By last 2 months when I try to see my bill details only a message view on monitor "No Such Login is registered with us" Now when I try to registration further with your Customer ID it failed to do the same. I got bsnl land line connection in Nellore in 1997 and till then the instrument is the same and it is default now and despite the repeated complaints to the local authorities in Nellore, the instrument is not changed, though there is a need to change after 5 years and due to the negligence of the bsnl, my phone is frequently disconnected and the broadband connection on the same land line is giving problem. I have also issued the notice to the bsnl, nellore officials and I intend to proceed through appropriate forum for justice and against the deficiency of service. BSNL — Instrument does not ring

My land line no is[protected].The instrument is not ringing.We had complained on 29th May 2010 adn the complaint no was 18840 still it remains un attended though it was detected by a conference call duriong complaint that the instrument is not ringing.And needs to be changed. The status at complaint centre shows the compaint is been resolved but it is the same and today is 8th June 2010.

I was given no of the higher authority but it is constantly no reply.

i purchased a Beetel landline cum cordless phone from a dealer in amritsar in the month of august 2007 with a one year replacement guarranty. now almost 15 days back, i went to the dealer with the complete phone which was not working properly to get it checkd / replaced ( with the one year replacement guarranty bill . I am not being entertained as the dealer said that the phones set CB 12000 CLIP MODEL is out of stock and we dont know when we will receive it.

My telephone is dead from more than a month now. In between it worked for some hrs. time and now from 15 days it is completely dead. I logged complaints by dialing my 4 digit telephone no. followed by 2198 as given in Fault Repair Service many times. Absolutely nil response. This system of complaining is not right when they are not responding to the customers. For your information the docket nos. which I received against my complaints was 8810, 9066, 9764 and 9861. I don't know how they are getting closed without resolving the problem.

A mysterious SMS bill of Rs. 20/- is deducted from my prepaid cellphone a/c every month. No records of such SMS is saved in outbox of the message file of the handset, no number of the recipieant /sender could be found. The time of occurence is usually is after mid night.

I debnath saha, my mobile no is [protected], have recharged by a magic voucher, but the no pwer fcility is available as said. i have called customer care, kolkata for several time but till now no posetive response is observed. So i am requesting to take necessary action as soon as possible.

I bought a magic voucher of Rs. 225 from a retailer on may 14th 2009. I was informed that the free own network calling facility will be activated from 2300 hrs upto 0700 hrs daily. But quite surprisingly they are charging me @ Rs 0.10 per minute in that duration. The call center employees are also not giving any sort of positive response. My cell no. is [protected]. Please help me out of this problem. Thanks a lot.

I have applied for bsnl landline before 3 months.Still no connection. I Tried to approach the bsnl office which is near to Sai Mandir, Chatrapati Square. They reply that they have no instrument. Isn't it ridiculous? In TV, they give the ads promoted by Preity Zinta and this is the Service? They don't have even Instruments? Then why are they running the service. They should learn something from Tata, Reliance, Airtel which give you quick service. I suggest BSNL to lock the company so that people can save their valuable time.

Bsnl service is the worst service in the world. Don't use it. It will bring you lots of frustrations and disappointment.

I have the mobile but for broadband i have applied for landline. The bsnl should not cheat us like this.

Looking towards this problem I made a complaint to one of the officers in Pune so I received a call from Pune Branch with the response that your problem will be solved very soon.A period of 7 to 8 months had been passed but still there is no action taken.Then a no of complaints had been made to 1503 from various mobile no.'s and still there is no response from their side.
So looking at to this problem I'm making a complaint to you in Mumbai with the hope that I'm really going to get the response from your side for solving the problem. I also need to attract your attention that this problem is not only in the area I stay but in whole Sindhi Colony area from 1.5 to 2 years ago.This network problem is now extending to Navjeen Society and Wanjola Road Bhusawal.

On 18.06.11 i have received I have recd. message that plz. recharge your account & u can make calls upto 18.06.11. This type of messeges I have received for 2-3 times & Every recharge time it only gives validity for 2-3 days.

I am an existing customer of BSNL mobile.
I am receiving Spam SMS from BSNL - Jyothi Sankar, GM, Davangere...about Mobile Mela, offers, etc almost every two days.
I stay in Bangalore, and I receive these SMS regularly.

Its irritating to keep deleting such SPAM sms.. I don't know what kind of work BSNL does by sending these SMS to existing customers.

As per the advertisements I got B/B connection on trial basis for 15 days. My B/B connection never worked though SDOP MLV visited the site once. I repeatedly complained that my B/B is not working Then too without my concert a bill of Rs.1057/= was sent any how deposited the bill and I complained on phone my B/B is not working please disconnect it,
Again another bill of Rs.618/= is sent. I am penalized for B/B which is never in used for one day even.

Yes, I agree with complaint... I too applied for BSNL broadband, even after 2 months I didn't get connection. After that I called divisional manager and after that I got the connection (to get the divisional manager i have to call ten times BSNL office). But, you know this call made low level employees (the employees who come and give connection) very angry towards me, he was threatning me that this kind of complaints to higher authority will create a line problem, then i blasted that guy like anything, that bugger is thinking that BSNL is the only service provider in India. Hell with BSNL and the employees. They dont know how to talk with customers. Atleast they should show some loyality for there salary... One of the worst service...

When it comes to custmer care BSNL is the worst. As long as your phone is working it is well and good. But once anything goes wrong, you can not do anything other than just pray to god to get the phone get repaired as soon as possible.

My phone was not working for 3 days and i was using broadband to work from home. So all the 3 days i had to take off. Again after 2 days my phone went off. Again i had to take leave. The worst part is that, none of the customer care numbers can tell you when are they going to rectify the problem.

Then problem was not only in my house, but around 50 houses even then the response was too bad. I recommend people to go for any other telephone service providers if you are doing some critical work using the phone.

Our BSNL landlines telephone number[protected].[protected].[protected] is not working since past 3-days. There is no dial tone nor the instrument rings when calling. So check the lines and rectify the problem at the earliest.

in k.r.puram, ayyappanagar area very worst service giving bsnl. bcoz when power gone means landline whill be dead, i complent(to A.E) many times but they didn't take any action.
iam using broadband also, am not satisfying bsnl service. bcoz in 30 days 10 to 15 days only using internet remaining days not working phone. i think simply paying 750 rupees for every month...i hate bsnl, i h...te...i.h...te...bsnl.

BSNL, one of the worst service provider. I'm dwelling in ayyappanagar and I'm using bsnl broadband service for past 4 months. most of the time the bloody landline will be dead.If I complained, the CACT exchange AE is telling that there is no power back up here when power fails. He said that he would solve this problem. But still there is no action taken. I wonder what the hell will these bloody bsnl people be doing. i think paying 750+tax for this service a month is a waste.BSNL is proud that it has launched high speed internet for the first time in india but I'm proud that I'm getting worst service from the great BSNL. Come on BSNL wake up, its time for you to work. I will be damn thankfull to bsnl people if they solve this.

The worst service I ever experienced. Recently there was a BSNL mela, the pople at mela were so kind and promising which turned my mind that the BSNL might have changed over time and applied for a new broadband connection. The personnel at mela promised me that they will be giving the connection within 4 days. Its almost been a month, I have visited BSNL office in my hectic schedules at least 15 times in a month, but no use. because of my 15 visits, the work is a bit under progress but I am literally pissed off and feeling like to attempt suicide. No body picks up the phone, after irritating them calling again and again, they pickup and hold but will not speak. even i you scold they will not speak. One says it will be done tomorrow every time i call. I don't know when that tomorrow comes. I don't want to waste my time writing the whole story of 1 month.

Dont ever go for BSNL in your life. If you do so, either you will die out of frustration or you will go mad if you have too much of patience.

Believe me, If you have ever tried, that would have been the worst experience if your life.

I thought Reliance is the worst, but I think no one else can be more worst than BSNL.

I know, there is no use even posting it here, Just to take our some of my frustration.

Since from yesterday (sunday evening), i am trying to recharge my bsnl num, its not getting done.. Instead of i am getting error "network busy try later", i called many times to customer care, its of NO USE..

Since Feb-08, I am struggling to get my Broadband services up on shifting the phone from Kammanhalli to Ram Murthy Nagar. BSNL staff at Ram Murthy nagar exchange is totally ignorant and just take your mobile number to avoid picking up call from you. Inspite to several trips to RM Nagar exchange, my Brandband connection is still not up. Shifting telephone alone took nearly 5months, now I do not know till when I have to wait for Broadband connection. Most incompetent team, had this been a private organization having so many consumer complaint, they would have been fired by now. But unfortunately without any ownership and responsibility they are enjoying good pay and secured pension at the cost of others.

Is there anyone to resolve issues in BSNL or they are trained just to delay the process ?

i am at hsr-II layout, bangalore. my phone (No. 22790071.) is not working properly from last 6 months neither the telephone bills comes regulary to me. further after taking duplicate bills and making payment phone made to be disconnected. no use giving complain to all connected officials of that area, lineman etc... they are just dafe..decided not even hear the complain. are there anybody to make note of this???

HI friends- the same is here, but shall i tell you one thing, writing here is not going to solve your problem coz...in BSNL all uneducated people are there they even dont know what is internet and what is forum, so wasting time here not worthy, just forget BSNL and go for any other service provider you like, slowly every one will do the same.

It seems BSNL a basic service provided company still to heive off the image of Legacy Tel Company when you do not enjoy the monopoly market in India. Kindly retrospect and come out from the shell to face the real challanges in this competetive market to be leader other wise may wait for the inevitable to happen

I have applied for a shift in phone line from Velachery to Medavakkam on September 11, 2009 @ Taramani Link Road Customer service center Velachery.
The telephone line is not yet shifted. The AE at medavakkam said that it's not feasible to provide land line connection and asks me to get a wireless phone instead.
But I am not interested in a wireless phone because I need the landline primarily for using the broadband. I would like to know the reason why it is not feasible

Applied BSNL for a landline and broadband connection, telephone was installed 3 weeks back. Right the day it was installed, the dial tone was only for few hours and then went dead.
Since then it has been 3 weeks, there has been no attention to the complaint. Leave aside broadband connection which is still to be done, we have not been able to use the phone. For 3 weeks since it was installed, we have received only one call and have been able to make 2 calls.

Have made complaint to the concerned office of BSNL at NEPZ. Have personally met the linesman who is in our complex but no result.

I would like to mention that if this is the way BSNL is going to promote their new connections and make much claim in print and TV media, the ground reality is very different.

I would be rather happy to get my refund back if such services are to be provided by a big organization like BSNL.

Being a customer of MTNL for over 20 years in Delhi, with very good services for landline and broadband for last 5 years, the experience of BSNL in NOIDA on shifting here has been terrible.

I look forward for a quick attention to my problem.

I have a BB connection.It was working fine till 3rd September, 2008.From 4th onwards I am unable to surf net due to link failure.For the last 16 days I have made contact with SDE, DE-Internal, SDE-BB to take necessary steps to make the line up.Since I am preparing for an exam for which I require to surf the net extensively, but it seems I have to drop this connection and take Datacard.I am really fed up and astonished to see the negligence of BSNL employees.It also happened several times that they sent sms saying that the link has been restored, but actually it is not.
I am loosing my patience and I feel the service is not worth for money.

A complaint has been registered on 30-June-2009 regarding broad band connection but there is no response till date. telephone number[protected].

I have a bsnl BB connection and it worked only for a few days.I am living in a village near by a town and my location comes under rural.
The governament always keeps saying that they will provide uninterrupted broadband for every village.
I complained to bsnl officers so many times but i will get only response that the underground cables has broken.

I am also very disappointed with the bsnl services and i am looking forward to disconnect them.
It's almost 15 days and still my broadband is not working and no one is concerned for it.
BSNL is the worst service i have ever faced.

Please let me know how to apply for disconnecting the services as when I go in bsnl exchange, they say you have to wait for 1 month and you can apply for disconnecting the services with the copy of bill.
Now i have to pay 1 month bill for not using the services.

Very careful, it is very difficult to come out from their grip, they will create problem for you, it is nearly impossible to get your security money back from them .they are thieves, this institute survives on the money which their customers left due to difficult process they made for getting back your security money.in any private service there is no problems you give them notice to disconnect and don't pay the matter will finish. but in government institutes, these are made for punish innocent peoples.they create pain and suffering and enjoy it.BSNL is a indian government institute remember in your mind.
there is many good and cheaper broadband private services, choose within them, don't relate yourself with wrong people.

hi friends,
I have been using BSNL broadband (250/- for 1GB one month) plan for 1 year . From very begining itself i had problems with disconnection of BB frequently. I asked the line man and telecom engineer at BSNL offices. They often came but the problem remained as same. Later a friend of mine told me to check the signal strength of connection. i got amazing results that signal strength is 4-5dB where required is 15dB for up stream and 10dB for downstream (using 198.168.1.1) ...!!!!!!
immediately i called up those people and infrmed them the matter but they told me that its the problem in twisted pair between my home to exchange. And they EXPLICITLY TOLD ME THAT THEY WONT CLEAR MY PROBLEM, BETTER I SHOULD DISCONNECT AND GO FOR SOME OTHER PLANS...!!!!!
this is not i was expecting from a govt servent...someone please help to sack up such officers from this place..

We are not able to open your views in the system. If you are having complaint plz submit the another letter to us. Otherwise you contact accounts manager. Immediately I asked account manager also regarding this issue. He is also saying give another letter to us.
Please tell me how many letters I have to submit regarding that issue. Why they are telling server problem every day? (This is BSNL mistake not customer mistake)
Five times I went and asked they are telling same story. On Feb’2011 (01/02/2011 to 31/02/2011) bill also showing Rs. 840.48. (Broad band connected is not removed).
Why they are irritating me again and again. That is not my work to ask again and again. Please solve this issue immediately due to my request letter. Please try to satisfy to customers.

There is no customer care in BSNL. They are just doing fraud with their customers by not providing proper service and they are very quick at generating bill and sending to the customer. In BSNL view the customer is a person "Jo BSNL broadband ke cust se mer raha ho".

tmp no:2306115 disconnect my broadband service

I am using BSNL broadband from March 29th 2013 & my no. is[protected].
I have opted for 950 BB package, from the day one I am not getting the speed what they commited of 4mbps up to 6GB. Many times I tried reaching customer care & no one response for the call. Even though I took the connection in BSNL mela I received my 1st bill with installation charges which was suppose to be free. I raised the automated complaint no. several times but few days later without addressing the isssue they closed the case. BSNL customer care support is very poor, I am really frustrated to reachout the people. I need to disconnect the connecton now.
From past 3 days there is no BB service & now also I couldn't able to reach any customer service.
I just want to get ride of this worst service of BSNL.
Please close my account immedietly.

My braod band connection was disconnected last week when enquired it has been dis connected. even though i made one year advance payment. some small amount 286 rs need to pay so the dis connected. last 3 month back only i paid .I am using my Broad band since 2004 with out any payment dealy.My family had clear all dues now.
Seveal occation services not satisfied after some days it will be clear.
Since i am working Abroad i would like to keep My nation Healthy for that i am using my country own networking . So many networks available and approached me. Still i have the same faith.

Sir my telephone no is[protected].We are using voice and broadband connection both . but now we do not need for broadband connection. So please disconnect it as soon as possible.

I want to immediately cancel the existing Broadband connection (my land-line tel.no.is[protected].

So far I have paid monthely basis @ Rs.500/- per month; this year onwards, I do not want to use BSNL Broadband connection because it is not needed now.

This has to be ensured that no broad-band connection related charge should be reflected in forthcoming telephone bill against the above mentioned tel.no.

Acknowledge the above and please confirm how to do ONLINE CANCELLATION by 14.02.2016
