[Resolved]  DishTV — DishTV very poor service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I’m Vijay Krishna Srivastava from Guwahati and I purchased DishTV connection of 3months subscription scheme as on 25/April/2008. After couple of weeks, I’m continuously facing “No access / Signal not found” problem apart from this problem I’m also in problem of their customer care services of such a reputed group. Whenever I call at [protected] (East region) they never pick their customers calls only one line is repeated continuously “this week is for Hera phere movie order your demand movie” but I ever get the line of their customer executive to tell my problem & this phone line is chargeable also, so after 15-20 minutes of wait I’ve to cut my phone from my side. This is really a very good service of Zee network enterprise for their main customer because they know they the existing customer is in their hand, so it is good not to hear their problems. When I call at DishTV Toll free Airtel mobile no. of Nodia, they pick the phone but ask me to hold the line but after that no reply for a long time and finally they disconnect the line from their side. So this is the Goodwill of Zee network / Dish TV. I mail to dish TV number of times regarding my problem of “No access / Signal not found” which was solved but again after few days it repeated itself. This is my final e-mail to Zee network enterprise / DishTV else I’ve to prepare myself for suit a file in consumer form. I’ve a proof against your customer care executive regarding holding the customer for a longtime and disconnect the line as I record it in my mobile phone.

i have recharge my gold package through mobile my vc no is [protected]-1 and rechage is done by itz card account no[protected] and pass ward 3363 . After sending the message i got a massage from your side that my recharge is due please chek the same and giv me feed back.
Dear Sir,
I want to inform you that I am naot the customer of the dish tv but I am daily recieving the sms on my mobile four times a day.I am irretated due to this.
So, kindly take some action and don't send the sms.

My complaint is that everytime, I make a payment of my subscription, the message is not being updated automatically. I had to make a call to get it updated. This is being happeing for more than 1 year since i got the dishtv installed.
I made my last payment on 1.8.09 and still the message had not been updated.
I, request you to look into the matter and issue neccessary direcations so that my due dates are updated automatically in the message once the payment are received by your office.

due is only in January 2010, I request them to reinstall the dish they gave me a complaint no
and within 2 days send me SMS saying my complaint has been resolved. I again called up then they
told it will be installed within 48 hours now it is more than 72 hours and their is no information from them.

Very Very bad service.

[protected] facing problem to received unwanted calls and sms from more than 4 months with hundred of messages and calls, and also in the name of maximum no.'s of man enrolled this number. its surprise i never been buy any dish tv connection in my life. please disconnect this mobile number from dish tv cutomer directory.

This is Rohan Jain a subscriber of Dish TV network. I am pretty upset by the servises of Dish TV. I suggest you not to go for Dish TV any ways. All the other servises will provide you intaller and a good after sales servises but in case of Dish TV Network it is not like that. When you call your service provider to provide service when you have any problem they willn charge extra money from you but the other providers will not charge any money and will provide you good services also.

So please its my humbel request to all of you please dont go for Dish TV any ways...

I got my Dish TV recharge on 9th september 2009 for Rs150/=but suddenly it got expired on 22nd september 2009. now dealer is saying that we have to pay for the platinum charges or we have to deposit Rs 300 to watch any channel as we got our dish recharged for silver.
This is totaly wrong . Loot Bazar. ka Maal.
Now we feel it was a mistake to buy this scheme.
