I am in a huge problem, please help me.I will write my problem in detail,please give me some suggestions.

In november,2007 month , i applied for broad band connection -250 plan
then i called customer care to change my plan, they said they will change the planto 5 combo.
then on in the end of november i clarified that my plan has been changed to 500combo.
I totally clarified that my plan has been changed and i can use it accordingly to 5ooplan.
so in the december month i started using according to 500 combo plan.
As usual i used to download files form 2.30am to 7.15am in the morining.
but on december 19th i got a call that there was a technical problem in the system and my plan did not change.
So i called customer care so many times and asked them about my problem,there was no response form them.

In the january,2008 i got 47000 bill which i cannot pay.
so i went to bsnl lingampally,hyderabad office to submit complaint letter and i submitted it.
but till february they did not give any response.
so again i went to bsnl office in this month ,again i explained the problem to them ,they are saying that i have
to pay the bill and also the officer in that place is so lazy that he is saying directly that
how can i loose you.


Please solve my problem , because there is no mistake i done and also i cannot pay the bill.

sir i am using a dataone Broadband conotions for last 4 monts still now. last 3 months its work well and super. now a days i have a problems. i told my exchange vpy and main exchange and comibtore also. all thing is right ip adress and ADSL link also good but 687 errore report is show. my exchange JE also come to my office and see the problems. so pls ready my net conotion qick. i have a problems last 20 days so pls help me.

I have a dataone montly 250 rental plan. Recently i got a bill for internet usage of 2900 rs and previosuly of RS 500 . I tried to check my usage on dataone website but the website sucks. Everytime I try to click on Check Account Usage the message appears Internet Explorer cannot open page. Went to BSNL office and they say check ur account usage online. but when i try to log in the web site the error msg is showing invailid user id .

I read some of the forums online while searching on google and found that many of other customers have also been charge around in the range of 2000 RS to 4000 RS for same 256 monthly Plan. I will like to look from this website that there may be other people who may be facing the same problem. But the service from BSNL is so ridiculous that people those who r busy in day to day life get frustated from such kind of services.

From last two months I am frustated from BSNL service. When I go to the BSNL office they say check it online when I try to call the toll free number they dont give proper answer.
Sir i take a application about change my plane on 7/4/2010. but my plane does not change till 10/4/2010.please change my plane.

    Dear Sir,

    I have always a good amount in BSNL Excel Prepaid mobile, before few days when I try to call I was unable to call. So I contact to the Customer Care about that matter. Customer Care Person asks that the balance is deducted due to not recharge of mobile on time.

    I asked him that we didn’t know about the date of expiration and we didn’t have any information of expiration by SMS or call. And it’s a very basic thing that customer pay the amount in advance to the mobile company and as a company should contact before charging any amount from the customer. Is it really done by any company when customer pays advance.

    Now my balance is 0, so what should I do for this?

    I have a mobile connection of BSNL its a prepaid connection. Its not only my problem but every person who has prepaid Excel connection of BSNL is unhappy with its services in our area. In our region Barnala district in Punjab, its really hard to call someone from Excel connection. One has to attemp atleast 3-4 times to talk properly. first attempts fail because of network error or some other reasons, but customer has to pay for the failed calls also. after 3-4 attempts he become able to talk to called person. In this manner he is paying 3-4 times than a call actual costs.

    In big cities one doesn't face such problem. Why they have double standards with other areas like us.

    on recharging through a coupon of Rs-112 taken from patna circle through a retailer the voucher is showing invalid on feeding the secret code. The serial no is verified through customer care and the fault is yet fixed and said to be go thru any local exchange and get the error detected and resolved. mobile- [protected].
    this is kind information that my customer gave me no. [protected] on account of Recharge but bymistake i have rechared on Mobile No. [protected] of Rs. 562 by Flaxy No. [protected] on dated[protected] at 9:04 PM. After recharge I call wrong No. person and said them i have transfer in your a/c bymistake and request him to manage but he reply me that's no my falt but i the total amount in my is reduced now how to prepare this amount in my account. also i said you that i have Flaxy No. [protected]. I parden you that if bymistake we recharge or transfer any amount in wrong no. you have no solution why ? I already complaint in BSNL Office at Jalandhar but they are not solve my problem. I have loose amount now how to attach cellone business. All persons know that we are human being so mistake is possible. after mistake company said to retailer no any solution. why you distribute flaxy Nos. if you have not solution of problems ? wrong No. person without any pay use recharge amount but big lost that person who have recharged by mistake wrong person. you are requested to solve this problem as early as posible.

    Till date i.e. 17/07/2008, BSNL Punjab circle has not reduced rates as declared more then one month ago, I don't know whether BSNL will change the rates or Should I change the operater.

    BSNL Excel — Not Able to Make Call To North East Subscribers

    Hello Sir,
    Recently my frndz got shifted to Kolkatta. They have opted for reliance mobile sim. but whenever I try to call them man speaks " all the lines in this route are busy" but when i dail the no. from idea or airtel sim card the ring goes and i am able to talk. My bsnl no. is [protected]. please help me. I have also complained to BSNL call center but no action is taken by them.

    I am a regular user of the new world of mobile and faces a lot of problem regarding the services given by the companies. The present complain is about the GPRS system which is enabled in my mobile no [protected] And for the 2month.but not activet on my number.last night( date 21.09.2009 )( 10 to 11 pm )i calling to customer care .this time my ble rs 299.70 then next day morning when i chack my account ble, i see that only rs 2.69.
    then i complen to customer care, he take my complen.they after somtime calling from custmore care, irecived the call then he said you using gprs and downloading /browsing total rs 297.1.but not activet gprs connection in my number.and he letion then disconnect the call.
    sir i request that please solve my problem.

After inserting this sim into my mobile, I found that I can make outgoing call but can't receive any incoming call. I make a complain to your customer center, and the complain no is-3358102. But I feel very sorry to say that till now I'm suffering by this prob.I cant use my phone due to this prob.

    I HAVE RECHARGED WITH 499 MAGIC FEW DAYS BACK, FROM THAT DATE THE INCOMING CALL FACILITY HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED AND EVERY TIME WHEN I CALL YOUR EXECUTIVE THEY JUST PROMISE THAT IT WILL RESOLVE SHORTHLY BUT TILL DATE THERE IS NO INCOMING.MY NUMBER IS [protected] AND VALIDITY IS TILL 20TH MARCH 2009.

    I am using BSNL excell connection from past 1 year. from last 1 month I am not able to recieve any call from BSNL network. Where as I can call to anyy network. But if someone from BSNL network tries to call me, He/She is not able to connect to my number.
    I tried to contact to customer care of BSNL from my phone and from others too, but was not able to contact to any CSE. As soon as I press the key for "connecting to customer support executive", the phone is disconnect.

    BSNL Excel — Rs 2 detected every time i switch on my phone

    Whenever i switch on my phone or change my sim it started sendind a message, and rs 2 deteted from my balance. whenever i complained for it customer care does not give its permanent solution. They told me to on Confirm sim action, but in new phone this setting/ servise is removed. Now why i pay rs 2 when i switch on my phone or chenge my phone. It should be stoped.
    how do i activate that bsnl FnF in which the call rates becomes 10 paise or so..to 1 bsnl local number and 1 mobile num..i m in Patna.

    nothing can be done now, it is matter of expiring the grace period,
    all mobile service provider have validity period of your sim
    1) validity of sim- it is that time till than you can use service of company and rupees you have in your account.
    2) grace period- it is that period till than your sim is valid & their is balance in your account But you can not use this only incoming is provided,
    3) after that- your sim is not valid for incoming or outgoing and your account balance is lapsed or erased even after you restart the sim validation you can not get that balance back.

    so keep aware of validity period and better to use Life-time validity programe because their is no matter like that but aware some provider have condition to top-up a certain amount in 6 months.

    I have always a good account in bsnl but now a days my account is being deducted by an unwanted programme naming humshakal evfen after sending the request vide sms to ubsubscribe, recently i have been charged Rs40/- in a period of 15 days

      Prepaid connection — to know about detailed mobile calls

      respected sir/madam,

      I am a customer of Airtel from last more then two years. my name and number is mukesh pareek and [protected].

      I have lost my mobile (NOKIA N-72)on 19 april 2008. at that time my balance was Rs. 200+ . I blocked my SIM Card on 21 april. at that time balance was only Rs 175. I admit a complaint in Dhankwadi police station on 23 april. I was Issued a new SIM card on 24 arpil and it was being activated on 25 april evening. At that time the balance was on 0.40 paisa. It shows that the person who stole my mobile used my sim card for his personal use. If i got the detail of my mobile phone calls from 19 to 24 then i can easily catch that thief. But no body is giving me the detail. I request police to help me in this issue but they refuse. I went to airtel office at Wega center, Swargate, Pune but they didn't help me and suggest me to go to commissioner and file an application. I went to commissioner office with application but they sent me back to police station and said that give this application to the police station where u file the complaint. Nobody is there to help me. Even if airtel can issue me a new sim card on behalf of my report of police complaint and my ID proof then why they are not providing me the detail. If i got the detail of even five six number then also i can catch that thief because that is one of my friend.(my mobile was stolen from my room itself and at that night we were only five friends and sevent androom was locked form inside). Kindly help me in this regard so that my faith on airtel and humanity will not lost.

      I am using BSNL prepaid card ([protected]) since last year and I am to say that BSNL services are cheaper but at the cost of quality and are not at all satisfactory. This is not my personal opinion but our entire colony is unanimous over it.

      In my residencial locality (ie. Ram Chowk, Jalorio Ka Bas, In side Nagori Gate, Jodhpur, Rajasthan) network signals are very poor, as much as that we have to come out on street to be able to talk on our cell, even in that case many time call drops too, and we to again dial the number.

      Most of the time we are not even able to make a outgoing call and Message of "Network Busy" comes, which seems to mock us that why we choosed BSNL ( Bhai Sahib Nahi Lagega)
      its really a big problem for the people of coorg...
      Is it possible to get details calls made and received by BSNL mobile?

        ii. My earlier complaint registered on 21.1.2008
        With reference to the my earlier complaint, I may inform you that, I have not received any reply from your side so far.
        Further on inspecting the service records, it has been found that on the following dates, it was used very hugely . Kindly refer the enclosures which I had taken from the BSNL site .
        a. 8.11.2007 the usage time is 2.03 AM onwards – appro: 15.75 lakhs kilo bytes( 1.50 GB )
        b. 2.11.2007 the usage time is 1.49 AM onwards – appro: 21.27 lakhs kilo bytes ( 2.2 GB )
        c. 6.1.2008 the usage time is 23.13AM onwards – appro: 8.50 lakhs kilo bytes (0.8 GB)
        I request you to, kindly trace it out, who had used this, during the above mentioned dates

        i had a plan of home 250 in the month of july..it that plan i can use storage capacity upto 1 gb...so it was not sufficient to me...

        i gave them an application on 28th july..for my change of plan to HUL750 PLUS...wich is o[censored]nlimited usage..

        my plan was to start from the month of august..
        but they hav added the deposit amount of that plan in the month of july..
        now in my case i am not using their modem on rent..i hav my own modem..

        I am having a BSNL broadband connection since 5 months now. Initially i opted for 550 plan. For the month, i used to get the additonal usage charges as Zero, since i was having 2 GB free . in 3 months on 21st i changed my plan to 250 Home, since i was suppose to leave India for my official reason and no one at my home uses broadband at my home. But since then i am getting the bills for two months having 5500 Rs and now this month 3200.. This is hard to believe me that i am using this much.
        I paid for the last months to avoid unnecessary tension. but its going on and on..Could you guide me what exactly i can do to this.. i m fed up of the Service, since the response from BSNL office is not good.

        I am from ahmadabad. And my LL no is 22702661.

        I am using BSNL broad band HOME 750 unlimited plan. And for that I got bill about Rs. 954 for every month. But before two month they disconnect my landline. So I can't use broadband connection even after lots of comlaining. In january it will started fine but, then after I got bill of two months for Nov. and Dec. that is Rs. 1908 (954+954).

        For this matter when I contact to account manager (TR) of my area. But they says your landline is diconnect or not still you have bill because this is the rent of your broad band which you must have to fill up. We can't help for that. Otherwise you have to submit a written letter for that which you got from main BSNL office.

        my broand package is 500 c plus. according to this package 2.5 gb download is there. i have used 2.26 gb in the month of march. they have charged me for 1726mb by considering 512 mb free download

          The ICICI Credit Card Manager

          Subject: Regarding fraudulent transactions on my card. (

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am holding ICICI Visa Card [protected] in 2008. I have not used this card either online or at any swipe machine or in any ATM. The card was safe in a locker. Nobody else has access to the card. I have never used this card for any internet transaction till date. I have never provided card details to anyone on phone or internet. Thus there are no chances of getting the card details such as card number, CVV number, and expiry date etc.
          On 26/12/2007 I got SMS alert for following transaction
          Transaction 1: of Rs 3324-00 on 13/12/2007
          We came to know for more transactions when we reported the matter to Customer care.
          Last month statement only irealized about the fraud.
          26/01/2008---ICVBP-bSNL Chennai Mumbai ---Rs...832.00

          None of the above transactions were done by me or authorized by me.

          I called up the CUSTOMER CARE as soon as I realized about the fraud and requested for blocking of the card.

          I called up call center to track that person right away but it was not done by your department. If this would have been, the IP address of the computer where all the transactions were attempted from could have been obtained. And this could have helped in getting the unauthorized user caught.

          This has resulted an unnecessary trouble & metal stress to me.
          I would like you to take necessary steps to investigate the matter & credit my account with immededite effect.

          This clearly shows that the some data from your credit card department has been shared with unauthorized persons. This is a serious lapse on your behalf.
          This has resulted an unnecessary trouble & metal stress to me.

          Notice to BSNL-Chennai for abuse billing and for disconnection.

          Respected Sir/Madam,
          I am using BSNL with Broadband – Home 500(from September 07) for the last 1.5 year and have paid the bill on time as I believed BSNL does correct and genuine billing. In general I used to pay RS 850 to 1000 per month. But Dec’07 was billed around RS3000 and I have checked the dataone.in site for my traffic usage. There they have not changed to Home-500 and the meter reading is computed to Home-250 Plan. So the computation is missed the night unlimited surfing (002-008 hrs) traffic exclusion which is more than 3GB(3096MB). I don’t know whether I have the rights to assign the task to BSNL staff to make the plan change every where applicable other than giving plan change request to BSNL office. Its too weird, the billing is charged for home-500 Plan from Sep’07 and the data usage still computed as Home-250 Plan.


          Sir, I have given too many complaints both in verbal, written statement and got tired of making correction. For your information, I have already sent a notice to GM(BSNL), Nungambakkam, Guindy and DE(Broadband)-Nungambakkam and my Account officer, Guindy and couldn’t get any response. So I am sending this letter as a request for disconnection of my phone number[protected] and remove me from BSNL customer.

          I can not pay the wrong amount which is not relevant for me. Please consider this application for bill correction and surrender form for my Telephone connection details given. If I not get further response from BSNL and the Dec’07 bill, if corrected (approx 1000 RS) is adjusted from my advance I have paid for my connection and my surrender form is accepted by BSNL.

          I am a customer who fed up with BSNL
          I have applied for a land line connection and a broad band connection, after following up with BSNL for almost one month i have received a WLL connection only with phone facility, my main aim of applying BSNL is to get an internet connection not a phone connection, now it is almost 3 months i am waiting for the connection, I could have gone for some other company they are able to give the connection with in 5 days maximum.
          I made a big mistake by paying the amount to BSNL if BSNL can give the connection in next 6 months i will be the happiest person in the world. Any way i lost the hope in BSNL .
          The BSNL is ignoring one thing the place where i am staying is a township having 200 houses and the this town ship is promoted by the company where i am working actually we are planning to give a free BSNL connection to all the houses in the town ship, but based on my experience the company is decided to give the contract to some other company and they are giving the connection in next 15 days time

          I have applied for a land line connection and a broad band connection, after following up with BSNL for almost one month i have received a WLL connection only with phone facility, my main aim of applying BSNL is to get an internet connection not a phone connection, now it is almost 3 months i am waiting for the connection, I could have gone for some other company they are able to give the connection with in 5 days maximum.
          I made a big mistake by paying the amount to BSNL if BSNL can give the connection in next 6 months i will be the happiest person in the world. Any way i lost the hope in BSNL .
          The BSNL is ignoring one thing the place where i am staying is a township having 200 houses and the this town ship is promoted by the company where i am working actually we are planning to give a free BSNL connection to all the houses in the town ship, but based on my experience the company is decided to give the contract to some other company and they are giving the connection in next 15 days time

          Please look in to my problem and do something

          A few years ago, I was issued a ICICI Gold card from your end, without me applying for the same, It was subsequently the said card was upgraded as a platinum card. I always pay the credit card bill in full and not in installment basis you offer.

          The statement dated 17th March 2009 was processed from my office and was dropped in ICICI Credit card drop box. Since the amount was not debited to our account for Rs.14, 042.54/- for more than two days, our accounts department followed with your customer care cell on the same and only then they informed us since there was an error in the credit card number mentioned in the cheque, and the same was not processed. Further they could not offer any explanation why we were not informed of the same.

          The same evening, when I used my card in Apollo pharmacy, at Chennai, the transaction was declined, which needless to mention was embarrassing and irritating, considering that I have a clean track record. I had used my other platinum credit card to pay the same.

          Immediately after the above impleasant episode I received an SMS from mobile number[protected] stating the transaction of INR Rs.10, 869 was declined due to delay in my payment, and further asked me to contact customer care.

          In view of the above kindly clarify the following:
          a) You send an SMS that a credit card bill is dispatched and payment due date, and you send an SMS when a transaction is declined
          b) Why then don’t you send an SMS when there is an error in our cheque, which has never happened before.
          c) Even if the payment is delayed, and when I have substantial unutilized credit limits, where is the need to decline transactions, especially when I have a good track record of payment ?
          Till I receive a satisfactory explanation from your end, I have asked my office to suspend all further operations/ payments on this credit card, which has caused me considerable embarrassment and loss of prestige, for which the bank will have to necessarily compensate me.

Last year I had a lot of problem with this card… I was not receiving statements for three months regularly and they added late fees and interest charges too on those particular months… I called customer and informed my concerns to them, but next month statement stating that, I have to pay so and so amount including late fees and interest charges. This process is kept on happening…

          My telephone no. is 26211067 in Annanagar, Chennai-40. My internet connection is not working, since 21st march 2012.
          It was informed to BSNL Annanagar, their complain no.[protected]. Without rectifying the problem
          it was closed on 23rd March. Immediately in 10 minutes, made another complain and their complain no. is[protected] and closed on 27th March, without solving the problem.
          Still my internet is not working due to connection problem. Kindly advise the technician concerned to attend the problem.I am finding it difficult without internet connection as important messages have to be sent to many people.

            I purchased Nokia N73 h/s in 7th November 2007. Joy stck of that mobile was faulty.I handed over this handset to nokia care (New india telecom pune) on 08/02/2008, Job sheet No.[protected]/080208/36. They called me 0n 29/02/2008 saying your h/s is received here come and collect.i went there and checked equaliser was faulty nokia care person has installed software then he tried to put on h/s but it was not becoming on.Then he has prepared anather jobsheet and h/s sent to factory for repair.Job sheet No.[protected]/080229/103.Today 0n 08/03/2008 he has called me again saying your h/s is received. i went there for bring h/s but that h/s was used one and it was looking dirty.My h/s was new and it is in garanty period,how can you replace it with used one.Instead of giving new hand set as replacement the dealer has offered repaired hand set.             My telephone no is 27447465 frequently not working for the past one month due to handsetcable problem. I have complaint in person and over telephone at Thirukalukundram telephone exchange.
            In turn from the exchangeitself calling and asking whether the telephone is working or not and informed me telephone handset cable problem through calls, but no response is taken for rectifying the problem. Since I am 73 years old retired from govt.service I am not able to go and complaint no of times for this problem.

            kindly take further action for rectifying the problem or change the handset connection.

              related to recharge voucher

              Sir,
              I purchased a recharge boucher(si.no. [protected]) on 29.02.08. from shri ram communication cyber cafe,shop no.11,f-block market alpha-2,greater noida.On recharging it shows the"boucher is invalid". I contacted the costomer care center and the service center at dadri-G.B.Nagar- up a lot of time. They put alligation to one another instead of resolving the problem.

              Respectfullly I state that I had Put an request through SMS for Activating GPRS (plan 199) which had been activated also on 17/02/2008.But, till today also I Haven't been able to use the GPRS facility on My Mobile[protected] ad in these 20 days I had made a several complaint, every time I had given a new complaint Number and a promise to solve my problem in 24 hours but, it haven't been solved till yet.

              how do u activate the plan 199 GPRS by sms ?
              I had activated GPRS on 17th January 2009 morning and I started using at 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. at night same day I had used only two hours and 200/- [two hundred rupees ] deducted from my account.

                I recharged my mobile with Rs.5618/- on 25thFeb.2008.I was supposed to get a balance of Rs.7500/- as per the offer .But i got only Rs.6700/- as talktime.I complained thrice .THe complaint numbers are B2500303, B2600071 and C0600193.I have been calling the customer care daily and they are not even responding properly.Until today there was no action taken.

                I had a postpaid sim of excel(mobile number is [protected]) den i converted into a prepaid sumo tarriff but now i m unable to send msg any no... i had called costumer care n gave a complain(complain number is 83602) but is no use... m really bugged by dis problem so wat can i do now... i need to resolve soon pls help me out...
                i hav a prepaid students power plan. surprisingly my sim gets blocked everyday exactly at 7 pm. wen contacted customer care, dey ask me to fax some number to release the sim. apart from high recharge n call rates, i v been spending for fax dialy. and sometimes twice a day. until today, the number they gave isnt even recieving my fax. BSNL services sucks to the core!!! the worst of al networks. and v r given treatment by the customer care!!
                i got a postpaid connection([protected]) on 30th Jan 2009. But from the day1, Iam not able to send messages. i complained to the customer care twice. they just gave me the complaint number(309725 & 330403). Till today nothing has been done.

                Today 2-1-2011 at 9.30 am i complained to your costuoer care and talked to ms Bhavani and told her in detail that morning at 9.22 am i had called [protected].duration of call was just 22 seconds, and i was charged 90paise for the same .my tariff is 1paise per second. when i told the same ms bhavani told that she had reported it to higher authorities and asked me to call back after 15-20 min. i told her specifically that i can't do that as you people take a very long time to respond ( 8 MIN AND 2 SEC, FOR THIS CONVERSATION )and somebody else will receive the call and i will have to repeat the same story and waste my time, and asked her to call back after she got clarification. Till now i have not received any reply.IS THIS THE WAY YOU GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ? AND IS THIS THE WAY YOU CHEAT THE CUSTOMER ? I USUALLY DO NOT CHECK THE CALL CHARGES REGULARLY AND I NOW FEEL WHERE I HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR RIDE TILL TODAY JUST BECAUSE I HAVE BELIEVED B S N L CELLONE MOBILE SERVICES TILL TODAY.                   1. THE COMPLAINT is regarding the outgoing calls barred temporarily.

                  As a good customer I listened to the metallic voice on my mobile and dared to call 24365.
                  The call was received after about 30 minutes.
                  The person identified himself as Shailesh. I was speaking on the language choice of English. I requested the gentleman to restore my out going facility. He probably could not get me. He also told me that I have to go to the payment office and get my mobile reconnected. His approach, attitude was exactly like the BSNL pattern.
                  Lastly some one calling himself as the supervisor talked to me and after all details given said that the outgoing facility would be restored in about 24 hours from the time of my call. He gave me the complaint number : 2210339/ dtd 05/03/08

                  Now more than 30 hours have passed and I am still holding my mobile like a paperweight.

                  Today on 6/03/08 I have been trying for 2 hours but the metallic voice tells me that the agents are busy talking to other customers. God Bless you all!

                  2 We do not expect any service from BSNL as we know that this word they do not know.
                  3 The call center people are One step ahead and I can already see the great future of Indian telephones.
                  4 I do not expect any written answer form you people because I am sure that it is not in your code of conduct.

                  If possible and suits your whims and fancy you may do something and get the outgoing facility restored. If you do not do, what can a simple customer do apart from giving ‘bud duwa’.

I tried to unsubscibe it but failed. I consulted to custmer care for help and took action accordingly, but in vein. Again consulted to custmer care for six times & different suggestions were given. I followed all the suggestions such as message to [CAN ISLAM], [CAN ISLAM YES] to 56505, [UNSUB ISLAM] or call to12550, to call many more nos. Money deducted in all calls & messages but till it is not unsubscribed. Lastly I consulted to GM, Dhanbad. The P.S. attented my phone, heard my problems & suggested not to use BSNL mobile. he also gave a no. of SDE Das. I called but he didn't received my call.
                  I am using BSNL basic phone since last 12 years no.[protected] with broadband. BSNL mobile no.[protected] & [protected] but due to such type of harrasment I want to discontinue all the nos. at the same time because I am realy fed up with your poor & worst services.

                    Status as of Today (Mar-08):

                    -Constant Bill since Sep-07 of total outstanding of +Rs.1200/-
                    -No action from BSNL on my complaints.

                    I requested this connection primarily for BSNL broadband which is possible on after having the connection… but this service and pain by typical government officers needs to address now.

                    I have given request for shift of telephone within same exchange to other colony i.e., from kukatpally (hyderabad) to Miyapur (Hyderabad) which are under same exchange but since 3 years no connection. Even though i am personally enquiring them regularly they are giving the same reply cable is not there. But recently i have found that opp. flat of me got connection from same BSNL . I have stunned.                     BSNL BANGALORE NOT SENDING RECEIPT FOR ONLINE TELEPHONE PAYMENTS

                    Why BSNL is not sending a receipt for online telephone payment through Bangaloretelecom.com.

                    Just to compare, Bangaloreone sends immediate receipt. But direct payment through Bangaloretelecom.com you are not getting a receipt. Why this basic thing is missing with BSNL. Receipt for payments is a must for claiming telephone bills.

                          Please arrange a facility to get the BB connection as early as possible especially in the remote areas.We rely on BSNL than any other private companies.

                            It is to mention that this is now almost a month, that i booked for a broadband connection from whitefield BSNL office, employees are totaly not performing there responsibilities.
                            Instead of looking on customer they themselves blame there employees for their own process.
                            In following up from Exchange to customer care its almost one month for getting broadband connection at my home.
                            The land line connected worked for a week then again missing with dial tone.
                            A public sector like BSNL , should be privatised, the most sick kind sector ever one can find out of world.

                            Is there any govt taking care such misbehaves from there employee.
                            THis is the case of Whitefield Telephone office and exchange is Brookfield, Bangalore - 560037.
                            Very shameful service from BSNL.

                            It is almost two moths now, we took a BSNL Broadband connection. BSNL pressurize us to use their own modem, and we agreed for the same. But till date the modem is not working and BSNL is not responding to our complaint and are also charging monthly rent for the broadband connection. After soo many request and complaint over phone BSNL staff is giving lot of excuses ( Eg: for Excuse: They are using Semans Modem and most of the equipments are not working properly so they decided to use another companies modem ( some V Star or some thing like that) but BSNL don’t have stock, and are waiting for itz arrival. BSNL don’t have any idea when they can replace the existing modem. but they need monthly rent with out fail…!! What nonsense….!!

                            Who is responsible for this….?? This bitter experience is from BSNL Kunnamangalm Branch , Calicut – Kerala.

                            aIt is almost two moths now, we took a BSNL Broadband connection. BSNL pressurize us to use their own modem, and we agreed for the same. But till date the modem is not working and BSNL is not responding to our complaint and are also charging monthly rent for the broadband connection.                             BSNL broadband is very large and oldest internet service. People have in mind, that BSNL is a govt organisation which will give a proper service to customer. But BSNL employees are very useless, and they are not giving any attention to a customer. Even if call a customer care people, they are giving answer very rudly and without listening properly they are disconnecting phone. So, this my kind request to the higher management, they people are not taking responsible properly, one day will come when people will not take any connection from BSNL

                              I am not sure whether complaining here will address this issue or mitigate the disappointment at all. I have been using BSNL Broadband service since Feb, '06 and I use it for official purpose while getting connected to my office work. During the whole period, we never know when it will work and when it will sudduenly stop responding. Complaining several times fetches no result but further frustration since the ultimate word stands for it is UNRELIABILITY. In a normal 8 hr office work, the connection can go off as frequent as 50 times and somedays (specially rainy days) it won't be connected at all - resulting into forcing me to take leave if I had planned for a working day from home.
                              I don't know who will be reading this painful expression and whether remedies can be brought on earth to solve this problem, my sincere moto is to get myself avail a consistent service for the smoother working hours.

                              I am using BSNL Broadband UL750 Plan. It gets frequently disconnected. Any solution for this?
                              We have been using the internet connection for the past few months.It is taking much time to connect even if connects immediately after sometime it is disconnecting. From the day one we are having the problem of disconnection of the network immediately after working for sometime.We made complaint several times. One is telling that is the problem of LAN we rectified that. Another suggesting that configuration problem we did that too. But still we are facing the same problem.Even to send this message it took me more than half an hours time Kindly look into that. Hope we can get better service..Thank you

                              We have been using the internet connection for the past few months.It is taking much time to connect even if connects immediately after sometime it is disconnecting.                               I have Home 500 plan so i put downloading after 2:00 am to 8:00.

                              When i download anything it will be disconnected frequently so i have to awake to check the connection is properly working or not.

I think It will commenced on next month billing. but i checked my account usage through my portal id given by bsnl. That account seems to works under that same 750 unlimited plan. so i considered that they havent change my tariff.

                              i checked the chargeable usability it remains 0. So i used net like 750 unlimited plan. but i have noticed may 09 billing amount nearly Rs.5000/-. Im shocked & i check the my usage it still under 750 plan & 0 chargeable usage unit. I check the status with bsnl staff one person say u r using 500 c plan (using phone number) & other person cheeked (using portal ID) it is under 750 unlimited plan. They want me to pay the bill for the two plan?

                              I asked with senior officers. They never give good answer they say u r under 500 c plan. we made billing under that plan. you are responsible to follow us. It is sad to me. They said it is server error. after that i check my account now it is changed.

                              I had lost my last clue. :(

The broad band connection is very frequently disconnected from internet. Please try to avoid such mistakes in the broadband internet connection.                               my broadband gets disconnect for every 10 sec, we have been complaining this for 20 days even then no acton is undertaken.
                              Many Complaints:-
                              1. Customer Care is not 24 Hrs
                              2. Only Local Language Guys out there.

                              3. Internet disconnects very frequently, when contacted they said its CROSS Connection. But still they are not able to trace it and find out and solve the issue.

                              BSNL — Broadband very slow and frequently disconnecting

                              Hi friends,

                              I don't know whether my problem will be rectified or not if I post my problem here. But I want to make a suggestion to my friends who may be deceived by BSNL in the name dataone broadband. It's better if we say that it is dial up connection, since my plan is 256 kpbs unlimited and i'm getting speeds of 15 kpbs, that's what there service. I really lost hope on that call center people, since they said me that they can only book complaints and they are the people to solve the issues. I had complained not less than 10 times in the month and even approached the officials at exchange regarding that. Now i tired of that, I left that connection, since the problem is not only to me but to all my area residents.

                              I lost the hope and I again don't believe on this lazy government employees for prompt service.

                                i payed all the bill of my cellone connection but still my incoming and out goin calls are barred...!!! wt i can do?

                                My mobile number is [protected].I called customer care on 10-march 2008 in the evening at around 07.30pm ,teja(M) picked my call and he was very rude towards me .For which he was keeping my call in hold whenever i called customer care.I request you to please track my calls from 09-march-2008 and check whether any one answered my call.They were very irresposible towards customers .Not only me many of my friends receive the same kind of responce from these customer care executives .They are unable to respond to my complaint at the same time they were very rude.So i kindly request you to take this as a complaint and please give proper training for the customer care executives.This kind of responce i have not seen in any of the operators.Still i like bsnl.Thanks and waiting for your quick responce.

                                bsnl is not a good connection because its not providing the explained facility;i am also having aproblem last year december 2005 : my cellone no.[protected] never getting the sms facilities from my relatives and my friend :no. of times i have given the complains, but their are no response:last time saturday i am again gave acomplain(complain no.D[protected] and customer care executive says that in 24 hours we can activate your service :

                                    Hi All,

                                    I had applied for a landline in BSNL about 2.5 yrs back and the BSNL guys installed a WILL Phone (wireless phone) and said that this is a temp setup and they would replace the WILL Phone with a proper landline wired phone within 6 month. The promises made are not kept and inspite of calling all the Higher ups, Managers etc., the reason provided for the delay was becoz of the elevated flyover construction in Hosur road all the officials are busy attending to the concers in Hosur Main road and ony after the flyover is completed they would be able to take up my concern.

                                    This is absolutely redicolous, and that too from a Manager in BSNL. This clearly indicates the non-willingness and irresponsive nature of the customer service. I had been paying to BSNL a monthly rental of INR 250.00 and still unable to use the services for the last 2 yrs.

                                    Also to my shock, BSNL officials have provided a landline connection to my neighbour just about 6 months back and when i enquired with my neighbour they said that we need to pay (bribe)to the concern officials and the task would be completed within 3-4 working days.

                                    When i called the BSNL - Bommanahalli office regarding this issue they said that its a one-off incident that they had only 1 open slot in the telephone post and ideally that was supposed to be alloted to my house but by kind of mistake it was been given to my neighbour.

                                    Was this a mistake or was this the effect of the currency they got as a bribe.

                                    When will these guys change their attitude and respect people and provide proper customer service.

                                    Will there be any authority who would be able to punish such officials.

                                    Yes, This happend to me also.. I have applied for BSNL broad band connection and didnot get any response from them even though I waited for 3 months.
                                    They have given me one number through which I can track my status.. Everttime when I called to that number either it will be busy / no one will pick it up... Guys please don't believe this BSNL ---The worst service of all...
