Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u. Update that Complaint Dear Sir Pls send the statement as earlier as possible to my email-id [protected]@gmail.com May 01, 2014 roshu-g's response still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL — REGARDING EXCESS BILL
I have a telephone connection of BSNL No.[protected] installed at my residence at house No. 5672-A, Sector 38-West, Chandigarh. For the last five six months, the previous balance was shown in my Bill as payable whereas I have deposited at the bills in time. Whenever I go to deposit the bill the official say that it`s a computer error and the shown me the remarks on the bill that “Pay current bill amount only if the previous telephone bill amount has already been paid. “ Your bill will be rectified.Now I have received another bill for the invoice period 1.05.11 to 31.05.11. I am surprised that previous balance in my current bill. I have visited your sector 37 office. They told me to go to sector 34. The sector 34 officials could not satisfy me and asked to deposit the bill.
You are, therefore requested to look into the matter and rectified my bill immediately otherwise I will be forced to go to consumer court.

BSNL — Wrong information passed by CCE
Dear sir,My BSNL 3G prepaid connection of Kolkata circle been top up with Rs. 100 following the instruction of customer care executive Ms. Baisali on[protected] around 10am. But when I top up the account it got main balance addition while I clearly told her to get internet pack.Thus my 100 rupees wastage done by the BSNL person, after that when I called BSNL again then they told to use recharge option not top up option. Again to hear once again I called BSNL customer care they told the same thing i.e 100 rupees to be topped up.The call recorded for future evidence.I need my money back immediately.This is their fault they have to compensate my account.
I need your help to get a legal move.The recording call is with me.

BSNL — Value Added Service
I am Alok Kumar Swain using [protected] (BSNL service), have activated a caller tune service on 09.07.2011. BSNL charged Rs.30 for this activation against monthly subscription charge, but my caller tune is not activeted.I have called customer care executive several times but i didn't get any responce from that side till now.
BSNL — Data card internet connection No. 9408495811 is not working

My data card internet connection No. [protected] is not working since 13/02/2011 . I have taken 3-G internet connection on 27/12/2010 with 03 month unlimited plan .I had paid the advance Rs.3000/- for 3G postpaid plan for 03 months on 27.12.2010 vide receipt no. 245 bookno. jvt AA 151.my connection has been disconnected without any reason . I had contacted to Makarpura Exchange regarding my problem .Makarpura exchange replied that you contact at Kothi Exchange for your problem .Kothi Exchange told me that you have not paid your bill so your connection has been dis connected . I had shown the bill and receipt to concern person . my connection not restore till date . I am unable to under stand that I had paid for the service why I am not getting the proper services from your department.
No action is taken by your department till date to restore the connection . pl. look into the matter and restore my connection without any delay. I have to force to take the legal action as i feel deem fit .

BSNL — deduction of balance without permission

I have problem with the service of Loop Mobile.On Aug 2nd 2011 Rs. 50 deducted from my balance.

I was asking CUSTOMER CARE for refund of deducted amount.

BUT NO REFUND WAS MADE.
