BSNL — Non-receipt of Telephone Bills
We have not received any telephone bills since the month of July 2009 (New Connection taken) and Broadband Portal Id is also not given inspite of many requests. i recieved a bill this month from the office of bsnl and in there was an option of debit stating SL-DN Rs.48/- i want to know what does that mean what is this debit charged for

BSNL — mentioning services are free but deducting charges
a message from 58989(onmobile ) did not mention charges for its so called free back up contact list and ask the subcriber to send sms sub or help before activateing the services no charges are mentioned, no conditions, sending the sms as it is free service from bsnl ,then they activate the service and send u a sms that they have deducted rs 30 from the account.it has been noticed that most of the sevices from onmobile compay is misleading and cheating the subcriber especially the contest and value added services so take care one should not get trapped by such what appear free services, my phone no.is [protected] and my sim no. is[protected] so send me the puk code at my email id as early as possible

BSNL Dialup — Incorrect charge levied for Internet Usage
Hi,I have a complaint which I want to take up with BSNL landline service provider. I had been using the Dial-Up Internet for quite a long time & I have discontinued its usage since 02-Dec-2009. In the current Bill (Jan-2010), it shows me having used the dial-up internet, whereas I have not at all been using it. It has shown an outstanding amount of Rs. 124.50 on account o[censored]sing dialup connection on 17-Dec-2009, 02-Jan-2010 and 03-Jan-2010 dates.
I have tried all of their customer care numbers, either they are out of order or non responsive.
Please advice how should i proceed with the complaint.

BSNL — telephone not ringing and not audible
My landline 25658365 is not givng ringing sound properly and the voice is not at allaudible . the complaint has already been given in complaint number 2198 . and also
complaint number 226 has been given . till now this telephone is not rectified.

BSNL — Phone complaints not being addressed
My BSNL telephone number is[protected] which is provided by franchise Rachi's Telecom. I have complained them numerous time about my landline phone and internet not working but no permanent solution has been provided. Now my phone is not working since last 15 days and no action has been taken.Regards,
