I am A N. Tiwari, a sr. citizen of India of age 80 years. I have a complaint against Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. My landline no. [protected] which is inoperative since 02.07.2011 and almost 15 complaints (written and verbal) have been lodged against this no. for the rectification of the defect but of no use. The problem was discussed with the concerned Officers, DGM & GM too but till now no initiative have been taken by them. I request you to please look into the matter and initiate my request to the concerned department as I am an old man and landline phone is an essential requirement during an emergency. I too experienced such probs until I found that the phone line that travels from the junction box outside my home to the box inside my room was damaged. Please check out your line n if it is damaged call BSNL CC n tel them that the line has got damaged please come n change it..

BSNL DATA - 1 — BSNL DATA-1 internet connection problem

My self Nilanjan Roy having use the BSNL BROAD BAND DATA 1 connection..
But most of the time the doesn't persists.. when logged a complain they haven't taken any serious action.They corrected temporarily & after few days same problem persists...
But I have to pay bill in each month regularly!

This is to inform you that i am facing problem with your service, from the past 2 months i made sms as "SIGNAL" TO 5.........and i got call from care. But even thought the problem is not solved. At the time of 10.30pm its showing network busy, imagine hw the network is? i have to make a call means it requires 3 r 4 times to conn. a call. I went to CSC to large a compliant about it he said that i will inform to SUBHRAMANAYAM(SDE),HINDUPUR.I dont know whether he informed r not? and then i asked give the compliant form he not interested to give. Actually SDE is not present at that time 3.00pm dated 18/08/2011.

Location : Hindupur, Area: OldCheckpost, Bangalore Road,Hindupur,ANANTAPUR(dist).
Due to this i lot three interview calls. Kindly solve this problem.

BSNL — No Response or Non cooprative

Sir I have a BSNL broadband connection. At the time of taking connection they respond very well but after I got the connection there are lots of problems I faced. while taking connection I Puchased rental modem from the company but now I have purchased my own modem. It has near about two months they did not clear modem rent.Before this I paid Rs. 771 pm. but now I am also paying Rs. 771 pm. There system or facilities are very rough. It is not ony one problem I face many problem like
1 Plan change
2 20% discount
3 modem rent not clear.
4 Extra paid bill not refund still now.


I am very upset.

i buy a new sim of bsnl with no [protected] and scheme JAIJAWAN. sir there are two no [protected] & [protected] on which i found daily 20 minute of free calling & these i had all ready mention on the requisition form of bsnl . these facility are not activate till time .you are requested pl activate above mention.

BSNL — Deactivation of Music on Demand

Dear Sir,

I Shaileshkumar Ratilal Sukhadia have been using BSNL broadband for the past 2 years. My BSNL landline number is[protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But for last 2 month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.219/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said service.

I really don't know why i am suppose to pay for something which i haven't subscribed.

For the past one week, i am trying to escalate the issue with support.[protected]@hungama.com, but i am not getting a proper reply from them.

For the month of june 2011 i was charged of RS 69.53/- and i also paid for it and again requested to deactivate this service but even after that i was charged of RS 149/-. So i was charged of total Rs 219/- that was without my fault.

It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

If i am not getting a proper response from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

I LOST MY MOBILE HANDSET ALONGWITH MY SIM CARD from gorakhpur jabalpur MY MOBILE NO. WAS [protected]. I REQUEST THE BSNL TO BLOCK MY SIM CARD I

i received a mms on my tata docomo number [protected] from another tata docomo number. but the mms is not opend and the message shows "oops this site is broken. please solve this problem.

BSNL — Money Paid but Balance not Received

Sir/ Madam,
I have recharged for Rs 38.00 on 27/06/2010 REF No[protected] from no 29480 but I haven't received the Prepaid Credit as top up and my balance did't increase.I have registered complaints through the BSNL portal several times but my grivence is not settled yet. Kindly help me out soon. I am a service holder and I don.t have much time for all this....So. Please
