[Resolved]  CIBIL — CIBIL DISPUTE

Dear Sir,

I have applied for the Home Loan from Axis bank which is kept on hold due to CIBIL dispute. Trailling letter written to CIBIL is self explanatory.

I am suffering for more than a month because of CIBIL dispute and till date I haven't received any clarification from CIBIL. I have also requested to CIBIL for my credit information report , but they are not able to send me the same as there is some mismatch in the name against my PAN no. in the CIBIL records.

Kindly guide & advise me accordingly so as to resolve the matter at the earliest and my loan get processed.

Ø I have also applied for the CIBIL CIR including Trans union Score through my online payment to CIBIL vide transaction ID [protected], dtd- 15.07.2011 & the CIBIL registration ID – S[protected] but till now I have not received any report. As per my earlier correspondences to the CIBIL vide letter dtd . 22.07.2011 CIBIL is not able to give me my correct report nor clarify any disputes raised by me with the service request no. 677981, 676163, 675987, 671275, 656719, 650061.

Hence I request you to kindly clarify the data available with you and make it correct from your side as early as possible or notify the Axis bank to ignore the wrong data punched against the PAN No. AARPI6907K which is in the name of Mr.S.Krishnan, (but as per the CIBIL records the mentioned PAN NO is in the name of Mr.S.Balakrishnan). As I have applied for a home loan from AXIS bank and which is kept on hold by the bank because of incorrect CIBIL report.



Kindly take necessary action at your end at the earliest.
