BSNL Prepaid — bsnl cheating charging for tunes

i am subscriber of prepaid and had taken new card but bsnl deducted my amount for caller tunes even without sending sms to them and now they are refusing to return the money saying that u have sent sms for caller tunes. Bsnl is like beggar a company deducting money from prepaid customers even when not ordered for rbt tunes and do not wish to refund it. from one customer they are dedcuting 20+20 if there are lakhs of new subscribes imagine how white collar beggars are earning money and even after complaining to big boss of these beggars the big beggars do not wish to get back and relax in ac rooms with our money drinking hot cup of tea of cold drink with snacks at cost of cutomers.

I am from chennai. The Toll Free no starting with 000 not working with BSNL Mobile/Landline. The same issue is addressed in Bangalore and fixed.

BSNL — Account Not being renewed

Dear Sir
I was having one sancharnet acount with user name zhilmil.It was to expire on 14 Mar 09.I tried renewing this in feb 09 but i could not get renewal cards as BSNL has stopped printing them.At Ludhiana I was told I should deposit cash to get it renewd.On depositing Cash I was told that since this account was generated from Jammu it can only be renewed from Jammu.
I tried this at Jammu also but no one helped me on this.I have writen many mails to jammu and ludhiana node but yet to get any reply
Please help as I want to continue this account

BSNL — bsnl is deducting my balance without any reason

DEAR SIR

my complaint is that i recharged my phone connection of bsnl with a message card on 31st dec 2008 to get my message free. but my service of message sending was stopped, when i tried to send message to any No. either local or std it replied me retried . i talked to my customer care executive he told me that my complain is filed given me a complain no and said me to wait for 24 hours but my complaint was not resolved i continued to remind them continously but no benefit was made to me and in the process i had a talk with 20 cucstomer care executives and they kept tolerating me i was just left un redressed but after few days my message card worked only for few numbers and not for std messages, so my whole message card which was to be used in the full month was used only in the last days of january but but even my balance was deducted @ 0.80 paise per sms which was completely incorrect. i again complained for that but when my balance became 0.00 it started working free.
further i recharged my message card again but still i faced the same problem my messages for std numbers were not sending by bsnl and i the process of balance deduction occurs at any time even in this march that is on 15 or 16 my 0.60 paise was deducted of no reason, i even asked it from senior customer care executive vivek and he replied that i will be answered in 24 hrs but till now no answer is there.
from jan till now i have lost about 50 rs and my investment for rs 250 gone waste as i was not able to took the facility of message card.
sir this is my kind request to you to plz solve my matter because each and every paise is important for me

BSNL — OUR PH DO'T WORK PROPERLY SINCE 1YRS. DEPT .

Pyar singh resident of distt bilaspur our Ph. no. is [protected].
Our Ph.No not working properly since 1-2yrs, .This number works only 5-10days in a month hardly.We got conection through iron wire, We intimate dept.lot of time through telephonic or verbly .
They can't change this wire with cable wire and can not take any favorable step to resolve this problem problem.

I have made the complaint in customer care centre (toll free -1500) on 14th March. No progress has been made so far to rectify the problem.

BSNL — net not working from 1 month

Landline & Broadband bill of BSNL,calcutta — Over billing

This is second time first one with the broadband no. 2496 0240, where after paying the full amount my complinn was not attended.I had visited the concern officer at Mominpore, Alipore office.The concern officer verbally agreed with my point, still were not officially correcting my return.
The second one even after my surrender of my broadband " No bill was send to me"all on sudden a big amount has been charged, the next bill wrer againn send to me probably including Broadband charges, as call charges shown is very small amount against the phone No.24962941 of calcutta telephone.
This time I have not pay the amount,
Pls.Look into the matter and settleup my refund against[protected] as well as Proper bill for the phone[protected], the Broadband of which was surrender on OCT.-08.

My cell no is [protected], I never asked BSNL for activation of cricket updates. But they activated and deducting Rs. 30/ PM. Several times I informed through letter to CGM, and GM (Cellone). No use. Please inform me how to deactivate cricket updates on my prepaid mobile.
