We are facing the problem of water supply continuously Since April 2014, not getting the one bond of the water. I have complained but they didn’t response, we are provide complaint no. 1247, we are It`s requested that Necessary action to be initiated with the concern authority to provide Adequate water supply properly way. I continuously trying J.E. CONTACT Mr Manish Kumar [protected], but that is not responses, sir, i humbly requested to you, Please acquire the responsible person for solution the problem. We Have Received The Our Water Bill of Rs.1726 On March -2014 bill Date From 29 Sep.2013 to 25 jan.2014 Without Any meter reading Our water meter is working Properly which have been paid On dated 1ST April 2014 After That We have Received New Bill From Jal Board Bill Amount-11623 garneting date Same From 29 Sep.-2013 to 1 May-2014 the base of this bill is wrong meter reading By Meter Reading person Because the Meter Reading showing in bill – 1510 incorrect Today on dated[protected] I will self Check the meter reading its Showing -1417 But this is really surprising for us that our meter is continue working and there are no any errors or problems in our water meter. Kindly I requesting to you please check it immediately, I want my water bill will be revised and we cant submited this amount, our previous bill is already submitted last submited bill date is 1ST April 2014 1.         we are resident of "b"block gali no-5, bhagwati garden ext., uttam nagar, delhi.we want to say that from the last four months our supply water
        is suffering from highly dirty, mixing sewaage line with a bad smell which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think
        of drinking.
        So we are requested to please look into the matter and solve our problems .hoping for your favourable response.

            We have a water connection with K Number [protected], in April 2013 meter was stolen and new meter was re installed.Reading of the new meter is timely recorded by Delhi Jal Board Officials but Bill is not issued since then.All the documents(FIR, New meter reciept) were submitted. Reminder was also made and Delhi Jal Board gave the Acknowledgement.But still no bill has been issued.Reminder was submitted in March 2014.                 We all are the residents of H.No.-172, Opposite Duggal Complex, Khanpur, New Delhi -110062 (SOUTH DELHI). WE ARE TWELVE FAMILIES CONSISTING OG F 4-5members each are living in the above mentioned building. In our house routine water supply of Jal Board is unsatisfactory and insufficient to meet our requirement and if we want to check our pipeline the local people are creating the problem.

                Please look into the matter and resolve our problem.

No. [protected] Area Code A-43/Burari I received your bill No.[protected] for a sum of Rs. 5331/- Sir, From the date of my connection till date I have not received single drop of water from the said pipeline because no water in the said pipeline since beginning till date in said gali. The person resident of the said gali complaint to this effect in Burari office but no action taken by DJB till date. No one come from your department for reading or inspection the meter I reside without using of water facility I received huge bill from DJB, Sir I am poor person and reside on rent basis and survive in life in Delhi city. You sent competent person for enquiring the true facts given in the application. Sir Kindly look in the matter and do needful and waived the bill amount given above and provide water facility to the applicant.

                    Water supply is not regular in are area near krishna mandir maujpur Delhi 53 and the water line is very unclean and very muddy there is very smell in the water due to which many children are falling ill due to this water there is no fix time for the water to come and this is happening for past one month we have to buy drinking water from outside and each day to check water supply we have run the motors which waste lots of electricity so you can understand are problems its taking lots of efforts and wastage is even more not only on electricity but our time and most importantly it is causing health problems due which children have miss their school which causes them to pay more for one day miss to their studies . I request you to kindly see to the problem and take strict action towards this matter . Hope for favourable outcome

                      Respected Sir, I am a resident of Triveni Apartments, Jhilmil Colony, which comes under district Shahdara .Our area is suffering from very poor water quality which smells like sewer water and is black in colour.I suspect some pipeline of the DJB has been busted somewhere near a sewer causing the problem. Please help us in this matter since its a very serious issue and has a potential to turn into an epidemic. We hope that our government and DJB will take some strict action in this matter so that people will have safe drinking water to drink. Here water supply come on one day gap regular but we need daily water. but last 10 days no water supply in our area when i complain to JE he says when relesed water from nagloi than i will give water other wise on option.                           I had submitted my applications dated 22/03/2014 and 05/04/2014 vide Diary no.8103 dt. 22/03/2014 and 131 dated 05/04/2014 to Delhi Jal Board Office, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi regarding correction in my water bill no.[protected] dated 17/03/2014 which was wrongly issued for Rs.37536/- whereas I had paid all my previous bills. I had paid my last bill on 09/01/2014 for Rs.387.36 whereas next bill was issued extremely high for Rs.37536/-.

                          I had also submitted my request at D.O.R. Jhandewalan on 18/06/2014 vide diary no.9365 dated 18/06/2014 in this regard but till date no action has been taken for correction of my said bill.

                          It is again requested to get my above bill corrected so that I may remit my actual bill amount.

                          Your early response shall be highly appreciated.

                            Dear Sir /Madam,
                            1. Please refer my earlier letter dated 7th May 2014 regarding non-receipt of bills.
                            2. I have three water connections (New KNO Nos. – [protected]; [protected] and [protected]) for the three floors in the premises of R-568, New Rajinder Nagar.
                            3. I am getting my regular bills for my New KNO no. [protected] (19 Oct 2013, 15 Jan 2014, Mar 2014 and the last one dated 13 Jun 2014) which have been paid also. However, I have got only first bill for
                            the new KNO: [protected] dated 29 Nov 2013 (Amount-2300) so far.
                            4. The last bill generated for the New KNO no. [protected] was dated 21 Aug 2013 (Amount is -9170) and the same was being shown on the DJB website also. This was because I had paid Rs 33, 995 0n 17 Apr 2013
                            (all the arrears in full) and got the rebate. However, I have got another bill on this connection dated 13 Jun 2014 of Rs 32, 281/- of which Rs 30, 365 is shown as arrears. This is highly irregular.
                            5. It is requested that the abovementioned bill for new KNO No. [protected] dated 13 Jun 2014 be rectified and the corrected bill be issued at the earliest.

                                This complaint is against the Delhi Jal Board who is not taking their responsibility seriously. We are facing lot of issues pertaining to water in our area. The water comes with Dirty-Sewerage-Smell which is really pungent. My whole family has already been suffered from the serious diseases due to contamination of water supplied by Delhi Jal board.

                                Sometimes but rarely I have also noticed water with dirty color coming in our water taps.

                                We have faced lot of health issue due to the dirty water supplied by the Delhi Jal Board. Due to many complaints and calls to customer care services also the issuee has not been resolved. Please look into this issue so that at least we can have a healthy life.

                                We are getting the dirty water with the smell everyday.

                                  Dear Madam/Sir, This is really unfortunate to report in this modern era of growth and development of India that people are suffering due to lack of availability minimum facilities for the citizen of India, that too right in the capital of our great country. There is no water in the pipeline, even simple motor is not able to get water to household. Infants, children and elderly are the people who are suffering the most. There is no way visible to seek help. This situation is dark that may result in drastic affect on the residents' health, mind and spirits. Kindly help us by showing a way to get at least water to drink with little peace of mind. I am not sure, if anybody reads this board. But, if you read this message, and think you can help a common man and family with limited means, please say so. Even if you can not help in resolution, say so. At least, we know that there will be no help from anybody. A law abiding citizen.                                     With respect, we want to draw your kind attention towards the Drinking water leakage and flowing on the main road and this problem facing by 8 Block, Dakshin Puri Extn, New Delhi-110062 on main road (Maharishi Balmiki Marg). We residents in 8/172, 8/173, 8/216 and 8/217 Dakshin Puri Extn, New Delhi. In this area the water leakage on the road due to leakage of main drinking water line and overflowing of water in front of our houses and flowing on the road. Sr officers or Jr Officers from Delhi Jal Board are normally passing on this road but no one is taking care about this. All the people are facing problem for crossing the road and passing for the street due to flowing of water. Due to this it can be cause of dangerous for building which are surrounding of these leakage. Besides it has damage the road and also wastage of drinking water. We also complained to your office but nobody have taken any action about this problem. It is therefore requested that the concerned officer may be directed to immediately attend and do the needful to avoid which may stop the leakage and overflow water from line and repair the water line and damaged road.
