30 MINUTES TAG LINE....THERE IS NO MEANING FOR THIS....WE ORDERED 4 PIZZAS FROM NOIDA SEC-18 ON 20/08/2011.THEY CAME AFTER APPROX 55 MINS AFTER TAKING ORDER.WE PLACED THE ORDER FOR SEC-16 NOIDA WHEN WE TOLD THEM TO DELIVER PIZZAS FREE OF COST AS PER THEIR TAG LINES THEY PEOPLE DENIED.

THIS IS ALL BULL ....

    On 14th of August i called up dominos pizza Janakpuri branch to deliver a pizza in my area (Vaishali on dabri palam road)but they refused to deliver by saying that this area doesnot come under us.But previously i have seen dominos pizza delivery boys delivering the pizza in our area and i asked them also that from which branch they come from and they told me from Janakpuri branch.In just want to tell the respective authorities that there should be no double standards.I talked to Neeti(team member)and Ashish Shift Manager and both of them they refused.

      I had done an online order on 07/08/2011. the payment was successful. but the order didn't go through kitchen. It said a message to call store that's it. I called up the store they said that the money would be refunded within 7 working days. i didn't get any mail regarding this from dominos also. Its more than 7 working days now. kindly check into the issue.

        Hi,

        My name is Om Prakash Singh, a resident of Dhanbad. I am a loyal customer to Dominos for more than 5 years and keeping that experience in mind, I thought of ordering a pizza from a new Dominos outlet in Dhanbad.

        But that was a big mistake. First they have taken wrong order, second they have delivered the pizza in 50 minutes, third they havn't delivered what actually being ordered, fourth they have overcharged me, fifth is the major one i.e the Managers behaviour instead of listening to my problem he was emphasizing on my discount given.

        When I have asked for a corporate discount, he simply refused it and told me that he will not give any discount to me in future. I've never expected this sort of behaviour from a Dominos manager.

        I would request you to not spoil Dominos image with this sort of behaviour. I am loyal customer to Dominos from past 5 years. And if this continues then they will surely loose valuable customers.

        This is all about humiliating treatment by the Dominos Pizza with its old and valued customers. Yesterday, I started ringing Dominos Pizzas tel nos.[protected] and [protected] since 2115 hrs. Since I am a regular customer and my mobile no. was registered, I was told by the answering machine that my call is being transferred to Green Park Store, i.e., the store which served me the last order. However, nobody cared to pick the call at Green Park Stores till 2215 hrs. However, to my good luck, the call was picked finally at 2216 hrs. and my order was taken (2 Cheese Burst Pizza with topping of Double Cheese Margareta and four Choco Lava nut cakes). However, when the order was not served till 2250, I again called and I was told that due to rush it would take one more hour to deliver the order. However, to my utter surprise when the order did not materialize till 2345, I called up again and again to the Dominos Number but nobody cared to pick the phone. Since, all the food courts hereby were already closed, there was no other alternative with my family but to sleep hungry. This kind of welcome to a New Year by Dominos Pizza is really intolerable, especially with its old customers. Now, I feel that I have no other alternative but to approach the Consumer Court or appropriate legal authorities for redressal of my grievances with the help of the recorded calls I have with me, so that recurrence of such incidents are avoided in future and customers like me are not cheated henceforth.

        I ordered pizza from Domino's Velacheri outlet in Chennai. The delivery came after 50 minutes. I asked the delivery boy that he is 20 minutes late and should give me the pizza for free. He told me to talk to the manager. I called the manager of the outlet Mr. Manjunath. The slacker told me that this time we can't give it to you for free but next time we will give you 50% discount on your order. Yesterday, I ordered pizza again and reminded Manjunath about his last time's promise. He said, ok sir place your order. I ordered and the bill was of Rs.970. I asked for the discount, he said that after discount you have to pay Rs.798. What the hell! I talked to him for 15 minutes but he was obstinate. I talked to the All India Helpline number to lodge a grievance. But in vain. And so, Domino's have lost a loyal customer. I will never ever order pizza from Domino's.

        I am a regular customer of domino in Rama murthy nagar at Bangalore, and I had a very bitter experience with them.
        I had ordered having there Veg doubles with combo offer at 8:45pm date 22nd May 2012 .After half hour I went and enquired one person who had taken my order because I did not get the order bill, ( there were some problem with system )
        then I shouted and asked my money back then that particular person came and requested me that to stay for few minutes. after few minutes finally he brought my pizza.
        By the time I have changed my plan to go home and watch the cricket match so I have changed to take away.
        There is no tomato ketchup. I went out with frustration
        There is no use and through cup for pouring water.
        This bad experience happening me 3 rd or 4th time.

        Domino's Pizza — not giving the 30 min guarantee

        we had placed an order and like everytime was expecting the 30 min garuntee bt they saidthat we will not get it as it was late and the time was 10 pm only...he was arragont and rude . this happened at ridhhi sidhhi outlet in behala.

          I order a single veg Domino Pizza and i coke,order no. being 39 and Tin No. being [protected] on 08/06/2011 at 1:14 PM. I found an insect in a coke while i was drinking and it may also happens that i have drunk few insects too. I also have a stomach pain after drinking that coke. When i complaint to the dominos, they doesn't respond to me and said the coke was sealed and it was the mistake of the cocacola.

          Now, I want a mandatory response from the Dominos and also the compensation.

          Domino's is right, if they gave you a sealed bottle and if that product is not manufactured by Domino's, then its the responsibility of the manufacturer - you should complain to them and refer about purchase made from Domino's store.

          But, unfortunately, once seal is open (and as it happens in case of home delivery) neither Domino's nor Coke will take any responsibility for this.

            Hi Team,

            I, Magesh Vijayan, working in Manyata Embassy Business Park (Manyata Tech Park), Bangalore.

            Today, 05 Aug 2011, in Dominos outlet based out of Manyata, our lunch turned out to be a nightmare. I placed an order for Fresh Veggie Cheese Burst Pizza at 02:01 PM (I am submitting herewith all the details, bill, phone no’s contacted, Pics of store manager and store guys, etc), but up to 02.40 PM we weren’t served. After 45 Min or so I suppose, I went up to the counter to ask for my delivery. But the Guys in the counter (Kumar and Sandeep) asked me to bear with this delay as there were other customers also waiting for delivery like me. If that’s the case, the pizza’s should be delivered free of cost as per Domino’s, but he refused to give it at free of cost.

            When I asked the Store delivery guy, Kumar to give Store Manager Avinash’s contact number, he refused initially and after long argument he gave a mobile number stating that it is his Manager number but in this case also I hope he cheated me. He had given his own number as managers number ([protected]), when I contacted that number and tried to escalate my complaint, I had asked him to come to the counter and speak to me personally, but he refused. And later the counter guy returned the money after long argument and I came out of the store.

            At last the store manager Avinash came from no where and the store guys were speaking something to him pointing fingers on me. I tried taking snap’s of them through mobile, the Manager at the counter got angry and tried to grab my mobile. When I hesitated to give, he tried to hit me physically and there after I walked out of the store.

            1. Is this the way to treat Customers at your store?
            2. Is this the meaning of delivering happiness as you say?
            3. If delivery can’t be done on time why are they taking orders?
            4. My lunch with my colleague was ruined.
            5. The guys in your outlet wasted our valuable time.
            6. At the end we got nothing and walked out of the store.
            Expecting a reply on this.

              I had ordered a pizza and pasta vide bill no 324 dated 30.07.2011

              To meet the 30 minutes deadline , Dominos Mulund delivered the Pizza without the pasta. This was an incomplete delivery and I was demanded to pay the full amount

              For follow-up I got the pasta which I had already paid only after 6o Minutes

              The Stores Manager did not come on the telephone for 15 minutes and thereafter was giving a silly excuse that the order was missed due to heavy rains

              I ordered & got pizza from domino's Ranchi on 09/12/2012, after i & my 7yrs son eat it we were having whole night vomiting & loos motion which on next day Dr confirms as food poison, till now we have problems in stomach its paining & loose motion continue . My order was of Rs 701 /- which was delivered to my home at magistrate colony, Ranchi & taken my no as [protected]. it was surely expiry products, to safe life plz punish them.
              Same problem i ordered in Dominos on 12 th feb 2015, amount got deducted twice which has been confirmed from the bank also when i called customer care in ashok nagar they said with in 7 working days payment will be refunded, kindly check with that and help t

                Hi ,

                The Dominos Pizza Centre Mgr Avinash Sawant reachable in Mobile Number :[protected] claim customers take undue advantage. Being in the service industry , the manager of the centre(Gokhuldam) does not have ethics to talk to the customer and they are not bother in future if I dont place an order.

                I received an message from Dominos , there will be an return gift for customers . 20% off on Pizza bill . Min Bill Rs 3.50 without coupon code and validity till 7 th of Aug. I called to place my order , the call was redirected to the Manager of the centre, when i explained about the discount , he passed the comment circastically I cannot provide the discount to all the customer , since at times customer take undue advantage. Morever the discount amount is 100 , which i have never asked in earlier orders, since i regularly order from this centre . The manager was very rude and kept on arguing , and also hanged over the phone. Dominos this was not expected from you all............

                This was an sad expirence , I would like to take an strict action against it because it impacting Dominos image in the market . Last not but least in the service industry Customer is always right , however this Manager has forgotten this, very shameful.

                  On the other hand when the system was proceeding on my computer suddenly a message popped up that the system could not complete the transaction.

                  I had conversation with the PALDI outlet manager and he suggested to place a complaint in this regard.

                  I oredered for a pizza under the login id: [protected] and the bill amount was 744.94. I was re directed to my bank website for net payment and i made the payment. The amount was deducted from my account but the dominos site replied payment unsuccesful. hence my order has not been placed and the amount has been deducted from my account. I am attaching the screen shot of the bank transaction. Please refund my amount asap so that we can maintain a good relationship in the future too.
                  I had placed at order today at Venus atlantis, Prahaladnagar, Ahmedabad outlet and didnt got the delivery even after 45 mins. I called up the outlet to find out and the manager Mr. Nirav Patel said that they cannot deliver within 30 mins and we will have to wait for another 15 to 20 mins. I wonder why there is a tag line that dominos delivers within 30 mins if they cannot fulfill it. Even while placing the order he person who took the order was not clear about the rates. He kept us on hold very often. I request to please take into consideration and work to improve the service of the outlet.

                    We called Dominoes Pizza,Nxt to Bhagwati Hospital @ 21:20pm on 20/July/2011 to order a Cheese & Pepperoni pizza,And just few minutes before we had bought the Take away tariff sheet
                    Upon calling Dominoes pizza to order for a INR 485 Cheese & Pepperoni pizza (costing mentioned in Tariff sheet) we were told that we would have to pay INR 675 for the same,Which is absurd and Rafiq the manager told us about all these charges about INR 55 and taxes,This is crazy either the staff needs to know about the product or Dominoes Pizza is cheating,We ordered the same Pizza from another well known pizza provider and paid INR 505 including 4 slice of Garlic Bread

                      I ordered a pizza from Dominos Gurgaon today 19/07/2011. By chance I turned a half eaten piece of pizza, I generally don't do that, and found a blue colored chunk of plastic in it. Moreover, the Pizza was half cooked. It is shocking to see companies like dominos are providing such low quality of food to the consumer and are charging so much. They should be using quality crust for making their pizzas.                       Dominos Pizza — BITTER, LOW QUALITY FOOD

                      I HAD ORDERED 2 GARLIC BREADS AND 1 MARGERITA SMALL ON YOUR KIRTI NAGAR OUTLET YESTERDAY ON 23-4-11 AT 10.12PM VIDE ORDER NO.293 ON NAME OF MANPREET SINGH,[protected]. AFTER EATING THE G.BREADS WE CAME TO KNOW THAT THEY WERE BITTER IN TASTE, AND PIZZA WAS UNDER COOKED.I CALLED BACK AND MENTIONED THE SAME AND THE DOMINO;S PERSON ACCEPTED THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM IN THE SAME AND THEY ARE RECEIVING THE COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME AND THEIR IS SOMETHING WRONG IN OIL OR SOMETHING AND WE'LL CHANGE THE ORDER. NOW, AGAIN THE SAME ORDER WAS DELIVERED AND THIS TIME THE GARLIC BREADS WE FAR MORE BITTER THAN THE PREVIOUS ONE. TO DAY MORNING 24-4-11 I RECEIVED AN APOLOGY CALL FROM MANAGER POOJA AND WAS ASKED FOR THE REFUND.WHICH WE DID.BEIEVE ME AT THIS TIME EVEN I CAN FEEL THE BITTER TASTE OF G.BREADS STILL ON MY TONGUE AFTER 30 HRS.BEING DOMINOS COSTUMER FROM LAST 10 YEARS I AM REALLY DISAPPONTED FOR THE SAME AND WANT AN EXPLAINATION.                         Please be advised that i have a e-gift voucher worth Rs.500. However, i tried to order using the voucher code it shows an error message as "Invalid Code".

                        It would be glad if anyone could instruct me how to use this voucher. ASAP

                          I order a two pizza to Dominos online on 14th July 2011.First they accepted the order and given a confirmation call on my Mobile no. after their site refused to precede the order saying Exceed the limit of tries and Dominos I.P etxn will call me. After 2 - 3 mins I got a call from them and I placed my order. The order taker was SAUD 1 My bill no. 190 and confirmed the Time of order and amount of order.

                          I received my order within time but Pizza's was cold, and then after delivery boy confirmed again about my discounted item in bill, after being confirmed he given me the order and left my place after taking the amount as per bill.

                          After 15 - 20 mins. I got again a call from Dominos regarding that I have them Rs. 78 more. When I asked for what? they said it is for the Garlic Bread with Cheese dip which I ordered, whereas it was actually free through a online Coupon (which I have already informed SAUD while taking the order), on this they started giving different excuses and they started arguing with me and SAUD given me a threatening that in future they will not serve me any order from there.


                          Is this you call Way of Talking, Way of Customer Service, you call it World's No. 1 company in Pizza's.





                          I REALLY DOUBT & IT'S REALLY STRANGE. NOT EXPECTED FROM DOMINOS.

                            Hi i m great fan of Domino's from the last 10 years and i ordered pizza from it regularly on 09.07.11 i have ordered a pan for all pizza and galic bread with chees from Indirapuram, Aditya mall, Ghaziabad, UP India outlet at 9:27 PM the person over the phone told me that we wont be able to deliver the pizza within 30 min as it is considered as bulk order. But i have recived the pizza after 1 1/2 hours i.e. by 11 Pm i tried to contact the outlet so many times but no body pick the phone, and the above all the delivery man dont even have the manger phone number. The pizza i recived is almost cold and its taste almost gone. I cn understand that as it is a bulk order it will take time but more than 1.6 hours is really not convincing me whereas the outlet is hardly at 5 min. walking distance away from my residence. Although i have recived the delivery but the pizza and the bread are really not at all in the state to eat.                             As i ordered some pizzas and it came so late. It takes about 25 minutes delayed as per the delivery time. According to the Dominos delivery system the delivery after half an hour will treat as free. Here i am attaching the proof of our order for your reference.

                              I faced the same problem today, and I am still waiting for confirmation of my order even after 4 hrs. My payment of Rs.775/-is debited from my account, and there is no response from Dominos. I am hooked to their customer care line, but even after 15min there is no response. I hate Dominos.

                              Thanks Domino's Customer Care, for bringing your attention to the customers grievances. In my case, the money has returned back to my bank account after ~4 days. But the initial inconvenience is not forgiven, as this was my Aunt's marriage anniversary, and I planned to give them a surprise.                               My be order on pizza by you senator on croslever mall but he say to me no delivery on your door step because your area is not cover in my location cover because a nagaitive area show.

                              I ordered pizza worth Rs 603 at 8:00 pm on 16/05/15 from the dominos store in serilingampally, Hyderabad. The pizza did not arrive even at 9:00 pm. i tried calling the store, but for 15 mins, the lines were apparently busy. finally a lady attends the call and tells me my delivery will be there in a couple of minutes. its 9:45 pm now. and yet there is no delivery. and guess what? no one is even bothering to lift my phone call. if you cannot back up your promises of 30 minute deliveries, don't make them. don't take people for fools and make them wait for hours on an end and not even deliver. im disgusted with myself for trusting you people to be competent and now the whole family is having to adjust with water for dinner. you should be ashamed of yourselves.
                              Ordered at 9:15. I was told, the delivery can only be made in an hour. I called up after an hour and ten minuted and was told that it'd be delivered in another ten minutes. It wasn't delivered in by that night. Poor service and management. Shouldn't introduce the offer if the outlet can't handle it. Stupid, dumb management. Can't assess their stores before going ahead with offers.

                                My daughter harleen ordered 3 cheese pizzas from dominos on Saturday 2 July 2011.
                                The pizzas were not fresh even we were hungry we diidnt ate the said pizas , I have complained on dominos wesite there was no satisfactory response from their representative who called after complaint he told me that you must have complained to me before posting complaint on website. Just this much.
                                Very bad device from dominos.
                                Beware to order again on dominos or reconfirm that u get fresh pizza.

                                    I placed an order for Pizzas at 2040 hrs on 19 Jun 11 at Dominos Colaba branch on phone No.[protected]. At 2145 the order was not delivered to me so I made a call to Dominos, I was told order has allready been dispatched and will be reaching any time. At 2200 Hrs the order was not delivered, I again made a call to Dominos, this time i was assured that order will reach any time. At 2230 I once made a call to Dominos and requested to speak to Manager and i was connected to Mr. sunny he told me that he will be calling back after 05 min checking the status. 15 min past at 2245 i again made a call to Mr. Sunny and reminded him of call back, the manager firmly told me that order could not be delivered of some funny excuse and assured me that the item would be resend and will be delivered in next 15-20 Mins. The items never reached. It is about 2345 that i am writing complaint.This has lead a child suffer eagerly waiting for Pizza, what the company promises that item will be delivered in 30 mins forget 30 mins after so much of conversation with the staff and manager the items never got delivered.The response the manager and staff towards a customer is rediculos. The people shoul be punished that child slept with out food waiting for Dominos pizzas.

                                      I ordered for a pizza at 8 50 pm from Dominos in Ajay Nagar kolkata Order No 216.A lady picked up the phone,took down the order and told me that the service guarantee of 20 minutes would not be applicable.I told her that 1 hour would be fine which means the pizza could be delivered at 9 50 pm.I started calling up the outlet from 9 50.No one picked up the call till 10.40 after which one Mr Ramesh answered the phone and introduced himself as the manager.He told that the pizza has been despatched but they cannot trace the person.On sustained questioning he admitted that they had messed up and offered to deliver the pizza within 20 minutes past 11 pm.
                                      My son who was expecting it summed it up in one word telling Papa we will never order a pizza from Dominos.Cant understand what delivery mechanisms and system checks they have where they dont know that a pizza is not delivered even after 2 hours of placing the order.
                                      Its ony when the customer calls up do they realise that they have not sent the order.Amazing service to match the tagline 20 minutes nahin to free

                                      Order No. : There is no order no. as I plced the order for One Large Golden delight Piza with several assortments over telephone at 4.30PM and asked to deliver it positively at 8.30 PM. Someone promptly told me to keep ready Rs. 857.00 handy and cross checked my address with the provided land no. as well as another no. so as to assure that I am not a hoax. Anyway whem the pizza failed to reach at 9.00PM I rang up and the person receiving the call after keeping me waiting for few minutes told me that my pizza is on the way. Sadly it never reached me though my house is hardly 10 minutes drive from the outlet. When I tried to call again someone just hung the phone in the face as if we are some pestilence of the past. At around 10.20 pm somebody turned up at the gate to deliver the elusive pizza which I promptly refused as we had to order separately for non compliance of Dominos. Sch irresponsible lacadaisical attitude and sheer lack of professionalism must stop. Kolkata is not used to this. It is of great regret that Dominos is famous. Any B category DABBA supplier would act in a better manner and at least would give a call stating the reason of delay. Dominos should leave Kolkata at once.
