I have not applied for Home 500/- Plan, but it has been activated and charged regularly from AUGUST 2010 till now & I did not understands your Broadband Services. Which process I solv this ''Over Billing'' problms??? I have registration in this side but, I did not better fill effect in this side. So, kindly help me. Did you help me?
It's not a first time, It's more then 10 time I knock you & your B.S.N.L. all of Local District &State level officers or office. But, My problems did not solv.

BSNL — non-charging of BSNL Prepaid mobile after deducting amounts from net banking--reg
Sir,I had first time used your site www.paytm.com for recharge of BSNL Prepaid Mobile. Amounts of Rs.220/- (110/- + 110/-) were deducted when i tried twice to recharge the mobile(Detalis enclosed). But I failed to recharge the mobile and till now no refund was credited in my SBI A/c which should have been done.
Take the issue on priority to avoide further litigation.

BSNL- GAMES ON DEMAND — DEDUCTION OF Rs.200 FOR GOD
I have requested to deactivate the Games on Demand facility a month back on my land line phone number 2361709, but still they have deducted 200/- in the June month bill for which I wish to claim refund of the same as I have communicated to discontinue the GOD facility.Similarly, 1% discount facility for bill payments thro' on line is not reflected in my May & June bills.

Please unsbscribe humshakal service to me immediately. I am unable to bear monthly billing. BSNL — Change of Tariff & no information to retailers.
I do regular recharge of Rs. 500 or 550 and get proper balance for calling other mobile services. But on 30.06.11 I asked retailer to do recharge of Rs. 550 for Balance and Validity & retailer process my Mob. No. with him mobile for online recharge but that has been denied. He again done with Rs. 500 and msg come that your recharge done successfully but I didn't get the balance in my mobile. one day after I asked to retailer for not getting balance, he call to the concern dealer for the same, the dealer said that the plan has been changed by the company you will get only unlimited BSNL to BSNL voice call pack for one month period only & no balance and validity for other mobiles.Now my Question that why the company do not informs to retailers? so that customers do not be fool & get proper balance or plan as they required.
