SOILED AND SPOILT PIZZA and pasta from CHENNAI, alwarthirugnagar branch..

I had placed and order for regular chicken mexicana and cheesy white pasta which came after a 45 mins door delivery and the box was completely soiled and the pizzza was hard. while i asked the delivery boy he claimed its because they gave him hot PIZZA like all other times we eat frozen ones. next for pasta he said the olive oil had leaked out. The pizza box was opened partially and the base was so hard. this being the reason that OVEN in store was hot. ultimately we are getting a spoilt and rotten pizza from DOMINOS. The store person explains he had stacked 4 pizzas on top and thatsy it got spoilt. I wonder how these ppl take such things easily and fool customers time and also bring a thought of NEGLIGENCE in food. PATHETIC Experience from CHENNAI, so i think WE should ideally raise up to this and stop such brands .

    I placed an online order today (Oct 06, 2012 at 12:57 pm). After completion of order, I made the payment. The payment was processed, the assigned outlet was "Quatab Plaza" in Gurgaon, Phase 1. But at the time of final order processing it said that "your order couldn't be placed at the outlet, if you don't try again your amount will be refunded within 7 days". I didn't tried again and instead placed an order over phone at the same outlet. I also inquired from the same outlet whether they have received any online order and they refused. So now they were not aware of any online transaction I made. I even called up the dominos number "68886888" and what they could do for me was just transferring the call to the outlet where the online order was supposed to be assigned. Now nobody is able to confirm when and how my online payment amount will be refunded back to me.

      recently I visited my sisters place on 30/09/2012. My nephew demanded for Pizza and I ordered that. First When I called them for order they ask me 15 times my mobile no. Then, When I told them my address they made it wrong. Being the person late, I asked him to offer me free pizza. Also he said that its your mistake that you told wrong address. He was very rude. I offered him to discount my pizza bill he said no I will not give it to you. I felt insulted on that day in front of everyone. I talked to Branch Manager. He said that I am sending the delivery boy but delivery boy refused.He said he was on time. Branch Manager said you offered bribe to our delivery boy for getting pizza free. Common on Do I need it to get a pizza. LOL... I am working in Tata Motors Ltd, Gurgaon. I always visits Domino's. You can check it buy my Phone no. [protected]. My Name is Praveen Sharma. After That I will never recommend Domino's To any one.

      I was always of the thinking that MNC's offer better customer service than the indian companies as the MNC's are very concerned about their brand value and their image in the market. But, my experince with your brand has completely changed my view.
      On 3rd april 2009, 9:07 P.M. I gave an order for a pizza mania (consisting of 4 small veg. pizzas) and 2 garlic breads at DOMINOS branch at JASOLA, NEW DELHI.
      But, what happened afterwards reflects the view of the DOMINOS that it does not value its costumers and is not even worried of harrasment caused due to their casual attitude towars their costumers.
      I did not received my order till 10:30 P.M..
      In between I called the dominos shop from which i had ordered. They kept saying that food would be reaching within 2 minutes. But, the food did not reach even till 1.5 hr even though my home is just at 1.25 km distance from the shop. After waiting for eternity, I decided to cancel my order at 10:30P.M. as i had made out that Dominos does not believe in costumer satisfaction.
      Now with my experience with Dominos i have found that DOMINOS is one of the very few MNC's who have the utmost casual attitude, and can even go to the extent of making a mockery of their customer's hunger.
      So, I would suggest that please take a responsible action soon.
      I would also suggest that DOMINOS should take back their 30 minute delivery guarantee as thay can't deliver an order in 1.5 hrs at a distance of 1.25 kms.
      i placed an order in the internet (which im not used to) i order a meal and ask for a large pizza i didnt noticed the flavor when i checked on the confirmation thru my e-mail just found out that i ordered tikka which im not happy with i fone the branch straight away she told me she already prepared it, explained that i just placed an order a minute ago but she keeps on insisting i ordered tikka trying to explain my side but it seems shes not happy at d end she asked me what i want, so i told her my preference shes not pleased about it and shes rude over the phone her name is tina in bagshot branch i hope d management will do something about it

        We planned for pizza tonight.So we ordered it from dominos online. We ordered veggie pizza,double cheese pizza,stuffed garlic bread,farmhouse pizza and sprite. when the order finally came and waited for bill payment , we eagerly paid it and opened pizza boxes.We were shocked to notice the poor quality.Veggie had no vegetables, farmhouse had nothing but burnt onions and tomatoes ,double cheese had burnt cheese which were difficult to chew ,stuffed had nothing in it(not even cheese). We had no choice but to eat them.

        But now our stomach are rolling in pain.

        We learnt our lesson in not going for dominos in future.

          I ordered a pizza from Dominoz and the money was debited from my account ,however my order was not placed showing the following message

          Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. We sincerely regret the inconvenience.
          Your transaction number is dc-ce75cc11 dated[protected] amounted 309.75.

          Once again i tried placing the order online but same result as before and same error message popped up.

          I called the branch and they assured me not to worry and that the debited amount will be refunded within one week.

          Till now i have not gotten my money back, i also checked with my bank and they confirmed that my card has been charged twice and the amount has been credited to Dominos. .

          I would request Dominos to kindly look into this matter and refund my money back asap.

            i am a surekha,resindent of s.p.nagar,kukatpally.dominos pizza boasts of delivaring pizza within 30 minutes or free.i was mocked by the manager of hydernagar branch for asking the same when i received the order after 35 mintues and my guest already left.he accpeted he was late and gave excuses and when i reminded them of their 30 minute promise,he ridiculed me saying i was doing al that becoz i wanted it for free!! this happened on 27 sep 2012 at 8.45 pm.
            such unprofessionalism from such a reputed company.i returned the order and also paid the poor service boy ,who told me that actually the order was given to him very late and hence the delay,almost 25% of the bill as tip without even taking it.
            dominos...u just lost a very loyal customer and DONT PROMISE WHAT YOU CAN'T DELIVER.

              I am Manish Dixit , working in domino's Varanasi center dp66285 from last 1 year , and my domino's id is 136106 . As per Domino's rules one must not drink and smoke while on duty , but my senior named Arun tivari was drunked and start abusing other employees and had a little fight with me. This is the reason why i am fired and they had not taken any action to Mr. Arun . I had no bad records uptill now. According to me Mr. Arun is not following the company ambition and they are taking disadvantage of their higher post . Mr. Arun has bad past record as he was involved in several fights with other employees after drinking.
              So, i want you to take some action regarding this issue.

                I ordered for a chicken fiesta (large) pizza on 15 September at 1:58 pm (IST). The first thing was that the pizza boy came at 2:30 pm (IST). The second thing is that the pizza was cold and the coke which was ordered was at room temperature. I spoke to the manager at the saket outlet but to no avail. I would never order for a pizza from dominos now as this is the second time the pizza is not of the quality these guys promise. I would further recommend customers to shift from dominos to pizza hut as they can provide a far better experience.

                  I am regular customer of DOMINOS PIZZA but, I had very bad experience of its service on 09/09/2012. I booked my online order on 09/09/2012 at 07:26 PM at SHIVALIKYASH , AHMEDABAD Center and My Order no was 288. When we placed an order they did not even confirmed with us.
                  After waiting an hour on 8:27 PM we called up on [protected] & they told us, my order is already dispatched & we will get it in 10-15 min but after half an hour on 09:11 PM when we again called them they again gave us the same status. Same thing repeated on 09:38 PM when we called them 3rd time. Now the Dominos representative told us to arrange new pizza order for us & we will get it soon. After his conversation we had again put our trust on Dominos service & again wait for the Half an hour. Now it was around 3 Hours & still we were just waiting for it. After so much frustration when we again called on 10:32 PM at that time the manager told us that boys didn’t find the address after some arguments he told us other reason that “they do not deliver any order at our Place” which was pathetic.
                  Now just let me know:
                  1.) If the boy didn’t find the Place then he had our Mobile No. in order detail. He could simply call us to find the address or inform us about cancelation of our order. But still he didn’t do it why?
                  2.) After 3 Hours & 5 -6 Calls they realize that our residence is out of its range of delivery. Then why they are showing our area address on Online booking service? Why they didn’t call us for that? Why they didn’t inform us when we called them 5-6 times?

                  After 3 Hours of waiting for food we had to go outside to find the food but it was 11:00 PM & almost all the shops were closed. We have to make meggi at home because there was no alternative o[censored]s. By half stomach we had to go to the sleep.

                  If Dominos is not able to provide the service to its customer after 3 hours then IT MUST CHANGE ITS LINE “30 MIN NAHI TO FREE”.

                  I just want that other customer should not being fool like us. Dominos should be punished for this.

                    Since I posted my complain in detail about last evening rude and impolite service by Domino's staff at Vile Parle West outlet, I wish to now furtheer enlighten thee general public who may read theis forum about thee earlier encounter.
                    It was around 3 monthes ago, I do not recall thee date, as I had theought it to be only 2nd encounter and hence had let it go. The incident is like theis.I had placed an order and when it did not arrive for almost an hour I called theem up. They informed me theat thee person had just left 10min ago and was on his way. Believing theem, I waited. When it did not arrive after anotheer 30 min or so, I again called up, and theis time theey said, it should have reached, I should be patient. Incidentally, the outlet and my home are exactly around 1.5kms away, as measured by the odometer on my car.
                    Finally after the 3rd or 4th call, they said, there is some mistake the order has not been dispatched. They were very busy and so on.
                    In between, the staff would just disconnect thee phone, I would have to call back again and so on. It was pure harassment and afterwards I just gave up. NO DELIVERY EVER CAME,and we ended up cooking food, as it was too late to start ordering elsewhere too.
                    This is DOMINOS SERVICE.
                    They can get away because in India sadly the consumer forums are not so active due to many reasons. In a country like US, they would have paid very dearly in terms of money and reputation and loss of business for such behaviour.
                    I hope, it happens here too.
                    I WISH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE RUDE STAFF AT DOMINOS VILE PARLE WEST OUTLET NEAR PAWAN HANS. SINCE THIS IS 3RD INCIDENT, I AM REPORTING AND DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT, JUST BECAUSE THE LAST 2 TIMES I WAS QUIET.
                    On 29th Aug, around 7pm, I placed an order on phone, which they took, assuring me of delivery within 30min. At 1945hrs I called up to ask them and they acted surprised about my order. When speaking in details, they realised the mistake and disconnected the phone. I called up again, and this time another staff member spoke, so I explained all over everything. Then I was asked to place fresh order. I was also told that my earlier order was placed only at 1937. I challenge this, and you can take MTNL records to verify when my outgoing call was made. I made the mistake of not asking the order number nor also name of the staff who took my order. Well, finally I neither recvd my order, which they actually confirmed the 2nd time, actually my 3rd call, since 2nd call was diconnected by them. Earlier also this happened, but I let it go. Yet on another occassion on a sunday they made delay, and when I called up asking about the free delivery due to delay they mentioned it is not applicable since it was weekend. But I was not told of any delay when placing the order, nor I was informed of different rule applying in case of weekedn. That time too, they disconnected the call, and I had to make several calls. FInally they never delivered that day also, saying they were too busy.
                    Well, I do not wish to let go of this rudeness just like this. I do not want free pizza. I want justice, and they shuld publilcly acknowledge that they have got rude untrained staff. I also believe the organization does not treat its employees nicely and hence they behave like this with customers.
                    Pls kindly let me know what action you will take. I intned to further put this also in newspapers to inform the general public about it. I have already seen on different web sites, enough complains about Dominos Pizza, their rude staff, poor service.

                      It was a bitter experience to visit one of the Domino's Store at Sadar Bazar, Agra, Utttar Pradesh on 26th August 2012. Me along with my two peers were asked to evacuate the store by one of their staff/waitress just because we occupied one of their valuable tables for 15 minutes after consuming our order. The saddest part is there were many tables lying empty at that point of time. This ruthless behavior of the staff made us feel humiliated and embarrassed and we immediately left the store deciding that it was the last visit to any Domino's store.
                      I somehow felt that the Domino's staff like to see their TABLES LYING EMPTY rather than focusing on providing quality service. As a mid level manager into a food company I feel a customer does not visit any Restaurant/Pizza store with his friends or family just to grab the food but to spend some good quality time. And this is no way to treat your customers by asking them to evacuate the store while the store is lying empty!!!
                      Hence, as a valuable customer I would appeal to train your staffs properly before appointing them or teach them some basic etiquette at least so that the customer does not have to go through these harassing situations more often. Dear Domino's, to bring in your knowledge, there are other stores in town as well who serve Pizza but a Pizza served with a smile is most preferred!
                      I felt that service is not what is emphasized at the organization and customers are treated just as a mere media to make money. I sincerely suggest to improve on this ground before the company loses bunch of it's valuable customers and degrades it's Brand Value!

                        I regularly order dominos from JP Nagar 4th phase, Bangalore outlet. Tonight when the order was placed they accepted my order but it was not delivered. I've called them so many time, initially they said delivery boy is on the way to delivere later they are not even picking the call n many time hanged the phone without answering. My order was not delivered finally. That kind of behavior is very rude and unethical. My house is just 2 km from the outlet and is only 5 min drive for which they didn't delivered. Never expected such a nasty behavior from the staff of a multinational chain.

                          Three times in a row i have faced bad service.


                          1. The pizzas were not cut properly. All peices were of different size.
                          2. The garlic breadsticks were stale..could barely sink my teeth into the hard bread.
                          3. They forgot to season the pizza sauce...it was without salt and very bland.
                          4. My house is 500 metres from the shop still time taken was more than an hour. When i asked if its free..the guy starts arguing.
                          5. The pizza over here does not taste like a regular Dominoes pizza.

                            I ordered a medium size pizza - (1 nos) which was "30 min nahi toh FREE" offer at 8:58:34 PM on 22nd August 2012 from Dominos, Online.
                            The order redirected to Panchpakadi Store. After 22 mins store called me to confirm address.
                            They deliver the order at 09:35PM, So I asked his for free offer but delivery boy said that this offer is not valid for online payment.

                              i ordered a cheese burst pizza with extra cheese from dominoes 3b2 and it did not have cheese at all.i called them to complaint about the same,first they did not had time to talk while if you have to order they have all the time in the world.then the manager came on call and was not ready to listen and instead of feeling sorry he kept the phone down.

                                  I Live in US and was visiting Goa for vacation. I am so used yo the sizes of Domino pizza in US. Based on that I ordered Two pizzas from Margao Domino pizza store. My tel. no is 732841. One was large and the other medium. What I received was more like a pan pizza and medium pizza. The delivery boy said this is the large and medium pizza. I could not believe what he said. How can Domions being international company have two different standards? I tried checking on internet but did not find a place where I could find the right information.

                                    I had ordered 1 margarita, 1 farmhouse cheese burst pizzas from Dominos Sec 22 Gurgaon Branch and 3 stuffed Garlic breads.
                                    The Farmhouse pizza was pathetic, Garlic breads had no stuffing at all, they were as good as the normal garlic breads.

                                    I had also ordered 3 chocolava cakes, and out of them 1 was burnt having a very bad taste.
                                    I called to register a complaint and talked to Shashi Nayak and he was very rude about it.

                                    The order was dated 17 August 2012 with order number 46.

                                    I am very dissapointed with all this and will prefer other pizza outlets from now on if this is the kind of response one gets for the complaints

                                      This complaint is regarding three things:
                                      1) In Efficient Manager and staff
                                      - Most of the team, Manager included, make up their own policies and rules. I can understand that the team members can be true but I don't think customers should be the harassed to train these new members. That is the responsibility of the Manager and Dominos.

                                      2) Bad quality of Food and packaging
                                      - The quality of food and even the packaging is ridiculously 'Dhaba' style. Just dump everything on the plate without concern about the portions or even distribution of toppings. Once I actually received a pizza with three pieces of bread and three pieces with ALL the topping.
                                      - Even the packaging is dirty and needs to be wiped at home before we can even open the packaging.

                                      3) Non-Compliance of 30 minute guarantee
                                      - I never get the FREE pizza. Once I got a 300 rupee discount and other times I got arguments and stupid reasons for not making it on time. One of the most hilarious one was that Dominos is only responsible for delivering the order till the society gate. And it can take much longer to deliver to your door step. Is the company trying to cheat clients?

                                      An international brand is turning into an Indian nightmare. Will someone look into this? I wonder.

                                        I had a Worst Experience with Dominos Pizza on August 03, 2012. I had ordered Pizzas Online on Dominos Portal at 8:40 PM and we got these Delivered at 10:15 PM.

                                        While tried contacting the Store all the phones are ringing but no one is attending. After 10:00 PM one person had spoken with me and said that there is a Oven Problem and we will get it by 20 Mins. But the Delivery Boy is saying that it is out of Area and that is not their mistake.

                                        When the Company cannot Stand on their Promise for Delivering within 30 Minutes why the hell they are cheating the Public with the false Promises

                                        Also the Customer Service is Horrbile as both the Manager and Delivery Boy of the AshokNagar store are Worst.

                                        Please dont ever Buy the Pizza thorugh Online from Dominos Pizza. This is a wrong way of cheating the public as we already would have paid the money and they can Deliver whenever they want and Wish to????

                                        My name is Shashikant Mulik, yesterday at 14.29 I did order to dominos pizza shop(Kopar Khairane) for the peppy paneer and barbeque chiken and i also have the coupens ADV01, Delivery boy came at 15.08, as per company policy he should gave me the pizzas for free of cost. but he told me to call in store n then i called there the person Pramod Chouby was on call n he told me that "why r u doin like this?, Pizza delivery is not late(in very arrogant language)".
                                        We eat 3-4 slices, but on the pressure of Pramod Chouby the delivory boy takes return his order. That means he didnt fulfill the companies policy n didnt deliver the pizza.

                                        Please do some strict action on this, and give my delivry return.On today only.

                                        today i have ordered a country special pizza and it came after approx.40 mins and when i call them, said that i am going to complain they said they don't worry about the complaint... how disgusting they are
                                        I ordered two medium pizzas from dominos on June 17, 2012 and it was suppose to be a home delivery. Now, the dominos pizzas promises that if the pizza is not delivered in thirty minutes, the customer would get it for free. My pizzas was delivered FIFTEEN MINUTES late, i.e, he took forty five minutes. I paid the the delivery boy but when I went to keep the pizza inside I realized that he was extremelt late and the pizzas were cold too. I rushed to the door but he had left so I called the dominos manager, (patna) to inform about this. Someone took the call and after listening to the problem, he very rudely disconnected the phone instead of connecting the call to the manager.

                                        When somehow i reached the manager, Mr Sanjay Thakur, he said that my locality does not cover the offer of free pizza on late delivery so it was ok if the pizza was delivered late. He said its a rule in Patna for few of its localities. Whereas my information goes, Dominos mentions free pizza for late delivery and never the customers have been informed about the rule which Mr Thakur has mentioned. Secondly, they could have informed about this self created rule when I gave them my address. Few weeks back same thing had happened with my sister but at that time he had given the pizza free but after much argument.. Now, if dominos has this rule of not giving free pizza on late delivery in certain locations in patna, then how come my sister got the refund? Does the rule keep changing? Dominos is famous for its offer of free pizza if it does not reach in thirty minutes and never and nowhere dominos has mentioned that this offer is invalid for few locations. Then how come Exhibition Road Patna Dominos outlet has come up with this rule without the company's notice?

                                        As customers we go by the advertisement and the info provided by the company in various media and if we do not get the same as promised, it is mere cheating on the company's part. Please kindly look into this matter as it is happenning repeatedly and being a small town dominos employs are trying to misbehave and fool the customers which is a serious issue. I do expect certain level of discipline and honesty from such a big company.

                                        i orderad pizza but the delivery guy was late. when i told him he is late he said i need to talk to manager. when i called him first of all one guy came when i told him my complaint then he said i need to talk to another guy when i told him my complaint then he said i need to talk to another guy this process went for 20 min at the end i hung up the phone and paid the pizza guy full amount.

                                        This is to inform you about a very late home delivery. I had ordered at at about 8:30 pm. at the time of ordering i was told that it would 1 hour. After 1 and half hour I did not receive the delivery. I tried contacting the number given but they did not pick up. I contacted the customer number 63336333. i waited for about 15 min till my phone was finally connected to the executive. It was only at 10:15 pm that i received it.                                         I am placing order from last 3 years my colleague says that they will have Pizza from Pizza hut but I always says that order in Domino's, never before this had happened with me and today in front of all my colleague I have to listen and feel shy about my decision and embarrassed in front of all.

                                        i have ordered pizza spicy baked chicken etc online at 9:23pm online on 25th oct 2014.. my order no is 187 and i saw that when my pizza was dispatched by tracking it i had received it almost after 30 minutes by that time my pizza and all food stuff was cold as well as hard. the distance betwwn restaurant and my home is just 2 km and maxm it takes 5 min as there is no traffic in this way. i had called dominos for the late delivery and they respnded that hold on we are checking the issues. i throw all my food in dustbin as it was not in position to be eaten . i just want my money to be refunded.

                                        On 26/10/14 i ordered pizza by phone at 4.17pm but delivery boy was very late after 40 mints when i again called up in dominos(New ashok nagar) to check my order they said there is no order by this name. then they again checked and said delivery boy could not find your address pls wait for two minutes. i waited till 5:00 pm then i got call from the delivery boy and he was asking for address. i have got my order around 5:20pm in that case they should give it free but manager said this is not applicable on this pizza. As i know its a big company kindly train your delivery boys and ask for full address before taking order so that customers enjoy their order fully.

Which was more than 30 minutes and I called dominos center number but they cut the phone and which was very rude behaviour.                                         I kept calling local dominos pizza restaurant where I did not get any answer.
