ICICI BANK SAYS IN ADVERTISEMENT THEY ARE THERE TO HELPBUT GROUND REALITY SAYS A DIFFERENT TONE AND NO RESPECT FOR ITS CUSTOMER
BAD WORDS / STUBBORNNESS / ARROGANCE BY CUSTOMER CARE [CHOR] TEAM AS THEY HAVE PROVED THEM TO BE ALWAYS FIND HOLES TO RUN AWAY FROM THE REAL TOPIC, WELL IM A 65 YEARS OLD MAN COMPLETELY SHOCKED THIS ICICI CHOR BANK IN CREDIT CARD SAYING AND DOING IN AS MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANY OTHER BANKS OR DEPARTMENT I HAVE NOT SEEN OR RECOMMEND ANY BODY TO TAKE ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD OR ANY SERVICES AS THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER CARE ADDED WITH EXORBITANT EXPENSIVE CHARGES ARE KILLING WITH INTEREST AND SURCHARGE AND LATE PAYMENT FEES ADDED WITH COLLECTION FEES ADDED TROUBLE OVER PHONE AND LIFE FOR PEOPLE TAKING I SAY MISTAKENLY TAKING WHAT SAID IN EARLY AND NOT SHOWN OR DONE IN END WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS ITS CUSTOMER. FOR EG., MY PRINCIPAL AMOUNT WAS RS 1900/- BUT AFTER WHEN THE BILL CAME FOR FEW MONTHS WAS FINE BUT THEN THEY SHOWED THEIR REAL COLOR BY CHARGING ME UNREASONABLE MORE THAN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT. SBI IRCTC credit card just cheat people. They collect all information from us and they sell to other vendor and earn money out it. I too applied for the SBI IRCTC Credit card and they told me that your card as been regretted.
I asked them why the card has been regretted and they say it is confidential.
I don't know why they want be confidential on my own card ?

I earn more 20000 per month and pay income tax.
My cheque's never bounced back and never paid late bills.

Credit Card — Remving name from CIBIL
Hi,I was using the ICICI credit card since 2007. In my account some amount was due since last couple of months. Now I paid the whole amount including interest.
Now this is a hummble request to bank to send the updated information to CIBIL also. So that the corresponding database of CIBIL is also updated.
I also required a NOC and No Dues certificate from the bank.
Please do the needful.

Credit Card — Very disappointed from your service Citibank!
I sent this to Citibank Egypt:Dears,
Good Day!
I am writing to express my disappointment of your service.
I had a very small amount pending as 'Stamp Duty Tax' on my credit card so i transferred it online from my account at HSBC. I have transferred 6.49 EGP to Citibank Credit Card but it was deposited as 649 EGP. I have checked the Telex Transfer at HSBC and I am sure that only 6.49 EGP was transferred from my account.
I called the call center twice, first time a lady told me that this is not possible and it could never happen, she said i can see a transfer of 649 EGP and she didn't either bother to look at the TT she was just checking the account which of course it was 649 EGP. I tried to convince her that those 649 were deducted from my account as 6.49 and someone did a mistake at Citibank she said no, check with HSBC!
Second time, a man named Mansour asked me to send the TT by fax to prove that the amount was 6.49 and then asked me to call the branch to tell them the issue with reference to the fax!!!! Now, i have to free time to follow up on your mistakes!!!! And at the end of the call Mansour asked me then how can i help you?!!!! Well, i don't need your help i was only trying to help actually!
Excuse me but am i the one working for them or the customer? it is YOUR fault but now i have to send a fax with the transfer (while you already have the original) and then call the branch to follow up and all this hassle because you did a fault, actually, a terrible fault in the world of banking!
And how can a call center agent doubt what the customer says?!!! Customers lie now ha!!!
I just called because this money is not mine, i can't take it and i know very well that it will be discovered either ways in the revision but i was only helping!
I have been a Citibank customer for more than 5 years but please allow me to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction of your service. I have never seen such untrained unprofessional call center agents, please replay the calls and check their way of talking.
Sorry for making it too long but because i know that this is not the usual level of service at Citibank so i thought i have to let you know

I had a citibank credit card in 2004 which was stolen and there were transactions made by the thief for all the amount. Even though I filed fraud on the account Citibank took money from my salary account. Neways after 5 years I settled the credit card to save my creditability and they promised me to remove my name from CIBIL and Satyam Online. However they have not done so, hence I am not getting any credit card from any bank.
