. But, no response received till date. I, then, sent a complaint to the GM, BSNL, Kanpur, and still no response received.

      Then, I requested in the first fortnight of November,'07 under RTI Act that under what circumstances call charges were added to my bills. I sent the fee under RTI Act through MoneyOrder, which had been refused by the GM, BSNL, and I was told to send the same through Postal Order.

      Accordingly, I sent the same through Postal Order on 10.01.2008. But, my application has not yet acknowledged by any of the BSNL officers, which has to be acknowldeged under the provisions of RTI Act. Nor the desired information has been supplied till date.

      Please help.

        This is also not good for the BSNL as if such poor services are provided by them, then peoples will prefer to switch over to other Service provider who are in the competitive market these days.If they can't do anything, please should not announce such schemes which they can not provide to the general public.

        BSNL is best only in words, not in works...i tried to gift a caller tune to my fren on 22 feb. 2008, the tunes downloading charges and monthly charges has been deducted from my account...but till today it is not activated...i lodge the complaint on customer care, no.2485129. till the date it is pending...again, i activate my caller tune no. 103553 on 16 june 2008, charges deducted as same as previous...but tunes not activated till date...customer care says it will rectify soon, but when? shall it takes 10 years-20 years? or a whole century? BSNL have to think over these kind of problem to hold its customer...otherwise, one day bsnl have to serve a single customer...or even zero...also, you have maximize the local call & sms rate and saying STD has minimize...if you surely wants to minimize the call rate...start it from local call rate...

        bsnl service is very poor.
        I have failed to get full GPRS settings for my handset which is a Motorola E6 model inspite of sending the sms GPRS E to 53733 on 17.06.08 and 20.06.08.I have also spoken to the personnel at the BSNL customercare service umpteenth time but they seem to be inept in providing me this service of yours.I have an excel prepaid connection of the Bengal circle and my mobile no. is [protected].Hope I will get some help this time round.

        My mobile no is [protected] (rajasthan circle). some days back i noticed the talk time on my phone is in negative. the last recharge that i have done was a top up 0f 224 in which i got 200. my validity is till 2017. i used the phone for few calls and then as i was on roaming i chgd the sim to a different user (as i have only one mobile) when i return back to rajasthan the talk time is in negative (Rs -30/-)
        I soon gave a call to customer care, but no body to listen to teh query. some how i managed to register a complaint and was told that i will be given a call back with in 48 hrs but till date no body called me. I am very sorry to say that BSNL has got a very pathetic customer service (purposely not mentioning the name of the agents and supervisiors )

        This is Mr. P S Goswami a prepaid mobile customer for last four years. Recently I am facing a problem regarding internet connectivity. I use Rs.152 GPRS scheme and get net access in ti my PC through mobile. But from 5 April, 2009 I am not getting the service due to might be some technical problem. I made a complaint to customer care and got docket no3577240 but no positive response I have got so far. Repeatedly I made another complaint with same issue on 14 April. But even till date my problem has not been solved. I have spoken to customer care several times. When I use to connect my PC through mobile I get a message Error 734: PPP link control protocol was terminated.

        My mob ph No is [protected], Danapur near Patna. I heard the BSNL services are best in the country, so took the connection recently. But I am most diappointed to see its performance and reception. On top of, call dropping in case of BSNL is most frequent. I never had such a worst experience of call dropping which is most annoying. I conved the problem of call dropping to Mr. Promod Kumar, who supposedly is the DGM, Patana region, dealing with the problem, but the problem is not attended, the reasons of which seem to b that BSNL is Govt.Undertaking and no authorities can do any thing to them, irrespective, whether they do their duties in any manner. Any Competent authority of BSNL if exists, may ask some one in the area to look into the problem please.

          I am using BSNL prepaid mobile service in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Right now I am in Mumbai, in roaming and my all outgoing calls are stopped for want of some documents. Every 6 months, these BSNL people want these documents. Its better not to take the BSNL phones.

          You can get a duplicate copy of the bill from the customer care office of BSNL.

          If your local divisional office is not responding to your complaints you can contact the higher authorities. Make sure that you give your complaints in written form and get a duly signed receipt of your complaint from each concerned officer. You should also register lot of complaints attempts at 1500 (even if it says your complaint is already registered). This will ensure that when the higher officials trace the complaint history they will have enough evidences of ignorance from the BSNL side.

This complaint was lodged on the 10th of june and till date the problem has not been solved. I was given a docket no.- Q6465 but of no avail. The problem still persists.           We are very much fent when it comes to handle complaint of BSNL.
          As all knows about the attitude of person talking to you like they are king and we are their slaves, No ordinary person can handle the complaint of BSNL and follow ups up to we get solution our top executives have to do routine follow ups.

          Our phone is dead from 21st Aug, 08 we booked the complaint it automatically removes from pending list even without our complaints solution. Our Broad Band services are on the same Number we are in 21st century, we have much problem without internet as our all parties communications of order and drawing comes through email. While talking to our abroad clients about nonworking of our broad band they are laughing at us and we feel extremly bad. our number is 25831425 at Ahmedabad city.

          In our daily followups officer always says that we sent the line man to solve your problem. Now a days within this time period whole new exchange can be installed.

          Also for general purpose complaint tele no. 25892198 there is very much problem even after we get connected automated version has different type of format every time and in most case it says your service is not available on this number !!! so we have to dial again and to wait for to reconnect.

There is no support from customer service I have to call attest 10 times in a day to check, some people tell me the problem is in modem or cable what is the problem?           to our Ramamurthynagar area in charge Mr. Jayram BSNL which we always do. On
          21/11/2008 that our telephone is out of order from yesterday 20/11/2008 and Mr. Jayram.
          BSNL told I will solve your problem by next day on 22/11/2008, but nothing happened till
          27/11/2008. So again we met Mr. Jayram. BSNL On 29/11/2008 and asked when will you
          rectify our telephone problems, for that he said that the cable damaged which we have to
          get approval from our office which will take longer time. But the neighbor telephones are
          working fine but only our number 25650261 is not working and if you pay around Rs.600/-
          to me I will get the cable and fix your telephone problem so on that day we gave Rs.300/-
          cash and told him once you solve the telephone problem we will pay you the balance.
          From that next day Mr. jayram. BSNL has not to be seen; finally we have complained fault
          repair service number 25652198 kindly verify on 11/12/2008 and we have complained to
          the number 25652444 in this number some lady responded that they will inform Mr.
          Jayram. BSNL about the telephone problem and that lady who received call was not willing
          to tell her name.
          On 17/12/2008 Mr. BALAKRISHANAN. M. as he has Asthma desires and was suffering from
          wising at 11pm night all neighbors did not respond for help as he was suffered the whole
          night with out sleep, AND Mrs. NAGAMAL.C. WIFE OF Mr.BALAKRISHANAN. M. HER RIGHT
          LEG IS FACTURED AND PARALISED WHERE SHE COULD NOT WALK, EVEN TILL TODAY but
          in the morning by the help of is son’s he was admitted in Little flower Hospital and from
          there he was shifted to Bore wing Hospital and from their he shifted to Isolation Hospital,
          finally Mr. BALAKRISHANAN.M he lost his life on 02/01/2009.
          WE BELIVE THAT WE LOST HIS LIFE BECAUSE OF THE TELEPHONE PROBLEM IN WHICH HE
          HAVE CALLED FOR HELP FROM THE TELEPHONE TO THE FAMILY TO SON’S AND DOUGHTER

          This is to bring to your notice that my BSNL landline no[protected]Koyilany, Calicut, Kerala) is not working from last 30 days. My mother is staying alone and she is now 65 years of age, she has approched the bsnl office many times with the complaint and there is no positive response from your end. As I'm staying away from my home and not able to contact my mom regularly, only option is that she has to 1 km to std booth and make call.

A complaint was also booked at the morning of 31.05.2009, at the BSNL contoll no. 198, we also got a complaint no.333329. But since then nobody from there have come to ractify the fault also if we call at the no. to know the status of our complaint the computerized system indicates that your complaint has already been registered sine 31.05.09.

But I have already paid through CITIBANK cheque # 037547 amount Rs.502.00 and amounted is debited from my account on 11th May for which I have bank SMS also. No BSNL has generated another bill (for Rs.213.00 due date 7th July 2008) and they have disconnected my phone.           how i will get my unpaid bill of bsnl landline with broadband june month
          I am a pco operator, cosumer no[protected] from glonthra along with bsnl from 2003.en every month the telephone bill and our pco machine monthly report is nearly same.but on dec, 2008 and january, 2009 in both around 1300 (thirteen hundred) unit more was come in bill.
          I go through details bill which is provided by bsnl department and marked that on 27-dec-2008 at night 11:00 pm to 28-dec-2008 at morning 6:00 am, that is in 7(seven) hour continually called by somebody to only one no i.e [protected] about 803 units. also on 01-jan-2009 from night 1:50 am to 6:30 am, that is in 4(four) hour continually called by samebody to same no i.e [protected] about 391 units.
          I collect information from secret channel that to call [protected] was given our phone line to relative of golanthra telephone exchange officer(lineman) at every night from different day different consumer's number.
          I given a complain to A.O, B.S.N.L, berhampur, orissa on[protected].
          But till now nothing is happend, no response is taken by the department.

            I apply for broadband conection. Two week beforeyou have provided brodband modem in mathura U.P. the person come to my house. they told that from banglore bsnl custumer care gives you the Id & password to acces. butno call comes till nigh. I couldn't know that how to acces this modem pl. tell me & tell the password & Id.
            I have applied for broad band connection on[protected] on my existing telephone no.[protected] and work order was issued on[protected] was issued when contacted BSNL durganagar exchange internal as well as out door engineer informed me that from their side their job of wiring etc., has been completed and throughed . For the User Id & password Bangalore IBM has to issue it as and when they issue it to us we can pass it on to you, or IBM Bangalore will be mailing to you directly through email, which you have mentioned in broadband application form.

            In this regard, so far we didn't recieve any email from any body, kindly expedite to arrange user Id & Password at the earliest and enable me to access my internet broadband connection without any delay.

            BSNL is the only provider in my Noida Sector 47 area to restrict me using it.. and i have been waiting for broadbend services over 80 days.. yes believe me.. its pethetic service.. totally sarkari.. i am following up with BSNL management but always get silly and totally unprofessional answers like:

            a week more time is needed..
            work is in progress.. you will get it soon..
            its almost done,.. consider it done..
            we are following it up with headquarter
            its pending from bangalore

            nobody knows whats happening in BSNL.. now after circuling around 20 times BSNL office nothing is coming out..

            somebody please look and try managing services better.. i feel shame on myself that we have such service provide.. attitude of people is just unforgetable.. always denying.. seems all people just kill their time on job and do nothing..just nothing.

            I wish if i had better choice to choose from for broadbend..
            I have received BSNL Borad band connection more than one month back.
            From day One I was not able to connect.

            Sir, after 6 months, I get the BSNL - broad band connection to my home (from Dum Dum exchange, Kolkata, Phone no.[protected], but till now it is not working properly. The error message is 673.Whenever I tried to call customer care and the telephone no. given by them, they either didnot receive, or if receive, they told to contact after 2 to 3 hours, as they dont have any time and they donot know how to talk to a person. It is almost 7 days over, but till now no solution. I also dont know if the modem is working or not properly. I contact with local exchange people also, they told that I have to complain at Dum dum exchange, and till now no solution.

            I could not able to get the proper usage of bsnl broadband.Though they give me the website to check the broadband usage http://bbservices.bsnl.in but i could not able to get into the website homepage.
            Which browser are you using? In firefox that portal site doesn't open. Try it with Internet Explorer. Maybe this could help.
            I am not able to get usage details of the Home-125 plan to which I have subsribed.Can you tell me how to go about getting the details

            I had Airtel broad band connection for two years, and it was working wonderfully. Inspite of that we
            decided to go for BSNL!!!
            during last 9 months there were several problems in connection, same was attended within 2 to 3 days.

              I applied for BSNL broadband service on 4th of august for Internet. i was told i will get connection in 10 days... then was told i will in 90 days and now i am told i still will have to wait......why is it taking so long and why no action is taken against it

              I m an enthusiastic consumer of BSNL from one of the remotest part of, well advertised developed India.Hell-like opportunity occurred advertised in news papers that in this dark part o[censored]niverse OUR : BSNL(Branded Service for Neglecting Links with people from GOI ) is providing Broad band Internet service @ loot mart rate.I who m, fully educated in Indian loot-practice fell in that net & now repenting.
              Really, here in this boarder distt o[censored]ttarakhand ie chamoli BROAD BAND SERVICE of bsnl IS REGULARLY IRREGULAR BUT IT'S BILLING IS IRREGULARLY REGULAR.
              Let us think that there might be some problems in the beginning of any service BUT for more than three years above problem lies and we are charged for that irregularity.Generally plans are fixed rate-like, so it has been the best source of income without giving any service.

                    On 12th October the phoneline of phone 25530487 was requested to be shifted and on 16th oct. the phone got disconnected but stillnot shifted. Tried to communicate with various authorities but no result.
                    When this can hapen with doctors who are always on human serviceI cant imagine the fate of common man.

I had personally visted the BSNL indiranagar Telephone exchange 3 times, every time I go there the only answer I get isthat the problem might get fixed next week, this has been happening ever since the day I submitted the request. I had also complained to 1500 regarding the same issue but the lady speaks very rudely and hangs the phone.

                      We are a leading Calcutta based Hardware & Networking training Institute since 10 years. We have various global courses for which broadband are essential part of our training. But from 28th May, 2008 we can not use the broad band against our phone no. 24246116 because the ADSL Modem Link is not coming. We did several dockets D No. Q8004 on 28/05/08, D No. Q9734 on 30/05/08, D No. T9858 on 07/06/08, D No. 17704 CRS on 07/06/08, D No. F3419 on 20/06/08 but still now the problem remains same. After requesting almost hundred times to several person related with this service nobody helps us properly to get back our service. Not only that after asking to repair this fault somebody says we do only external job this is internal fault, please go to internal division. After contacting internal division they says this is external fault, talk with external division. And the behavior of your officials is so bad, so rude we can’t believe that in this service oriented industries how can you behave like this with your customer. It is ridiculous that SDO of zone 11 Mr. Ghosh (Ranikuthi)said straight away that “I can not do any thing”. We had 5 BSNL phone connections and already we withdraw few connections for this kind your bad service. We are now suffering with financial losses for your bad service. The classes already stopped from 28th May. Students are becoming arrogant because we can not continue their classes. Now we can understand we have no way to go consumer court. Please advise us what we should do

                      I have launched a complaint about broadband at Koothanallur BSNL office for which they sent the technician after 3 weeks in spite of repeated calls. After Technicians and Engineers took 2 weeks time to rectify the fault but the job has not been completed.                       Sir/Madam,

                      I am residing in Shivananda Nagar (Vimananapura Area) under BSNL Indira nagar exchange in Bangalore. My telephone line[protected] is dead (and thus is broadband connection) for more than 2 months!! This issue with more than 20 connections in this area. I have the additional issue that my wife's work is entirely dependent on the broadband connection as she is working from home.

                      Apart from online complaint booked thru the fault booking system, I have been visiting the Indira Nagar exchange and met many officials there including Mr. Revanna Siddhiah, Mr. Narasimha who are the people responsible for this area. Everytime Mr Revanaa says, it will be fixed in 2-3 days but nothing happened till now. Finally I met the GM for network operations Mr. Babimaran who in a supposedly professional way told me he will look into the matter within 30th June 2012. Till now nothing has happened.

                      Those guys in the Indiranagar Exchange are telling me that a Tie cable is broken in this area following a BBMP work!!!. I agree that BBMP should have been more responsible and sensible before doing such work. They should have ideally discussed with BSNL and any other organization which might have infrastructure built underneath so as to minimize damage. But whatever damage done is done; why not BSNL fix this issue rather saying lame excuses!!! Why should a customer worry about Tie cable or whatever cable is there.!!

                      Kindly take steps to address this issue at the earliest, and avoid loosing a number of customers!!!

                      Note: If you try calling this number[protected], it will seem like ringing (there is no problem in the exchange), but the signals does not reach the desired place (my home), due to broken cable.

                            The culprit has been using his domestic broadband connection for his cyber cafe named COMPUTECH at 66/R F.D.road Mallickpara,Serampore,Dist-Hooghly,State-West Bengal.He's paying his bills accroding to the domestic bills.The authority has been informed but to no avail.He doesnt have a nessesary permission.He's making huge profits by cheating BSNL where as other BSNL customers are paying huge billd every month and suffering huge loses.

                            Shall the authority take an action or shall we talk to mass media?

                            hello every one i have taken connection from bsnl hyderabad charminar i heard bsnl is a good service provider well may be bsnl is good but surely people are rude, dont offer help for sure, lots of courroption i have to pay them money cause they gave connection of 100 mts i dont know why this people are so greedy . its one week know but there is no broad band connection when i called them they are saying it will take 2 days more every time i cantact them they say the same thing if this continues i dont think that bsnl can keep its name it will be a big isp but without satisfied clients/customers so bsnl people pls improve.

                                I am using sancharnet.in. I am renewal my account (PSTN-50H-REGULAR) on 10 Jan 2007 after 1-2 month i cannot login my account, because my ID and Password does not match. But i can succefull login in administrative panel and change all password, after this step i cannot login in my web account (E-mail Login Page) there is same message again (ID and Password does not match). I am submit complaint many time from web feedback form and also sent e-mail at [protected]@sancharnet.in, [protected]@bsnl.co.in, [protected]@sancharnet.in but there is no response.

                                  My name is v.suresh kumar and iam sending this complaint regarding the not working of the BSNL broad band services at my home for last 4 weeks and the telephone is on my fathers name and even after complaining there is no response from the BSNL and they are so careless and not at all bothered to attend the complaint and every month the same thing happens and even inspite of complaining about this many time nothing is been still done and without any services provided iam unnecessarily palying the bills everymonth so if this is going to complaint i would have to go to the consumer court regarding this problem so kindly do something about this befor the matter gets deteriorated.

If the issue is not resolved within couple of days you can take that complaint no. & go to the Exchange for authoritative enquiry.

                                  My name is Prashant Hegde and iam complaining regarding improper working of the BSNL broad band and my telephone at my home since last one month. I have complained regarding this, when I complain one person from BSNL called me up and asks me very arrogantly and without giving any respect "how many parallel lines you have?" !! But I have only one telephone instrument. Broad band ADSL is ON for 30 seconds and another 30 seconds it is OFF. Same way the telephone, Dial tone will not be there in the afternoon daily. Some times broadband will be working even when the dial tone is not there in the telephone. Most of the days it happens in the afternoon, morning it will be allright. I am very much fed up due to this BSNL connection.I don't know when it will be working and when it will be OFF. I am sure that there is no fault from my end. Can any concerned authority look in to it?

                                    It is a shame that I have not received the broadband connection @ my house. Its more than a month of our registration in BSNL. Went to the Telephone office again and again. No proper response. I have called the thousand times. They have asked me to go for someother network connect. I dont understand what they do. I still didnt receive phone connection at home. i am put up in Vepery.
                                    our bsnl internet speed is very poor. i use bsnl HUAWEI hub and surf instrument for internet but not that speedy compair to other internet service provider.

                                    The the services of BSNL are much hyped in the media. Who listens to us? I get only 30 kbps speed in 750 ul though BSNL promises at least 212 kbps. DOES BSNL LISTEN! Reduce cost on celebrities. Increase cost on customers. THEY PAY.

The lady sitting near the complain no. 2393333 is so careless and she has no sense how to talk to the customer and is givng me rubbissh answers. Today also I talked with her on 15.15 pm I have even told her that somebody is hospitilized at my house so I please request you to do the needful on urgent basis but I think she is such a careless lady and does not have any sense how to talk to the customers. According to her my phone line was started within 10 mins of the complain registration and when I told her that there is some mistake she told me that somebody had picked the receiver from my house and said that the line is OK . I told that nobody was present at my house when the compain was given. She rubbishly told me in gujarati that " me hawa ma vat kari" such were her wording and when I asked her name and superiors number she put off the phone.

But I feel sorry to say that the lady sitting near complain number[protected] does not have any sense how to talk to the customer.According to her I had compalined on 12.26pm on 30/06/2010 and line was done OK on 12.40 pm on the same day that is within 15 mins .I have never seen that bsnl have solve the complain within 15 mins.When I told her that the line is not working and some body is hospitalized at my house she told me that somebody from my house told her that that the line is OK but nobody was present at my house on the day when the complain was launched.On hearing this she told me in gujarati that " me hawa ma vat kari" such rubbish was her answer and today also I complained her at 15.15 pm and told that please do the needful since somebody is hospitalized at my house, still she talks rubbishly .

                                      I think action should be taken on such employees and should be taught how to behave with the customer.I please request you to do the needful and solve my problem at the earliest.

                                      It is inadvertently mentioned here that I did not get telephone service from above period Were Not working condition . However, I may be clarified that I have paid/credited my telephone bills, even though phone in question is dead.

                                      This is to inform you that I am facing a problem in my WLL phone connection from the past Six month. I have already logged a compliant at Viramgam BSNL office but from there I have not get any kind of response from their side even they are not providing complaint number then after number of time I made a call at Ahmadabad BSNL office but till date no response from their side. Furthermore I want to through a light on my case that WLL is not working as I mention in this application and I am getting the bill on monthly basis. So help me out in this what I will do neither getting any response . At the end I just want to inform that if I’ll not get any response than the only measure is left that I have to disconnect my WLL connection.

                                      media, That in a month the phone is not working 25 days, Hope at least
                                      something will be done any without further delay and please see that
