I do not know how the roster is planned, usually the gap between DTC and Private is usually long and the private finally arrives just before nex DTC. It causes huge waiting for common public. I would request DTC root planner of 507 and 400 to devise rooster eith this in view.

I too suffered the same plight. I had to wait for an hour to find a private bus followed by a DTC bus. The private delayed its time probably delibrately for accumulation of passanger at bus stops.

Sub: Over charge of Bus fare on Route No.211

R/sir,

With due respect, I want to inform you that on dated 02.03.2012 at about 17:45 hrs, Route no.211 Conductor was arguing with me about the fare and he charged Rs. 10/- instead of Rs.5/- from Shyam Giri Mandir to East Azad Nagar. I am a regular commuter of DTC. I request him to show me the fare chart but he was unable to show it. He loudly says that I am a 22 year old conductor of this route, if you want you can complaint against me. He was tried to insult me.
Details of Bus route, Bus No. & Ticket No. is as given below:

Route No : 211 (From Mori Gate To Mayur Vihar Ph-III)

Time : 5:45 pm on 02 march’2012

Name of Conductor- Mr. Brij Mohan(As conductor told me)
Fare charged: from ‘Shyam Giri Mandir to East Azad Nagar’- Rs.10/- instead of Rs.5/-

I again confirmed about the fare from ‘Shyam Giri Mandir to East Azad Nagar’ from the DTC enquiry, he told me that it is Rs.5/-only. I also logged a complaint on phone no.41400400 vide complaint no. 489 dt. 03.03.12.

It is therefore requested please look into the matter and take the necessary action against the concerned conductor. Please inform me about the action taken against my complaint.

Delhi Transport Corporation — De board on the way

I usually travel in 764 it is Najafgarh to nehru place and bus no. is 8700. today on 07.05.12 driver drive the bus very slowly near madhu vihar depot he said , not able to drive bcoz gate is not opening and closing properly and canductor said ' chalo dusri bus m baita deta hu ' but all buses totally full not able to get board once we went to madhu vihar depot controller , there is lot of buses but he refuse to provide bus of that route no. 764 (hum bus nhi denge dusra ruth kaat jayega).Bus for what only for public why they cannot do that . This happen most of the time and why they donot check properly before going on the route.

Request you please check and reslove the as soon as possible.
