45 minutes passed and i didn't get the delivery so i called the store to checkout on the status of my delivery.they said that the order is about to reach. but it didn't reach in the next 15 Min's so i called again,they said that they are calling me within 2 minutes. the call never came.so i again called after 10 minutes.they give me the lamest possible excuse that the delivery boy who had taken my order has met with an accident and they were sending me afresh pizza once again.by this time already more than 1 hour had passed from the time of placing the order.i would also bring to your notice that i had to make repeated calls in order to get in touch with them.on calling once again they tell me that there's some problem with the delivery boy and they are not able to contact him.that means two different excuses in two calls.at about 11 25 pm they tell me that they are sending me a fresh pizza .so i waited another 25 Min's but the pizza didn't arrive and i started calling again but no one was picking up the phone. after about more than 15 tries they pick up the phone and say to me that they wont be able to deliver the pizza and disconnect.on calling again they tell me that my order has been cancelled because they didn't confirm the order via phone as it was an online order.so after 2 hours of repeated phone calls and hunger they tell me that my order has been cancelled.the most pathetic excuse they could give.that night i and my friends had to sleep hungry as we live in a hostel.we had our exams next morning which went bad due to the tension last night.it was a horrible experience.i would like to know what legal action can be taken against these people.

Both of Domino's outlet at Tambaram Sanatorium & Camp Road are not delivering orders at Chennai Sriram Gateway, Perungalathur.
Earlier there were no issues. But then they started demanding to place an order of more than 1500. We still agreed to that. But now even on ordering for more than 2000, they are not taking our order.
Is there any solution for this situation. Does domino's really care about customer satisfaction?

Today Jun 1st 2012 at 1:50Pm. I have placed an Online order via Dominos website. Rs:314 was debited from my card but due to Dominos website issue no order number was created. When i called[protected] they transferred the call to the nearest store which is porur dominos store. Store manager Shiva spoke to he told that its an issue with the Dominos website therefore order was generated and he cant do anything. He also told that he is not the owner of the website and told he cant deliver the pizza. When i asked him to return the money, he said in 10 working days i will get my money back.

I want my money back immediately when they are not ready provide what i needed. Why should i wait for 10 business day. I have tried calling South Regional Office - Ph: +[protected]/8/9. to make a complaint about this. Those numbers are not in use. I have raised my query on their own website as well.


They are cheating the consumers. Think of other customer who have lost their money like me due to this kind of poor and arrogant service. I want file a case against them.

Someone pls help me on this.

I placed online order for delivery of Pizza at E-22 Hira Nagar, PATIALA at 10.35 PM, 31.05.2012 and Rs. 480.69 got deducted from my credit card. But I did not get pizza. When i contacted Dominos, they said they did not receive any order. I had to sleep without having dinner as most outlets close around this time in patiala. I want my amount returned and apology from Dominos otherwise I am going to consumer court.

I have been a regular visitor of Dominos Cross River Mall Outlet, East Delhi. I visited your Cross River Mall Outlet on May 20th, 2012 at 10 pm. I placed an order for a Combo for Two - Veg Doubles. I waited for the order for 40 minutes but to my surprise when I got the delivery it was not up to the mark. The pizza was not baked properly so I complaint the same the floor supervisor Mr. Azam but this guy was not ready to listen to me, instead of being humble and polite he told me so rudely that this was the standard of pizza they prepare. I told him that I had been to this outlet Mr. Gaurav was here earlier and I never faced such issue, he could see my previous bookings. He did not listen to me at all. I told him that I would complaint against such behaviour, but so rudely he told me that I was free to do that. The steward who took my order, Sonu, was ready to replace the pizza as he knew that it was of a sub-standard product but Azam told him not to replace the order but to cancel it and refund the money. Even, stewards were more polite and humble than the floor Supervisor.

I did not expect this kind of behaviour from a Dominos Supervisor. I know the footfall is getting increased by each day but at the same time you must not loose your old clients. I don't think I would ever visit or advise my family or friends to visit any of the Dominos outlet. Imagine the embarrassment my family had to undergo, when we went out to dine and spent some quality time together. Competition is tough guys pull up your socks.

We received a text message from no LM-644021 with a coupen no SBC 255520 announcing an offer for Friday of getting 1 pizza free for online booking of a pizza.

After placing an online order I had to wait for almost 2 hour and still no pizza was delivered. Finally I had to call the concern shop were the representative confirmed that they had received the order and asked me to wait for still half an hour before the pizza could be delivered. I was left with no alternative to cancel my order after a long wait for 2 hours.

I would like to request the company to stop making false promises and breaking advertisement code of conduct if the company is unable to stand by there commitments.

I am a regular customer of Domino's Pizza.

Recently, I bought the buy-1-get-1 coupon from Domino's Pizza, which was through a door -step campaign at my house.

When I recently ordered a Pizza (using this coupon) and asked them to deliver the Pizza in a near by address which is 750 meters away from my home, I was told that the Pizza wont be delivered to an address other than the Coupon was sold at. The branch manager said 'I am very clear, we wont deliver this in the new address'. I read through the T&C of the coupon, but this was never mentioned in the coupon sold. This was only disclosed at the time o[censored]sing the coupon and not at the time of buying the coupon.

This was shocking to me as this was never mentioned in the coupon but my kids were eager to taste the Pizza. I was ill I couldn't go to my registered residence. It was so disappointing to have a Pizza desire to go in vain for my kids who were too young to understand the pizza will not be delivered.

If this was told to me at the time of selling the coupon I wouldnt have bought it for Rs. 500. I felt I was cheated by the selling campaigne.

I am just writing this to everyone's awareness here.

I ordered for two veg. doubles pizzas (SOYA & CORN / JALAPENO & PINEAPPLE ) on 24/05/2012 12:59 pm with your outlet Sco :308 Sector 38 C & D chandigarh (U.T) my Order No. 28 (server : anuj) very bad topping on one of pizza (Jalp) pizza brad not soft and base like a dasi quality brad too bad i told him but he not Replac my pizza. kindly look into this matter and advice staff to maintain the quality standards of dominos brand ......

My family has been loyal customers to Domino Pizza for many years. The service in Hyderabad was always good.

Now I'm in Bangalore, we ordered Pizza from Dominos. The call was routed and thereafter the order was taken by Rajajinagar branch - Ms Reena at 1332 hrs with the promise to deliver in 30 minutes. After one hour when there was no delivery; I called up and the lady promised to check and call me back. At 1429hrs I was forced to call the vendor - Mr Babu took the call. I was told that they will deliver the fresh pizza in 20 minutes which was not kept up. I was told there is nothing I can do but to wait for another 30 minutes!

I was forced to eat bread+jam to address my hunger pangs when the ordered food didnot come even after reminders! Calling the Domino office in Bangalore to give a complaint is no use as no one picks the telephone[protected]/8/9. As the last resort, I logged a complain online at the Domino website reference no-30227.

This whole experience has made me resolve never to trust/call Domino Pizza ever again.

DOMINOS PIZZA's services were extremely pathetic. I booked my order on 13/05/2012 at 09:10 PM by calling[protected]RDC RAJ NAGAR, GHAZIABAD) and they told me that around 09.45 you will get the pizza. I was waiting for the order with my kids and kid's friends as I was not well. All kids were waiting for Pizza. After 45 minutes of order booking I called up on[protected] and then they told me that your pizza is in way and wait for 5 mins (confirmed two times) but after 10 min I again called up on[protected] than[protected] alternatively so many times as they were ring through and no one was answering the calls finally my call was answered at 10:25 PM through this no[protected] and I was told extremely rudely that I would have to wait for some more time but nobody was responding.

Although I was not well but I had to finally went to DOMINOS raj nagar, ghaziabad center at 10.40 PM (to check why are they are not responding) with my kid and she did't eat anything and she was empty stomach as she was not ready to take anything except pizza. In dominos no body was giving me the clear answer what is going on and why they have not delivered pizza @ my home. All were telling lies and did not send anything to my home and was saying that they had delivered because I confirmed with my wife through phone. So I returned back to my house. In the meantime my kid's friends returned their home without eating and my kids were also slept without taking anything after returning home as market was closed.

Due to act of Dominos Team I felt so insulted, embarrassed against my kid and kid's friends and there was to big risk with kid they had not took anything and slept empty stomach and in the morning they are not feeling well.

How Dominos employees can play persons emotions and lives. If they cannot deliver pizza so better they cancelled order that time and informed us so that we can arrange pizza from other shop.

Now the question arise, who will be responsible for their act if anything went wrong with me or my kids?

It should be treated as a offence they harassed us a lot and now I feel that Dominos and their team should be punished for that.

Still I am not in position to write more in this regard, please do the needful against Dominos. Thanks

Yesterday 12th may 2012 i ordered a fresh veggie cheese burst pizza from I.P Extension store. My complaint is for two theings. Firstly, about thee commitment of domino's theat 30min or its free. They people does not agree if theey are late and will give various excuses theat no we are on time and all. I informed thee store theat your delivery is late, theey said you discuss withe thee delivery boy if he is late or not. secondly thee quality was not good, thee cheese was theick and was not up to thee mark. I am afraid theat i will never again visit or recommend DOMINOS to anyone.

The services were extremely pathetic.As committed in the commercials broadcasted Nationwide on all the media sources Domino's claim to provide their food items for no cost if the order delivery exceeds 30 minutes from the time it is booked.
i booked my order on 13/05/2012 at 11:13 AM by calling[protected] ,I was waiting for the order as I was not well and had a small get together at my house and had all kids waiting.After 45 minutes of order booking I called up on[protected] and[protected] alternatively as they were ring through and no one was answering the calls finally my call was answered at 12:09 PM and I was told extremely rudely that I would have to wait for some more time.
I had to finally call up at 12:35 to cancel my order,Now I am left with few questions in mind.
Q1.Is there any timeline for the order delivery if the distance is less than 3 Kms?
Q2.Is it difficult enough to deliver the order at a distance of 3 Kms in 1:20 hours ?
Q3.Does the timeline for providing free delivery does not exist if the so called Claim from Dominos fails with respect to 30 mins delivery ?
Q4.Is 3 Kms area too much deliver on time ?
Q4.Is the support staff not patient enough to handle the Customer Grieviences ?

The order was finally delieverd at 01:35 PM which is almost 02:20 hours.

We loved the taste as much as it's customer care in the past.We are extremely upset with DOMINOS.

Through this I want to share a shocking experience with Dominos. Last week My wife placed an order with Dominos rajauri Garden, New delhi. After having pizza she was taken to hospital and was diagnosed food poisoning, and the reason of food poisoning was clearly mentioned as undigest pizza chunks in the stomach. ( As per the medical records of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi). She got so ill that she has to be hospitalised. After couple of days when I went back to my home I tried to contact the store manager to explan the same. I also had words with Assistant Manager, Store Mangger, District Manager and Zonal Manager(kush). However they were not ready to accept that the food poisioning is caused by Domino’s Pizza. (It certainly means they are contradicting the statement of a MBBS, MD Doctor of Govt. Hospital. I am highly dissatisfied with services and product quality of domino’s and I am sure that I will not turn back to domino’s in rest of life.

On 11/05/2012 at exactly 9:22 p.m I placed order no. 253 on 9:22 p.m at Lake Town branch of DOMINO'S.My order had already taken 28 mins and i had repeatedly told the person their to speed it up. There was some problem with the Onion Pizza. When the time was past 31 mins,I SAW him take a box hide behind the counter and then come back up in 1 min with my so called Onion Pizza.When I opened the pack I found that it was actually a Soya Pizza where he had removed most of the Soya and put in some Onion.However he failed to remove all of the Soya and I realized this malicious act of his.I have gastric problem with Soya which is why I cannot consume Soyabean oil or milk or any other Soya related product. I consider this act of his as a hostile attack on my health. I won't to take the necessary actions. Please advise

i ordered for pizzas,but while i am trying to make payment online there is an error.no order placed but my account has been debited by inr 469.89 on 04/05/2012.my debit card is standered chartered.so plese refund my money as i once again try to order for the same delivery,then order placed.that means my account has been debited twice once for order placed and one for that error.and still you hav not returned my money.i need justification and also i need my money back.below i have mentioned my order details

I ordered Pizza from Dominos on 9th may n bill was for 340/- The delivery boy was'nt carrying any cash which is so surprising n I gave him 500/- bucks since he said he has to make deliveries in neighbourhood n will return change on way back.I trusted him thinking why would a guy from renowned food outlet cheat only to find out he did! He gave his number n after reminding him twice he did'nt turned up.When I called the outlet they just put phone on hold till I felt frustrated n hung up. Its not bout money but service n lack of customer satisfaction.

I had placed an delivery order for one veg. double combo and one garlic bread on 5/6/2012 at 8:46 pm .my order no. was 370 and tin no. was [protected].the quality of the food was not good,being a regular customer i found that the base the was stale and the amount of cheese used for topping was negligible.this was not the first time when the outlet had served poor food.On complaining the manager was harsh n rude.being the only outlet in the area they misuse their monopoly

I paid the money by net banking( amount 266.92 Rs.). but the delivery boy ask him ur pizza order by cash on delivery. i am talking with manager in phone he is ask me ur payment is pending. i am paid money in twice time first by net banking and second by cash.

I ordered a pizza on 29th April 2012 (Order number 58, Phone no. [protected]) from Roorkee Civil Lines Dominos store. It was late by 10 minutes. Instead of delivering the pizza for free, the delivery boy was rude and the manager of this store ill-behaved with us. We are regular customers of Dominos and this has happened not one but many times. I am sorry to say but this has showed your brand in poor light and I would not recommend anyone to order pizzas from your store.
