i am from bangalore, i placed on order through the mobile app using my SBi credit card on 9th march 2013 . After the money was deducted the app said there was an error in processing your request and that the money would be refunded within seven days. But I never got my money credited back

    The service provided by dominos was disappointing. I had placed an order on 10/March/2013 around 8 p.m at Borivali (West), Mumbai (near Bhagwati Hospital). The representative told me that my order will get delivered at my place in 30 minutes. I waited for an hour, I called over there they said the delivery man is on its way. It didn't come for another half an hour, I called over there again they said that they don't deliver at the place I stay and instead diverted my order at Kandivali outlet.
    It was a very disgusting service of Dominos I have ever had.
    Finally it took around 2 hours and 15 minutes for my order to arrive. It was agreed that i would get a discount which they denied after arriving. We had to return the pizzas after waiting for 2hours 15mins. This kind of service is least expected. Atleast now i hope some serious action is taken.

      I Rajeev Yadav resident of 3-da-17 jawahar nagar Jaipur was (unfortunately) a regular customer of Domino's till today itself , but

      unfortunately today the most bitter experience I had with your outlet at Silver Square,C-18 Bhagwandas marg, C-scheme ,Jaipur , I think it was my

      last order to Domino's. Today at around 7.10 -7.15 p.m. I placed my order to your outlet mentioned above vide my order no 192 as it was mentioned

      on the bill . immediately after placing my order I called again to the outlet 7 requested for extra oregano seasoning . At around 7.45 your delivery boy

      came to me with my order but without a single sachet of either oregano or chilly flacks ( forget about the extra I requested) .I simply refused to accept

      the order & then I called back to your outlet & asked the counter boy to connect me to the manager . Someone called Harsh (so called manager)

      came on line and I told him the facts then he apologized & promised me to send me a fresh order as replacement within 30 min. I received the

      replacement in around 30-35 min. But it was cold & I think it was the same thing which I refused to accept at 7.45. It was my horrible experience

      today with your company & I assure you that it was my last order to domino's .

        I ordered a pizza from Domino's on 26th Feb 2013 at 4:30pm and received a confirmation call at 4:34pm.
        So according to Domino's policy of 30 min else free the carrier of the pizza gave me a call at 5:07pm which is 34min after the confirmation call and the person said that he has reached a certain place and the person delivered the pizza at 5:17pm which makes 44min after the call.
        On demanding our pizza for free the person tried to manipulate us and the branch gave us a complaint number but didn't brie[censored]s on where to call.
        So at the end it gave us no choice but to leave our pizza as it was now too cold to eat.
        So it is a kind request to consider our complaint..

        Staff taking order are not friendly some of the time they are rude. many time faced the problem for getting right contact number To place the order as some of them are illetrate.

        Recently ordered Pizza mania Single topping with Excluding Soya, From last so many time the same had been delivered to my residence. but today it was been refused bruntly and then spoke to executive in charge of the store, He answered was like this time we will deliver hence forth we will not.
        So i cancelled the order. No for next time. Then why today.

        I am sorry to tell you that you had loosed your 5 year old customer.
        It seems there is CRM practice at Domino Pizza Stores (kandivali E).

        I called to order my last order, which was 2 weeks back. They were not having my last order recorded. With my las order they did not even give the discount coupon (as they were under printing as per executive). Therefore they rejected the BT-038 coupon code while my order was delivered.

        One regular customer moves out from Domino. (Great Pizza But Not Customer Oriented)

          Hi,

          I visited Domino's Pizza outlet which is opposite to Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta road today. I must admit it was a memorable bad experience.
          I walked in into the Store at 3.05 pm and placed my order at the counter. To begin with, the lady at the counter was very confusing while explaining the order details and ongoing offers. A second person had to walk in to clear the confusion. I felt like I wasted close to about 10 mins explaining what i really want. At the time of payment person at the counter told me that the swiping machine is out of order for last 1 day and they didnt bother to put up a board asking customers to place order with cash. I was made to wait for another 15 mins just to settle the bill and i finally offered them, saying my son is hungry and take the order and give me credit and i will come back and pay the amount. They seemed to have agreed and when i sat at the table, a person walks in and says, you give your credit card and we will take it to other center which is located 3 kms away to swipe and settle the bill.
          I got shocked with his demand to ask me my credit card and take it away and i declined on the face saying, if the center has the problem with my order, i can walk out and i dont need the pizza as it was already 35 mins since i walked in into store. Upon hearing this, guy said, its okay you have ur pizza and went back and he returned after 10 mins again saying, you come with our boy to the other center to swipe the card. It was close to 45 mins since i walked in into the store and my 7 yr old son was very hungry and i got frustrated with the unfair demands by the store attendants due to faulty swiping machine.

          Either the store has to operate and function with all working gadgets for hassle free transactions for the customer. OR they could have set the right expectation with me by saying, at this point of time they are only accepting cash as the swiping machine is Out of order. What shocked me is they made me wait for close to 45 mins just to settle the bill although i gave them an option saying, if they have problem with my order, i can walk out as i didnt wanted my son to stay hungry any more.

          My order number was #27 on 15/2/2013 at Domino Pizza opposite to Meenakshi Mall, BG Road, Bangalore

            My concern is regarding order number 769
            Invoice Number : DPI65955/12-13/140758

            I have placed my online order at 8:42 pm , at 9:32 pm I have received a call from dominos Saket and they straight way told that they can't deliver at the mentioned address and then after a lot of conversation with Manager , they transfer my order to malviya nagar branch and at 10:35, I received the order. I want to know why this happen and where to lodge the complain.

              Dear Concern,

              I am writing under sheer disgust that Dominos is the worst product and service provider.. The campaign "30 minutes or free" is only for promotion and It has no link with practical service..Its a fake promise made to fool customers.

              I placed an order at Dominos, MI Road , Jaipur today at around 8.30 pm and I kept on waiting till 9.20 pm, finally when I called up customer care at 68886888, the agent connected me to Store Manager he spoke to me very rudely and said that they are going to give me some discount but I said I am waiting for long and I wont pay now so he cancelled the order and disconnected the phone in the mid of conversation.

              This is the worst response a consumer/ customer can ever get..As I am working in a Customer Service Department of Telecom Industry and I am going to make sure that Dominos deliveries are minimized with negative word of mouth.

              Please collect some of your friends and family and go to the their premises and make a big deal out of the incident in front of other customers only then will they apologize and do something about it.
              I had placed order for a pizza and coke at around 7:15 PM from the A.K. Azad Road store, Guwahati. The time is 10:00 PM now and I still have not received the pizza yet.

              I have been trying to call the store for the past 2 hours and the lines have been constantly busy. I even called the central number[protected] but all they could do was to connect my call to the store which again resulted in unanswered calls.

              This is pathetic and moronic service by a company who calls itself "Pizza Delivery experts".

              Totally unprofessinal and disgusting service.

              Hi, I am Continuously trying to reach nearest Dominos Outlet over the phone and surprisingly the person at the counter is first of all not receiving the calls and if he is receiving then disconnecting the same. again after 10-12 calls he speaks and denies to take the order telling us that now it is raining we cant deliver.

              Apparently, the hotline number is also not connecting and the online order service is also not available. with great difficulty upon contacting the particular outlet we receive a denial.

              This is a pathetic service.

              The staff in the palarivattom domino branch are too arrogant and irritating. domino pizza promises 30 mts home delivery and cash back if 99.9% or less satisfaction. but this branch never provide home delivery. so i always go directly and buy. i have to wait for almost an hour to get the orders. Once they even denied my orders saying we have enough and more orders. also last time i asked for a pastic cover they denied. finally i had to raise my voice to get it . im absolutely not satisfied with their service. I dont know why we should suffer their insults after we pay money. they are NOT providing free service. I feel this shop should be shut down.
              I have been a regular customer of Dominos and the service has gone from bad to pathetic . I'm pissed off with the incompetent staff and their clueless behaviour . They keep transferring my calls from one branch to another . Delivery guy doesn't get change even on telling them . why run it when you can't handle it?

                How can i get a refund

                I have also registered the same complaint.
                I had done an online order on 1st April, 2015. The payment was successful but the order didn't go through kitchen.
                In account summary of my Bank it's showing following :

                I dint get any message regarding the Order no. and order details from Dominos. The order wasn't delivered and hadn't been placed at all.

                  I am from Bangalore. I was trying to place an order for Dominos pizza online on their website on Jan 8 2013. The debit card transaction went through and i was taken to that webpage of Dominos which says 'Order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'Sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.' TOTAL AMOUNT 391.

                  After that i even got a mail from dominos saying Failed Order, Refund notification.

                    I ordered pizzas from sector 8 Chandigarh's branch domino's pizza on 18the and 20the January 2013 : order no. 432 and 380 respectively. food was delivered 2.30 hrs and 1hrs late respectively. I called on branch numbers 10 to 15 times, half of thee time theey did not pick up and otheer half times some one picked and nobody talked, theey just kept it aside. I have all thee call records withe me. Once somebody picked up and told we do not deliver in 30 minutes but if we deliver late more thean 50 minutes , theen you can have it for free according to company rules.
                    The delivery boy did not even botheer to say sorry , he even took thee pizzas back withe him witheout delivering.
                    First I had to wait for so long to get my delivery, and theen I could not have my dinner late night.
                    I am really very sad at thee service of domino's.
                    I really want compensation.

                      I ordered pizza, was not delivered in time, called again they told me they did a typo while writing my number and that my pizza will be delivered with discount within 10 min.. waited for another 25 min outside my house but nobody came.. called again and they said the delivery boy went and called me but the number did not connect so he has cancelled the order and that if I need the pizza. i'll have to pay in full which is against the policy of dominos. the mgr's name is rajendra pathak of malviya nagar branch. NOBODY CAME TO MY PLACE THE SECOND TIME AROUND.

                      At the end I had to order again and make the full payment of INR 318.00. I would like to get a refund of the same. My cell number is [protected].

                          I had ordered for pizza online on 07/01/2013 at around 2:30 p.m. for pick up from Cyber city, Building 8 (Tower C), Gurgaon. Amount of Rs. 472.45 was debited from my credit card (DOMINOS BILLDESK MUMBAI IN). But the store didn't receive the order and I was told that money would be refunded to my account.
                          I am yet to receive any refund from Dominos regarding the above transaction. Dominos should refund the money at the earliest.

                          DOMINOS — Refund of amount charged for pizza not delivered

                          I have made an online order to deliver the pizza at my home (Vasundhara). The first time I have made an order the same was rejected to due some technical reason. I again tried but the order was rejected this time also. After getting the order rejected, I made an order offline and dot the pizza delivered at my address and made the payment for the same.
                          The another day I checked my credit card and to my suprise the amount was charged by Dominos two time and there was one entry for refund. After going through my credit card statement I have called Dominos (Kaushambhi) managers (Mr. Shailendra & Ms. Puja) numerous time but all in vain. They are even not entertaining my request.


                          Pls take appropriate action against the people

                            CHEATED BY DOMINOS-Never buy pizzas from here---On 1/3/2013 i went to Dominos pizza store in Mira - Bhayander Road,Mumbai and showed 25% discount coupon applicable on a minimum bill value of Rs. 350 to the staff before placing the order.I placed an order as such :1 country special pizza regular size - Rs.130/-,2 stuffed garlic bread - Rs. 178 and 1 coke - Rs.29.17 and adding Service tax to it the bill totalled above 350/-.Till the time i got the bill i was of the perception that i would get 25% off on the whole bill value but then when i got the bill after making payment i was shocked to my utter belief that deduction of 25% had been made only on the pizza value and not on the other side orders i had placed.When i went to the counter and queried this,one of the staff ignorantly said that even the discount on pizza value was wrongly given to me as my pizza value was not over 350/- to which i showed him the discount voucher and explained that discount was mentioned to be given on the bill value and nowhere was it written that the discount was only on pizza value to which he pointed in the voucher showing the discount was not applicable on simply veg/non - veg pizzas,combos and beverages which i agreed but queried that unlike coke,garlic bread did not come under the term beverages and was a side order and so discount should have been given to me on that inclusively alongwith pizza value atleast,but he refused to budge and replied that without coke my bill value was falling below Rs. 350/- to which i said that it was a senseless arguement and the main criteria of the bill value being more than Rs.350/- was fulfilled.Not adhering to my request to change the bill i ultimately asked him to call the head of the store.The head came and i explained him wat had happened but he was more poorer in responding to my queries and told me that as the bill was already made he couldn't do anything and that further terms and conditions applied.When asked wat were the terms and conditions he pointed me at the voucher showing T&C* apply sign at the end which made me angry and i said wat kind of a staff are you if you don't know what kind of offers domions is offering,what are its terms and conditions and that i was not a fool and shall complain of cheating myself in the consumer court forum to which he shamelessly told me to go ahead with it.Being fussed at his behaviour I took the order placed and left the place.Pls. tell me wat is the solution as i never expected such an irresponsible behavoiur from a reputed company's employees towards its customers.(Store Address:Ground Floor Shop No 3 & 1st Floor,Gala no. 2 and Gala No.4, Mira Plaza,Opposite D-Mart ,Beside Sanghavi Nagar,Hatkesh ,Mira-Bayandar Road,Mira road [East],THANE,MAHARASHTRA Contact No.[protected]

                              Hello Domioes, Im prasad sawant and my no. is [protected], i had ordered pizzas today as i always do from the kothrud outlet of Domioes and my order no. was 93. The pizzas were more than 45min late. Now obviously we will have to get the pizza for free but more importantly, we order from dominoes because it is alwayz delivered in time, less than 30min. if that is not the case then why will we order from dominoes from now on, and not some other retaurant?
                              Also I just got the order delivered. I asked the delivery man for 300rs off on it as it was more than 45min but he said it is not valid today as it is 31st... Now today is NOT 31st december, it is 1st january...but he said 31st starts from yesterday night to today morning. I dint want to sit arguing with him as my whole family was waiting for the food and we were all hungry, But i expect a clarification on this from you. If '30min or free' is not valid on 1st january then why is it not mentioned in the menu or on the website?
                              Also i paid the delivery guy the full amount, 641...i gave him 700 but he dint hav change...so firstly he comes late and on top of everything he doesnt have change...this is the worst service in any restaurant i have experienced ever. Finally we found 50rs in the house so paid him 651rs, but he still dint even have 10rs to give us back. So i want a clarification from you on two things, wether 30mins or free is not valid is mentioned on the menu, but the fact that you people consider 31st to extend to 1st january day is valid or not....i dont know if that is retaurant policy or the delivery guy was just lying to me!
                              Secondly, how can you send delivery guys with no change at all....are we expected to always have change with us.
                              I am expecting a reply, and explanation and a written apology from you at the earliest.

                              To order pizza,I visited Dominos website & called 68886888,they told to call [protected] as the nearest outlet.When I called that guy he was clueless.Then I called the OMR outlet[protected],he told to call Velachery[protected],then they told me to call Tidel park[protected] & finally I placed my order. Dont you think its too much to demand from a customer?

                              My name is Shailendra Sharma i ordred a pizza from I.P.Extension Domino's outlet on 10 july 2011 at 10:23 PM,cost Rs 600 with order no:397.i got the pizza in very bad condition,all the toppings are seperated from the base.i called the store and talk to Avinish to replace the same and he commit for 10-20 min but upto 11:51 PM i did not get the pizza replaced.At 12:15 AM,i got the information that 2nd pizza has been deleiverd at wrong address.this is a pethatick situation that i wasted my money to buy a pizza and on phone calls to get the replacemet.Now i want my money back(original bill+my wasteage of time+one night dinner) from domino side.Its really a very worst exp with Dominos.

                              I had ordered a pizza and garlic bread online for pick up.Due to some reason I decided to eat it at the store. They provided me with a pizza which was warm at base and with cold toppings on it. Cheese not melted. I had same problem before at that time I had complained at the store. This time the same thing again. Half baked pizza. Dominos who promises to give fresh pizza can have such cheap service I wonder. We have small children who eat this pizzas. We carry pizza from store it doesnt mean they should provide us with half baked pizzas. If you can&#039;t operate a store properly Pls close it. But don&#039;t cheat the customers. Store: Hingne Budruk, sinhgad road, pune.
                              There was a get-together going on in my house. Unanimously, we agreed to order a pizza. So I called Dominos, which is my top most priority and ordered a &quot;Cheese and tomato pizza with cheese burst&quot;.
                              We were starving and eagerly waiting to devour it. It was to be delivered in Balaganj but while I was placing an order, they didn&#039;t asked for the Address so I assumed that they must be knowing our residence as my cell number was already registered there. Gradually, after about 50 minutes the delivery boy called and asked about my whereabouts in Chowk. I was disappointed as I was badly starving. I told him that he was not supposed to be there and asked him to come here in Balaganj. I agreed and told me that he&#039;ll be there in balaganj.
                              As my taste buds were excited, I can hardly bear a second delay. So, I went outside my residence to guide the poor delivery boy, in case he surpassed my residence. I waited there for a full 30min, I was madly angry as chowk was at most 10min ride from balaganj. I came back to my room and then after few minutes, I attended a call from girl at reception from dominos. They told me that their delivery boy had never taken a step towards balaganj and had came back from chowk. I was threatened as all my friends were waiting for the pizza.I have wasted a full 1.5 hours because of that dumb fellow. I asked her for the name of delivery boy, so that I mention his name here but she refused to give me his surname and left me disappointed with his first name i.e., Pawan. I further questioned about the branch from where they were calling and it was the one on &quot;Sapru marg&quot; in Lucknow.
                              I have just moved to balaganj from chowk and I didn&#039;t knew that they won&#039;t be delivering pizza there. I was so vexed at the moment. I felt like I was insulted.

Then they put me on hold 6 min then after they put conference call to store &amp; Mr. surainder took my order. 2 cheese burst pizza farmhouse after 35 min i have received the order. After payment i open the box i am shocked their handtost pizza. i have placed the order for cheese burst &amp; i have paid extra 70 bucks for the same . the i again call to store then mr surainder said its my apologies . I am sending you the fresh one . after 25 min delivery boy comes with fresh pizzas I show him to handtost pizza what I have received . then he took both handtost pizza back &amp; give 2 new pizza’s after again I have opened the pizza now pizza is cheese burst but no liquid cheese is there . I again call to surainder manager on duty . I said what is going on. I said pls come to my home its front of your store &amp; pls see the pizzza’s Quality he said sir I am alone in the store I can’t come . I said ok I will come to your store &amp; show you the pizza’s . he said sorry for that sir now restaurant is closed I can’t do anything for you . I said surainder I have paid the cheese burst pizza. what I am getting. he said sir now I can’t do anything when you again place next order any day then I make again good pizza for you &amp; give you discount also. I said now what I do . he said sorry sir pls have this pizza . now I can’t do anything. I said who is your store manager &amp; give me his number . he said Mr pramod &amp; he is sleeping write now . I convey your massage to him . he will call you tomorrow . I said who is your District Manager give me his number he said Mr Rohit is our district manager &amp; I am sorry sir I can’t give you his number also.. I said I need solution now . he said I will call you after 5-10 min but he not call me. after 20 min I call him back . he said mr pramod said he will call you tomorrow. Now I can’t do anything. Its very ember sing for &amp; my family who they are ordering for cheese burst pizza.
                              Pls see the pics of pizza’s where is cheese burst &amp; where is liquid cheese in the base pls see the pic . Dominos is the brands I am shocking there is advertisement is going on for cheese burst pizza, but there is no cheese in it. Need my money refund? Its first time I had this kind if service from dominos pizza.

                              Hi, I had placed an order on their website and I chose debit card payment on Friday 12.12.2014 My order wasn't placed but my money was deducted. Look into the same and refund my amount ASAP!

                                Almost two hours have passed after i had ordered online and there has not been any response from Dominos who promise to deliver within half-an-hour usually. Store guys are keeping all the numbers busy and the call center guys don't know how to talk. They can keep you on hold for anytime they wish. What i intend to show via this complaint is that Dominos is a poor brand when it comes to service on peak demand days. Moreover, i ordered online and paid in advance. NEVER EVER PAY IN ADVANCE ONLINE. Very poor experience.

                                  I had ordered a Dominos pizza yesterday(29 Dec 2012), invoice# DPI66042/12-13/214154 for a bill amount of 677.27. The condiments given along with the pizza were expired, Chilli flakes dated Oct 2012. The pizza arrived late, cold and card board sheet from the carton top had stuck to the pizza. When such a reputed brand name supplies expired condiments the ingredients in use at the kitchen could be questioned.A quality check of the kitchen is required as it could be a potentital health issue to people consuming their pizza. Dominos has to take measures to prevent the carton stick onto the consumable food.

                                    1. i got a late delivery 40 min instead of 30 min in spite of that also i accepted
                                    2. we had 3 slice of pizza only and its was very soggy and low quality
                                    3. immediately i called in call center in 9.22 and spoke to branch in charge and they agreed to send the same order fresh in next 20 min
                                    4. But i received another call from [protected] this no and that person start arguing with me regarding the quality of pizza
                                    5. I told him i am regular customer and this is a genuine problem
                                    6. He behave like he give me free and quality is poor and i have to through and some one come from the Domino's and he taken back the soggy pizza
                                    7. Domino's cheats me and this service is so pathetic

                                      I along with my family members comprising wife,1 son and 1 dauther visited dominoz retail outlet at birla college road ,kalyan w at 6 p.m today i.e 13/09/2011.

                                      we have ordered Butter Scotch cake 4 quantity.We have compaint/Need clarification on-
                                      1.Out let has not issued cash memo.
                                      2.We have paid Rs.240/-per piece which is costing Rs.59/-each
                                      3.More serious concern is they are serving cake which is packed on 31/08/2011.Normally branded outlets such as Monzinis are taking back thier unsold stock on next day itself.

                                      We believe dominoz is well known popular brand all over world.They always belief in quality food and customer satisfaction.

                                      I sincerely appeal concern officers to look in to period of stock holding.Whether such long storage food is higenic or not?.Altimately it will affect quality and goodwill of esteem brand.

                                        I am Radhakrishnan nair. I was just curious of an sms received on my cell of buy one get one free pizza. so i called[protected] i was connected to nigdi dominoz.
                                        the rep accepted my coupon and promised to give the discount he took my address 2 time later he handed the call to another girl she handed to noor shaikh she promised me different discount she later handed the call to dajeeth pandey my conversation went for above 45 min but they couldnt deliver whatt the first guy promised.
                                        Such a poor service 5 person taking to a customer ?
                                        dont have product knowledge?
