[Resolved]  DishTV — DishTV very poor service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I’m Vijay Krishna Srivastava from Guwahati and I purchased DishTV connection of 3months subscription scheme as on 25/April/2008. After couple of weeks, I’m continuously facing “No access / Signal not found” problem apart from this problem I’m also in problem of their customer care services of such a reputed group. Whenever I call at [protected] (East region) they never pick their customers calls only one line is repeated continuously “this week is for Hera phere movie order your demand movie” but I ever get the line of their customer executive to tell my problem & this phone line is chargeable also, so after 15-20 minutes of wait I’ve to cut my phone from my side. This is really a very good service of Zee network enterprise for their main customer because they know they the existing customer is in their hand, so it is good not to hear their problems. When I call at DishTV Toll free Airtel mobile no. of Nodia, they pick the phone but ask me to hold the line but after that no reply for a long time and finally they disconnect the line from their side. So this is the Goodwill of Zee network / Dish TV. I mail to dish TV number of times regarding my problem of “No access / Signal not found” which was solved but again after few days it repeated itself. This is my final e-mail to Zee network enterprise / DishTV else I’ve to prepare myself for suit a file in consumer form. I’ve a proof against your customer care executive regarding holding the customer for a longtime and disconnect the line as I record it in my mobile phone.

sir,
when i start my t.v. then t.v. show "call the customer care.i call customer care then customer care exuitive said, call after two hours.i call after two hours then they said, call after two hours.
Last time i recharge my dish t.v.20.4.2009 for one year.my new recharge date t.v.show 29.04.2010.

Now wat v do for enjoying dish TV
disht network add sanskar, satsang bhakti, divya channels asap.
removed mgm, ftv, trenz.tv monde 5.pix, zee news.
add max devotional channels.
otherwise dish will failed no doubt.

i recharged my v/c smart card no. [protected] from malwa electronics 1st floor, fish market, near railway station, bathinda on dated[protected] evening with R/s 260=only.my package is silver pack.but message arrived on my mobile no. [protected] message tell about the recharge of R/s 225=only.i want to know fro u that R/s 35= is went to whose account.
please do enquries and give me full payment of recharge.

i'm not happy with the services of DISH TV.

I'm the customer of DISH TV since many years. My package value is Rs.150/- month. My VC No: [protected], now i'm trying to recharge thru net. while recharging, it;s not allowing me to pay Rs.150/- and it's asking to enter minimum of Rs.200/-. why should i pay Rs.50/- extra if my package cost only Rs.150/-.

My renewal date is on 18.04.2010. i[censored] won't allow me to pay Rs.150/-, i may not paying before 18.04.2010. So, u have to allow me to pay only Rs.150/- the cost of the package. otherwise i'm going to complaint to respective authourity on this issue.

if your packahe cost is Rs.150/-month. you are not suppose to collect Rs.200/- minimum payment thru net. this is not fair.

pls send me the next level escallation matrix for complaints and tell me that under which control of the GOVT. will look after this type of things.

RECHARGED WITH SIVER PACK WITH A-LA-CARTE TILL 14/06/2010, SURPRISINGLY, BEFORE A WEEK TO RECHARGE, THE COMPANY STOP A CHANNEL ( AAJ TAK) SAYING ITS NO MORE UNDER CATEGORY OF SILVER PACK, IS THIS JUSTIFIED THAT WHILE SELECTION OF PACKAGE CONTAINED SOME REQUIRED CHANNEL AFTER SOMETIME THE COMPANY DISCONTINUED THE SERVICE AND ASKING MORE MONEY FORE SAME CHANNEL?

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am DishTv subscriber My VC no. [protected]. I had Renewed my Dish TV the Dish TV subscription (6 monthly) on 18.08.2010 which was due on 24.08.2010. Today was the last day of Renewal and Our Dish TV get disconnected even after renewing the subscription before the due date. I called the Office located at Goregaon and got the reply that the service will resume within few minutes but it haven't resumed yet. I called 4-5 times but got the same reply and it has not resumed. Please Look into the matter or I might go for cancellation of your service due to poor response.

DishTV — Big ADVERTISEMENT BUT POOR PERFORMANCE

My Dishtv IVR No. is [protected]. I'm facing a line alingment problems from 27.08.10 till date. I had regularly complaint to customer care executive. Today I received a SMS. That read as " your dishtv complaint no.44004783 is resolved. We hope you are satisfied with the resolution." What does this mean??? Are'nt they joking. When they had'nt contacted me nor resolved my problems.
What about these complaint no. 44158189, 44243674,[protected]? Is it a mith.
Please let me know how can I claim and file case for mentally torturing and fooling with sentiments.

Dish TV — no one cares about complaints

HI ,
i have done instant recharge for titanium package on 11 sept 2010 for one years in DISH TV.
In instant recharge there was no option for me to select package type only i[censored] will pay 3550/-
then the account will be considered as titanium package .after recharge in my
account now its showing as platinum package with 10 month validity .
i have asked customer care people to convert my platinum package to titanium as its there fault

now i have given so many complaints but no body is serious about my problem.
I am regular customer of dish tv from last 3 years but no body from dish tv customer care is care about my complaints
i have given so many complaints but same reply it will resolved in 24 hrs but result is same .
