[Resolved]  DishTV — DishTV very poor service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I’m Vijay Krishna Srivastava from Guwahati and I purchased DishTV connection of 3months subscription scheme as on 25/April/2008. After couple of weeks, I’m continuously facing “No access / Signal not found” problem apart from this problem I’m also in problem of their customer care services of such a reputed group. Whenever I call at [protected] (East region) they never pick their customers calls only one line is repeated continuously “this week is for Hera phere movie order your demand movie” but I ever get the line of their customer executive to tell my problem & this phone line is chargeable also, so after 15-20 minutes of wait I’ve to cut my phone from my side. This is really a very good service of Zee network enterprise for their main customer because they know they the existing customer is in their hand, so it is good not to hear their problems. When I call at DishTV Toll free Airtel mobile no. of Nodia, they pick the phone but ask me to hold the line but after that no reply for a long time and finally they disconnect the line from their side. So this is the Goodwill of Zee network / Dish TV. I mail to dish TV number of times regarding my problem of “No access / Signal not found” which was solved but again after few days it repeated itself. This is my final e-mail to Zee network enterprise / DishTV else I’ve to prepare myself for suit a file in consumer form. I’ve a proof against your customer care executive regarding holding the customer for a longtime and disconnect the line as I record it in my mobile phone.

i have take a Rs 125 silver pack on 5 dec 2009
and my complaint is that it has showing the due date as on 26 dec 2009 in case of showing 5th of jan 2010 . & when i was going for the dish tv distributor for this, he was do nothing for this so i m here to make a complaint against this.
so i request u to solve this problem so as the customer never face any kind of difficulties for this in future.

DishTV — software problems

Sir, my VC NO is-[protected] and I have got problems of hanging of set top box and scrambled channels I complaint to dish tv consumer care but result is nil, they say go to dealer and get set to set down load software as your software version is old and you have to upgrade and pay Rs-250/+.
My point is my hardware is serviceable and software up gradation responsibilities rest with Dish Tv hence my set top box software is to be up graded through satellite with out any charge.

Dish TV — POOR RESPONSE

I RECHARGED FOR 60 DAYS THE SOUTH SILVER PACK.BUT AT THE END OF 51 DAYS ITSELF MY ACCOUNT WAS DEACTIVATED AND I WAS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO VIEW THE FREE CHANNELS.I WAS FORCED TO PAY.WHEN I PAYED FOR ANOTHER 2 MONTHS THE SOUTH SILVER PACK COSTING 250 RUPEES, I WAS REQUESTED TO CALL THEM AGAIN 24 HOURS LATER.WHEN I CALL NOW I WAS MADE TO HELTER SKELTER.NO ONE IS ANSWERING MY PHONE...........PLS DO NOT INVEST MONEY IN DISH TV........IT IS AN FRAUD COMPANY...I AM FED UP
ples. change dishtv pakeg gold to silver pack Rs. 125 per month. payment 250 alredy recharge last dated[protected] and last date recharge[protected], my VC No. [protected], my Mob. No. [protected] and [protected] .

DishTV — Worst Service

We have subscribed with Platinum pack,particular channel called Chutti tv is unable to view since january 2010.The same has been complained to the Dishtv customer service people.They didnt provide any solution past 2 months but all they can say is your complaint has been forwarded to the technical department but there is no sign of solution.....Really worst service i have ever faced.

Any could help me approach this issue NEXT LEGAL level.

my dish tv card number is [protected] 4, which is not working at present time so this is humble request that please send me to way by which i can activate my card.
hi my dishtv v.c. no is [protected] i hve recharge the pack of 250 rs by sms but still service is not updated and channels are not coming .
I HAVE RECHARGED MY DISH TV ON 7FEB10 FOR RS250. FIRSTLY IT DISPLAY MESSAGE TO NEXT RECHARGE DATE ON 3RD APRIL10 AND NOW DISPLAY 20 MAR10.

DishTV — noactivation setmax

I sent you sms for four times toactivate set max14/03/2010 but ther is no right
now

I all redy on set top box intwo hour many times
though my subscrition paid upto 09 apr 10, signal is going off every now and then displaying REACHARGE IMMD TO AVAIL SERVICES. I have reported it several times telephonically. VC NO -[protected]

Dish TV My account not update last two months
when ever u telecast the match...the cable operator mostly show the advertisements, , , , even thay miss some balls...so its mine humble request to u pls give ur channel on dd direct, , , so that we can see ur channel program correctly...tx and regards suresh go swami
