Dear Sir, i am using BSNL Mobile Number. [protected] from last two years i have lot of problem. Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u.

roshu-g's response still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

yesterday night I typed in the wrong pin code, so the phone is asking me to type in the PUK code.This phone belongs to my dad but I am using it for sometime.The SIM number is[protected].The phone number is [protected], so I need the PUK code urgently, so can you send it to my ID.

BSNL — huge rental no service due to non payment

Due to non payment of bill the bsnl outgoing and incomming is barred and even broadband is barred. The payment is not made due to faulty broadband frequent disconnection repeated complaints but no fix for proper service. I decided not pay two months bill around Rs.1600. But now i see when the service is barred i still get bills and reached Rs.6000. Please advice what to do?

BSNL/NIC — low speed

sir,
i'm the customer of BSNL and when i start to use it not give me as much as speed, which was commite by BSNL, and i'm faceing problem since 1 month.

i have 512 kbs connection but i don't get speed of 512 kbs.

i transferring speed is very very low, so see carefully and do needful,

BSNL — ISD connection not activated

I submitted an application form before moving to australia on saturday around 25th of january. ISD has still not been activated. i am sufferind heavy call charges here with revenue loss to BSNL and country

BSNL — DEACTIVATE MY TUNE

FROM FEW MONTHS I AM GETTING VERY LOW SPEED OF JUST 3-5KBPS.
EARLIER I USED TO GET SPEED OF 15-17KBPS ON SAME.
MY NO. IS [protected] .
I HAVE COMPLAINED MANY A TIMES TO THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT IT IS A TEMPORARY PROBLEM.
PLEASE INQUIRE INTO THE MATTER
