i, Subir dey No.[protected] of Jharkhand had taken post paid mobile connection in Jan08.Since then i have not received any bills inspite of so many reminders/complaints.To add on to it now they have barred my outgoing calls.atleast the company should inform the amount by sending the bill.

Broadband — Non receipt of connection

Hi,
I've applied for broadband connection on 21st June 2008 against my base number[protected]. Till date the connection has not been established. Meanwhile I have called up your executive so many times and every time got a new committed date. Every time they said unavailability of infrastructure as reason of delay in connection. Here, I would like to know, if there is insufficient infrastructure then how come my application was accepted and committed to provide service with 7 working days? This is not at all acceptable from India’s biggest telecom company.

BSNL New connection — NON RECEIPT OF NEW CONNECTION

I have applied for new phone connection line on 10th November, 2010 vide Receipt No. N 1191178. Order Number for the same is KKR 29095 - Even on today's date i.e. on 14th December, 2010, I have neither received new connection nor any reply. Whenever I try to contact them, I get reply that I will get information next day.

BSNL is advertising CONNECTION WITHIN 2 DAYS & EVEN AFTER ONE MONTH THE IS NOT DONE & NOT GETTING SATISFACTORY REPLY.

    Sir,
    I m a post paid BSNL User .I found one bill for the month of January 2008 as Rs.13000/- but there is an option if the bill exceed Rs2000/- then the mobile out going connection will be cut.Rather it is showing Rs 13000/- & next Feb 2008 bill is also remain so..its Rs 6000/-Morover all post bill is for one month only..but SDO Telephone says it is 2 months bill..

    this is love matter, he continuously called his lover over phone daily more than 5-7 hours
    Mr. Arup, it's a matter of common-sense Why not you are asking for the bill details, you can just cross check all the out going numbers, charges etc.Then you can go for FIR if you think its misused or its a fake bill...!! :) ... I hope you are not a child...!!

      I have taken a broadband connection in the month of February, 2008. Initially the are told me that there is no installation charges for broadband. Later the have sent bill Rs:650/-

      Rs.500=00 broadband installation charges
      Rs. 150=00 other charges.

      It is not good for BSNL

          While calling from landline to any company where the telephone is automated electronically, and ask to dial, example: please dial 1 for english, 2 for Hindi, 3 for Telegu etc. or any other extension, my telephone does not extend this facility and I can not call the required extension.

          Please rectify this problem as I am facing it since a long time. Even though I have complained, no action has been taken.

            Myself P Saha and I am lecturer in a Govt Unversity.
            After 6 months of waiting I get the connection of broadband service (Phone no. [protected]) this month from my local telephone exchange (Nimta Telephone exchange). They connect it and then I get the ID, password also, but unfortunately till now the internet line is not working. When they connected the line, modem etc, they charge extra money etc for better service, but after that nobody come to see the matter. I also dont know what is the use of the helpline no, and the exchange phone number given in the list when this are either useless or nobody entertain the call. Whenever we try to contact the helpline no. given in the list, nobody receive the call. I tried again and again, but no result. One day they recieve it ans tell to call after 2 hrs, but after that nobody receive the call. After trying 2 days, they have received the call they told to contact local exchange, and local exchange told to contact to kmain exchange evert time. But they dont have any time to verify the matter of connection problem and to help us. Rather they misbehave with us whenever we try to call to main exchange. Is this is the service of BSNL and we have to pay monthly subscription of this useless type of service?

              I had personally visited the Hoskerehalli BSNL branch on 15th march and applied for the transfer of my telephone. But still the work order is not issued. i am trying to call almost all the BSNL offices but not getting any response.
              Could some one please check the same at the earliest ???????? Unnecessarly i am ending up paying the Rent

When ever we receive any incomming call, we cannot hear the voice of the other side due to line distrubance. Inspite of complaining, the result is same. Now a stage has come where I have to seriously think for surrendering the land line. Please resolve my problem at the erliest.

                1. I have applied for new BSNL landline connection and got it on 19 Feb 08. Along with new line registration I applied for broadband connection also, my seniority for broadband must start from date of registration. However, my modem, user-id and password for broadband was issued on 05 Mar 08. For first month telephone bills is also cleared.

                2. Since then Fibre Optical cable was damaged between Yelahanka Exchange and Air Force Stn Exchange, it was restored on 12 Mar 08 in the noon for land line. After 07 days, on 19 Mar 08, they restored broadband in this Air Force Station, Yelahanka Exchange. However, my connection not made good. The details of my broad band connection are as follows:

                3. No of time and on 20th Mar 08 morning I approached JE Prakash in person for starting of my broadband connection at his office, it will be done by evening. “People are on job”, this was his wording since from 05 Mar 08. But till now my broadband connection not was provided. He says a new DSLAM is installed in this exchange is not working; your connection port is in that. Even I heard the Existing old DSLAM is having one or two port empty due to surrender of broadband connection by some customers. I requested him change the port to old system, he said port cannot be changed due to software difference in new DSLAM.

                4. Even once I approached DE, Yelahanka Exchange, he said, it is not under my jurisdiction and you talk to JE only and don’t approach me for anything because he is ultimate. I could not understand being the senior officer and in charge of Yelahanka circle, why he had talked in such an irresponsibly. On 22 Mar 08 I talked to Personal Secretary of PGM, Bangalore around 1.30 pm on 22868687, she has noted down the complaint with my contact no.

                5. It is not clear, why such long time is taken for restoration of OFC and faulty new system is not rectified after having good engineers in network and provided service to customer. It is competitive world and Bangalore IT hub in such place is having long delay and poor service is not understood. Restoration of any such failure is possible within 24 hrs in today’s world. Plenty of machines are available to assist the man for restoration of failure.

                It became routine business for me to visit daily for Yelahanka exchange for broadband but no positive result is yielded yet. Due to lingering of my connection has mentally disturbed me and wasted my precious time and money by visiting regularly exchange Yelahanka. My umpteen steps taken to get through the connection is futile and I am forced to write this mail to you

                BSNL Broadband — Not Recived Modem

                I have applied for Broadband connection, And i have not recived Modem, Once i got a call from BSNL and he told me your modem is delivered to one Engineer name Radhekrishna, and he had given me one number also, But when i am calling on this number not body picking the call, Some time if he picks the call he told me i will come in half an hour, I am totally become made, I am lossing my money and bussiness i don't have alternate choice also, But really BSNL is investing so much money on ADD if they invest some money on egineer then it will be helpful for customer,
                i have applied for bsnl broadband connection online and it was registered successfully but now almost one month is going to over but i have not received any reply about the connection. i m very sadful to their this kind of behavior. please activate it as soon as possible. i will be thankful to you.

                BSNL/Patna has recently installed the modem under Home 250 Plan which pertains to SIEMENS/ SL2_141 ans it was said to me that wireless facility is there as I had asked for the same under Rs.1800/=category, but their representative, namely Mr. Satyendra Singh did not installed it successfully and fix the modem with my PC saying that he will come and rectify the system as wireless/wi-fi and I am still waiting for him since last 1-month.May BSNL/Patna will look after my problem and let it to be sorted out.

                BSNL Broadband — BSNL Broadband modem not working

                I have a BSNL broadband connection. Phone number 26423825. I registered a complaint on 29 Apr 09 That my modem was not working properly. Complaint number: 88345148. The response from the call center is extremely poor and they just informed me that they cannot do anything about this and that I have to contact the local office. They gave me 2 phone numbers - one did not exist and the other no one answers. I had no choice but to then register it as a telephone complaint as the broadband department didnt seem to care. Someone came and checked the modem after 2 weeks after the complaint was registered and said the modem was faulty and had to replaced and promised to bring a new modem and we havent heard from them for the past 2 weeks. Today someone called from the telephone department and told me not to register telephone complaints and said the modem could not be replaced since the person who came and checked it had gone on leave for 2 weeks. I guess when someone goes on leave their work comes to a stand still! Lame excuses in this day and age. This man was extremely rude and told me if I wanted to get the problem solved I had to give them a written complaint and meet their chief and banged the phone on me..very shocking indeed..which company would dare to hang up the phone on a customer except a government office? This happens only in India I guess and they do this inspite of knowing that they have a lot of competition with so many private players and all it would take me is a phone call to change my service provider.

                i will pay initial amount 1000 for broadband connection on 05-08-09. But until 17-08-09 Monday i have not get connection and also no response on customer care also. What is Going i want plan to withdraw my connection

                BSNL Broadband Yelahanka — Broadband not available most of the time

                BSNL Broadband Yelahanka is does not work most of the time. On enquiry, we are told that there is a 'server problem'. The server appears to be unserviceable most of the time. This matter needs to be investigated by higher authorities of BSNL/concerned Govt department as there appears to be a deeper problem.
                I lost my BSNL DataOne Portal ID and Password.
                What to do next in order to view the daily usage details??

                BSNL — Broadband not installed

                Hi,

                I made a request to install broadband on 12th October, i was informed that it will take max 10 days to be installed. To have broadband first of all BSNL will install a phone line then they will activate broadband on that line. Till today,29 October, my phone line is not installed and whenever I am talking about that they are saying whenever line man will be free he will install the phone.

                BSNL — no service since long

                I have BSNL broadband and am subscribed to the 1350UL plan. It is a very expensive plan as it provides high speed internet, which is very crucial to my work.

                But the service is very poor. frequently the connection to internet is down and rest of the time i get lower speed.
                Paying Rs 45 a day for high speed internet is going futile. BSNL people come check the internet and go, customer care people just take a docket number and no one really sees if the service is consistent or not.

                I have even considered to sue BSNL in this regard but then my lawyer advised me to report the complain in the consumer forum first.

                  I have sent application/s to correct my name as "SREEDEVI MOHANAN" instead of SHRIDEVI MOHANAN appearing in the bill. But no avail.

                  Also I have writtem my email ID as

                  I have shifted my government alloted quarters, D-13/2, DRDO township, Phase-I, CV Raman Nagar to another quarters E-52/6, DRDO township, Phase-II CV Raman Nagar, on 27th Aug 2007.

                  Subsequent to this I had applied for transfer of my land line to my new address on 27th -Aug 2007. Unfortunately, the BSNL division also changed from Indira Nagar to KR Puram. When I enquired with GE KR Puram, I was told taht a work order has been issued (No.[protected] and the work will be completed within three weeks. This did not happen. I kept on calling following personnel repeatedly, but nothing worked out except promise.

                        I got bsnl land line connection in Nellore in 1997 and till then the instrument is the same and it is default now and despite the repeated complaints to the local authorities in Nellore, the instrument is not changed, though there is a need to change after 5 years and due to the negligence of the bsnl, my phone is frequently disconnected and the broadband connection on the same land line is giving problem.                         My land line no is[protected].The instrument is not ringing.We had complained on 29th May 2010 adn the complaint no was 18840 still it remains un attended though it was detected by a conference call duriong complaint that the instrument is not ringing.And needs to be changed. The status at complaint centre shows the compaint is been resolved but it is the same and today is 8th June 2010.

                        I was given no of the higher authority but it is constantly no reply.

I logged complaints by dialing my 4 digit telephone no. followed by 2198 as given in Fault Repair Service many times. Absolutely nil response. This system of complaining is not right when they are not responding to the customers. For your information the docket nos. which I received against my complaints was 8810, 9066, 9764 and 9861.                                 I purchased Excel Magic 75 on 13March, 2008. According to the plan the call charge during 10pm - 7am should be free for a call to a bsnl land line phone. But I found that it was not actually free when I called to land line phone No. [protected] at about 10-15pm on 18March, 2008.                                   Sir,

                                  I am having a post paid Cellone No. [protected]. My name appearing in the bill as Mrs. Shridevi Mohanan INSTEAD OF correct name as “MRS. SREEDEVI MOHANAN”. No. of letters sent to BSNL authorities to correct the name, but no avail till date. Also for e-bill, I have intimated the ID as [protected]@rediffmail.com. But they sending the mail to [protected]@rediffmale.com.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  BSNL Maharashtra gave a big Advertisement in paper (Lokmat dated 18/3)titled EK KA DO OFFER for prepaid mobile phones EXCEL offering double talk time for the cost of voucher for TWO days 18th and 19th March only. I got my phone charged today evening ie 18/3/08 with Rs 500/- voucher but surprisingly I got talk time of Rs 500/- only.

                                  I am unable to understand this. BSNL gave such a big Advt and is misguiding and cheating the public.

                                  My mobile number is [protected].

                                  I shall be grateful if necessary action is taken and I am informed accordingly. Thanks.

                                  I have applied for bsnl landline before 3 months.Still no connection. I Tried to approach the bsnl office which is near to Sai Mandir, Chatrapati Square. They reply that they have no instrument. Isn't it ridiculous? In TV, they give the ads promoted by Preity Zinta and this is the Service? They don't have even Instruments? Then why are they running the service. They should learn something from Tata, Reliance, Airtel which give you quick service. I suggest BSNL to lock the company so that people can save their valuable time.

                                  Bsnl service is the worst service in the world. Don't use it. It will bring you lots of frustrations and disappointment.

                                  I have the mobile but for broadband i have applied for landline. The bsnl should not cheat us like this.

                                  my mobile no, is [protected]. i have start GPRS on my mobile befor one month. GPRS plann (199)unlimited plan. But at this month bill is 779 the bill details are as fiiowing:-
                                  fixed monthly charges 1/12/2008 To 31/12/2008 99.00 Rs
                                  fixed monthly charges 17/12/2008 To 30/11/2008 46.00 Rs
                                  GPRS charges 1/12/2008 To 30/12/2008 199.00 Rs
                                  GPRS charges 20/11/2008 To 30/11/2008 72.92 Rs
                                  one time charges 17/11/2008 100.00 Rs
                                  Outgoing call 175.00 Rs
                                  SMS uses 2.00 Rs

                                  TOTAL 779.00 RS

                                  IN THIS BILL THERE ARE TWO MONTHLY CHARGES & TWO GPRS CHARGES AND ONE TIME CHARGES I HAVE ALLREDY PAID IN DIMAND.
                                  WHAT SHOULD I DO TELL ME ''PLEASE''.

                                  Sir I am sorry to say instead of making a no. of complaints on 24365 I din't received any response from any concerned officer.After that I gave a written complaint in BSNL Off. Bhusawal Branch and I din't received any response. Looking towards this problem I made a complaint to one of the officers in Pune so I received a call from Pune Branch with the response that your problem will be solved very soon.A period of 7 to 8 months had been passed but still there is no action taken.Then a no of complaints had been made to 1503 from various mobile no.'s and still there is no response from their side.
                                  So looking at to this problem I'm making a complaint to you in Mumbai with the hope that I'm really going to get the response from your side for solving the problem. I also need to attract your attention that this problem is not only in the area I stay but in whole Sindhi Colony area from 1.5 to 2 years ago.This network problem is now extending to Navjeen Society and Wanjola Road Bhusawal.

But it is showing sim card registration fail. As BSNL they can start service when the Airtel stops its service. But Airtel is saying that they have not recieved any message.                                   I holds B.S.N.L. cell No. : [protected] under pyari jodi scheme from Oct.'2010 of outgoing calls are totally off. Before 2-3 days when I have recarged my cell i have received the messege that your card is valid upto 18.06.11. On 18.06.11 i have received I have recd. message that plz. recharge your account & u can make calls upto 18.06.11. This type of messeges I have received for 2-3 times & Every recharge time it only gives validity for 2-3 days.
                                  Due to this I can't make outgoing calls if I holds more than Rs.100 balance in my main account. so kindly activate my account so that I can make outgoing calls.

                                  my mobile no [protected] which i have being using for last 3+ years has being frequently showing Sim card registration failed i have also resubmitted the documents required and changed the Sim 10days ago the new sim worked for 10days again with the new Sim i am facing the same problem i have lost my business of around 2, 50, 000 due to same and faced many problems. as of now i have shifted to mumbai and as such cannot find any customer service center here also need to know can i file the case for the same
