Delhi Jal Board — sewage

due to bad maintenance and supervision of sewer lines, pocket c-8, sector-8, rohini is flooded with filthy water. our complaints at local mcd office yield no result. can anyone in the delhi jal board attend to our problem immediately?

Lalita Kaushik Resident of 448, Chiragh Delhi, facing problem since last two weeks as sewrage is under construction.It is routine fashion that some of the drianage are regularly blocked, population here is more than the limit, people here are less educated and overall dependent on tenanants thus sewrage is badly affected and MCD planned to put new bigger pipes for better services...but it is not implimented in all galis thus due to bad services regarding sewrage, we all are suffering.Open excreta running and pits in thie rainy reason are sufficient to put the things verse and out of control.. there is also a full arrangement of epidemic. No arrangements, no proper drainage...when some o[censored]s have taken concern to get it done, people into power are not allowing those workers who have been assigned for this work, to complete the JOB, those people want to get the work done according to their fashion ...since one week scenerio is the same and nothing has been done. We requested to get one mainwhole bulit near our house for proper drainage and land had been dug for the same since last week.but due to our neighbour, work is interrupted and nothing has been done so far. Hope the request will be considered and manwhole will be built at the earliest.

Very difficult for school children to pass from there. No arrangements, yet...when some o[censored]s have taken concern to get it done, people into power are not allowing those workers, who have been assigned for this work, to complete the JOB, those people want to get the work done according to their fashion ..........since one week scenario is the same and nothing has been done. We requested to get one manhole built near our house for proper drainage and land had been dug for the same since last week. But due to our neighbor, work is interrupted and nothing has been done so far. Hope the request will be considered and manhole will be built at the earliest.

Today is 9th July, nothing is done yet...filthy water is openly running and situation is still the same...unheard and unnoticed...

today is 12th, July 2011, scenario is the same...sufferers are still waitng with the hope that some necessary action will be taken

Delhi Jal Board — SEWAGE-MIXED WATER SUPPLY

I am on behalf of the residents of BP-block, Maurya Enclave, Pitam Pura , Delhi complaining against the sewage-mixed water supply in our block for more than one month. The attitude of DJB employees is very irresponsible in this regard. I am, therefore, requesting the higher authorities to get the fault repaired and take actions against the employees for not keeping Compliant Register in their office and not receiving applications unless it has been forwarded through a politician

we are getting very dirt water from last one week in our locality, it seems that water pipe is liking in drainage pipe. it is difficult to even smell this water. please help in resolving this issue as this can lead issue related to health in my locality, i hope very positive action shall be taken from higher autority side as this is not a small issue.

I am resident of 68 Sector-A, Indrapuri, Rasian Road Bhopal 462021 Madhya Pradesh. We are facing problem of dirty drinking Water (It mean drinking water mixed with sewage). It may be due to damaged Pipeline connection. Drinking Water mixed with sewage water is causing diseases and very foul smell.
Kindly give us clean water supply as we are regularly paying bill, before this dirty water causes big tragedy....

iI have to complaint against my neighbour and other people of the street that, sewer connections in our colony engaged for quite long time, but our neighbors not yet had a sewer connection, and it comes in the groove Hey all dirt next to our house, which has become impossible sitting
outside our house, and street leave in disgust...all their stool is flowing in the drain outside which is very much disgusting. please look to it and resolve this problem.

Delhi Jal Board — blockage of sewer line

Sewer line between BC block flat nos. 41to 43 is blocked for the last 10 days and creating a lot of problem in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088 BC block on Kela Godam Road.Please advice the suitable authorities to look into the same on proprity and get the line changed immediately to avoid accumulation of dirty water in the houses to avoid spreading deseses.

मै आपका ध्यान फ्लैट न १२- ए , इ एच एस , मिक्स्ड हौसिंग , मयूर विहार फेस ३ , डेल्ही ९६ की तरफ दिलाना चाहता हूँ |
जो प्रतिदिन सुबह जबतक वाटर सप्लाई होता है तबतक १२ - बी (भूतल ) ग्राउंड फ्लोर द्वारा पानी पाइप के द्वारा सड़क एवं गलियों को धोने में किया जाता है | ऐसा प्रति दिन होता है | मैंने कई बार मन किया तो कहने लगे तुम्हें इससे क्या लेना है | हम पानी सड़क पर बहाएं या कुछ करे |
महाशय एक तो १२ ए एवं १२ बी द्वारा गली का नाला भी बंद कर दिया गया है | जिससे रास्ते पर जल जमाव एवं किचर हो जाता है |
अतः मै आपसे अनुरोध करता हूँ की इस तरह पीने के पानी का दुरूपयोग करनेवालों के खिलाफ शक्थ कार्यवाही की जानी चाहिए |

Dear Sir/Madam,

This regarding the misuse of drinking water in cleaning the footpath.

The address is : "C-4A / 46-A, Janakpuri, Delhi-58". There is a flower shop on the footpath who uses the supply water for cleaning the footpath.

Its the regular affair of the shop owner to wash the footpath that to twice in a day with the water supply offered by Delhi Jal Board. The act of cleaning is done for the whole duration of water supply everyday.

This should also be considered that the person who owns the the aforementioned property is illegally allowing the flower shop to use the water meant for home and personal usage.

Please look into this take an appropriate action

Delhi Jal Board — Leakage of mains water line

The main water supply line in the lane between House No. D 10 and D 11 Vivek Vihar Phase I,Delhi 110095 is leaking. The leakage is under the guava tree along the boundary of D10 house.
The leakage is becoming heavier each day and it leaks in morning and evening when the fresh water supply comes.
DJB is requested to please attend to it asap.

Jal board — Irregular water supply

I want to bring in kind notice that in Akanksha Abhakand -3 Indirapuram. Water supply is not proper and there schedule is irregular.
The morning timing for water supply is 8.Am to 8.45 AM (only 45 minute) and evening there is no timing.
In case you are living alone then only Saturday and Sunday you can fill water in your tank otherwise you can not reaches office in time.
Beside it every day you will not get water supply.

Re : Complaint against irregular and insufficient drinking water supply

In every sphere of our life, Water is important and we cannot even think to survive without it.

Keeping the above universal truth in mind, we, the residents of J4/92 to J4/97 Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar are in the bottleneck of the above problem and in lurch for the last three months facing unprecedented water crisis loomed in the Areas, and thus the inhabitants have been grappling with acute shortage of water. The situation has now become so acute and worst that water is not available even for drinking. Cooking has also become impracticable at this stage for us living in this well-populated area.
We, the residents of this area also allege that the water meant for us are being sold to small industries, which is causing water shortage as well. Also we accuse that tube-well operators of this disaster, as in our view, water is supplied to only those streets where VIPs live.
We have been complaining of water crisis/shortage for a long time and submitted numerous applications to the authorities concerned, but no step has been taken so far to solve the crisis/problem so far.
We, the residents of this sector also alleged that due to poor and negligence of the civil authorities, most of the houses are not getting water supply on time and the entire areas are facing enormous troubles due to shortage of water, while scorching heat is adding to our miseries.
Expressing anger in view of above worsening situation and circumstances, we once again submit our request and memorandums to you to kindly look into the gravity of the situation and sort out the dire condition and problem of the residents forthwith, which has left us thirsty for a long while.

According to time slab of water supply of our locality, water timing is form 5:00am to 3:00pm. But from last two month timing of water supply is from 3:00am to 5:00am after midnight.And most of time water does not come.And our whole locality is suffering from this problem.People have to awake in the night for filling the water.Sir due to this problem people has started fighting for filling the water.And from last week situation has become worst.People are buying water from others.And nobody is caring about this.We have complaint against it in various department but no action has taken.

Therefore, I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.

No water supply in Rohini, Sector 16 Area since 2 week

Delhi Jal Board stop water supply in Rohini Area since last 2 week and supply only at night between 12AM to 6AM only. This is very disturbing ;/
