[Resolved]  Credit Card — status of credit card

Sir,

I am having a SBI credit card No.[protected] which I never used instead of that they issued a DD for Rs. 8000/- which I did not accepted still they changed me interest which I refused to pay. Now that amount has reached more than Rs. 11975.08 which I really do not owe them. Now they are threatening me of legal consequences which causes me mental agony. So I humbly request you to intervene in this matter and help me out of this issue.

Credit Card — Dispute in transaction

Today, i.e. 18/12/2010 at 4.00 p.m.I was informed by the ICICI Customer Care that the six transactions has been debited by my credit card No. [protected] whereas I have used my card for only one transaction for Rs.5571/- to Maruti Sales & Services, Naraina, New Delhi. Other five transactions does not belong to me so I requested him to block my card immediately and reverse the forged transaction from my account.

I got HDFC Credit card in the month of October. I was using the card for shopping and repaying it.I can't use the card for withdrawl of money as i not yet recieved the pin no.I informed your HDFC members while they came to my concern(iGate Global Solutions).

Credit Card — Defaulter List of CIBIL though I am not

I am shocked to hear from the ICICI bank that both my name is listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL.

I have paid and settled all my dues till date and have the settlement letters from the concerned financial Institutions & Bank on their letter head that the full & final settlement has been done and there are no dues
pending from our end.

I don't know which Financial Institution has reported my name in the defaulter list. This is utmost unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way.

I have never received any information from CIBIL asking for a confirmation if the name of a customer is listed in defaulter list whether is it correct? I seek justice to get my name removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect. I am ready to give all the proof and settlement letters issued by the concerned Financial Institutions.

Also please do provide a phone number to the public to call and check on such issues.

Credit Card — NAME TO BE REMOVED FROM DEFAULTERS LIST

I have paid and settled my Credit Card bill with ABN Bank and have the settlement letters from the concerned Bank that the full & final settlement has been done and there are no dues pending from my end
I have receipt of full & Final Payment that i have done against my Credit card. and also bank concern person has told me after 60 days of payments your name is remove from defaulter list. but its almost 10 months, my name still in defaulter list.

I don't then why this bank has not remove my name from defaulters list.

This is utmost unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way.

I have never received any information from ABN Bank ( RBS BANK ) asking for a confirmation whether my name removed from defaulters list or not.

I seek justice to get my name removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect. I am ready to give all the proof and settlement letters issued by the concerned Financial Institutions.

Please help me out to overcome from this problem.

Credit Card — erase my name from cibil

I was holding a credit card of your bank for which i have made a settlement in the month of aug 2009 through cheques of which i have sent you the attachments of payment slips earlier but no results from your end .Now it is appearing in cibil when i have appraoched for loan in the last month.Kindly erase my name from the CIBIL so that i can apprach for loans.Also I have tried to take the cibil report from CIBIL WEBSITE but is it asking for the control number which you have to provide me.Kindly provide me the control number inorder to access my cibil report.
