Bsnl Broadband Connection — BSNL Broadband connection not available for the past 1 month
BSNL Broadband connection was not available for the past 1month.i had complained in the bsnl broadband oline complaint bu no ation was taken.BSNL Broadband 500c — Lower speed than minimum speed told
I changed my broadband plan from BSNL Broadband 750u to BSNL Broadband 500c.750u plan was an unlimited usage plan but the speed according to BSNL was up to 256kbps and it took >10sec to open a page and download speed was 18-32kbps. I was not happy with the speed so I changed my plan in to 500combo where the speed told by BSNL is 256-2mbps. Well, I can't hope 2mbps speed at least in India continuously and I am okay with that. But minimum 256kbps should be allotted to me but alas! I hardly get 250kbps!! It travels between 90kbps(!!!) to 253kbps and I measured it even through BSNL speed checker!! Earlier, I used 500c plan once but speed was seemingly satisfactory and I used to get even 200kbps download speed in torrent. But I am not getting it now. I don't know if it is a problem to stay few days or permanent. And astonishingly my friend, who changed his plan with me,is getting up to even 1.5mbps surfing speed. That's too under same exchange.

BSNL — gprs230,frequently disconnect
i am using bsnl prepaid scheme gprs230(monthly plan) but i am not able to browse continuously with my laptop. it disconnect several time in a hour , iam contact with customer care he is said there is no fault in our side its may be signal problem. but i got full signal strength. my money and time is waste. how i can complaint to consumer court are any other way for right action. How can i get the puck no of my bsnl sim. I am trying customer care number to talk with but can not get with last 2 days.

BSNL — Portal ID showing Usage of 10th, 11th & 22nd january 2010.
I m having d problem that my Portal id is showing usage of 10th, 11th and 22nd january 2010...and today is 4th january 2010..how can it be possible???it is showing my usage about 260MB..but my actual usage as per 4th january 2010 is about 40-45mbs..so help me in this matter as soon as possible.regards,

BSNL — Rs 5 deducted for avast 5 SMS received
Dear Sir/Madam,My mobile number is [protected], i have been frequently receiving a SMS which says '5 Rs has been deducted for asact5. validity of this package is 5 days.' Everytime i receive this email, 5 Rs has been deducted from the account. Please help me in this regard.

This mail was sent to bsnl Musheerabad, (Hyderabad) NODAL OFFICERI am Sashikanth Subrahmanya Meduri, one of your BSNL customers.
My landline has not been working for a long time. Same is the case even with the broadband connection.
I have already lodged two complaints but no action was taken. And the problem is in tact.
Complaint no.[protected] - This complaint was lodged on 29th December. And the complaint has been closed with out taking any action.
Complaint no. [protected] - The second complaint was lodged on 4th December, and no action is taken yet.
I also want to bring to your notice, that after making umpteen calls to the BSNL cutomer care, regarding the the preclosure of the complain no. 1 above. The customer
care people have asked me to call[protected]this number is always busy - I tried for 2hours continuously).
After reporting this to the customer care they have given me another no.[protected]make a call to this number you will find that the number is not in use)
This is the feedback given by the customer care people.
You also need to understand that i have ample options other then BSNL and can easily get away with them. But as a NODAL OFFICER I want you to notice the pains of a customer
after taking a BSNL connection
Lastly, when you people perform your duties by disconnecting the telephone for having a due of Re.1/-, THEN WHAT IS STOPPING YOU FOR NOT GIVING A GOOD "CUSTOMER SERVICE"
Hope as a NODAL OFFICER you atleast take some action regarding this.
