[Resolved] CIBIL — How to get out of CIBIL's defaulter list.

Hello Sir/Madam, I just want to know if there is any chance or way to make my name out of the defaulters list in CIBIL.I made 2 settlements as I could not repay my credit card bills in Jan 2007 due to bad financial position. After that settlement there is no more remark about my credit card payments or my credit history in your terms, but the problem arised when I applied for a personal loan for my Sister's marriage. My application got rejected as I made some settlements in the year 2007, even after I provided them with the settlement documents. I even tried to repay the balance amount of the settlements done with the respective banks, but to my disappointment they said that even if I pay the remaining amount, my name would be still in the defaulters list and that they cant help me in any way. And as I was not able to get a loan, the marriage got postponed and then cancelled. SO, I request you to help me with a way, advise or suggestion (if any) to make my name out of CIBIL's defaulters list for ever. Else the only way for me to avail a loan would be to settle abroad and apply for a loan in that country. :). I hope CIBIL will not reject my application there too. I would appreciate if you can please help me with the best solution or reply to my problem. One request: If possible, please give us a chance (to the defaulters) to repay the balance settlement amount, may be by fixing the time frame to repay it, else Permanent residency as a CIBIL defaulter.Help us get out of CIBIL's defaulters list. Theres a chance to get out of a DEATH SENTENCE or a LIFE IMPRISONMENT but seems theres no way for a defaulter in CIBIL, so please help us with a solution for our problem. Dear Sir,

I have settles my credit card outstanding amount. As has been tols by the Customer executive that in my next bill it will show zero outstanding. when I received my bill after settling the amount it is still showing outstanding. and I still have not received the reversal letter from RBI as I have been asked.

I have only the settlement letter and the statemetn of mode of payment. So what shall I do to remove my name from defaulter's list as soon as possible.

When I contacted to Banking personal they told me within a month u will get out your name from CIBIL's defaulter .

Please help me in this regards

To come out of the problem of CIBIL, You can change your name, get a different ID proof of PAN, Driving License, Passport etc., in which your date of birth should be different. You can pay bribe to get these things done. Apply for new loan with new ID proof. Everything is possible in India. After all you are not a terrorist or criminal, but your name is put in CIBIL by some miscreants

There is a procedure to get your report.

Once you get the report, call the support number of the bank reported and work with them to clear your name from CIBIL list.

Credit Card / Personal Loan — Figuring the name in cibil defaulters list.

Sir,

I am not sure in which context my name is included in the defaulters list.

Recently when i applied for certain loan from a bank I came to know that my name is there in the said list.

To my knowledge, earlier I had some issue with SCB. The reason was from bankers side and i have got a regret / apology letter from the banker.

I need to understand please.

Dear Sir,

I have three credit card settlements against my name. I have applied for a home loan now, and have got rejected for being on the CIBIL defaulters list.

Please let me know how do I solve this problem. I have all my bank settlement records, even correspondences with the banks explainiong why I had to go for settlements as I was not receiving the bills on time, etc.
