Aakash Tablet — Datawind

I have booked for one ubislate 7+ in february 2012 (Booking ID is "PM6C878"). The company confirmed by booking and informed that I would get delivery of the item in march itself if I paid the full amount as advance. So in order to obtain delivery of the ubislate 7+ in march itself I had submitted a DD no.954139 SBI for rs.2999/- To your address. On scrutiny of my bank account statement I find that the same DD has been encashed and debited to my account on FEBRUARY 2012.However, I would like to inform that the tablet has not yet reached me till now. And the company has not responded to my emails or has stopped answering to calls on their toll free number. I am at loss now, not knowing what to do with the company or how I will be able to recover my advance paid to the datawind.
I would greatly appreciate if your could arrange for refund of the amount paid (rs.2999/-).

Sorry guys to disappoint you, , datawind is a big cheat and a fraud company...they delivered my device after 10 months of wait and when I opened it was a broken peace, , screen was broken and also it was not restarting... dont think anything happened in transit, if was perfectly packed however IM sure datawind only kept broken peace in box.. call me for more info [protected]

This is my Forth mail for the same, i had booked Aakash Tablet long back and then i got the mail for the updated Tablet and then i booked for the upgraded Aakash 7Ci. I got the delivery on 14th or 15th Jan 2013 for Rs 4199 on cash delivery whose code is P[protected]. When i opened it, i was shock to see the Tablet condition which you all had send me. Its broken, Its screen is moving/coming out and also there are to many scratches on the screen of the tablet and i feel its not the brand new piece which you have send me.

Sorry to say that but i am very disappointed from you all. I am sending you the photos of the tablet which shows the broken screen and scratches on the screen as an attachment. Its not the brand new piece from the factory outlet because there are many games and apparatus and gadget which are loaded which gives the feel that some one had used it before and also so many scratches on the screen
.
So i kindly request you to refund me for the same or replace the Aaksah 7Ci Tablet with brand new 7C+ an upgraded version.
Or i will go to the Consumer court, So please reply or face the consequences.

Kindly refer to the booked product and payment made for the Ubislate 7C+ on dated 26/12/2012 under the offer mail received. This is to intimate that i have received Ubislate7Ci instead o[censored]bislate 7C+ on dated 22/01/2013 through Blue Dart Courier vide AWB [protected].Also it is found that VGA camera is not working, the message comes"unfortunately camera has stopped" and LED screen damaged received at the time of delivery. Kindly replace the same with NI have spent several reminder for the same no unfruitful result have come out. The matter may be looked immediately, failing which I will go in consumer forum for above dispute. Your called frequently call me regarding operational of VGA camera whereas no response is receiving for replacement of product.

THE PRODUCT SENT BY YOU IS WRONG MODEL, NOW I WANT TO REPLACE INSTEAD O[censored]BISLATE 7ci TO UBISLATE 7C+.I have made payment as per your mail received for Ubislate 7C+.

Kindly do the needful in the matter at the earliest and replace the same immediately.

Treat this as MOST URGENT.

I have purchased ubislate 7 ci on 23 DEC but the net is not being operated and scratches on the screen of the tablet also charger plug disconnected every time.i have called customer care too many time but they didn't gave a proper response to me and the cut the phone.one time a customer care told me to sent the tablet to Amritsar office but it is too far sir and not a single courier want to deliver this because they told me to get insurance of it.I am totally frustrated sir please help me please
