I have lodged the complaint since long but till date i have not listened to my dial tone phone no, 2273396. it is for BSNL FARIDABAD

BSNL — can't get usage detail

i am not getting my usage detail even window is not opening

sir my bsnl cell wants puk code. pls provide me this puk code. my sim card no. is[protected]-7354N, pls reply as soon as possible on my e-mail add.and my mobile number is [protected]

It has very low downloading speed (5-6 kbps) than prescribed(about 144 kbps).

I am have been a broadband user of BSNL. Frequently, my landline phone goes dead and my phone is linked with Ukkadam Exchange and they are the worst people who do not care about their customers. Whenever I complain the exchange about my phone fault, they would take minimum a week giving answers like, lineman is in hospital, lineman is in townhall, everyone is on leave, etc. Once, a lineman who does not belong to my area, came voluntarily to help and set the problem right. If there would have been a private service in my area, I would have taken it rather than taking BSNL. Unfortunately, no private is here. This time, it has been 4 days and I do not know how long will it take to get my phone and broadband set right.

BSNL NIC USB — NIC USB not working even with the efficiency of 20%.

I had bought on[protected] NIC USB at home for the purpose of online training.

and at the time of buying in the Bsnl Exchange in nani Daman the person responsible for selling this item name[ Mr. Rajesh] has told me that the speed will vary from 70-80 KBPS it will not come as pure as 144 KBPS as advertised.

i sail Ok it will do.

and he told me that there is a problem with the server so the NIC USB will not work for 2-3 days i said Ok . but after 4 days i went to BSNL Exchange in nani Daman and there was another officer name Meena now bcoz Rajesh has gone for a 1 month break, so i had address my problem to this officer he contatc to the valsad exchange and told me that problem will solve in 2 days.
angain after after two days on 11/02/2009 mornig i went to exchange to meet this officer who told me that till evening the problem gonna definetly solve bcoz we are getting millions of losses in revenue.
and again todays on 12/02/2009 i went in the afternoon and there was another TTA name chetan i told him my problem and he personnaly check the NIC USB on the PC and he find that the there is no connectivity the device showing full point of network but then also the internet work only for 10-15 mins. and get hang so we have to disconnect and reconnect it again he has done same thing more than 10 times ther in the span of 1 hour. and he personnaly check the dwonloading speed its showing 1.23-2.5 KBPS only, and this also with the help of download manager.
he told me that this NIC USB work like thsi only you wont ge more speed than this.
then why the BSNL advertising 114 KBPS and i am getting only 20-30 KBPS speed even he person told me that you will get 70-80 KBPS.
so my problem is i dont wanna this service
and i want my money back.


and i want to subscribe for the BSNL home broadband service.

BSNL — unathorised used as per details bill

i have surrendered my land line ([protected]).last six months i got a big amount bill. and findout that someone using my connection and talking for minimum half an hour regulerly on the number [protected]
as per detail bills. it is very parctice of kirnahar consumers like me. local office did nothing.i need justice and to get back the connection.

BSNL — broadband connection under ul-500 plan

I applied for BSNL broad band connection under ul-500 home plan in last week of January. Ihave been provided with the modem on 07/02/2009. But till date I have not received the pssword.

BSNL — Excess billing of bsnl landline

I have bsnl landline, ph. no.:[protected]. My average billing is around Rs.450 to Rs.600.But in the month of december and january i got bill of Rs.1687.When i saw the call details i saw that most of the calls are to a unknown vodaphone no. which i have not even heard off.
So can anyone please tell me what can i do now?

BSNL(Mobile-Prepaid)GPRS — GPRS is not working properly

My prepaid mobile no is [protected].My present balance is more than rs.2000.I had recharged RS.189 for GPRS.but it is not working properly.My complaint launched on 11/2/2009 has not been solved yet.

I am sure BSNL will not entertain my cry. It is because other service providers are there BSNL is their pttorn. Only we people who go for Nationalised organisation are fool.

pls give me the puk code, my mobil no is [protected], mob model nokia 6600.
