MY SIM HAS BEEN BLOCKED . MY NO. IS [protected]. WHAT IS MY PUK CODE.

BSNL — Broadband connection is not active even all lights glow.

In my system I am getting message like internet connected. But still unable to browse a single site.

BSNL — Deactivate cricket alert

I have been trying to deactivate cricket alert for two months. Inspite of sending messages to BSNL 51234030 they have not deactivated cricket alerts.My mobile no [protected].BSNL has been chargig me Rs 30 per month. Pl look in to the matter

BSNL — Inefficiency of BSNL

I am a broadband user.My phone number is 2563 4355 which is in Panihati Telephone Exchange area. My Dataone modem went out of order on 12.3.09. The very next day I lodged a complaint.Then again on 14th and 15th. A mechanic visited my house and pulled this plug and pushed that plug and told me to take the modem to the Exchange. And it was taken there. They said, after checking [!] it in a room beyond my sight, that it was alright. Back home, when plugged, the modem did not work. To see it for myself I got a different modem and plugged it. And lo and behold, BSNL was connected ! So the sick modem was again taken to the Exchange. They checked it again out of my sight and informed that the modem was quite in order and my pc might have some problem. I failed to convince them that if a different modem worked how could the poor pc be blamed ?
Persistently, I lodged another complaint on 26.3.09. On 27th one of their men visited my house and, strangely enough, he could not even open the pc.
Again I lodged a complaint on 27th...And I don't know how far the story will run.

BSNL — Barred Tariff Facilities within one week

I have recharge my number [protected] with tariff voucher of Rs. 300 which makes my all local calls to bsnl free. Unfortunately just after one week company started charging money however the validity of tariff is for 30 days. Kindly consider the complaint. As I called customer care center so many times they logged the complaint and said your problem will be sorted out in within 24 hours however it is more than 72 hours now.

I having a landline Nos[protected] & 2542947 . I subscribed this connections before three month. It is observed that the uses of this Nos are very limited but we receive the large amount of bills. The Both are ONE INDIA Plans.

BSNL — No action against my complaint.

My USB data card for internet is not working at my home. I visit to BSNL COSTUMER SERVICE CENTER three times regarding my compalin, but no one is helping me. One of these are provide me phone no. of Mr. Poddar, i call him various times but he always advising me to wait for 2-3 days since last one month. kindly help me.

I can't get my correct portal id...
My speed is just as similar to a dial-up internet..

BSNL — Dataone site opens but doesn't show usage details

I am logging in to the site "http://dataone.in" and when the page opens, i click on show uasge option but it dispalys - "no usage details found" (for the current month) since past four days.

Kindly help me out in solving the issue else how will i know that i have crossed my usage limit and I need to pay extra money for the surfing that I am doing
