Credit Card — Forgery / Cheating with Client

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that from so many reminder i send even till know no action had been taken from your side . This is regarding your credit card Mediclam policies i talk to Mr.Dilip ( Executive) Mobile no.-[protected]
He called me an inform me that their is an Mediclaim Policy which Premium is 5589/- will be deducted from your Credit card interest but your bank had deducted it from My Credit card ( No.- [protected]) . But the things is that when i talk to your Executive That time my outstanding is Rs-10378.97 in which he suppose to be deducted Rs-3300/- but he actually deducted rs- 1350/- , He suppose to deduct Rs 3300, So I kindly Request you to please refund the money and cancelled the policy as soon as posible. I don't want any policy from your bank who cheats the clients , and i will also tell other peoples to that the bank is going to cheats the peoples .
Please revert my money as soon as possible.

Subject :- Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card [protected] . Fleecing customers by telephonic CREDIT CARD allotment.

Respected Sir,
I Dr. Gurkirat Singh Bajwa MBBS, MD,OPHTHALMOLOGY, R/O 220-A, Sarabha Nagar ,Ludhiana 141001 was owner of the very first credit card no [protected] valid till October ,2008 .Before its expiry date all other credit cards were issued to me telephonically and with an assurance that no annual charges will be levied on any of these cards. But to the contrary the charges were accrued and partially were got reversed through the various calls to executives in customer care service.
In this a goof-up for the payment due to the charges thus accrued I decided to cancel all my credit cards with SCB. On 05.03.2008 at 3.20 PM request was put in through their executive Mr Parikh .
The CC statement of 16.03 2008 had a balance of Rs 4574.36 to be paid on CC ………….5761, Rs 744.32 on …………..9091 & a positive balance of Rs 1647.13 0n CC …….9883. ( While no transaction was done on the last two credit cards).
On 10.04.2008 at 2.40 PM Mr Tushal in custom care informed me that I have a positive balance in CC ………9883.
On 26.06.2008 Mr Mukesh Rawat from SCB ( pick up / collection boy) came to me for the due payment , though it included annual charges to which SCB executive assured me not to charge.
On 20.10.2008 SCB through some Mr Vikram Singh in Delhi Court ( Mobile no [protected] ) called ma at 12 53 PM and threatened to initiate legal action in case payment due to SCB is not made.
On 01.11 2008 Ms Nandini in customer care assured me to send some SCB representative for the account settlement. So on 17.01.2009 vide SCB letter no LUR[protected] a cash payment of Rs 2700 / was made.
In August,2009 I came to know that SCB has forwarded my name to CIBIL For which I contacted the below given executives

On 12th November I was made to pay Rs 6744/ by SCB to clear my name from CIBIL. Vide receipt no LU001C103777 ( Book no 38277)
On 19 th November ,2010 I got SCB bank letter that there is no outstanding dues and my name will be removed fron CIBIL with in 45 days.
Till date SCB has not done the needful.
I hereby request you to please enquire from SCB
1) There was a promise of not charging annual charges, but why these were credited to my account
2) Why they charged me for the unused Credit cards ……….9883,&………….5761.
3) Once settlement was done then why was I made to pay the second payment of Rs 6744/
4) Why my name was forwarded to CIBIL.
5) Why customers are threatened to pay the disputed amount, through some hired agencies
6) Why SCB did not send me the letter that my name has been removed from CIBIL which was promised by them (within 45 days)

Credit Card — fraud in settlement of credit card

Dear Sir,

I, Vibhor Misra, was using credit card ([protected]) of HDFC Bank. This card for sold to me with very forceful marketing approach. I used this card and paid my amount in time but once statement did not reach to me in time and since card was used by one of my family member so I did not know about it. Statement reached to me after three months (please note that HDFC did not send me any statement by e mail, this is only hard copy which is sent to the customers.). After receiving the statement I contacted Bank and requested to waive the interest amount. I met Mr. Kumar who was working in HDFC Bank (on roll). After long discussions and meetings, he approached me and confirmed that you have to pay only principle amount and there will be no interest payable, I accepted the endeavor with expression of thanks but before that he used my card for withdrawing some more money and deposited same amount as minimum installment which was to be paid that time. He confirmed that after paying Rs. 50,000/-, there will be no further amount payable but my card will be blocked. I paid Rs. 50,000 by cheque and taken a receipt. Before this payment, I received a call from Delhi office of HDFC about settlement of my account. In the mean while he also used my credit card to windrow some money to pay minimum installment amount. He convinced me for the same, after showing his visiting card and promising me that he would make my payables ‘interest free’. This all happened before about one and half year. Since then none statement reached to me and after paying Rs. 50,000/, I thought that this matter is closed. After some time I changed my job and shifted to Mumbai from Lucknow.
There was no communication from bank side to me. Then before a month I received a call from bank that my account is not closed yet I there is some interest payable. I was surprised and tried to approach to the same person but his cell number was changed.
Yesterday I received a call from a person named Mr. Ram Sahay. He mentioned that he is speaking from Delhi Police and there is a case against me. This was under another mental shock when I came to know that HDFC bank has filed a case against me and I am supposed to reach to the court at Delhi. Let me mention that before this call I was neither informed that there is not a court case nor I received any notice from court about the same.
I am under extreme disappointment, depression and pressure, which is adversely affecting my personal and professional life, just because there was a very vast communication gap between HDFC Bank and me. If I have paid the principle amount which was Rs. 50,000/-, I could pay a small interest amount too. I did not pay interest amount just because representative of HDFC bank only confirmed that I got waive off. I would like to
Let me again mention that I did not receive any ‘Black and White’ communication from bank neither as ‘Hard copy’ nor ‘Soft Copy’ about any such development in last one year. Otherwise I would have been able to sort-out the matter by now.

I have been cheated by one of the bank employee and have video recordings, recording of telephonic conversations etc., i want my matter to be resolved and that person to be punished.

Hi My husband Mr. Jagdish Thethi had appiled for Citi bank card in the year 2005 but unfortunately we left our parents house and statred staying differently.

This year my Husband had gone for Interview at TCS call center (Malad) after 2 day we received a call from citibank stating we have a credit card and credit amount is Rs.12000/- .

We are told to pay amount which we have not used with the Interset the appro. amount is Rs.96,000/-

How would that be possible we did not receive any credit card as we were not staying at that place from January 2005.
Our name is set up in CIBIl for not out mistake. Please I beg you to look into this matter but we are still ready to Pay Rs.12000/- just to remove our name from CIBIL as we are not getting loan from any Bank now.
