[Resolved]  BSNL — PUK code

BSNL — i can't receive any call from BSNL Network...

my name is Jeetendra Sharma from Jodhpur ( Rajasthan ). Last 15 days, i cannt recive any call form any Bsnl molibe and any banl land line phones. but other network all calls are came normally. i do report on BSNL customers care on 11 feb, 2009(complain no.is b[protected] but i cann't get solution. than i go on Jodhpur BNSL main office and i complain there on 13, feb. but today condition are same as well as 11 feb, 2009. so plz help me and what i do ??

BSNL — New Connection Not Installed - N223911

Dear Sir,

I have applied for a new telephone connection on 8th October 2008 for SPS Residency Indrapuram. Till date it has not been installed. I have been constantly following it up with BSNL official through phone/ in person visit. They gave various reasons earlier like no wiring, stafffs on leave etc. But now everything is in place and then they say that your application is cancelled. I have been trying to reach them out but they are not working towards resolution.

Kindly take this up on priority.

i dont bother abt speed it gettin atleast 8 kb

but i get very dissapointed in one thing that i cant download any file from rapid share plz i want d solution for these not only me all of the bsnl customers r facing these problem only so, try 2 cure this very soon as possible.. ..this is my kind request.. ..

BSNL — wrong information on account

Dear Sir

In my SBI a/c Main Branch, DImapur, balance is shown as Rs. -9969.54 and Lien amount =Rs. 10000/-
This is absolutely wrong information.

I want the reason for showing wrong information which is not relating to me at all.

Causing dificulty to approximately 200 families all over india to contect their child .

Everybody, please note that, wrong PIN entered 3 times and the mobile will ask for PUK code. Wrong PUK code entered 10 times, and the sim card will be rejected for ever. So dial BSNL Customer Care Centre and ask for the PUK code befrore the sim card is rejected.

use following steps -
write down your mobile number as well as sim number.
telephone customer care services of BSNL and ask the representative for PUK and PUK 2 numbers for your sim.
when told provide your sim no.
CC Representative will give u the PUK and PUK2 numbers for sure.

BSNL — wrong billing and non receipt of bill timely

Dear sir,

I Sri Pranjal Borah resident of Tinsukia, Assam have recieved the landline connection with broadband after a long harrasement.I installed the modem myself with my personnel computer on[protected] without any clear instruction of the BSNL authority for the installation of the hardware equipments though i had asked for it for many more times.No satisfactory reply was received from the bsnl office.More over i did not receive any bill for a long time.Then on[protected] I had got a message on my cellphone about the bill of my B phone- 2340351[landline] of Rs. 4199.00/- only with due payment date on[protected].I assume that such a huge ammount of bill is not correct as i hardly use my landline phone.I connected it only for the use of broadband otherwise i preffer to use my cellphone.
That Sir, use of broadband for just a month must not be a cause of the above mentioned bill amount. I have paid it with a duplicate bill and served an application for the billing details for which i hope, i will get it soon.More over through this site I urge to mark here that we the customers do not recieve the phone bills timely which causes us to pay an extra surcharge unneccessarilly.
This isfor your kind information and neccesary action please.

BSNL — missed calls - nuisance

I am also getting Missed Calls from the number[protected]. There are calls during various times, mostly mornings. When we call back we get the message, please check the number u have dialled. Can anybody tell me whom does this telephone number belong to and why are they harassing people.
