BSNL — call rate

My mobile number is [protected]. I have add booster card rs. 99/= in my mobile on[protected] valued up to[protected]. Today i made a call (Bsnl No:[protected]) to bsnl number at 20 seconds the call cost was 0.70 paise instead of 0.10 paise. Please refund the over charge amount from me. kindly do the needful

BSNL — Deactivation of cricket updates?

My cell no is [protected], I never asked BSNL for activation of cricket updates. But they activated and deducting Rs. 30/ PM. Several times I informed through letter to CGM, and GM (Cellone). No use. Please inform me how to deactivate cricket updates on my prepaid mobile.

BSNL — Non functioning of STD on land line 0891-2755476

[protected] the telephone is working at our Company directors Residence. Unfortunately the STD was locked few years ago. Since, than we are requesting BSNL to unlock the same and provide STD and ISD facility for the same land line. But till date your Visakhapatnam Office has not taken any action. Hence, we request you to kindly instruct your office to do the needful immediately.

BSNL — INTERNET STUCK UP

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The windows is getting stuck up when tried to open a website & one more internet explorer page is getting opened showing (NOT RESPONDING). when complained on 1500(the number given at the time of providing connection)the persons are not talking properly & on saturday evening they didn"t bother to attend me..

This happens with me at least twice or thrice during payment

I had lived on the following address:

BSNL — bsnl internet problem

i have taken internet connection from bsnl on my landline phone number[protected] the services of internet is very poor it always remains in breakdown condition more over i have paid in advance for one year with the assurance that this amount will be adjusted through monthly telephone bills. Not only internet services are very poor the billing is also poor they failed to adjust in monthly bills every month i have to go bsnl office (8 k.m ) for correction of bill it is very trouble some job it comsumes not only time but my money also . the poor internet services effect iptv also.
