Dear Sir/Madam


I am residing in Tamil Nadu Housing board, 5th main road,Ayyapakkam . Here there are around 15 dogs roaming in our street.Barking all the time and always it is in state where we really cant able to see.We urgently need help of yours.Its really so irritating to walk in the street.Hope u people will see this complaint and take actions as early as possible.

DTC route no 889 rohini sector 27 to Hari nagar depot
there are lack of bus service, bcoz there is no another conveyance like rikshaw or an autorickshaw or any
gramin sewa to get on ring road....

the service is so limited and my husband,another people of that colony have to walk 35mins to go their work.

I am a student of delhi university. Around 11 am Yesterday i was going to sarai kale khan. i issued a daily dtc bus pass of rs 50. i was standing on delhi university metro station stand. a green low floor bus of route no TMS came whose number was DLIPC 8027. At the same time a cluster bus of TMS route also came. In delhi bus shelters are made in a seperate line. The cluster bus entered in the bus shelter lane but the dtc bus didn't entered in the bus shelter lane. Even i waved off the hand to the driver to stop the bus. But he didn't stopped the bus. Then after some time a second low floor bus of green colour of same TMS route whose number was DLIPC 7959 came with two another buses of different routes. All three were coming in the bus shelter lane. TMS route no bus was at last. Bus driver opened the bus gates at there only. I was standing at the bus shelter. I waited for the bus to came at the bus shelter. When the bus came at the shelter driver didn't stopped the bus, as he has already stopped the bus backwards. So i ran after the bus. Then the driver stopped the bus and opened the gates. When i asked him that why he didn't stopped the bus there. He talked with me in a very bad manner. Even he abused me also. Please do something regarding my complaint.

Muneshwara Block, Amruthahalli, Byatarayanapura, Bangalore.. I am working at Manyata Tech Park. I used to come home from the office after 10 PM. In the mentioned address more than 15 street dogs are troubling us in the night. In the mid night all these dogs are barking. Its disturbing our sleep also. Please take these dogs away from our street. Thanks in advance.

please mend the service of 392 noida route
and
pay attention towards their bus starting timing
they always stay behind the private buses because of their own corruption
they take amount of bribe from the private buses
without feeling shy in front of public

and they start their all the 4 or 5 buses at the same time behind the private charted bus
having taken amount of bribe

please place police security at noida sec 63 bus stand in the evening.

I take the Bus no 39 from Tri Nagar to Laxmi Nagar (Bus Route : Tri Nagar to Jheel) New Delhi daily at 6 to 6:30 pm. Mostly between 6:15 to 7:30 pm there there is no bus to Laxminagar; but in between( 6:15 to 7:30 pm) 7-8 buses (Bus no 39) with short route (all destinated to Kamla Market) are released one by one; so I have to wait for more than 1 hour to reach my home; otherwise I have to spend nearly double money by using the short route 39 no. bus. I requested to dtc worker at the Tri Nagar booth for this but he give me straight answer & told he is helpless; the schedule is made from upper management. I tried to make a complaint about it at DTC Complaint Cell at Pragati Maidan by usinng the Phone numbers[protected] and +91-[protected]) that are mentioned on their website but both the numbers are incorrect; the first no shows not in use & the mobile no. is wrong no.
This is a regular practice and most of the buses (bus no. 39) after 6:00 pm are released for short route. Please help me.

Hello Sir,

We have been witnessing a very poor service provided by DTC route number 73 and 108 starting from from Hari Nagar Clock Tower.

For example, In morning between 7:05 to 7:25 either 2-3 buses for same 73 route will start *together* and never on their time.

The passengers have to wait for long hours due to their inconsistent timings.

Moreover it is also observed that these 2 route buses are either very FEW. If not then we are facing huge difficullty to get these buses from Hari Nagar Clock Tower itself.

The drivers are in very hurry that they never properly stop buses and passengers have to board bus in a slight moving bus and that too never towards bus stop and on main road. All this is due to the fact that the drivers are either inconsistent timing or they just want to finisgh number of rounds and no matter whether the service rendered to public is of good quality or not.

Similary in evening at Mayapuri Depot both routes have same story. Either 2-3 buses with come in jitter with one full and others almost empty.. And
they will never be on time. I have personally waited at mayapuri for almost 25-30 minutes waiting for 73 and 108 and then I had to drop idea to wait for them many times.

Can you kindly review the services of these route numbers and review that behaviour followed by drivers. The services are deteriorated in last 1 year to a very bad extent. Our daily routine gets severly impacted due to their inconsistent timings and no bus at all for half hours especially between 7 to 9 am and then 7 to 9 pm

Hi Sir/ Ma’am,

I am a resident of Ramesh Nagar, and I am in dire need of your help.
There are several stray dogs in the locality that I stay in, which are a great danger to me & my family. I’ve tried talking to people in the locality, however, have received no help so far.
Kindly take the dogs away…especially one big…very Old Dog…who attacks me almost every evening while I return home from work.

I nearly escaped an accident early this morning, when this dog came charging. I am sure Female security is also one of your priorities…so please look in to this immediately.

Dear Sir / Mam,

I am a resident of Kanti Nagar at Shahadara. I would like to put some serious complaints about DTC's present operational routes like 623. Many Passengers had waiting 623 but a bus comes after 45 intervals in morning times before 9 AM and in Evening from Vasant Vihar after 6 PM.

Many times we have taken complaint book and note down our complaint, but we are not getting proper solutions for our complaint.

The same problem we are facing in the evening so as to reach our home. Those buses which have in this route which was only for Short Route like Delhi Secretariat or Jawhar lal Nehru stadium.

There are more than 1000 peoples who daily up-down through Buses

We are not requesting for Red line. We are requesting you to please provide few Buses having good conditions so as to reach office on time.

We don't say that not to give public services or not to give any facilities to other route, we request you to please provide good busses and some regularity in busses in interval of 15-20 minutes so as to reach office on time. This way you can earn more and we commuters also feel satisfied from DTC.

Kindly put up bus schedule and timings & let us know the frequency of buses. Before 10 AM as well as after 6 Pm there is no regularity of buses plying on this route. All old DTC buses are plying.

I am very hopeful that you take some immediate action on this matter, as all the students & working people which going towards Vasant vihar and other commuters feel relaxed.

Dear Sir,

I had travelled in Low Floor bus on 14th November 2011, Route No 680 bearing no.- DL 1P 7029. I caught this bus in Sector 1 R.K.at 10 pm and I was suppose to get down at next to Ber Sarai but Driver dint stop bus and after calling him he ignored us and even make comments with abusing language.The time was quarter past 10(10.15pm). I tried convince him but even he dint give time to get down on next stop too. Any way I was manage to get down on Katwaria Sarai stoppage.
I even tried calling the helpline number but alarmingly none of the numbers were in use. The staff of DTC buses are not cooperating and even they are not rendering services for the money they are charging from us. I hope the higher authorities take up this matter seriously and take quick action at the earliest.

i take a dtc bus no. DL 1P 9433 from mayur vihar phase III more for telephone exchange bus stop, noida. value of ticket for the same is Rs. 6 while the conducter demanded 10 Rs. when i denied and asked for the list of charges he misbehaved me and forced me to leave the bus.

i have been fade up so type of behaviour of such a person.

This is Pankaj Mehta , I Requested that Last Saturday (8/Oct/2011) Time Near 2:30 To 2:50 I was Coming from Vikas Puri and I Stand On Bus Stop & One DTC Low Floor Bus Came And I Gave One Indication to Bus driver For stoping Bus Because I want To Go Home but he didn't Stop The bus .I was requested More that 10 times that Please Open The Door ,Please Open The Door But There is no response after that I came on main Gate of dtc bus and told to Bus driver that please open the door but Again he didn't response after that I knocked very forcely on Dtc Gate and dtc Gate glasses break

And after that Dtc bus driver stop the bus and caught me and and they force me that u just sit in bus and after that they beat me around 15 minute To 20 minute at that time someone call on Police PCR through mobile by dialing 100 and after 10 minute police PCR came and few police officers have came and ask me what happen and I told him to all situation very deeply and they told me come on Police station (paschim vihar) With Bus and when I reached in police station then At the time of discussion Bus Conductor And Driver Told Me You Will Have To Pay Rs 6500 (Six Thousand Five Hundred Only) For That Damage Because we have to Deposite That Money In Bus depot .After The Discussion they told me

U just give me Rs 3000( Three Thousand only) and my Mamaji CAme and gave him to RS 3000
BUt they Didn't give me any deposite slip

I M requesting that please take Some Strict action On Bus Driver & conductor Because They Beat Me very Dangerously and using Absuing Language To Me and after taking any Legal Action Please Informed me I m Giving You My Information

Hi,

I would like to bring in your notice that bus number 978 (Route from Najafgarh to Azadpur) have first changed their route (instead of coming from Nangloi Najafgarh Road, its coming from Mundka) and now they have cut down the route and all buses end at either Peera Garhi or Punjabi Bagh.

It creates lot of inconvenience for those who need to travel to Ashok vihar, Shalimar Baghor Azadpur. In Morning, I have waited for 2 hours at Nangloi many times in the look for bus till Azadpur (Bus no. 935 from Mundka to Azadpur is also absent) but eventually I need to take 2 buses to reach Azadpur.

I have heard a pathetic answer from one conductor who told me that If we would not make money in the route then how could we take buses on that route.

Moreover when I tried to call the complaint numbers of DTC, they are not working. It has crossed all limits.

If they can bring 1 bus in every half hour, then that would do the purpose.

Would expect some solution to this problem.

conductor took the money (5 rs from khirki gaon to mehrauli), but didnt give the ticket
3-4 people in front of me. he took the money. didnt give the ticket , said just sit.
night time around 10 pm.
it also happened to me earlier same time, on the route of 764, near same time
these conductors are young , near 25-30 aged.

I am a resident of vasundhara enclave Delhi 96. Since the beginning we are facing big transportation problem from this area,but in 3-4 months buses were going through our area.The DTC Route No.118 and 378 buses were going through vasndhara but now a days if they like they go through vasundhara otherwise they wont and the buses are not available in peak hours, which results in great deal of inconvenience for the commuters.The shift inchrage is also not taking any adequate step to divert other non plying route buses in these route.Most of the people wait here for buses and the buses dont come inside vasundhara. Today(16/9/2011) i was coming in 378 and i asked the conductor will it go to vasundhara he replied yes but the driver didnt take the cut instead he took it direct and when i asked the driver he rudely said that i should have told him,but if the route is through vasundhara then why should i tell him.it was his fault.Yesterday i asked the 118 bus will it go to vasundhara he told no but one more 118 bus came he told me the bus will go.I dont understand the routes of these buses(the bus no are DL1P C 8347 DL1P B 1435).You are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously & do the needful, so as the commutters thrusting upon the DTC operation won't get cheated.

Mai aap logo ka dhyan is baat ki or dilana chahta hu ki DTC ki bus School students ke saath kitna bura vyavhar karti hai, mai aaj (15/09/2011) 2.15 pm par Multan nagar near Peeragarhi ke stand par khada tha vaha par bahut sare student bhi the, lakin DTC ki bus vaha ruk hi nahi rahi the, student bar bar dodte hue buses ki tarf ja rahe the lekin driver bus hi nahi rok rahe the, maine students se pucha to unhone kaha ki hamare sath to yah roj hota hai, kai bar students ko chot bhi lag jati hai, mera DTC Deptt se yeh sawal hai ki jab aap Students ka DTC Pass banate ho to bus stand par kyo nahi rokte

This complaint is with reference to the bus number registered as DL1P C 7462. it is DTC's low floor green bus on the route number 166. this complaint is for the date 6 september 2011 when I was witing for the bus at Wazirpur Industrial area, Ashok Vihar to come to Deep Market, ashok Vihar.
This bus came and stopped but didn't opened the front gate even for the ladies(including myself). We could not even enter from the back gate because it was so crowded and people were swinging on the gate nad gate was opened when the bus left.

To my shock was that even traffic police men were standing just 10 metres away and they were just mute onlookers. When I asked them that why they didnt stopped the bus for us, they were just so corrupted cops that they said, " we can't do anything. bus depot is nearby only, you go there and make the complaint."

I just want that you take some strict action against the bus driver and even the cops(who were on duty there) if possible.
Its just not happening and adding more trouble in travelling even from college.

DTC Department before run the bus Route No.618 (Shadipur Depot to Safdarjung Terminal) but yet this route no. no one any bus....and much people Shadipur depot or West Delhi to come South Delhi much problem suffer.....and much problem is official people he/she come to South Delhi and no any bus Like Munirka, R.K. Pura, NCERT, IIT Gate, Bhikaji Cama Place, Dhaula Kuan other places.....i m requested that the DTC department again this route no....

bus no.727 ki frequency waise hi bahot kharab hai aur jo express bus hai uske drivers APS colony k stop pe bus ko rokte hi nhi hain.kuch bolne pe kehte hain ki stoppage nhi hai.so plz unse boliye ki atleast bus roka karen kyunki kharab frequency aur bhid hone k karan hum log jo usme jana chahte hain wo bhi usme nhi ja pate hain.aur agar stoppage sach me nhi hai to plz 727 ka stoppage APS colony ko bhi banaya jaye.

i m a student and transport daily to AIIMS from APS colony by DTC bus no.727 which has a very poor frequency.being a girl i have to wait for abt 30-40 min for the bus to come.as it is the only bus from paalam to medical and safadarjung,all the patients and army personnels board on the bus in extremely large numbers due to which there remains no space even to stand.ladkiyon k liye is bus me bahot problem hoti hai kyunki kai log iska galat faida bhi uthate hain. so kindly increase the frequency of this bus to every 5-10 min in public interest.we are suffering alot,so plz do the needful as soon as possible.
