DTC staff is the worst staff, no sense of talking & behaving with the passanger even if the passanger is a woman. They have their own attitude as they are taking us in the buses for free of cost. The incident took place on 30/04/10 in the morning at shakkar pur bus stop around 9:15, i was getting in the low floor AC bus route no. 469 for lajpat nagar. By mistake i entered in the bus from front door as i put a step in the bus my hand stucked...

DTC route no.348 Mayur Vihar-II to Mori Gate

NO Buses available in this Route.

We were told that Low floor buses will be running in this Route.

Old type Dtc buses removed from this route but new low floor buses are not available.

Great hardship to commuters.

My father was working as a DTC employee from year 1985 to 2007. In the year 2007 he met with an accident in which his leg was badly injured and operated for 2 times. In that year he took leaves on the basis of medical grounds and after got operated he joined his duty for some months but after that slowly and slowly his health going bad to worse. I am doing daily up-down from Munirka to Nehru place and take bus no. 764. But i did not get actual fare..Some buses takes 10 rs and some buses taking 15. This is not only my problem...many people suffering from this. Can anybody help me.............

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Enterprise Apt as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark every day even on permanent residents of this area. Not only that every night when people are sleeping peacefully, they start barking in a group of 10 - 15 dogs....

This is to inform you that there is no DTC Buses on Rout no. 764 in the evening (after 6: PM). When we ask to to the staff of DTC buses, they said there is no Driver or Shortage of Drivers at Harinagar DTC Depot. When asked on another day he said that being a wedding season most of the driver are on leave.


Kindly take the matter to appropriate authority & take the action in this regards and oblige.br...

On Feb 15, 2010 around 5:30 p.m, my father boards the DTC bus (Route No. 568, Bus No. 4899) from Raja Garden (Gurudwara) to Satya Niketan and paid Rs. 10 as bus fair. When he reached Satya Niketan, one of the DTC ATI, Mr. Jagdish Chander (Batch No. 12454) stopped him and charged him fine of Rs. 200 because he got down from the bus before the destination he paid.

Sir,
bus service from New Rajinder Nagar was discontinued abruptly around five years back causing great inconvenience to the commuters. earlier few routes were plying from here i.e. 77 (new rajinder nagar to chandni chowk via karol bagh, connaught place), 953(new rajinder nagar to mangol puri) which were being used frequently....

THERE ARE 4-5 DOGS NEAR HOUSE NO. 446 TO 455 IN DR. MUKHERJEE NAGAR, DELHI. THESE DOGS ARE CATCHING SMALL CHILDRENS PASSING THROUGH THIS LANE.

PLEASE SEND DOG SQUAD TO CATCH THESE DOGS AND REMOVE FROM THE COLONY.

I and my other staff come to office by route no. 33 but mostly the bus driver jumps the bus stand and passes away speedly. Today i.e.11th Jan 2010 I was waiting for a DTC Buss either 460 or 479 at PGDAV Stand ( Srinivasppuri) to go to Sarita Vihar from 9.45 am. A DTC old model bus 460 from Minto Bridge came around 9.50 am at that stand. THERE IS DEFINITELY SOME NEXUS BETWEEN THE PRIVATEOPERATORS AND DTC BUSES OPERATORS DUE TO WHICH PUBLIC , OFFICE GOERS HAVE TO SUFFERS. I am regular passenger of DTC bus Route no. 114 For many months in the evening time (from 7PM to 9 PM) the bus is not available, from madhuban chauk to kutubgarh. 1-2 hours daily i am waiting for DTC bus but bus is not coming.

Recently Low floor buses are introduced in Delhi and NCR. It is very difficult to travel in Low florr bus in case you don't get a seat and a few passengers are standibg. After taking ticket you can not reach to front door due very small space or nospace to go ahead. Driver will stop the bus only if you request him after reaching front door. Bus conductor has been made a useless fellow as he can not help in this case.

I am a daily passenger of Route NO. 492 from Nehru Place to Noida Sector - 62.
Things were going good till DTC hiked the bus fares from Rs. 10 to Rs. 15.
Ok and accepted.
But the torture began when blueline buses are no more availabe.

Now only DTC buses ply on this route and the Fare From Nehru Place to NOida sector - 62 is about Rs.30.

I thought if new buses are introduced a bit of Price...
