My prepaid mobile No. is [protected]. My mobile model is LG-S5200.I have received a settings & save it
by me.my balance is over Rs.100.After this I have charged Rs.51 dt. on27.02.09.But yet to connect with internet.Several time I have contacted with your office, Everyone asked my mobile No, & mobile model, but

Dear Sir/Madam

My brother's residential phone number[protected] has been lying dead for the last 10 days or so. My brother is a cancer patient and in the absence of the phone, he is not able to contact his doctor or SGPGI, Lucknow. We have lodged at 198 service and to all possible officers but no action has been taken as yet.
I request that the said phone is restored at the earliest.

BSNL — Internet Speed got slower after I Upgraded my Plan

Hello My name is Ishan. I live in Muzaffarpur Bihar. My BSNL Exchange is Ratwara.
I am a customer of BSNL Data one boadband internet connection.
In first month I got a good internet speed of around 150 kbps in january 2009.
I was using 500 Combo Home plan and was satisfied with the service.
I upgraded to the plan of 750 Unlimited Plus. Around three days Everything went fine but after that one ay I saw my internet connection sudenly reduced to around 30 kbps. I complained to Ratwara many a times but to vain. They always keep me moving between two no.s[protected] and[protected].
once they gave me the no.2229996. I complained there too but in vain.
Please Help me and Solve my problem.

I have not activated the caller tunes facility but still, i am being charged for it.How can i deactivate it.I am trying to send the BT DACT sms to 56700 but i get a "message sending failed" error every time.What shall i do? sir, on 05/03/2009 my brother Mr. Bhaba Nanda Saikia has lost his bsnl pre-paid card..he thought that someone stollen it. sir, plz block his mobile service as soon as possible. BSNL — Lanline Telephone dead

My Telephone No: 28542233 at # 1309, D Block, AECS Layout, Kundlahalli is dead for the past 4 days. Numerous complaints havde been made at Kundalahlli telephone exchange. So far the same not rectified.
